Abstract

Era digital menghadirkan tantangan signifikan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi edukatif keluarga. Peran keluarga dalam pembentukan karakter anak semakin lemah dihadapkan pada lemahnya pemahaman orang tua tentang parenting Islami dan minimnya literasi pengasuhan berbasis nilai. Di Tangerang, fenomena ini semakin nyata dengan meningkatnya problematika perilaku anak dan lemahnya sinergi keluarga-sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua tentang parenting Islami dan menguatkan peran keluarga dalam pendidikan karakter anak di wilayah Tangerang melalui implementasi seminar parenting Islami yang terstruktur. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan seminar interaktif dengan tahapan pelaksanaan yang sistematis, meliputi fase persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Peserta seminar berjumlah 85 orang tua dari berbagai latar belakang (wali murid dan masyarakat umum) di Tangerang. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, kuesioner kepuasan, dan observasi perubahan pemahaman peserta. Terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam tingkat pemahaman peserta tentang parenting Islami dengan rata-rata kenaikan 40,4% dari pre-test ke post-test. Aspek pengelolaan era digital menunjukkan peningkatan tertinggi (45%), diikuti pemahaman peran orang tua dalam pendidikan karakter (40%). Kepuasan peserta terhadap seminar mencapai rata-rata 87,3%, dengan niat menerapkan nilai-nilai yang dipelajari sebesar 91%. Seminar berhasil membangkitkan kesadaran peserta tentang pentingnya parenting berbasis nilai Islami, mendorong perubahan sikap positif terhadap peran keluarga, dan membangun komitmen untuk menguatkan sinergi antara keluarga dan institusi pendidikan. Program ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia melalui pendekatan pendidikan karakter yang holistik dan berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Penguatan peran orang tua dalam pendidikan merupakan isu strategis dalam menghadapi krisis karakter dan disrupsi sosial di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran orang tua dalam kerangka Tri Pusat Pendidikan melalui program pendampingan berbasis nilai Islam di Aya Sophia Islamic School, Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui seminar parenting, workshop interaktif, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman orang tua terhadap peran pendidikan keluarga, peningkatan keterlibatan dalam aktivitas pendidikan anak, serta terbentuknya sinergi yang lebih kuat antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Program ini menghasilkan model kolaborasi edukatif berbasis nilai spiritual dan sosial yang dapat direplikasi di lembaga pendidikan lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parenting style dan personality genetic terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa PAUD Aya Sophia Islamic School sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh parenting style merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) Robinson et al. (1995) dan Roman et al. (2015). Instrumen untuk mengukur personality genetic diadaptasi dari Poniman (2013), sedangkan untuk mengukur pengembangan karakter anak menggunakan adaptasi dari Poniman dkk. (2014). Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif  dan signifikan parenting style dan personality genetic bagi pengembangan karakter anak.The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of parenting style and personality genetic to children’s character building. This research is a correlational study using survey and quantitative method. Population in this study is 96 preschool parents from Aya Sophia Islamic School (PAUD). Data collection technique is using questionnaire with likert scale. The instrument of this study is a modification from Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) Robinson et al. (1995) and Roman et al. (2015). To measure the personality genetic, the instrument is adapted from Poniman (2013). Another instrument used to measure children character development is an adaptation from Poniman et. Al (2014). Analysis from this study is using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 as a statistic tools. The result of this study argued that parenting style and personality genetic have a positive influence and significantly contributed to children character building.

Abstract

Abstract - Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency, the number of the Indonesian labor force was recorded at 144.01 million people in February 2022. Supported by a large number of potential human resources, an organization or company can certainly operate effectively and efficiently supported by the role of employees. Employees who work also have the right to Occupational Safety and Health which in its implementation is based on legislation. However, in reality, the number of work accidents in Indonesia is still relatively high and tends to increase. This research aims to find out how influential occupational safety and health are on employee performance for the company. The research method this time is a qualitative research method presented in the form of a narrative literature review. It was found that good employee performance in a company can have a positive impact on the company as a whole. The safety and protection factor at work is one of the keys to improving employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the analysis of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 at PT. Kerta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles being reviewed. The review results show that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia describes the management of railroad asset documents based on ISO 9001: 2015 concerning Quality Assurance Systems in supporting the revitalization program of several railroads in Indonesia. In the process of revitalizing the rail line, of course, documents are needed as the main reference. Asset documents used in the railroad track revitalization activities are documents in the form of technical drawings, asset ownership documents, and cartography. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from participatory observation in 2019, in-depth interviews, and a review of document asset document management activities. Along with the development of increasingly advanced industry, companies are also required to provide the best quality in the products and services they produce but do not forget the environmental impacts that occur from all company activities. In the era of globalization, the challenge for an institution, both government and private, is the ability to guarantee customer or work partner satisfaction. Likewise with the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) PT. Kereta Api (Persero). The conclusion obtained is that asset document management on the basis of ISO 9001: 2015 has an important role in supporting the railroad revitalization program in Indonesia. This is because in revitalizing the railroad, guidelines are needed to reconstruct the structure of the railroad when the track was still actively used. If the asset documents are damaged, both physically and in terms of information, then the reconstruction process will require more money and take longer.

Abstract

Today's digital transformation is heavily influenced by the presence of artificial intelligence (AI), which significantly changes the way businesses run while improving organizational efficiency. This research explores the utilization of AI in various industries, as well as the extent to which AI plays a role in driving business model innovation and improving company operational performance. By combining several approaches, this research systematically reviews scholarly articles from 2019 to 2024 as well as related digital book literature. The results show that AI has three main roles. First, it improves organizational efficiency through automation, smarter data processing, and cost savings. Second, driving business model change through service personalization, demand prediction, and integration with digital platforms. Third, it accelerates organizational learning in the process of business innovation. In addition to the technological and economic benefits, the study also highlights the importance of ethical aspects and participation in the application of AI, in order to minimize risks such as algorithm bias and potential decline in public trust. In conclusion, AI is not just a technological tool, but a strategic piece that can reshape organizational structures and business patterns. To effectively implement AI, organizations need to build digital capabilities, cultivate learning, and implement responsible governance.

Abstract

Global transformation driven by digital disruption, institutional fragmentation, and sustainability imperatives demands integrated organizational responses that transcend conventional silos between innovation, environmental stewardship, and strategic leadership. Yet empirical research from emerging economies remains fragmented, with few studies illuminating how these three dimensions interact as complementary forces within resource-constrained contexts. This qualitative multiple case study investigates the integrative pathways through which innovation capability, sustainability orientation, and strategic leadership synergistically drive organizational transformation in Indonesian organizations operating within dynamic global markets. Employing thematic analysis of in-depth interviews with 24 leaders and innovation actors across three contrasting organizational contexts (manufacturing, financial services, and technology), the study identifies four core integration mechanisms: vision-alignment coherence, adaptive capability orchestration, stakeholder-centric value creation, and transformative learning systems. Findings reveal that transformation success depends not on isolated excellence in any single dimension but on deliberate architectural alignment between vision-setting leadership, innovation as strategic practice, and sustainability as operational imperative. The study's novelty lies in its integrative framework—distinct from prior studies treating these dimensions separately—its grounding in emerging-economy realities rather than Western-centric assumptions, and its qualitative depth revealing the cognitive, cultural, and institutional conditions enabling systemic transformation. Practically, these findings offer leaders actionable pathways for embedding sustainability and innovation within strategic systems, while advancing theory by demonstrating how dynamic capabilities operate as integrated transformation mechanisms. This research contributes to the scholarly discourse on how organizations in emerging economies can achieve competitive resilience through purposeful alignment of innovation, sustainability, and strategic leadership in global transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis of transformational and transactional leadership styles and their effects on the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation in the food industry in Tangerang. The respondents of the study was employees in several food industries that were located in the Tangerang  who had implement the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System as many as 200 employees and data collection methods by giving online electronic questionnaires to 2000  employees randomly. The analytical tool used in this study is the SEM (Structural Equation Model) on the LISREL program version 8.70. This study provides results that show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation and the transactional leadership style is also positive and affects the performance of the HAS 23000 Halal Assurance System implementation and concluded that leadership is important in the performance of the HAS Halal Assurance System implementation HAS 23000
