Abstract

Outcomes HW TRANS community empowerment through mentoring KKN-PPM include: 1) The ability of the knowledge and skills of students in the introduction of technology venture production of traditional food preparations; 2) Increasing the number and quality of production; 3) Legality higinies packaging and labeling, and PRT efficient; 4). The expansion of marketing efforts at HW Trans zone; 5). Increased revenue HW Trans business owners; 6). The formation of communities and industrial centers HW Trans mapping; 7) The pattern of mentoring and coaching program KKN PPM students; and 8) Form synergy of cooperation and partnership between the universities and the government. KKN-PPM is carried out for 3 months followed by 20 students of the faculty of Mathematics Physics and mathematics courses are concentrated in the hamlet RT 03 / RW 023 Jl. Suka Damai Jaya Rasau Jaya spread over 10 business owners HW each 2 students accompanied by three lecturers field. KKN PPM is done with the preparation, implementation and evaluation, and continued kontuinitas program. KKN PPM has started with site surveys KKN-PPM, working together with the HW TRANS, recruiting students to choose the time and place of execution, giving knowledge. Activities undertaken during the KKN PPM students include: 1) Mentoring production management, financial management, human resource management, business legality, and marketing management.; 2) Engaging in the process of production to marketing business owners HW Trans; 3) Making the signpost the name of the business owner; 4) The product showcase business owners; 5) counseling; and 6) Assistance kemasyarakatan.Evaluasi implementation of social activities conducted by Team KKN-PPM, Chairman HW Trans, and the KKN PPM LPPKM.Kegiatan is running smoothly and orderly due to: 1) be held on the college student holiday; 2) received a positive response from the community Rasau Jaya especially business owners who are members of the Trans HW; 3) the moral support of the Institute for Research and Community Services Universitas Tanjungpura; and 4) The intensity of assistance from the supervisor field

Abstract

The creative economy is pivotal in driving economic growth, fostering innovation, and creating jobs, particularly in rural areas. This study explores the significance of community participation in developing the creative economy by applying the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach in Teriak District, Bengkayang Regency. A qualitative research design was adopted, incorporating interviews, observations, and document analysis to provide in-depth insights into community participation patterns and challenges. The PRA method was selected for its ability to facilitate active community involvement in identifying local economic potentials and challenges, enabling the formulation of inclusive and context-specific development strategies. The findings indicate that PRA has successfully enhanced community involvement in critical areas of creative economy development, such as improving digital literacy, providing continuous mentoring, and expanding access to capital and technology. However, significant challenges persist, including low participation in marketing activities, inadequate infrastructure, and limited collaboration between the government and local communities, which hinder the overall effectiveness of the initiatives. Community engagement varies across different activities, with active participation in production processes but limited involvement in marketing and decision-making. Social and economic factors strongly influence these participation patterns, with community cohesion and relevant skill sets playing a crucial role in driving innovation and market adaptability. This study underscores the importance of aligning development strategies with local needs and potentials to promote inclusivity and sustainability. While the PRA approach proves effective in fostering community-driven initiatives, enhancing digital literacy and ensuring equitable access to resources is essential to maximizing its impact. Despite limitations related to the study's regional focus and qualitative approach, it provides valuable insights into the role of participatory methods in supporting creative economy growth. Addressing structural and social barriers will pave the way for broader and more meaningful community engagement, ultimately bolstering economic resilience and self-reliance in rural areas.

Abstract

Program Pembinaan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial lingkungan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan-kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pembinaan dan pendampingan kepada pengusaha-pengusaha lokal yang berpotensi untuk menggerakkan perekonomian daerah serta membuka peluang bagi masyarakat sekitar dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat secara berkelanjutan termasuk Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM). PKBM berbasis kewirausahaan memang bukan wacana baru yang dicanangkan, wacana ini sudah lama di gulirkan dan disosialisasikan, tapi sebagian PKBM belum menuju ke arah sana Sekitar 90% penduduk buta aksara berusia produktif dan berada di kalangan ekonomi lemah. Upaya untuk mengatasi salah satunya dengan menerjunkan mahasiswa ke lapangan melalui kegiatan KKN-PPM. Kegiatan diikuti sebanyak total 15 orang yang tersebar pada lima lokasi PKBM, yaitu PKBM Marga Jaya, PKBM Aprilla, PKBM Surya Kencana, PKBM Siratul Jannah dan PKBM Melati dengan tiga orang mahasiswa di setiap kelompok PKBM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan program KKN-PPM berjalan lancar karena sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan survey lokasi, pendekatan dengan beberapa kelompok PKBM dan melakukan sosialisasi program ini pada usaha-usaha industri yang termasuk dalam kelompok PKBM. Selain itu, mahasiswapun dibekali pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan usaha-usaha industri yang dilakukan oleh kelompok warga belajar di PKBM sebagai mata pencaharian. Rekomendasi kegiatan KKN-PPM yang akan datang dapat dilanjutkan dengan menambah unit-unit usaha lainnya yang dapat mendukung perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Dengan demikian, peran mahasiswa dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat terlihat nyata diberbagai sektor di pedesaan. Kata Kunci: UMKM, PKBM, Program KKN-PPM.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada peserta didik kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Kubu. Penelitian ini digolongkan ke dalam jenis penelitian Ex Post Facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Kubu. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas XII  yang terdiri dari 124 peserta didik. Dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 95 peserta didik, dengan menggunakan teknik Proportional  random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, nilai rata-rata literasi digital sebesar 75,03 dengan kategori baik dan nilai hasil belajar adalah 80,21 dengan kategori baik. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai sig 0,004, dengan kriteria sig 0,004 < α 0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kubu.

Abstract

Program kemitraan Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kompetensi pelaku usaha Pengolahan Pisang Sedayung di Desa Dharma Bhakti, Kecamatan Teriak, Kabupaten Bengkayang. Metode PkM yaitu edukasi atau pendidikan masyarakat. Tahapan kegiatan PkM mencakup beberapa langkah, dimulai dengan survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha. Selanjutnya, dilakukan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait guna memastikan kelancaran program. Sebelum pelatihan dimulai, peserta menjalani pre-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman awal mereka. Pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup teori dan praktik dalam manajemen produksi, keuangan, serta pemasaran digital. Setelah pelatihan, peserta mengikuti post-test untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pemahaman yang telah diperoleh. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta yang aktif dalam usaha pengolahan pisang. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan peningkatan sebesar 75% pada aspek manajemen keuangan dan 70% dalam pemasaran digital. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk kelompok usaha Sedayung menjadi lebih dari 10 jenis olahan pisang menunjukkan adanya potensi besar untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Pelatihan ini juga menghasilkan berbagai rekomendasi strategis, seperti pendampingan lanjutan, penerapan teknologi dalam proses produksi dan pemasaran, serta perluasan jaringan pemasaran untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan kelompok usaha Pengolahan Pisang Sedayung dapat berkembang lebih pesat dan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the procedure for granting credit at Duit Rimbak Gintong in Setawar Village. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were 3 representatives of the Duit Rimbak Gintong organization. The data collection technique was to conduct observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are: (1) The requirements that must be met are KTP; (2) the submission mechanism is to come directly to the Duit Rimbak Gintong management; (3) the application can only be approved by the Duit Rimbak Gintong core management; (4) there is no special agreement and customers are charged 10% interest on loans; (5) there is no supervision of creditors; (6) the repayment system can be paid in installments and paid directly. (7) As of July 2024, bad debts reached RP 46.532.000.00. Duit Rimbak Gintong is a financial institution established based on the results of the RT 04 Gintong village management meeting, which is engaged in managing village treasury money, and the money can be loaned by the community on interest-bearing terms. The procedure for granting credit at Duit Rimbak Gintong in Setawar Village in serving credit granting services is not at all close to the general standards of credit granting procedures that apply.

Abstract

The 12% increase in the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate in Indonesia raises concerns about its impact on the unemployment rate and economic growth. This article analyzes the implications of this fiscal policy using a macroeconomic approach and systematic literature review method. The process of coding and visualizing the research results uses Atlas.ti software. The findings suggest that the tax increase has the potential to burden firms, which could lead to a reduction in labor force and increase unemployment, especially in sectors that depend on people's purchasing power. In this situation, higher inflation could erode purchasing power, reduce demand for goods and services, and slow overall economic growth. This research suggests that an increase in unemployment will have a wider negative impact on the economy, as the informal sector tends to be more vulnerable to these fluctuations. Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategy of human resource management (HR) through the implementationof the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in an effort to improve employee performance and motivation. TheBalanced Scorecard consists of four main perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal businessprocesses, and learning and growth. Through a literature review, it was found that the implementation ofBSC in HR management can improve employee performance by providing a more transparent andintegrated assessment system, and facilitating competency development through continuous learninggrowth. HR through the Scorecard can also help control the cost of creating company value, assess HRcontributions to strategy implementation, and support organizational change and formation. In addition,BSC has also proven effective in increasing employee motivation by creating a fair evaluation system andencouraging innovation. However, challenges such as resistance to change also need to be anticipated.Overall, the implementation of BSC in HR management has great potential to support long-termachievements through more effective and structured HR management.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest rubber producer in the world and plays an important role in the supply of rubber to the global market. Rubber prices fluctuated from January 2022 to June 2024. This study aims to determine the trend of rubber price fluctuations from 2022 to 2024 and to determine the impact of rubber price fluctuations on the welfare of the Kuala Sambeh Hamlet community, Rantau Panjang Village, Landak Regency. This study applies a qualitative approach through a case study method. Data were collected using interview techniques, including in-depth interviews using three methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were 8 rubber farmers. The results of the study (1) show that the trend of rubber price fluctuations from 2022 to 2024 experienced price fluctuations that were balanced between rising and falling prices, but the price decline was greater or sharper than the price increase. (2) Fluctuations in rubber prices have a very negative impact on the welfare of the Kuala Sambeh Hamlet community, the community is unable to meet the welfare indicators, namely balancing income and daily expenses and education levels.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the people of Bengaras Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency with the general aim of this research being to obtain information and find out about the welfare of oil palm plantation workers in Suangai Laur District, Ketapang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach method, with a survey research type. Informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 10 informants. Based on an analysis of the welfare of freelance daily workers on oil palm plantations PT. Batu Mas Sejahteran regarding the income received to meet daily needs is still far from sufficient, because there are often delays in paying salaries and the effective working days of casual daily workers per month are only 18 effective working days, with the monthly salary that casual daily workers receive is Rp. . 1,872,000,- or per day you only get Rp. 104,000,-. Meanwhile, the Ketapang Regency UMK level in 2023 is IDR. 3,100,000,-. So for the income of casual daily workers at PT. Batu Mas Sejahtera, Bengaras Village, Sungai Laur District is still low and still below the UMK of Ketapang Regency
