Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan tantangan terbesar bagi organisasi yang saat ini dicirikan dengan perubahan signifikan dalam lingkungan bisnis. Kepemimpinan merupakan kunci dalam menghadapi krisis dan menumbuhkan semangat untuk kemajuan wirausaha pada umumnya. Kepemimpinan yang mampu menciptakan para wirausaha sosial yang berorientasi pada pembangunan masyarakat. Para wirausaha sosial diharapkan mampu memberikan peningkatan kinerja wirausaha dalam menghadapi perubahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dimana Systematic Literature Review merupakan jenis tinjauan literatur dengan menggunakan metode sistematis yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa karya ilmiah, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya yang relevan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan mampu meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha sosial yang mampu memberikan dampak signifikan untuk kinerja yang berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi tantanga menjadi peluang bisnis dalam situasi yang dinamis.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas dampak penggunaan alat digital yang tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran, tetapi juga memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa. Melalui akses yang lebih luas ke sumber daya seperti jurnal ilmiah dan video tutorial, siswa mampu melakukan pembelajaran mandiri dan mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Selain itu, pengembangan kompetensi digital di kalangan guru mendorong penerapan metode pengajaran yang inovatif, sehingga kualitas pengajaran secara keseluruhan dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek dari penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala, integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih efektif, inklusif, dan kolaboratif. Beberapa implikasinya adalah keterlibatan peserta didik lebih meningkat, mengembangkan keterampilan literasi digital, pembelajarn lebih praktis, mampu menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan memperluas kolaborasi dan interaksi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used by SMK Negeri 1 Tekarang in planning, implementing (in this case using), and evaluating financing from two sources of education funds, namely BOS and PBP. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method obtained from a case study. Data collection through observation, interviews, and analyzing documents related to financing management at SMK Negeri 1 Tekarang. The findings show that financing management at SMK Negeri I Tekarang has been implemented in accordance with the principles of accountability and transparency. However, there are still several challenges such as limited financial resources and the many items that need to be met so that the budget seems small. This study provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of cash management, including strengthening staff capacity and increasing collaboration with external stakeholders. The importance of this study is expected to help improve the quality of educational resource management in these schools and help them achieve better educational goals.

Abstract

The digital era is closely related to technological tools. The existence of technology is currently considered very important in human life as a suxpport in carrying out various activities both in carrying out work and in terms of education. This article aims to describe the economic challenges and opportunities of education in the digital era. The method used is a qualitative method with a scoping review type. The research data used is secondary data in the form of accredited journals during the 2014-2024 period. The keywords used in this research are Education Economy, Digital, Challenges, Opportunities. From the 10 articles analyzed, it can be seen that there are various challenges and opportunities for the education economy in the digital era. Challenges such as technological accessibility and digital reach cannot be avoided in the current digital era, limited technological accessibility, digital inequality, Digital Security and Privacy. Apart from the challenges, there are also opportunities that can be exploited in the education economy in this digital era, such as the use of technology in learning, both in terms of providing information, apart from that, financial institutions can be implemented optimally, the use of websites and applications to carry out transactions and reporting will be more effective. and efficient. Can save operational costs so that they can be diverted to developing more modern facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

This study aims to find out where the sources of working capital come from and what are the working capital used for at KSP CU Khatulistiwa Bakti Pontianak City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, namely qualitative research is descriptive and tends to use analysis and emphasis on the depth of data obtained by researchers. The source of data in this study is the financial statements of the KSP CU Khatulistiwa Bakti balance sheet, Pontianak City. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data collection tools are data reduction, data presentation and verification. In this study, the authors calculate the source and use of capital using financial statement data in the form of a balance sheet. From the analysis of sources and use of capital, it can be seen that the increase in working capital in CUs is due to the source of capital being greater than the use of working capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the results of bamboo and rattan weaving in Kenanai Hamlet can support the family economy of the craftsmen community in Kenanai Hamlet, Sambas Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are using three methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The data validity checking technique in this study uses triangulation and reference materials. The data sources for this study were the Head of Kenanai Hamlet and bamboo and rattan weaving craftsmen. The results of the study showed that there were several products produced, namely rattan parabolic chairs, clothes racks, rattan plates, fruit baskets, nyiru, food covers, pen holders and rocking horses and trash baskets. The results of the sale of bamboo and rattan woven products can support the family economy, including the fulfillment of primary needs, increasing income, and absorbing labor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Industrial Work Practice and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest of Class XII BDP Students of SMKN 8 Pontianak. This form of research is Quantitative research with Survey research type. The sample in this study were XII BDP class students 83 students. The sampling method is Total Sampling population The results showed that 1. There is a significant effect of X1 Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Y Entrepreneurial Interest indicated by a significant value of 0.000. The calculated t value of 12.809 is greater than the t table of 1.664 by having an influence of 66.9%, 2. There is a significant effect of X2 Industrial Work Practice on Y Entrepreneurial Interest indicated by a significant value of 0.018, with a calculated t value of 2.414 having an influence of 6.7%, 3. There is a significant effect of X3 Self-Efficacy on Y Entrepreneurial Interest indicated by a significance value of 0.000. There is an effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1), Industrial Work Practice (X2), and Self- Efficacy (X3) has a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) together (simultaneously) with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.005 with a value of F value calculated 82.734 greater than F table 2.76 with the influence of 75.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) The impact of entrepreneurial education in the family on the income of the manufacturer of fabrics in the village of Hope Branch of Sambas. 2) The effect of the capital of the enterprise on the revenue of the supplier of the fabrics of the village. The method used in this research is a method of quantitative research. The analysis technique in this study is double regression analysis. The sample in this study was a craftsman as well as a weaving business manager in the village of Hope Source of Sambas district with a total of 30 respondents. The data collection tool uses a lift or a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that: 1) Education of entrepreneurship in the family against the income of the craftsmen of the fabrics in the village of the source of hope of the district of Sambas has a significant influence. 2) Capital of the enterprise against the revenue of the manufacturers of fabrics of the village, while there are still 59.4% other determined of other factors not discussed in this study. Based on the results of the research, we expect fabric craftsmen to be able to improve entrepreneurial education in the family optimally and structured, the government and institutions are able to provide support in the form of additional capital of a larger enterprise so that the enterprise continues to go well and increases the income of fabric entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Abstract Today the development of education is increasingly rapid, the world of education is now experiencing a turmoil in improving science and quality of education. The quality of education can be improved by changing the mindset used as a basis for the implementation of learning. This can be used as the development of learning media. However, in its development there are still many teachers who have not been able to develop effective and efficient learning media, especially for geography education. This study uses a type of meta-analysis research. Meta Analysis is a set of quantitative statistical methods because it uses the calculation of numbers and statistics for practical interests. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires online through Google Form. Participants by filling out a questionnaire totaling 45 people consisting of class XII IPS 1, XII IPS 2, and XII IPS 3. Where each participant in the class totaling 15 people. The research questionnaire is filled out by each student based on experience that has been obtained from learning outcomes using visual media and does not use visual media and student learning motivation based on their respective opinions. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that visual media provides learning motivation to students with an average motivational questionnaire score of 72.4% with good categories. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perancanaan model pembelajaran Group to Group Exchange (GGE) pada mata pelajaran sosiologi kelas XI IPS 1 SMAS Ria Sinir Anik di Desa Anik Dingir Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif naratif dengan menggunakan 6 orang informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Group to Group Exchange (GGE) telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan pembelajaran sosiologi yang telah dirancang dan dalam proses pelaksanaannya telah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran Group to Group Exchange (GGE), dan dalam penilaian hasil pembelajaran sosiologi guru melakukannya penilaian terhadap aspek afektif dan psikomotorik dengan langkah-langkah menyusun rencana evaluasi hasil belajar, menghimpun data, melakukan verifikasi data, mengolah data dan menganalisis data, memberikan interpretasi dan menarik kesimpulan serta tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi.
