Abstract

Permasalahan limbah industri, khususnya dari pabrik tempe dan tahu, menjadi isu lingkungan yang serius di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Limbah cair dan padat yang dihasilkan berpotensi mencemari lingkungan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat serta pelaku industri dalam mengelola limbah industri tahu dan tempe secara ramah lingkungan dan bernilai ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi melalui pembuatan dan distribusi leaflet, pelatihan langsung kepada pelaku industri dan masyarakat sekitar, serta demonstrasi pengolahan limbah ampas tahu dan tempe menjadi produk bernilai tambah seperti kerupuk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah serta kemampuan memanfaatkan limbah menjadi produk yang dapat dipasarkan. Edukasi ini juga mendorong terciptanya peluang usaha baru berbasis limbah, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Dengan demikian, edukasi pengelolaan limbah industri tahu dan tempe terbukti efektif sebagai solusi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pengurangan dampak pencemaran lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on the differences in the character of each individual teacher and student in building emotional bonds. So that in rebuilding the emotional bond, the teacher as a central figure in the learning process has a very important role in creating comfortable and enjoyable learning conditions. The author is interested in examining how the role of a teacher in building emotional bonds in Al Hikmah Islamic Elementary School. The method used is a qualitative approach, the data collected in this study is verbal, namely, data obtained through conversation and questions and answers with a sample of 2 informants. The results of the study stated that teachers as the main figures in schools have a very important role in creating comfortable learning conditions, an effective learning process in order to achieve the desired learning goals. For this reason, teachers need to rebuild emotional bonds with students for the sake of smooth learning processes. From the research conducted, teachers and homeroom teachers took a permissive approach such as implementing learning methods that children like. Keywords: A Permissive Approach, Building, Emotional Bonds. Abstrak: Penelitian ini didasarkan pada perbedaan karakter setiap individu guru dan siswa dalam membangun ikatan emosional. Sehingga dalam membangun kembali ikatan emosional tersebut guru sebagai sosok sentral dalam proses pembelajaran mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan kondisi belajar yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Penulis tertarik untuk meneliti   bagaimana peranan seorang guru dalam membangun ikatan emosional di SD Islam terpada Al Hikmah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini bersifat verbal yakni, data yang diperoleh melalui percakapan dan tanya jawab dengan sampel 2 orang informan. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa guru sebagai tokoh utama di sekolah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan kondisi belajar yang nyaman, proses belajar yang efektif agar tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Untuk itu guru perlu membangun kembali ikatan emosional dengan murid demi kelancaran dalam proses pembelajaran. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan yang mana guru dan wali kelas melakukan pendekatan permisif seperti menerapkan metode-metode belajar yang disukai anak. Kata Kunci: Ikatan Emosional, Membangun, Pendekatan Permisif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the application of classification card media to the learning achievement. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The population of this research is the students of class X Science of SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. The sample class is students of Class X Science 1 as an experimental class and Class X Science 2 as a control class. The research instrument is a test with objective questions. The final test result data were analyzed using t-test. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the application of the classification card media could improve student learning achievement.

Abstract

Marketing strategy plays an important role in marketing a product. The problems raised in this study are: (1) what is the marketing strategy carried out by traders of typical Bengkulu city pendap food (2) what is the sales turnover of typical Bengkulu city pendap food (3) is there an influence of marketing strategy on the sales turnover of typical Bengkulu city pendap food. The population of this study was 20 Bengkulu city's typical pendap traders. Data collection used observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. From the results of my research, marketing strategies do not have a significant effect on the sales turnover of Bengkulu City's typical food products, this is in contrast to the research conducted by Chairani Putri (2020), with the research title "The Influence of Marketing Strategies on Sales Turnover of Tat Cake Products at the Bengkulu City Typical Souvenir Shopping Center". The results of the study showed that marketing strategies had a positive and significant effect on the sales turnover of Bengkulu City's typical tat cakes. This shows that this marketing strategy is an important thing to plan for business people or entrepreneurs because marketing strategies determine sales turnover and likewise sales turnover greatly determines profit or profit. This also determines how the business or business will develop in the future.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of mudharabah and ijarah financing on the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, with Non-Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediating variable. It addresses the challenge of maintaining profitability while managing financing risks in Indonesia's Islamic banking sector. Using a quantitative approach, secondary data from 2021 to 2023 were analyzed, sourced from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and financial reports of Islamic banks. Path analysis with IBM AMOS 22 was conducted to assess the direct and indirect effects of these financing types on Return on Assets (ROA). The results show that mudharabah financing does not significantly affect NPF or ROA, while ijarah financing has a significant negative impact on both. NPF plays a key role as a mediating variable, with a total indirect effect of 47.5% on profitability. However, the size of this effect requires further validation through alternative models. These findings contribute to Islamic banking literature by identifying NPF as a crucial link between financing risks and bank profitability. The study emphasizes the importance of managing ijarah and mudharabah contracts carefully to enhance the financial resilience and sustainability of Islamic banks, especially in the post-pandemic recovery phase.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ulkus diabetikum merupakan komplikasi serius pada penderita diabetes mellitus yang dapat menimbulkan morbiditas tinggi. Pengetahuan pasien tentang perawatan kaki diabetik diyakini memengaruhi kejadian ulkus. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan kejadian ulkus diabetikum pada pasien di Griya Luka Pringsewu tahun 2024. Metode: Desain penelitian potong lintang dengan populasi 60 pasien diabetes yang terdaftar di Griya Luka Pringsewu. Tingkat pengetahuan diukur menggunakan kuesioner terstandar; kejadian ulkus diidentifikasi melalui rekam medis. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi-Square (α = 0,05). Hasil: Sebanyak 60 pasien terdiri dari 28 (46,7 %) berpengetahuan tinggi dan 32 (53,3 %) berpengetahuan rendah. Kejadian ulkus ditemukan pada 4 (14,3 %) pasien berpengetahuan tinggi dan 18 (56,3 %) pasien berpengetahuan rendah. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dan kejadian ulkus (χ² = 10,24; p = 0,0014). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan pasien dengan kejadian ulkus diabetikum. Upaya edukasi yang lebih intensif diperlukan untuk menurunkan insiden ulkus.

Abstract

COVID-19 impacts the people and some companies in different sectors. This pandemic creates online Zakah, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) payments which must be developed in line with FinTech services in Indonesia that increase continuously. However, many companies lack intentions on User Experience (UX) that can be a risk for services or products. This study explores the Experience of Financial Technology (FinTech) users in Paying Zakah, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS). The quantitative method is used by collecting online questionnaires through FinTech users in East Java, Indonesia. PLS-SEM was used to analyze data. Findings. The result indicated that both information and system quality have no impact on the user experience. Meanwhile, service quality positively relates to user experience. As a result, this study disclosed the user experience of ZIS payment during COVID-19 that will lead to the user's intentions and net benefit.

Abstract

Desa Sungai Rasau faces issues with plastic waste accumulation, particularly bottle cap waste, which poses environmental risks due to its non-biodegradable nature. The Kosabangsa Program was initiated as a solution to address this problem while also fostering entrepreneurial skills among students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Nahdhotul Athfal. Through a cross-sectoral collaborative approach, the program involves universities, schools, and the local community in transforming plastic bottle cap waste into creative bags. The applied methods include training, hands-on product creation, and marketing guidance. The results demonstrate a significant skill improvement, with 75% of participants able to independently create the bags and 90% reporting enriched learning experiences due to the collaboration. This program has the potential to serve as a sustainable model that integrates education, economic empowerment, and environmental awareness among students.

Abstract

MSMEs are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, yet many businesses have yet to fully utilize the power of visual design. This study examines the MSME Solidosol—a shoe repair and sole manufacturing service—as the target of graphic communication to strengthen its brand image. The objective of this study was to design a professional and consistent visual identity through logo design, supporting visual elements, and promotional media. The methods used included field observation, interviews, manual sketching, and design digitization using Canva. The resulting design was applied to the main logo, color palette, typography, and offline and digital promotional media. The resulting visual identity is expected to enhance Solidosol's appeal and credibility in the eyes of consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of evaluation in improving the process and results of writing learning in grade VII students of Tarakan 1 Middle School. Evaluation in writing learning not only functions as a measuring tool for learning outcomes, but also as a means to improve the effectiveness of the learning process itself. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of appropriate evaluation, both formative and summative, is able to provide constructive feedback to students and teachers. This feedback plays an important role in improving learning strategies and improving students' writing skills, especially in terms of structure, vocabulary, and writing. Thus, this evaluation has a contribution in creating a more effective writing learning process and more optimal learning outcomes.
