Abstract

Makanan kaki lima memang kerap menggoda, namun pembeli kerap berpikir dua kali untuk membelinya karena kebersihannya. Namun, ketika sudah dipoles dan dikelola dengan manajemen modern, serta diberi sentuhan pemasaran digital, kemasan dan tampilan kekinian produk kuliner kaki lima berhasil tampil lebih menarik dan meningkatkan permintaan pelanggan untuk membeli. Hal ini terlihat dari produk “Ketoprak Jack D”, di Tangerang Selatan. Dikelola oleh kakak beradik anak-anak tokoh masyarakat ini berhasil menggaet banyak pelanggan baru, menunjukkan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan yang signifikan dengan desain kemasan dan kinerja pemasaran digitalnya. Penggunaan hashtag yang efektif di Instagram meningkatkan jangkauan ke non-followers. Termasuk membuka lapak di Shopee. Program ini berhasil mengidentifikasi strategi penting dalam branding dan pemasaran digital yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha kuliner. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi dan mendorong laju pertumbuhan industri yang diteliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Ciplaz Parung. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 53 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 48.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.857 > 2.008). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.3% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (6,240 > 2,008). Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.024 + 0.409X1 + 0.392X2. The coefficient of determination value is 58.6% while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (35,354 > 2,790).

Abstract

The aim of this research isto knowDevelopment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Based on Creative Economy in the Current Competitive Era and MSME Development Strategy in the Competitive Era. This research uses a descriptive exploratory approach using a literature review or library study approach, namely referring to various literature, such as books, dissertations, scientific journals and the internet.Research resultIt can be concluded that there is a need for the creative economy to be improved because of its positive influence on the economy in Indonesia. Thus, it can be said that the growth and improvement of the creative economy industry can continue to help the economy in Indonesia.So the development of creative economy-based Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) needs to be supported in the current competitive era. Strategy in Developing MSMEs in the Competitive Eraaccording to the author based on analysis of various literature, including, namelyDoCollaboration with various parties to support the success of MSMEs, the need for government and private support in developing MSMEs,Improving the quality of MSME actors in utilizing technology,Carrying out online marketing and promotions to increase sales of MSMEs, training is needed for the development of MSMEs and human resource development or MSME actors in the creative economy industry. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan keberhasilan usaha mikro kecil menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha mikro kecil menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  pendekatan  eksploratif  deskriptif  dengan menggunakan pendekatan pada kajian literatur atau studi pustaka, yaitu merujuk dari  berbagai literatur, seperti buku, disertasi, jurnal ilmiah dan internet. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data ini ialah Metode  eksposisi,  yaitu  dengan menyajikan data dan  fakta  yang saling berkaitan sehingga  pada  akhirnya  dapat dicari korelasi antara data dan fakta tersebut. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, keberhasilan UMKM di era kompetitif saat ini sangat diharapkan secara konsisten berkembang dan mampu bersaing khususnya pada usaha mikro kecil menengah berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Banyak faktor penentu keberhasilan UMKM khususnya industri ekonomi kreatif. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan UMKM berbasis ekonomi kreatif, antara lain: Sikap, Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Pelaku Usaha, Membuat Ide Kreatif dan Menarik, Memanfaatkan Media Promosi Online, Penggunaan  Informasi  Akuntansi , Modal Usaha dan Umur Usaha.Kata Kunci:  keberhasilan UMKM; ekonomi kreatif; tinjauan literatur sistematis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi rekrutmen karyawan pada PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia, yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tangerang. Perusahaan ini adalah produsen sepatu olahraga berkualitas tinggi yang bekerja sama dengan merek internasional seperti NIKE. Efektivitas proses rekrutmen sangat penting untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berkontribusi terhadap kemajuan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa informan kunci dari berbagai departemen di PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan metode rekrutmen tertutup dan terbuka, tergantung pada urgensi dan kebutuhan posisi yang harus diisi. Sumber rekrutmen berasal dari internal dan eksternal perusahaan, dengan promosi jabatan dan rotasi sebagai pendekatan internal, serta iklan dan job fairs untuk sumber eksternal. Kendala utama dalam proses rekrutmen termasuk jumlah pelamar yang tidak memenuhi kualifikasi yang diinginkan dan masalah dengan ketidakhadiran pelamar yang telah dijadwalkan untuk memulai bekerja. Untuk mengatasi kendala ini, perusahaan menyiapkan kandidat cadangan dan memperketat proses seleksi awal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia memiliki proses rekrutmen yang cukup komprehensif dan terstruktur, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa area yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas rekrutmen. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan sosialisasi budaya perusahaan kepada calon karyawan dan penggunaan teknologi untuk menyederhanakan proses rekrutmen.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait keilmuan wirausaha pada siswa di SMK Putra Pertiwi Tangerang Selatan yang perlu didukung agar termotivasi menjadi seorang pelaku usaha atau wirausaha yang kreatif di era kompetitif. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini di antaranya dengan menggunakan ceramah dan berdiskusi secara bersama sehingga penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya materi mengenai ilmu kewirausahaan dan konsep bisnis sebagai bekal menjadi seorang wirausaha muda yang kreatif di era kompetitif. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian oleh dosen Prodi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang dapat membuahkan hasil yang positif terlihat dari antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pemberian materi pengabdian, tanya jawab dan kuis yang diadakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Dosen Universitas Pamulang.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the furniture industry regarding enhancing business competitiveness in the digital era (a case study of SMEs in South Tangerang City). This research employs a qualitative method to gain in-depth understanding through data collection techniques including observation, documentation, and interviews, using a semi-structured interview format based on a predetermined interview guide with several informants from the furniture industry SMEs in South Tangerang City. The analysis of the interviews revealed that the strategies employed to improve competitiveness in the digital era focus on maintaining product quality, utilizing social media and e-commerce, and building good relationships with customers. Although some business actors have started using digital platforms, many still rely on traditional methods. Challenges such as price competition and the impact of political situations are also faced, but these are addressed through innovation, product differentiation, and strategic adaptation. While there have been efforts to leverage digital opportunities, there remains room for further development in the use of technology and more effective online marketing strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, working capital, and market orientation on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali. The type of this research was quantitative method. The size of respondents were 280 SMEs, selected by accidental sampling or the sample was chosen by chance at the location and was considered suitable as a data source. In the questionnaire, there were five choices of scores for each statement that could be chosen according to the actual situation felt by the respondent. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis with the SmartPLS 4.0 software data processing tool. This study revealed that the entrepreneurial orientation, working capital, and market orientation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Finally, this model helps to determine how entrepreneurial orientation, working capital, and market orientation affect business performances of SMEs

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of OCB to employee performance, intrinsic motivation to employee performance and job satisfaction to employee performance.Online questionnaire given to respondents who are online shop employees. Through the Whatsapp network, questionnaires were distributed. While literature, books, and websites used as a secondary data source. The population used consisted of 2013 permanent employees from all online shops . This research uses probability sampling method by using simple random sampling as the sampling method. Due to the large number of respondents, the number of samples in this study was calculated using the Slovin equation and the number of respondents who became the sample was 103 people. In this study, the analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with data processing tools using smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are OCB has a positive impact on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has a positive impact on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This quantitative research investigates the influence of Human Resource Management (HRM), Sales Management, and Strategic Management on employee work productivity and its implications for enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Tangerang region. The study employs a descriptive and associative approach, using survey methods to collect data from 150 SME employees in Tangerang. The findings reveal that effective HRM practices significantly enhance employee productivity by fostering a supportive work environment and continuous professional development. Sales Management strategies are shown to improve productivity by optimizing sales processes and customer relationship management. Strategic Management practices, including clear goal-setting and resource allocation, further boost employee productivity. Moreover, the research demonstrates that increased productivity positively impacts employees' entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging innovation and proactive business initiatives. The study concludes that integrated management practices are crucial for improving both productivity and entrepreneurial tendencies within SMEs.
