Abstract

In this study, a cytotoxic test of the root bark extract of kaik-kaik (Uncaria cordata)(Lour.)Merr was carried out using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. The root bark extract of kaik-kaik (Uncaria cordata) (Lour.) Merr was obtained by maceration using n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol as solvents. The effect of each extract was identified on the percentage of mortality of Artemia salina Leach larvae and a probit analysis was calculated. The results showed that the three extracts provided cytotoxic activity with active categories with LC50 respectively, namely, 45.28 ug / ml, 55.08 ug / ml, 47.09 ug / ml which could be used as candidates for anti-cancer drugs

Abstract

Remote Working work system at Pt Pelindo Regional I Belawan, and measure the comparison of employee productivity. This research uses a comparative qualitative approach with a focus on individuals and research subjects. Data collection methods used include in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data interpretation is carried out in stages, starting from data collection, data reduction, until reaching the final conclusion. Research findings show that implementing this work system has a significant impact. Employee productivity experienced a decline at the start of Covid-19 in 2020-2021 and improved again in 2022-2023 and received this category. From employee evaluation data each year including work results, time discipline, competence, attitudes, knowledge and skills required, Pt Pelindo Regional I Belawan has succeeded in facilitating employees with adequate technology so that employee productivity in implementing the Remote Working system increases.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an absolute requirement for learning and has an importance in providing enthusiasm for learning, for this reason, efforts are needed by teachers to foster student learning motivation. One of them is by applying the Project Based Learning model. The purpose of this study was to apply the Project Based Learning learning model in an effort to increase student learning motivation in entrepreneurship workshop subjects with gold thread embroidery fan material and to determine the increase in student learning motivation in class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah. The research sample was students of class X IPA 3 SMA Lab School Unsyiah with 35 students. Data collection was obtained through observation of learning activities and tests. The results of the study obtained learning activities in cycle I with an average value of 4.32 (86%) including in the category of excellent, for the results of learning motivation in cycle I with an average value of 91.14% has reached the set target of 80%, then for the results of the final post-test of the cycle I with individual completeness (86%) has reached the completeness criteria of 80%. The research conclusion is that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model can increase student learning motivation. Therefore, the application of Project Based Learning can be applied to other learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the relationship between students' self -efficacy and self -efficacy in the reaction rate material. This type of research is an experimental study with pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique in this study was a random sampling technique, namely by choosing 3 high school (SMA) in Bengkalis Regency, namely SMA Negeri 2 Mandau, 8 Mandau State High School, and IT Al-Kautsar State High School. The correlation test was carried out to find out whether between two variables there was a relationship, and if there was a relationship, how the direction of the relationship and how much the relationship was. Based on the results of the correlation test that there is a positive correlation between the ability to solve problems and self -efficacy in students in high school, medium and low.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of digital marketing in the Lazada application to build brand awareness. By utilizing social media as a digital marketing strategy. The study uses qualitative methods by collecting data from several journal and book sources with the Literature Review method. The results of the study indicate that Brand Awareness is very necessary in the company, with the implementation of strong Brand Awareness it will have a positive impact on the company because consumer awareness of a brand greatly influences the success of a company. This study concludes that Lazada has implemented several marketing strategies to increase Brand Awareness to introduce their products such as; brand ambassadors, advertising promotions, competitor research, providing promotions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements in operational assistance funds (BOS). To find out about the management and implementation at SDN 019 Bonan Dolok. It is in accordance with the regulations implemented. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation directly with related parties. The subject of this research was the 019 Bonan Dolok State Elementary School, and those interviewed were the school principal, treasurer and secretary. The object of this research was the BOS fund report at 019 Bonan Dolok Elementary School. The data analysis technique used in this research uses three methods, namely data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The results of the research show that the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements of BOS funds is quite good, and the management of BOS funds is also quite good, starting from planning, use, implementation and accountability. Then the implementation of the accounting information system in cash receipts and disbursements of BOS funds has also been implemented well by the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh dewan pengawas syariah, dewan komisaris dan komite audit terhadap manajemen laba pada bank perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Berdasarkan analisis data yang sudah dilakukan akan membantu investor maupun kreditor dalam memahami kondisi perusahaan dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Laporan keuangan yang digunakan sebagai acuan informasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada periode tertentu menjadikan peran yang utama pada perbankan syariah. Populasi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2017 – 2021. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah dewan pengawas syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian t pada tabel 1.11 didapat besarnya nilai t hitung dalam dewan pengawas syariah yakni 0,559 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,580. Dengan nilai t hitung (0,559) < t tabell (1,696) serta nilai signifikan (0,580) > 0,05 bisa dipahami apabila variabel dewan pengawas syariah tidak berpengaruh pada manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah. Kemudian dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian t pada tabel 1.11 didapat Besarnya nilai t hitung pada dewan komisaris yakni 0,661 dan derajat signifikansi 0,514. Dengan nilai t hitung (0,661) < t tabel (1,696) serta nilai signifikan (0,514) > 0,05 bisa dipahami apabila variabel dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh pada manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah. Kemudian komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil pengujian t pada tabel 1.11 didapat Besarnya nilai t hitung pada komite audit yakni -0,152 dan derajat signifikansi 0,880. Dengan nilai t hitung (-0,162) < t tabel (1,696) serta nilai signifikan (0,880) > 0,05 bisa dipahami apabila variabel komite audit tidak berpengaruh pada manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah. Adapun dewan pengawas syariah, dewan komisaris dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah. Hal tersebut diperkuat dari hasil pengujian F pada tabel 1.12 didapat nilai F hitung untuk dewan pengawas syariah, dewan komisaris, dan komite audit yakni 2,111 dengan besar tingkat signifikansi 0,084. Dengan nilai F hitung (2,111) < F tabel (2,934) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,084) > 0,05 bisa dipahami jika variabel dewan pengawas syariah, dewan komisaris, dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh pada manajemen laba pada perbankan syariah.

Abstract

Bank syariah pada dasarnya memiliki tiga produk untuk meningkatkan kualitas bank dan meningkatkan loyalitas pada nasabah salah satunya adalah harus memiliki pelayanan yang berteknologi agar nasabah dapat bertransaksi dengan mudah, pelayanan yang dimaksud adalah bank menyediakan pelayanan melalui Automatic Teller Machine (ATM). Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) adalah salah satu fasilitas yang disediakan bank untuk nasabah yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah nasabah dalam bertransaksi karena fasilitas tersebut menggunakan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode penelitian metode penelitian kualitaltif, penelitian ini juga disebut dengan penelitian artistik dikarenakan penelitian ini kurlng berpola atau bersifat lebih bervariasi. Penafsiran data yang terkumpul di lapangan pada saat penelitian menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Penerapan manajemen kontrol adalah sebagi fungsi untuk mengawasi setiap kegiatan yang telah diorganisir, manajemen kontrol ini bagian terakhir dari fungsi manajemen yang dimana fungsi manajemen kontrol terhadap mesin Automatic Telller Machine menjadi bahan untuk mengawas kegiatan pada mesin yang kemudian hasil dari penerapan manajemen kontrol ini akan dilaporkan dan dijadikan bahan untuk evaluasi suatu perusahaan. Permasalahan yang lumrah terjadi pada transaksi di mesin Automatic Teller Machine adalah gagal Tarik tunai, dan kartu ATM yang tertelan yang dimana permasalahan tersebut diluar kendali dari pihak Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat KH Zainal Arifin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is influence of relational marketing and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the company AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 Medan regional office. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The variables in this study are relational marketing and customer satisfaction as independent variables and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Samples were taken from AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 customers in the Medan regional office, totaling 95 people. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis method used is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of the adjusted R value obtained from the SPSS processing is 0.825 which means that relational marketing and customer satisfaction can explain the customer loyalty variable of 82.5% and the remaining 17.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the F test analysis, it is known that the value of fcount (222.202) > ftable (3.10) and sig (0.000) < α (0.05). This means proving that relational marketing and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The Ministry of Religion of the Sambas Regency is a Vertical Agency of the Ministry of Religion domiciled in the Regency. One of the tasks of the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency is to provide services, guidance and guidance in the field of Hajj and Umrah. For services at the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency to prospective pilgrims, it is still not effective and efficient. The method used is Prototype with the stages of collecting requirements, building prototyping, evaluating prototyping, coding the system, testing the system, evaluating the system, and using the system. The Web-Based Information Portal for Prospective Hajj Pilgrims Services at the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency is built with functionalities according to user needs, namely: information on the schedule of Hajj rituals, information on Hajj travel schedules, information on estimated Hajj departures, information on material for Hajj rituals, information on data for prospective pilgrims, information health data of prospective pilgrims, message information and report information.
