Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Nadi Suwarna Bumi.  Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik penulis menjadikan karyawan PT. Nadi Suwarna Bumi sebagai  populasi totalnya  berjumlah  150 karyawan. Adapun  jumlah  sampel  diperoleh  dari  perhitungan  Slovin dengan tingkat galat sebesar 10% diperoleh hasil 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Teknik uji sampling menggunakan metode sensus Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Nadi Suwarna Bumi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai F hitung = 8098,471 > 3,160 atau (Fhitung > Ftabel) sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara motivasi dan Disiplin (X2) secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas kerja (Y) karyawan pada PT. Nadi Suwarna Bumi Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Produktivitas

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitia n ini memiliki tujuan   untuk  mengetahui p engaruh gaya    ke pemimpinan dan budaya  organisasi  terhadap kiner ja karyawan  pada Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Tangerang.  Metode  penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dan menggunakan sebanyak 67   responden dengan m enggunakan Random Sampling dan pengambilan data dengan rumus Solvin. Hasil penelitiandapat dilihat dari Uji F yang memberikan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel (33,173 > 3,140) maka Ha diterima, sehingga dinyatakan   bahwa   memiliki   pengaruh   yang  positif dan   signifikan secara   simultan   antara   variabel gaya   kepemimpinan   dan   budaya  organisasi terhada p  kinerja karyawan   Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Tangerang.Kata  Kunci : “Gaya Kepemimpinan,Budaya Organisasi,Kinerja Karyawan”.

Abstract

The development of national borders is a priority for a country in the interest of sovereignty and prosperity for its citizens. This study examines the development of research that takes the topic of developing national borders. The research aims to discover the development of the number of publications and maps of the development of publications over the last ten years on the topic of development in question. This research method uses descriptive bibliometric analysis, with metadata from 982 research publications sourced and processed from Google Scholar. The results showed that in the period 2012-2022, there was an increase in the development of publications, from 20 publications in 2012 (2.04%) to 182 publications in 2020 (18.54%), or an increase of 8 times compared to publications with the same topic in 2012. The development of mapping research publications based on keywords (co-occurrence) identified a description of the network of relationships between conceptions of national border development and related topics grouped into 10 clusters. Development is the main issue discussed in various studies in the last ten years. From the visualization overlay on co-occurrence, the keyword 'Development' is the most discussed topic and highlights the need for strengthening and improvement in managing national borders. This research also obtained several topics still open for researchers to develop, including infrastructure development and loci in border areas, which are interesting for future research topics.

Abstract

The concept of heaven plays a pivotal role within religiosity, acting as both a metaphysical endpoint and an ethical guide, profoundly influencing personal beliefs and societal structures. This study aims to examine the interplay between belief in heaven and its influence on moral decision-making, psychological well-being, and economic productivity across diverse contexts. Employing a systematic literature review, this research involved a bibliometric analysis of 427 publications from Scopus (2005–2024) using VOSviewer to identify clusters and emerging trends. Through co-occurrence mapping, the study isolated five primary research clusters, including moral behavior, psychological impacts, cultural influences, economic implications, and demographic variables. Key findings reveal that belief in heaven correlates with both conservative moral perspectives and increased psychological resilience, with notable demographic differences. Economic implications suggest that afterlife beliefs support values like honesty and thrift, indirectly boosting economic productivity. The study underscores the distinct role of heaven as an isolated concept within religiosity, contributing novel insights into the broader societal impact of afterlife beliefs. Findings have practical implications for policymakers, religious leaders, and educators in leveraging heaven’s moral framework to foster pro-social behavior and societal well-being across culturally diverse populations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously at PT Sarana Sumut Ventura Ciputat employees, South Tangerang City. The analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The population in this study were employees of PT Sarana Sumut Ventura Ciputat, South Tangerang City. With a total sampling of 65 respondents. The results of this study based on the coefficient of determination showed that the work environment and work discipline had a contribution to employee performance of 67% while the remaining 33% were other variables not examined. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation was 0.277 + 0.473(X1) + 0.63 (X2), meaning that the employee's performance even without being influenced by the work environment and work discipline had an effect of 0.277. The value of the correlation coefficient of the work environment on employee performance is 0.816, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship, the value of the correlation coefficient of work discipline on employee performance is 0.622, meaning that both variables have a strong levels of relationship. The results of testing the simultaneous effect of independent variables on the dependent variable obtained the value of F-count = 63.019 > F-table value = 3.15, so Hₒ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Sarana Sumut Ventura Ciputat, South Tangerang City.

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between employee motivation and performance at PT Karunia Gemilang, using an associative quantitative approach. The total sample used was 65 employees, representing all members of the company's population. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination. The results show that there is a strong and significant relationship between motivation and employee performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.768 indicates that motivation has a substantial influence on employee performance. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination of 59.0% indicates that most of the variability in employee performance can be explained by variability in their motivation. These findings emphasize the importance of effective motivation strategies in human resource management to optimize employee performance. This study highlights the important role of motivation in achieving organizational goals and increasing employee work effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Trans Retail Indonesia (Carrefour) Cabang Ciputat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, menggunakan angket kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, autokorelasi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel (8,518 > 1,988) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel stres kerja (X2) juga menunjukkan hasil thitung > ttabel (7,046 > 1,988) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (64,202 > 3,110) dengan ρ value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), sehingga lingkungan kerja fisik dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,607 menunjukkan bahwa 60,7% variabilitas kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh lingkungan kerja fisik dan stres kerja, sementara 39,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores the implementation of digital-based public services within the country’s public sector organizations. The research aims to investigate the current status, effectiveness, and challenges encountered in the deployment of digital platforms for public service delivery. Through a combination of interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis, insights are gathered from various stakeholders, including government oficials, service providers, and citizens. Thematic analysis is employed to identify recurring patterns and underlying factors influencing the adoption and execution of digital public services. The findings reveal both strengths and weaknesses in existing digital platforms, as well as insights into citizen engagement levels, technological infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, and institutional capacities. Ultimately, this research contributes to the broader discourse on digital governance and public administration in Indonesia, emphasizing the need to leverage technology to enhance service delivery and promote citizen-centric governance practices.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertajuk "Pelatihan Pengembangan SDM pada kelompok UMKM di Lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Cipedak Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan” dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21–22 Juni 2025. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui pendekatan kolaboratif antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Fokus pelatihan mencakup penguatan keterampilan manajerial, pengelolaan usaha, serta pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana guna mendorong daya saing UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Materi pelatihan disampaikan secara partisipatif melalui diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan simulasi kegiatan praktis, sehingga peserta dapat langsung memahami dan menerapkan materi sesuai kebutuhan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM mulai memahami pentingnya SDM sebagai aset strategis yang berperan dalam pengembangan produktivitas, efisiensi usaha, serta inovasi layanan dan produk. Peserta juga menunjukkan perubahan pola pikir dari sekadar mempekerjakan tenaga kerja menjadi membina dan mengembangkan potensi SDM internal. Meskipun masih ada tantangan dalam penerapan praktik manajerial secara konsisten, kolaborasi dengan mahasiswa dinilai memberikan motivasi, ide-ide baru, serta pemahaman teknologi yang lebih segar. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, pelaku UMKM di RW 04 Kelurahan Cipedak diharapkan mampu mengelola usaha dengan lebih profesional, meningkatkan daya saing, dan membuka peluang kerja di masa depan.

Abstract

Keterbatasan pemahaman dan pengetahuan praktis para pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan lingkungan kerja positif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia para pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama melalui penyampaian materi dan secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai pengelolaan, penerapan MSDM dalam pengembangan lingkungan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari penyuluhan, pelatihan praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai cara menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif terhadap karyawan atau staff yang dimiliki guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan SDM di UMKM Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama, serta mendorong akan meningkatnya produktivitas, daya saing, serta peningkatan kapasitas SDM lokal di masa depan.
