Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is one of the important things for a company; therefore, the company will always try to increase employee satisfaction. This study was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction at PT. XYZ by looking at the relationship between transformational leadership, internal physical work environment, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Internal Physical Work Environment, on Employee Job Satisfaction with Work Life Balance as a mediating variable at PT. XYZ. This study uses a quantitative method. There are 135 employees at XYZ company; however, 60 respondents have correctly filled out the questionnaire distributed, so these 60 respondents are the sample. The data was collected using Google Forms. Data management is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.1.1 program. The results of the analysis obtained are that transformational leadership has been proven to affect employee job satisfaction, internal physical work environment has been proven to affect employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has not been proven to affect work life balance, internal physical work environment has been proven to affect work life balance, work life balance has not been proven to affect employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has not been proven to affect employee job satisfaction mediated by work life balance, internal physical work environment has not been proven to affect employee job satisfaction mediated by work life balance at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan program tridarma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dengan harapan adanya pengabdian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi agar para pelaku UMKM memahami bahwa memasarkan produk sudah bukan di toko, event dan door to door, melainkan sudah bisa bermatamorvosa untuk siap memasarkan produk nya ke jangkauan yang lebih luas yaitu dengan memanfaatkan marketplace Bekasi Mart. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan beberrapa pendekatan yaitu pertama tahapan melakukukan sosialisasi terhadap pelaku kepentingan (pemkot bekasi dan umkm), penyusunsan materi, penyusunan jadwal pelaksanaan, dan pembagian tugas, tim pelaksana kegiatan PKM ini adalah 2 dosen dari Fakultas Ekonim dan Bisnisa, 3 dari fakultas Teknik , Tim pengabdian membuatkan platform marketplace dan materi penggunaan guna mempermudah UMKM dalam memasarkan produk nya. Hasil pengabdian kepada masarakat yaitu adanya tempat memasarkan produk – produk UMKM berbasis online yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah memasarkan produk lebih luas hingga harapanya dapat memberikan semengat baru dalam proses pemasaran.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan komoditi non migas yang memiliki kontribusi bagi peningkatan ekonomi bagi negara. Berhasil tidaknya pariwisata tidak hanya tergantung pada potensi daerahnya, namun diperlukan support dari masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah. Demikian pula potensi wisata Kab.Bekasi, yang kaya akan wisata alam, bahkan saat ini menjadi salah satu pelopor dalam wisata industri di Indonesia. Wisata alam dan wisata industri di Kabupaten Bekasi tersebut jika dikelola dengan optimal, maka bukan hal yang tidak mungkin di waktu yang akan datang Kabupaten Bekasi akan mampu menjadi daerah tujuan wisata pada saatnya mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap pembangunan daerah. Tujuan utama dari PKM ini adalah kerjasama antara dinas pariwisata dengan UKM ekonomi kreatif  dengan stimulus untuk belajar banyak mulai dari proses bagaimana mencapai kemandirian usahanya serta dinas pariwisata bekerjasama dengan Universitas Pelita Bangsa memberikan pelatihan tentang cara mendatangkan wisatawan dan tugas serta tanggung jawab tour leader dan tour guide di Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan langsung dan diskusi partisipatif yang melibatkan pelaku UMKM dan pemuda desa wisata di tiga kecamatan di Kabupaten Bekasi, dengan durasi kegiatan selama tiga hari. Hasil utama dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pemasaran pariwisata, peran tour guide, serta strategi menghadirkan wisatawan secara digital maupun konvensional. Luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa modul pelatihan, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta peningkatan jejaring kerjasama antara pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat pelaku wisata. Berhasil tidaknya pariwisata tidak hanya tergantung pada potensi daerahnya, namun diperlukan support dari masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah serta dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan penghargaan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dengan keterlibatan karyawan sebagai variabel perantara pada My Kopi O! Bekasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 50 responden, serta data sekunder dari sumber tepercaya. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS) atau SmartPLS 3.0 untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan baik terhadap loyalitas maupun keterlibatan karyawan. Sebaliknya, penghargaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, namun tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selanjutnya, keterlibatan karyawan terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, yang menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun loyalitas karyawan. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini menawarkan saran strategis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan melalui penguatan budaya organisasi, penghargaan yang efektif, serta peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the business model of Mochi Daifuku in Bekasi Regency using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. MSMEs significantly contribute to Indonesia’s economic growth, particularly in the food sector, which is favored by many new entrepreneurs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires conducted at Pasar Bersih Jababeka. The analysis was carried out using both BMC and SWOT models to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results highlight the importance of maintaining product quality, building customer relationships, and developing marketing and partnership strategies. By applying strategies based on BMC and SWOT analysis, Mochi Daifuku has the potential to grow and compete in the market while contributing to local and national economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and psychological empowerment on the quality of work life with trust as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on employees of PT Yamatogomu Indonesia (YGI). At PT YGI, there are 190 employees, so the sample used consisted of 128 employees, where the sample was taken using the Slovin formula with a margin of error tolerance of 5% or 0.05. The data obtained were then analyzed using partial least square (PLS) with the structural equation model (SEM) technique through the SmartPLS 4.1.1 software to evaluate the validity, reliability, and relationships between variables. The analysis results show that servant leadership significantly affects trust, trust significantly affects quality of work life, servant leadership significantly affects quality of work life, servant leadership significantly affects trust through quality of work life, psychological empowerment significantly affects trust, psychological empowerment significantly affects quality of work life, and psychological empowerment significantly affects trust through quality of work life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and promotion on gaining a competitive advantage with customer loyalty as a mediating variable in the furniture SMEs sector in Kalimalang. The population involved 84 respondents so this research using a quantitative descriptive approach, the research involved 84 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that marketing strategies have a negative but significant effect on competitive advantage, suggesting the need for careful strategy implementation to ensure alignment with market needs. Promotion shows a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, emphasizing the role of effective promotional efforts in increasing business competitiveness. While customer loyalty is significantly influenced by both marketing strategies and promotion, it does not significantly mediate the relationship between these two factors and competitive advantage. These findings highlight the importance of strategic marketing alignment and consistent promotional efforts in enhancing competitive positioning, while also underlining that customer loyalty, although important, may not directly strengthen competitive advantage without other supporting factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training on nurse performance in hospitals, with motivation as a mediator variable. The research was conducted at Bekasi Regency Hospital by involving nurses as the object of research and a total sample of 96 respondents. The method used was quantitative with a case study design, where data were collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 tools. The results showed that training has a positive effect on nurse performance, training has a positive effect on motivation, motivation has a positive effect on nurse performance and work motivation acts as a significant mediator for the effect of training on nurse motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, motivation and rewards on the work discipline of PT XYZ employees in Bekasi Regency. This research was conducted atPT XYZ by involving employees as the object of research and a sample size of 57 respondents. Sample calculation using saturated sampling method. The method used is quantitative with a case study design, where data is collected through a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results showed that training has a positive effect on employee work discipline, motivation has a positive effect on employee work discipline, and rewards have a positive effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Kementrian Koperasi UKM (2023), mengemukakan bahwa kontribusi usaha bidang penyediaan akomodasi dan makanan minuman Rp116.267.405 Juta atau 4,67% dari PDB DKI Jakarta Th 2020s, laju petumbuhan kontribusi tahun 2020 sebesar -16,21% artinya sangat memprihatinkan sehingga perlu ditingkatkan kemamapuan bisnis UMKM. Tujuan PKM adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk mewujudkan penguatan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan UMKM mendukung program Pemerintah mengembangkan green economy. Metode PKM: pelatihan konsep-konsep penting untuk dimengerti dan dikuasai oleh peserta PKM yaitu pengetahuan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausaha UMKM. Selain itu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sejauhmana perkembangan ekonomi hijau dan karakter kewirausahaan mendukung keberlangsungan bisansi peserta PKM secara berkelanjutan. Khalayak sasaran: Pelaku UMKM, Calon pelaku UMKM, Tokoh Masyarakat UMKM. Temuan dilapangan: suruh peserta pelatihan menganggap ekonomi hijau penting dengan nilai 4.327 dan karakter kewirausahaan penting dengan nilai 4.157. Seluruh instrumen: ekonomi hiujau 6 instrumen dan karakter kewirausahaan 5 instrumnen semua dinilai diatas 4 yang artinya penting dalam skala 5. Kontribusi PKM: pelaku UMKM memiliki kemampuan mewujudkan ekonomi hijau berbasis karakter kewirausahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis UMKM secara efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan yang diharapkan pada akhirnya meningkatkan pertumbuhan kontribusi UMK terhadap PDB Pemerintah.
