Abstract

Central Siantan is an area that has great potential in waste management business so that it becomes the center of the establishment of the Wahana Bersama (Mitra I) and Rosella (Mitra II) waste banks. The purpose of this PKM program is to accompany the waste bank: (1) get capital (credit application); (2) having a legal entity, (3) having a banking bookkeeping administration system; (4) Apply science and technology to waste collectors. In general, the PKM program targets garbage banks: (1) Having additional capital in providing facilities and payment for scavengers; (2) Having a legal entity (3) Managing the administration system of banking accounting (4) Increasing the amount of diversification of waste products; (5) There is a marketing gallery of waste products. The implementation of this program is carried out in three stages: 1) the preparation phase (survey the target location, coordinate with partners, plan outreach and training materials, divide the team's tasks according to their fields. Schedule agreements with partners; 2) implementation stage , socialization of the provision of facilities / facilities, conducting counseling, assisting the administration of banking bookkeeping), training in diversification of handicraft products from waste waste); and 3) Monetering and Evaluation Phase both internal and external. The implementation of this PKM runs smoothly, although there are obstacles in time adjustments between the team and partners, but can be overcome by implementation in the afternoon or evening or carried out during holidays.

Abstract

Single parents face numerous challenges in ensuring their children stay in school, besides managing household responsibilities and ensuring their children feel accepted in their surroundings. They also need to provide financial support for their children's education. This research aims to explore the supportive and inhibiting factors for single parents in motivating their children's learning. The research methodology employed is a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation by the researcher, with data validity tested using data triangulation. The study was conducted in several locations, including Pontianak, Kubu Raya, Singkawang, and Sambas, involving 5 informants who are single parents of students in the Economics Education program at FKIP Untan. Data analysis consisted of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that single parents motivate their children's learning by providing encouragement, love, attention, financial support, and important values. However, they also face obstacles such as financial issues and time constraints, underscoring the crucial role of single parents in motivating their college-going children.

Abstract

With increasing competition in the job market, every individual must be able to create jobs through entrepreneurship. Therefore, a separate corporate strategy is needed to succeed in entrepreneurship. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the intensity of Economic Education in the family environment on interest in entrepreneurship through financial management of FKIP Untan students. The research method used is path analysis with a quantitative form. The data sources obtained were economic education students from the 2019, 2020 and 2021 classes for Regular A and PPAPK classes and the data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The sample used was 60 economic education students from the classes of 2019, 2020 and 2021. The results of this research show that: The intensity of economic education in the family environment has a significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship of 0.616 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; Financial management has a significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship of 0.724 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05; The intensity of economic education in the family environment and financial management has an indirect influence on interest in entrepreneurship of 0.303 with a tcount of 2.767 > ttable of 2.000.

Abstract

The Indonesia-Malaysia border region has the potential for various natural and cultural resources. The development of entrepreneurial skills is critical, particularly for the younger generation, in order to improve the economic potential of the region near the Indonesia-Malaysia border. This study intends to examine the obstacles and opportunities experienced by students in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of Bidai indigenous wisdom in Bengkayang Regency, Malaysia-Indonesia border. The qualitative research method was applied in this study. Data was gathered through conversations with students who had prior experience creating Bidai local wisdom entrepreneurial firms. Data analysis employs interactive data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion or verification stages. According to the findings of the study, the problems that students encounter include a lack of funding to start a business, a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, and competition from imported products. Opportunities include the opportunity for cross-border markets with Malaysia, which expands opportunities for indigenous knowledge goods, as well as government and related organization support. This study's recommendations include enhancing students' entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, government assistance in getting financing and training, building effective marketing tactics, and forming partnerships with connected parties

Abstract

Pancasila and Citizenship Education (Civics) is one of the core subjects in the Indonesian education curriculum. Along with the development of ICT, Civics learning began to evolve from the use of printed books to the utilization of online learning resources. Both learning resources have their own advantages and are equally needed by students in the context of learning, so from this it is necessary to adjust the Civics teaching method with current technological developments. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the optimal strategies for utilizing printed books and online learning resources to improve the quality of Civics learning in high schools. This research was qualitative and used the literature study method and data analysis techniques in the form of an interactive model. The results of the study showed that teachers can optimally improve Civics learning in high school by integrating printed books and online learning resources by first understanding in depth the Civics curriculum in high school, then making lesson plans that combine printed books and online learning resources and Learning Management System (LMS), applying project-based learning methods, giving online assignments related to printed book materials, fostering students' digital literacy to find accurate and reliable learning sources, using multimedia such as learning videos from YouTube and implementing simulations. Finally, teachers should evaluate their teaching strategies regularly and collect feedback from students through surveys or class discussions. Integrating printed books and online learning resources can provide students with a more interactive and comprehensive learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the geographical conditions and socio-economic conditions of farmers in the peatlands of Rasau Jaya Tiga Village. This research uses mixed-method research with a sequential explanatory design approach. Geographical condition data were processed using spatial pattern analysis which was tested for accuracy using area sampling techniques. Data collection on the socio-economic conditions of peatland farmers was followed by qualitative steps and procedures with three classifications of peatland farmers as participants. The results showed that the characteristics of the soil types in the village of Rasau Jaya Tiga were dominated by organosol soils, with rainfall of 2,001 "“ 2,500 mm/year, and the dominating of land cover was gardens/plantations. The accuracy test results on the land use map are 81.25%. The characteristics of the socio-economic conditions of peatland farmers are marked by adequate monthly income, decent living conditions, a good level of health where nutrition and nutrition aret, good access to health services, but poor individual health insurance, a high level of educational awareness, and understand the importance of knowledge. There are very few social relations (farmer groups) only found in rice farmers. Soil and climate conditions in the village of Rasau Jaya Tiga have a significant impact on the level of productivity of farming land. Farmers understand and can adapt to peatlands in the village of Rasau Jaya Tiga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze various factors influencing students' learning challenges in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project within the implementation of an independent curriculum at SMAN 8 Pontianak. Employing a qualitative field approach akin to previous research, the study includes 7 tenth-grade students, Subject Teachers, and the Curriculum Deputy as participants. Data collection techniques involve passive participant observation and direct communication methods, utilizing observation and interview instruments. Research implementation utilizes non-participant observation techniques. Findings suggest that learning difficulties in the Project within the independent curriculum implementation among students are influenced by factors such as students' health conditions, study habits, learning interests, as well as family, peer, and school environments. The conclusion drawn is that internal factors like project learning interest, health conditions, and attitudes towards project-based learning seem more dominant than external factors in causing learning challenges in this context. However, it's important to note that internal and external factors can interact and influence each other, underscoring the need for a holistic approach to addressing learning difficulties.

Abstract

Sampah yang berasal dari kegiatan dan konsumsi masyarakat dikenal dengan sebutan sampah domestik atau sampah rumah tangga. Penyelenggaraan pengelolaan sampah terdiri dari dua komponen, yaitu pengumpulan sampah dan penanganan sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah di Kota Pontianak yang meliputi pemilahan, pengumpulan, pengangkutan, pengolahan dan pengolahan akhir sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada masyarakat dan Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kota Pontianak. Dalam menentukan jumlah sampel, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari total populasi sebanyak 670.859 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 39% masyarakat Kota Pontianak mengatakan jarang melakukan pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik, sebanyak 75% masyarakat mengatakan sering membuang sampah di bak sampah yang tersedia di sekitar rumah, sebanyak 75% masyarakat mengatakan lokasi TPA berada di Kecamatan Pontianak Utara, sebanyak 67% masyarakat mengatakan baik pada kondisi fasilitas TPST biodigister di Kota Pontianak, Sebanyak 62% masyarakat mengatakan baik pada penerapan metode Controlled Landfill saat ini di TPA Kota Pontianak.

Abstract

PPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi motivasi siswa belajar geografi secara online di rumah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Aliya Negeri (MAN) 2 Pontianak. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari wawancara online dengan enam mahasiswa melalui Whatsapp. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengolahan data, penyajian data dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini memvalidasi data menggunakan teknik observasi dan triangulasi yang diperluas. Hasilnya, terbukti bahwa motivasi belajar siswa memiliki beberapa karakteristik unik dalam penelitian geografi online. Dengan kata lain, siswa ingin tahu tentang pelajaran geografi dan ingin belajar lebih banyak untuk kepuasan mereka sendiri. Selain itu, motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai tugas, sehingga siswa dapat selangkah lebih maju dari teman sebayanya, sehingga dapat memahami dan belajar dengan baik terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam meningkatkan mutu di suatu lembaga pendidikan. Begitu pula yang dirasakan oleh satuan pendidikan di SD Negeri 07 Sandai. Implementasi peningkatan mutu melalui pembelajaran yang efektif tidak terlepas dari peran guru yang produktif. Guru yang produktif akan menghasilkan peserta didik yang kreatif dan inovatif. Namun untuk menunjang produktivitas guru, satuan pendidikan juga harus memperhatikan manajemen keuangannya. Ini dikarenakan produktifitas seorang guru akan tercipta apablia ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai yang nantinya dapat di gunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara serta studi dokumen yang dilakukan secara berkala dan sistematis demi melihat bagaimana manajemen keuangan yang baik yang diterapkan bisa memberikan dukungan pada produktifitas guru. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan fenomena bahwa dengan manajemen keuangan yang baik di suatu satuan pendidikan khususnya di SD Negeri 07 Sandai,dapat meningkatkan produktifitas guru yang berdampak pada pembelajaran yang yang diterima oleh siswa sehingga mutu pembelajaran akam ikut meningkat. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produktifitas guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif, maka tidak terlepaa dari manajemen keuangan yang baik pada satuan pendidikan.
