Abstract

Asma adalah suatu kondisi dimana obstruksi jalan nafas yang reversibel ditandai dengan batuk, dipsnea, pada individu dengan saluran nafas yang hiperaktif. Asma telah menyerang lebih dari 5% populasi dunia, dan beberapa indikator menunjukkan bahwa prevalensinya terus meningkat. Secara garis besar penatalaksanaan asma bronkial dibedakan menjadi 2 yaitu farmakologis dan non farmakologis. Salah satu penatalaksanaan non farmakologis pada penderita asma adalah pemberian fisioterapi dada yang dilakukan dengan drainase postural, tepuk, dan getaran. Tindakan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pola pernapasan dan pembersihan saluran napas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian True Experimental dengan rancangan Randomized Pre Post Test Group Control Design. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik Probability sampling dengan metode alokasi random sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan 30 responden yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok. Uji Independent menunjukkan p value 0,001 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan fisioterapi dada terhadap respiration rate (RR) antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian setelah diberikan intervensi meningkatkan angka respirasi (RR) pasien yang mendapat fisioterapi dada, sehingga terapi efektif diterapkan pada pasien asma, terutama yang memiliki asma

Abstract

This study examines the main aspects of philosophy studies that are directly the basis for the implementation and development of governance in the field of education. The substance, approach and ontological, epistemological and axiological viewpoints in the development of Islamic education governance are critically analyzed and offered to be the foundation and basic for institutional revitalization and education policy reform in the current era of openness. This study is a conceptual study in which the data sources and references are formulated through library review and studied in depth with patterns and methods of content analysis. The formulation of this study illustrates that; 1). The essence of Islamic educational governance emphasizes the importance of balancing rational thinking with spiritual values, mastery of reason in the tradition of science with the firmness of spirituality. 2). The foundation must adopt a comprehensive approach to cognitive development, prioritizing affective growth especially values and attitudes and actions in real application. Educational governance must support the independence of the students, provide space to develop into progressive, creative, and innovative individuals, adapting to the changing times and environment. 3). The urgency of integrating leadership and managerial principles into a strong, dynamic, independent, and innovative personal character. And actions based on Islamic principles that are reflected in the value of worship, the value of ikhsan, the value of ukhrawi orientation, the value of rahmatan lil'alamin, positivity, long-term thinking, tawakkal.

Abstract

The study on determining the beginning of the Qamariyah month conducted online on Saturday, March 9, 2024, aimed to enhance participants' understanding of the principles of this and its application for determining the start of the Qamariyah month. This event featured two speakers who covered two main topics: the definition of hisab, the evidence for its legitimacy, understanding the texts, and the meanings of hadiths, as well as the role of hisab, types of hisab, criteria for hisab, the authentic method of hilal observation, and its implementation for the beginning of Ramadan 1445 Hijriyah in Yogyakarta and Ternate. The training results indicated that participants gained a profound knowledge of the hisab method and could apply this knowledge in their religious practices. The use of online technology via Zoom proved effective for organizing the training, and participant feedback indicated satisfaction with both the content and the delivery of the training. This training successfully achieved its educational goals by enhancing participants' competence in determining the beginning of the Qamariyah month in a syar'i and practical manner.ABSTRAKKegiatan Kajian metode hisab awal bulan Qamariyah yang dilaksanakan secara daring pada Sabtu, 9 Maret 2024, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta kajian tentang prinsip-prinsip hisab dan aplikasinya dalam penentuan awal bulan Qamariyah. Kegiatan ini menghadirkan dua narasumber yang membahas dua materi utama: pengertian hisab, dalil pensyariatan, fahmul matan, dan ma'anil hadits serta kedudukan hisab, macam-macam hisab, kriteria hisab, hisab hakiki wujudul hilal, dan implementasinya untuk awal Ramadhan 1445 Hijriyah di Yogyakarta dan Ternate. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang metode hisab dan dapat menerapkan ilmu tersebut dalam praktek ibadah. Teknologi daring melalui Zoom terbukti efektif dalam menyelenggarakan pelatihan, dan umpan balik dari peserta mengindikasikan kepuasan terhadap materi dan penyampaian yang dilakukan. Pelatihan ini berhasil memenuhi tujuan edukatifnya dengan meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam menentukan awal bulan Qamariyah secara syar'i dan praktis

Abstract

A teacher can be said to be professional and not only can master the material and concepts but must master how to teach and how learning strategies can be conveyed to students properly. These two things are between material (content) and how to teach (pedagogy), which are mutually sustainable and cannot be separated. The importance of continuity between material and pedagogics emerges, and a new understanding of how to combine material knowledge and convey it to students, namely pedagogical content knowledge (PCK), appears. The essential components of PCK are Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) and Content Knowledge (CK). This type of research is descriptive research. Descriptive research. Quantitative analysis through categorization. This study uses quantitative research as the process of data collection and processing. Quantitative research is research that uses a lot of numbers, from collecting data and interpreting data to presenting results. Based on the calculation of the PCK level at SMP Negeri 21 Ambon through the teacher's PCK test consisting of 52 open-ended questions, it is known that the ideal means is 26, and the perfect standard deviation is 7.78. Furthermore, it was found that 3 teachers were in the high PCK category, 2 teachers were in the medium PCK category, and 1 teacher was in the low PCK category.

Abstract

UPT Bulupountu Jaya dikenal sebagai salah satu daerah penghasil komoditi sayuran di Kabupaten Sigi – Sulawesi Tengah, dengan jenis sayuran yang diusahakan antara lain: kangkung, bayam, seleda, terong, bawang merah, cabe dan tomat. Produk dari hasil usahatani tersebut selain dijual di pasaran lokal Kota Palu, juga dipasarkan di kawasan perusahan tambang di Kabupaten Morowali. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh petani di UPT Bulupountu Jaya tersebut adalah kurangnya pupuk organik dan pestisida yang aman untuk digunakan dalam usaha budidaya tanaman sayuran. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah bekerjasama dengan salah satu kelompok tani untuk melakukan diseminasi teknologi penggunaan limbah organik rumah tangga dan limbah pertanian-peternakan menjadi biopestisida pupuk organik dan biopestisida / pestisida nabati. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengedukasi petani mengenai menggunakan limbah organik sebagai sumber pupuk organik pestisida ramah lingkungan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah society parcipatory yaitu masyarakat sebagai mitra dapat menyerap keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan limbah organik dari tim pelaksana dengan bentuk kegiatan berupa ceramah, pelatihan dan demplot percontohan mengenai teknik pengembangan pupuk organik dan biopestisida / pestisida nabati. Hasil yang dicapai adalah masyarakat mengetahui teknik pemanfaatan limbah organik menjadi pupuk organik dan biopestisida serta telah memanfaatkan limbah organik tersebut sebagai sumber pupuk organik dan biopestisida.

Abstract

Plagiarism is taking the idea of someone else's essay or writing then as if making the work as his own work. Seeing the many cases of plagiarism committed against scientific papers, it is necessary to analyze the use of turnitin software in examining quotations taken from other people's written works. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of Turnitin software in reducing plagiarism at Medan State University. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection conducted in this study was through interviews and documentation studies. The results of software usage data showed a significant decrease in the similarity index of student writing. In the similiarities index percentage of 1% - 24%, data entered in the Turnitin software shows the number of scientific papers is increasing compared to the similarties index of 50% - 74%. The same thing happens with the similiraties index of 25% - 49%, the number of scientific papers entered in the software is greater than 50% - 74%. The use of Turnitin software is also effective in reducing plagiarism of scientific papers because the achievement indicators consist of clarity on the goals achieved and strategies in achieving the goals in their implementation are clearly visible; facilities and infrastructure already have standards in services carried out for plagiarism tests; The implementation of plagiarism test services that have been carried out has effectiveness and efficiency in its implementation; surveillance system and Controls that have been implemented well, as well as human resources, namely librarian staff and plagiarism detection teams, understand the use of the Turnitin device application in serving plagiarism tests.

Abstract

SMPS Merdeka Tampor Paloh is a junior high school in Simpang Jernih District, East Aceh Regency, which was founded in 2007, where the learning process is sometimes carried out on riverbanks, under large trees, and on hillsides according to the theme or topic used as learning material at the time. That's with makeshift stationery. This study was carried out with the aim of knowing and describing the SMPS Merdeka curriculum concept, learning model, and evaluation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach using interview and documentation instruments. The results of the research explain that the curriculum concept applied is the natural curriculum and the environment around which they live, which makes their students very active, participative, and communicative. The learning model and evaluation applied are direct learning, problem-based learning, and project-based learning, so the evaluation is also direct, namely in the form of presentations and workshops.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the role of social capital in preserving mangrove plants in Tongke Tongke Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this research show that there are three important indicators in the application of social capital, namely trust, norms, and networking. The application of social capital is considered important for the people of Tongke Tongke Village because the application of trust indicators can form social interactions that can last for a long time, and the application of norms can help the community comply with the rules in managing mangrove forests as a source of life and the existence of a network built by the Tongke Tongke Village government. both internal and external help in preserving mangrove forests which must be maintained by all parties, both government and community. The condition of the mangrove forests in Tongke - Tongke Village, East Sinjai District requires effective forest rehabilitation and integrated management. In integrated mangrove forest management, the role of each stakeholder involved in the management is very necessary. Mangrove forest management in Tongke - Tongke Village involves local communities and the condition of the mangrove forests in the village is starting to improve and some are still experiencing damage, this cannot be separated from the social capital of the local community who manage and utilize the mangrove forests.

Abstract

Human resource management in general is to obtain the highest level of employee development, harmonious working relationships among employees and effective integration of human resources or efficiency and cooperation goals so that it is expected to increase work productivity. This study aims to determine the relationship between advice and personal protective equipment with the performance of health workers at Bombana District General Hospital. This type of research is an observational analytic study using a cross sectional approach carried out at the BLUD RSU Bombana Regency involving health workers working in the BLUD RSU Bombana Regency with the status of ASN or honorary so that the total sample is 243 people. Data analysis used the chi-square test at a significant level of 5% (α=0.05), then processed using the SPSS version 16.00 application. The results showed that the performance of health workers was related to facilities (0.013) and personal protective equipment (0.008). It is expected that the hospital will be able to provide facilities according to service needs as well as personal protective equipment that is prepared flexibly according to the planning in the treatment room.
