Abstract

Nowadays, the internet has become a necessity in social and economic life that provides convenience in communication and social interaction. In addition, the presence of the internet supported by advances in digital technology is expected to provide business opportunities. Internet access has become easier with the rapid use of cell phones/mobile phones. This study aims to examine the effect of internet use on entrepreneurship opportunities in Indonesia through descriptive analysis methods and binary logistic regression. This research uses data from the 2019 National Socio-Economic Survey. Entrepreneurs in this research are limited to individuals who seek to be assisted by permanent workers or paid workers in the age range of 25 to 44 years. Of the 348735 samples that became the unit of analysis, there were 7108 who were entrepreneurs or about 2.04 percent. This study found that individuals who use the internet have a higher chance of becoming an entrepreneur than individuals who do not use the internet and this finding is statistically significant. In addition, the level of education significantly affects individuals to become entrepreneurs, but individuals with higher education have a lower tendency to become entrepreneurs than those with high school education and below. Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship is the desire, interest, and willingness of individuals to work hard in fulfilling their life needs without fear of the risks that will occur. The results obtained. Abstract

To turn innovative ideas into viable businesses, an entrepreneur collects and brings together all the essential resources, such as money, people, business model, strategy and willingness to take risks. The marketing mix consists of four elements: product, price, location and promotion. Promotion as part of the marketing mix has a number of obstacles in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing message to be conveyed. As a result, the concept of integrated marketing communication emerged, which integrates several marketing communication strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of integrated marketing messages. An entrepreneur's ability to sell his brand will be aided by the knowledge, understanding and application of integrated marketing communications. The purpose of this study is to conduct a theoretical investigation of the relationship between entrepreneurship and integrated marketing communication as a marketing promotion approach. If done right, integrated marketing communications can help entrepreneurs introduce, form a positive impression, and retain clients for their companies. Abstract

Business is a movement to satisfy needs that are overwhelmingly popular by many gatherings. Abstract

This study aims to describe the material for open unemployment in the city of Medan in 2019-2020.Open unemployment is a situation where the person does not work at all and does not try to find work. The study used a qualitative descriptive research method. Unification method collection method uses document study techniques. Data processing using the Spradley Model Analysis method. The results showed that there was an increasing trend of the open unemployment rate in Medan City in the 2019-2020 period of 2.21%. Abstract

Every muslim wants to echieve perfection in worship by carrying out all the commands of Allah SWT and staying away from all his prohibilitions. The pilliars of Islam and the pilliars of faith are guidelines for muslims to become true Muslims. There are five pilliars, islam and paying zakat is an obligation that must be issued by someone who has excess assets. Profesional zakat is part of zakat maal which must be issued on essest derived from regular income work that does not violate islamic law. Baznas after entrusting to the agency or company to collect zakat for its employees. The perpose of this study is to find out how the role of the islamic organizer section in collecting professional zakat is in the office of the ministry of religion in the city of Medan. The main problem related to this research is the effort and role of the islamic organizer section in collecting professional zakat. Abstract

Medan as one of the largest metropolitan cities in Indonesia, of course, should pay more attention to public compliance with payments and taxes, especially in this case the hotel, restaurant and entertainment tax in Medan. This study aims to determine how turnover and fines affect compliance with tax regulations, hotels and entertainment in the city of Medan. This research was conducted by using a literature search research method and using secondary data. The results showed that the imposition of fines together with the imposition of fines had a significant effect on compliance with hotel, restaurant, and entertainment taxpayer regulations in Medan. While the amount of revenue received does not affect taxpayer compliance with hotels, restaurants, and entertainment in the city of Medan. Abstract

When it comes to establishing relationships with others in the business world, ethics plays an important role. Business ethics plays an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. Practicing good corporate ethics can also improve communication and foster mutual trust between colleagues. In running a company, you have to focus on two things. The first is aware of and considers the needs and emotions of others. The second reason is to avoid avoiding other people, because corporate ethics vary widely between cultures and countries. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how Business Ethics in Business Companies in the Globalization Era. The author of this article uses observation techniques as a research strategy, as well as library research methods. Based on the discussion in this article, the level of trust that each member of the business community has with each other is influenced by business ethics. Abstract

Perspectives and ways of behaving are the solidarity of an individual's personality which is framed by propensity ordinary. Pioneering conduct is impacted by inward and outer variables. These variables are possession freedoms (property right, PR), capacities/capabilities (skill/capacity,), and motivating forces while outside factors incorporate the climate in this way Attitudes and conduct can be changed without anyone else and/or there are natural tensions/impacts. there is an impact from inside themselves and from outside the climate to relate then develop indi mentalities and explicit ways of behaving. It is important to expect independent ventures' hardships by leading an exact concentrate on the enterprising soul, innovative qualities, and appraisal of pioneering conduct that might influence the acknowledgment of freedom endeavors.
