Abstract

Asphyxia and Intrauterine fetal dead (IUFD) are a threat if a premature rupture of membranes is not immediately treated quickly and appropriately. Neonatal asphyxia can occur due to complications from premature rupture of membranes. IMR in Indonesia is the fifth country for ASEAN countries, 35/1000 birth. Based on data from RA Kartini Hospital in Jepara, asphyxia cases from approximately (12,6%) and incidence of premature rupture of membranes 816 cases or around (85,8%). While the incidence of neonatal asphyxia born from PROM totalled 15 cases or about (1,6%).  This research using quantitative descriptive methods with cross-sectional design. This research was conducted on April 21-23, 2020 using a total sampling method of 148 respondents. The data used are secondary data with a single variable, namely the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes. Data analysis uses a descriptive statical test. Aims to know the description of the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes in General Hospital of Raden Ajeng Kartini Jepara 2019 and describe the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes in General Hospital Raden Ajeng Kartini Jepara 2019. The result showed that of 148 respondents on average had no risk age (20-35 years) as many as 120 respondents (81,1%) and the average parity PROM mothers as many as 148 respondents had multiparous parity of 85 respondents (57,4%). Then from 148 PROM mothers, 6 respondents (4,1%) gave birth to babies who had asphyxia. The highest incidence of neonatal asphyxia in mothers with maternity premature rupture of membranes was mild asphyxia of 3 respondents (2,0%), moderate to severe asphyxia of 2 respondents (1,4) and moderate asphyxia of 1 respondent (0,7%). The average degree of asphyxia in women with premature rupture of membranes is mild asphyxia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas lima di SD Negeri Giyono Kecamatan Jumo Kabupaten Temanggung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan simpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran guru kelas sebagai pelaksana bimbingan konseling telah terlaksana, namun masih terdapat beberapa peran yang belum terlaksana secara maksimal dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan. Peran guru kelas lima SD Negeri Giyono sebagai pelaksana layanan bimbingan konseling yang terlaksana diantaranya, guru sebagai pendidik, guru sebagai pembimbing, guru sebagai penasihat. Hambatan guru kelas lima SD Negeri Giyono dalam layanan bimbingan konseling yaitu kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua, karakteristik siswa, kurangnya pemahaman guru kelas. Upaya guru kelas dalam melaksanakan layanan bimbingan konseling diantaranya yaitu guru memahami karakteristik siswa yang berbeda, memahami kebutuhan perkembangan anak, menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran, memberikan reward dan pujian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) hasil pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah siswa pada kelompok intervensi dengan menggunakan ice breaking, 2) hasil pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah siswa pada kelompok kontrol dengan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung, 3) efektivitas penggunaan ice breaking dalam pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah pada. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 siswa, dimana 22 siswa kelas IIA yang masuk dalam kelompok intervensi dan 22 siswa kelas IIB masuk dalam kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni instrumen tes penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) hasil pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah siswa pada kelompok intervensi dengan menggunakan ice breaking diperoleh data dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 42,50 menjadi 92,25, 2) hasil pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah siswa pada kelompok kontrol dengan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung diperoleh data dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 38,75 menjadi 64,25, 3) penggunaan ice breaking efektif dalam pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah pada Kelas II SD Negeri 277 Sambirejo Kecamatan Lamasi Kabupaten Luwu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resources consisting of competence, and supervision on the management of village financial system application in villages in Nganjuk district. The research method used is a quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire data which is measured with a likertscale.The population in this study were all villages in Nganjuk district as many as 264 villages, with the respondents being the siskuedes operator, Village secretary and village treasure, while the sample uses the slovin formula, resulting 73 samples.The research data was processed using the classical assumption test consisting of the Normality Test, Multicollinerity Test and Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results of this study conclude that 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the management of village finsncialsysten applications in Nganjuk district 2). Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the management of village financial system applications in Nganjuk district.3). Competence and supervision together effect the management of village financial system applications in Nganjuk district.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of many leaders of educational institutions who have difficulty increasing the competitiveness of their institutions, and this has a big impact on the sustainability of their institutions in the future. Visionary school principals have the opportunity to overcome these competitiveness problems by always developing various vision-based advantages and strengthening them into organizational culture so that their institutions are able to have competitive advantages. The question in this research is what form of implementation of futuristic thinking does the school principal take as a leader in increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions? This research took research locations at MAN 2 Tulungagung and SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi Malang using a qualitative research approach and case study research type. The results of this research show that: 1) the heads of MAN 2 Tulungagung and SMK Mutu Gondanglegi Malang have futuristic thinking skills, demonstrated by their ability to develop visions into strategic policies and programs to position their institutions in the future. Among the strategic policies are: a) Strengthening religious culture; b) strengthening academic culture; and c) strengthening non-academic culture. The conclusion of the results of this research shows that the futuristic thinking skills possessed by visionary school principals based on organizational culture have been able to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of success of MAN 2 Kudus students who have many academic and research achievements achieved institutionally, nationally and internationally.  This success is also proven by recognition based on the publication of two Decrees of the Directorate General of Islamic Education, namely Decree of the Directorate General of Islamic Education Number 6757 of 2020 concerning the designation of MAN 2 as a research madrasa and Decree of the Directorate General of Islamic Education Number 1834 of 2021 which states that MAN 2 Kudus is a superior madrasah in the academic field. With some of this evidence, it shows that MAN 2 Kudus has good superior program innovation management so that it has an influence on improving the quality of its graduates. This research aims to find out the quality of graduates from the superior academic and research program at MAN 2 Kudus, how the initiation, implementation, support and evaluation of superior academic and research programs improve the quality of graduates and to find out whether the innovation management of superior programs has an effect on the quality of graduates at MAN 2 Kudus This type of research uses mixed methods. The population in this study were 736 students in superior program classes and teachers who taught superior program classes. The research sample was 101. The data collection techniques were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is 1) quantitative analysis using Smart PLS, 2) qualitative analysis using interactive model analysis. The results of this research conclude 1) The quality of graduates from the superior academic and research program at MAN 2 Kudus reached a score of 81.49% of what was expected. This can be stated qualitatively as good. 2) Innovation management of superior academic and research programs in improving the quality of graduates at MAN 2 Kudus is carried out by: a. Initiation of superior academic program innovation includes program formulation, human resource adjustments and setting superior standards. b. Implementation of superior academic program innovations includes: dividing programs, adding supporting materials and adjusting human resources c. The supporting capacity for innovation in superior academic and research programs includes the availability of infrastructure, the availability of educators and research supervisors and stakeholder awareness. d. Evaluation of superior academic and research program innovation is carried out by: evaluating the initiation, implementation and supporting capacity of academic and research programs. Meanwhile, quantitatively, superior program innovation management has a significant influence on the quality of graduates.

Abstract

One of the regional revenues comes from the tax sector, namely the rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2). However, there are still many taxpayers who do not pay and pay off their tax debts. Because of the low number of taxpayers to obey and obey in their tax obligations that lead to high amounts of receivables in the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency. Therefore, the purpose of this study to analyze the settlement strategy of rural and Urban Land and building tax receivables, obstacles faced and efforts made by the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that it is not fully optimal in the implementation of the settlement of PBB-P2 receivables based on the program implemented by the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency based on four indicators, namely organizational strategy, program, supporting resources, and institutional. Obstacles that occur is the lack of knowledge in sending system by taxpayers, double tax object numbers, and lack of bailiffs in settling receivables. Efforts have been made namely the renewal of system synchronization, open counters services in all sub-districts, put up banners and billboards, video visualization of services, conduct billing cooperation with the State Prosecutor's Office.

Abstract

Restaurant Tax is a tax on services provided by restaurants. The phenomenon in this research is the Restaurant Tax Revenue that has not yet reached the specified target due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Taxpayers have faced difficulties in paying taxes, resulting in reduced income collection. Many registered Restaurant Tax taxpayers do not meet their Tax Payment Obligations. Furthermore, public awareness of taxation remains limited. This research aims to investigate and analyze the intensification of restaurant tax collection and its impact on the increase in Regional Tax Revenue in DKI Jakarta. It also explores the obstacles faced and the efforts made by the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of DKI Jakarta to boost Regional Tax Revenue. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, collecting data through Observation, Interviews, and Documentation at the BAPENDA DKI Jakarta Office. The research findings indicate that the intensification of Restaurant Tax Collection for the increase in Regional Tax Revenue has not been successful. This is evident from the failure to achieve the revenue target and realization of Restaurant Tax Collection in DKI Jakarta from 2020 to 2022. This situation can be attributed to the Covid-19 pandemic and inadequate Tax Payment outreach efforts. BAPENDA DKI Jakarta’s initiatives include conducting Inspections, Providing Socialization and Education, Improving Service Quality, Implementing Tax Collection for Restaurant Tax taxpayers and Offering Extended Time for Restaurant Tax Calculations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Paku Kecamatan Binuang Kabupaten Polewali Mandar berlangsung selama 2 bulan dimulai pada bulan Februari 2020 April 2020 Penentuan responden dengan menggunakan metode proposive sampling (sengaja) dengan memilih langsung sebanyak 53 orang dengan menggunakan metode penentuan responden yang berpatokan padatora Yamane, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah skala likers dengan menggunakan table rekap untuk menarik sebuah kesimpulan tingkat persepsi masyarakat. Dengan berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan di Desa Paku Kecamatan Binuang Kabupaten Polewali Mandar,tingkat persepsi masyarakat di program asuransi pertanian dapat diukur dengan menggunakan dua variable yaitu variable efesiensi dan efektfitas dengan menggunakan table rekap akhir sebagai penentu persentase tinggi/rendahnya tingkat persepsi masyarakat, disamping itu dapat pula diketahui dua fakor utama yang mempengaruhi petani menggunakan program asuransi pertanian yaitu faktor biaya.

Abstract

Desa Bulu di Kabupaten Batang merupakan salah satu desa dengan mayoritas penduduk bekerja di sektor pertanian, atau menjadi petani. Sebagai petani penanaman padi, maka sebagaimana umumnya kendala menanam padi, para petani di desa Bulu menghadapi kendala adanya hama padi yang dalam hal ini ialah hama Sundep Putih. Dengan latar demikian maka kegiatan pengabdian kali ini dilakukan. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan dengan menggunakan sosialisasi, penyuluhan pertanian serta diskusi langsung. Dari hasil kegiatan didapatkan hasil bahwasanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini membantu para petani di desa Bulu untuk mengetahui cara pengendalian hama Sundep Putih pada tanaman padinya.
