Abstract

Background: Merchants sell a variety of food for schoolchildren. In an attempt to make the food they offer more enticing and long-lasting, dealers frequently add food additives, sometimes prohibited food additives which is against the law. Predisposing conditions affect the addition of additives to snacks. Objectives: The study aimed to determine the factors that influence the addition of food ingredients not allowed by snack vendors in snacks sold around elementary schools Methods: This study used a survey approach with a cross-sectional design. The 99 traders that made up the study's sample were chosen randomly. The use of food additives was the dependent variable and the independent variables were gender, education, knowledge, age, and length of selling. Test kits were used in laboratories to analyze snack samples sold by traders in order to identify food additives (formalin, borax, Rhodamine B, and Yellow Methanol). Multivariate, bivariate, and univariate analysis were used in the research process. The multiple logistic regression with 95% Confident Interval and chi-square statistical tests were employed in this investigation. Results: The number of snacks checked by test-kit with the result was 21.2% of snacks containing prohibited food additives with a good level of knowledge on the sword as much as 52.5%. The results of the chi-square test statistics for knowledge (p=0.001), age (p=0.010), length of sale (p=0.022) was related to the use of prohibited food additives. The results of multivariate analysis showed that knowledge was the most influential factor in the use of food additives. Conclusions: Traders' knowledge about the use of food additives was the main factor, besides that relate factors were age and length of selling.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis inovasi bisnis dibidang pertambangan dan manfaat adanya hilirisasi bidang pertambangan. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Data yang diperlukan dihimpun melalui kajian teks, selanjutnya dianalisis memakai tehnik analisa isi. Berdasarkan studi literatur menunjukan bahwa inovasi bisnis dibidang pertambangan sangat diperlukan untuk keberlangsungan suatu industri tetap menjalankan perusahaannya maupun untuk bersaing kepada competitor. Hilirisasi memberikan keuntungan bagi bisnis pertambangan melalui peningkatan nilai tambah, kontribusi terhadap neraca perdagangan dan penciptaan ekosistem industri yang lebih kompetitif.

Abstract

Accounting has undergone significant transformation with the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and Blockchain. In the contemporary technological landscape, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity measures, and blockchain technology has emerged as an important development in accounting. The emergence of AI has revolutionised traditional accounting practices by enhancing data processing capabilities and enabling real-time analysis. Through machine learning algorithms, AI can identify patterns and anomalies in financial data, thereby improving accuracy and efficiency while minimising human error. These technological advancements not only streamline operations but also help in predictive analysis, thereby enabling accountants to make informed decisions based on comprehensive data interpretation. In integration with AI, Blockchain guarantees data accuracy and real-time access, allowing auditors to use verified information effectively. The combination of AI and IoT (Internet of Things) and Blockchain accelerates audit procedures, including substantive tests, and enables automated testing of all data, increasing audit efficiency and effectiveness (Kurniawan et al., 2020). In this context, this research will discuss the role and implications of these technologies in improving efficiency, transparency, and security in accounting practices. Organisational culture and industry-specific differences play an important role in shaping technology adoption strategies. The study provides recommendations for corporate firms in Jakarta, emphasising the importance of data security, change management, and skills development. In addition, this study also suggests future research to explore the long-term impact of technology adoption and new technologies in accounting practices. This research contributes to the growing discourse on technology-based transformation in accounting and offers actionable insights for multinational companies operating in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Word wall learning media is an interactive e-learning learning media used by teachers to improve student learning outcomes during classroom learning. Word wall media in the form of core learning concepts equipped with pictures, diagrams or real objects. The word wall learning media is applied to the Professional Ethics material for class X Accounting at the Kosgoro Tourism Vocational School, Cirebon. It is expected to help improve student learning outcomes. This article is written using a quantitative method in the form of a Pre-Experimental Design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. Through a prioritized approach with pre-test data to measure students' cognitive abilities, then given a word wall learning media treatment, taking post-test data to measure students' final abilities. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics of proportions and t-test using SPSS. The results of the analysis can be concluded that word wall interactive learning media in this study has increased. The results of the data from the t test were rejected because the class sample used in this study was very small so it was not suitable as an interactive medium.Keywords: Learning Media, Wordwall and Learning Outcomes.  AbstrakMedia pembelajaran word wall merupakan media pembelajaran e-learning interaktif yang digunakan guru dalam meningkakan hasil belajar siswa selama pembelajaran dikelas. Media Word wall berupa konsep inti pembelajaran dilengkapi gambar, diagram, atau objek nyata. Media pembelajaran word wall diterapkan pada materi Etika Profesi kelas X Akuntansi di SMK Pariwisata Kosgoro, Cirebon. Diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre Experimental Design dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Desaign. Melalui pendekatan diawali dengan data pre-test untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif   peserta didik, kemudian diberikan perlakuan   media pembelajaran word wall, diambil data post-test untuk mengukur kemampuan akhir siswa. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif persentase dan uji-t menggunakan SPSS. Hasil   data dari uji t Ho ditolak karena sampel kelas yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sangat sedikit sehingga kurang cocok sebagai media interaktif.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Wordwall dan Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

Customs is one of the agencies that play an important role in increasing economic growth and protecting the people of Indonesia from the entry of dangerous illegal goods. Office of supervision and service of Customs and Excise (KPPBC) type Madya Pabean C Pasar Baru Post Office as the only agency that specifically handles freight services under the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. But in the implementation of the policy of imported goods, still the discovery of violations that occurred resulting in losses to the state. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy on imported goods at KPPBC Type C Customs Post Office Pasar Baru. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness in the implementation of policies on imported goods it has been effectively implemented so that 86% of the settlement and action on imported goods becomes state revenue and the achievement of import duty targets with a realization of 122%. However there are several obstacles such as lack of public awareness in policy literacy Minister of finance regulation No.199/PMK.10/2019 imported goods so that there are still many people who commit violations. Efforts made by KPPBC Pasar Baru Post Office is to socialize actively and passively, consult and coordinate with policy makers and  maximize the performance of existing customs officers and officials.

Abstract

The Olympics is not merely a major sporting event in the world. However, the Olympics are also a means of diplomacy and as an intermediary for dialogue and building harmonious relations between countries in the world. Through Sport Diplomacy, sport becomes an arena for creating peace. In 1971 sport was used as a tool to reduce conflict between China and America. In 1972 hockey diplomacy also succeeded in creating harmony between Canada and the Soviet Union, and in 2011 cricket diplomacy became a catalyst for improving geopolitical relations between Pakistan and India. Reflecting on this in 2018, South Korea which was appointed to host the Winter Olympics tried to take advantage of this momentum to build harmonious relations with North Korea and create peace on the Korean Peninsula through four mechanisms: Image-building, building a platform dialogue, trust building , Reconciliation, integration and anti-racism

Abstract

This community service (PKM) is in collaboration with the National Entrepreneurship Movement of Central Java Province. The purpose of this PKM is to provide guidance and an overview of making financial reports through the Zahir system to MSME owners who are members of the Central Java GKN. This PKM activity was held on Monday, October 24 2022 via zoom meet which was attended by twelve participants, namely from Pamulang University attended by a team of accounting lecturers, Fina Ratnasari, S.E., M.Ak., Ambarwati, SE, M.Sc, and Puspita Handayani, S.E., M.Ak. and 9 MSMEs that are members of the Central Java GKN. It is hoped that with virtual (online) mentoring by the implementing lecturer of the PKM Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Pamulang, Tangsel regarding making financial reports using the Zahir application and marketing products using social media in businesses that are members of the Central Java GKN, it will increase the sustainability of these MSMEs. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sustainability report disclosure on financial performance carried out by food industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The population of this research is food industry companies that are listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method, as many as 90 companies. The results of the study show that the sustainability report has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. The better the sustainability report, the less negative economic, environmental, social and governance impacts. If sustainability is good, it can increase reputation and brand loyalty.

Abstract

Remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan cenderung menghadapi risiko stres psikologis yang lebih tinggi akibat keterbatasan dukungan emosional, kehilangan figur keluarga, dan tantangan dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sosial. Kondisi ini dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental jika tidak ditangani secara tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran emosional dan kemampuan regulasi diri melalui pelatihan mindfulness dan kecerdasan emosional sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif terhadap stres. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Budi Luhur, Kecamatan Jekulo, Kabupaten Kudus. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi partisipatif, dan praktik teknik mindfulness, seperti latihan pernapasan sadar, pemindaian tubuh, meditasi cinta kasih, dan penerapan mindfulness dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, pelatihan juga mencakup penguatan kecerdasan emosional, seperti kemampuan mengenali dan mengelola emosi, pemberian afirmasi positif, serta menumbuhkan empati dan rasa syukur. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan kesadaran diri, lebih mampu merespons stres secara adaptif, serta menunjukkan sikap yang lebih terbuka dan reflektif terhadap kondisi emosional mereka. Program ini terbukti memberikan manfaat nyata bagi kesejahteraan psikologis remaja dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai model intervensi berkelanjutan di lingkungan panti asuhan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Depok City Type B Terminal levy collection and its effect on Depok City income. This method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques used, namely interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Interviews were conducted with the Head of the Depok Terminal UPTD Subdivision, Depok City Transportation Service Staff, academics and terminal levy officers. The results of this research show that in 2019 - 2023, the highest level of acceptance effectiveness occurred in 2022 with a percentage of 99.09% and was included in the effective criteria. And conversely, the lowest level of effectiveness in receiving terminal levies occurred in 2020 with a percentage of 77.31% because there were early cases of the corona virus (Covid-19) entering Indonesia which was the cause of preventing people from traveling using public transportation, especially public transportation because Depok City was the first time the corona virus (Covid-19) appeared. There are also fewer vehicles, and then the regional economy also declines. This shows that although the realization of terminal levy revenue can reach the target and is effective, it does not  meet the target percentage of 100%.
