Abstract

The community service activity in RT 10 Kelurahan Manggar, Balikpapan Timur, aimed to enhance the value of porang plants through diversification into processed food products. The program consisted of five stages: Forum Group Discussion (FGD), socialization, demonstration, mentoring, and branding training. The community was taught to process porang into flour, chips, and nuggets, along with marketing training to improve product competitiveness. The provision of a dehydrator supported the sustainability of independent porang processing. The program successfully achieved its objectives by increasing the community’s knowledge and skills in utilizing porang. This initiative created new economic opportunities based on local commodities, serving as a sustainable model for local resource development.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the accountability of building approval services at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of Buton Regency; procedures in building approval services, cost certainty, time standards and responsiveness. Data collection techniques are carried out through interview methods, observation, documentation, and online data search methods, data analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the Accountability of Building Construction Permit Services in Buton Regency, as a whole, is not fully accountable, there are still several dimensions that are considered inadequate as follows: “1. The service procedure is not in accordance with the SOP contained in the standard service standards, the public still does not know much about the change in regulations from IMB to PBG, socialization has not been carried out so that the public is confused about taking care of building permits, 2. Transparent financing according to community expectations, financing is regulated in regional regulation number 6 of 2023 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retributions although there are still several points that are different from the previous IMB retribution, such as technical standard compliance inspection services, PBG issuance, and building inspections but are still carried out manually. 3. The time period for processing PBG regulations at the Buton Regency PUPR DPUPR is not in accordance with the applicable provisions and SOPs. During the transition period, the IMB regulation is still the patron in serving PBG permits which has an impact on the process of adapting online-based PBG licensing services, in terms of the division of the implementation of PBG licensing services involving two (2) agencies which has implications for the service process which takes a long time and is not on time”. 4. The responsiveness of the PUPR Service of Buton Regency is quite good, the PUPR service and related officers quickly respond to complaints and complaints from the public so that the public can understand the mechanism of PBG licensing regulations.

Abstract

Industri kreatif memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian global dengan inovasi produk sebagai faktor utama keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan manajemen teknologi terhadap inovasi produk di industri kreatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari perusahaan industri kreatif melalui survei dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan manajemen teknologi, yang mencakup adopsi teknologi, investasi dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), serta strategi digitalisasi, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi produk. Perusahaan yang menerapkan kebijakan manajemen teknologi dengan baik cenderung menghasilkan produk yang lebih inovatif dan memiliki nilai tambah lebih tinggi di pasar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan teknologi dalam mendukung daya saing industri kreatif serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pelaku bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan

Abstract

Euthanasia is one of the ethical issues that continues to be debated in various countries, including Indonesia. This dilemma is not only experienced by doctors and legal practitioners, but also by religious circles who are trying to understand the position of religious teachings on this practice. The subject of this research discusses euthanasia and Patient Rights from the perspective of Islamic Philosophy of Law. The main purpose of this study is to examine the concept of euthanasia in the perspective of Islamic Philosophy, compare it with the perspective of human rights, and explore how Islamic law responds to this phenomenon. This study uses a normative approach with a library research method. This method is carried out by collecting and analyzing data from various literary sources, such as Fiqh books, Qur'an interpretations, Hadiths, scientific journals, and related legal regulations. The data collected is then analyzed qualitatively to draw conclusions that are in accordance with the principles of Islamic law.  The results of the research show that the concept of euthanasia formulated by experts is actually prohibited in the Quran and Hadith. For example, in the Qur'an in QS. Al An'am verse 151: "And do not kill a soul that Allah has forbidden (to kill) except for the right reason." Killing here is defined as killing by any means, including killing with the help of others, such as the concept of active euthanasia. Meanwhile, from the point of view of human rights, euthanasia is an effort to eliminate the right to human life, because the essence of euthanasia itself is to eliminate human life on the grounds that it will harm others. However, in certain cases, the termination of medical procedures that do not provide benefits (passive euthanasia) may be allowed under certain conditions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari proyek pemasangan Siphon ini adalah untuk mengurangi tinggi muka air dalam suatu kolam retensi Bilakmata Pond yang hampir penuh dan kemungkinan akan mengalami “overtopping”, karena Inlet Primary Steel Pipe terindikasi tersumbat oleh material kayu, sehingga perlu upaya untuk segera menurunkan muka air dan melakukan pembersihan inlet Steel Pipe tersebut secepat mungkin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan cara diskusi (Brainstorming), studi pustaka, dan melakukan uji coba langsung dilapangan. Proyek ini direncanakan akan menggunakan Poly Pipe HDPE dengan panjang pipa + 96 meter, dengan debit asumsi sebesar 160 liter per detik, direncanakan untuk mengeluarkan air sebesar 2.146.298 meter3. Hasil dari Analisa perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan Siphon ini, elevasi air dapat diturunkan selama + 155,26 hari, Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini antara lain : Volume air yang dapat dipindahkan dengan menggunakan Siphon lebih banyak sebesar 9.625 meter3/Hari, lebih cepat 355.89 Hari, dan lebih hemat sebesar US $ 53.584,- jika dibandingkan bila menggunakan Dewatering Pump Multi Flow Type MF 340.

Abstract

Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) are well known for their high nutritional value and extensive health benefits. However, processing methods can significantly affect the essential nutrients in moringa leaves, including moisture, ash, and vitamin C levels. This study aims to evaluate the effects of three processing methods—oven drying, blanching followed by drying, and boiling—on these parameters. The results showed that the moisture content of fresh moringa leaves, initially at 73.2%, significantly decreased after drying (6.91%) and blanching (14.23%), while boiling increased the moisture content to 85.06%. The ash content increased with processing, from 2.61% in fresh leaves to 9.02% after drying, 11% after blanching, and 11.8% after boiling. Vitamin C degradation occurred due to heating, with drying causing a drastic reduction from 32.31 mg/100 g to 8.7 mg/100 g. Blanching better-preserved vitamin C levels (30 mg/100 g), while boiling surprisingly increased the vitamin C content to 49.08 mg/100 g, possibly due to enhanced extraction of compounds from cellular structures into the water. In conclusion, processing methods significantly impact the nutritional quality of moringa leaves. Drying is effective in reducing moisture content for prolonged storage, whereas boiling and blanching better preserve vitamin C content. These findings provide crucial insights for the food and pharmaceutical industries in determining the optimal processing method to maintain the nutritional value of moringa leaves.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Village Fund Management and Village Fund Transparency on Community Welfare (Study in Nagari Sikucua Barat District V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with an explanatory approach using primary data. Primary data obtained from Questionnaires were distributed to 90 respondents, and this data was tabulated using the excel program and processed with the help of SPSS software version 18. The results showed that village funds had an influence on community welfare with a t-count value of 14.735, which means more than t-table. is 1,991 (14,735 > 1,991) with a significance level of 0.000 which means less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The transparency system has a positive and significant effect on people's welfare with a t-count value of 1.909 > 1.991 with a significance level of 0.060 which means rti less than 0.05 (0.060 < 0.05). The Village Fund, and the transparency system simultaneously affect the welfare of the community. This is indicated by the calculated F value of 180.859 > 3.09 with a significant 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This is evidenced that the existence of good village fund management and based on good transparency can create a good level of community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, price and service quality on sales volume at Cafe Goodbeb in Pariaman. Quantitative research is a valid and reliable instrument as well as appropriate analysis so that it does not deviate from actual conditions and research by obtaining data in the form of numbers. The population in this research is all consumers who have visited or shopped at Cafe Goodbeb, the number of which is unknown. The sample in this study was 68 respondents . Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS version 23 for Windows program. Based on the results obtained, the multiple linear regression value is Y=7.777+ 0.113X1 + 0.585X2+ 0.250X3. . Then the results. First Hypothesis Test (H1) H1: Digital Marketing. t calculated has a value of 3.949. Meanwhile, the t table in this study has a value of 1.99773, this shows that the calculated t value > t table (3.949 > 1.99773) which means that Digital Marketing has a significant and influential effect on sales volume. Second Hypothesis Test (H2) H2: The calculated t price has a value of 10.416. Meanwhile, the t table in this study has a value of 1.99773. which means that price has a significant and influential effect on sales volume. Third Hypothesis Test (H3) H3: Service Quality. t count has a value of 6.166. Meanwhile, the t table in this study has a value of 1.99773. which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on sales volume. f count is 94,900. Meanwhile, the f table in this study has a value of 2.75. This means that the calculated f value is greater than the f table (94,900 > 2.75). Meanwhile, judging from the significance value of 0.000, the significance value is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination value is 0.808. This means that 80.8% of sales volume is influenced by digital marketing, price and service quality. Meanwhile, the remaining 19.2% of sales volume is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed the education sector, encouraging institutions to adopt technology-based learning systems. One viable solution is the Learning Management System (LMS), which aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) focuses on implementing LMS at SMP Semen Tonasa as part of the school's digital transformation efforts in teaching and learning activities. The methods employed include training and mentoring for teachers and students on LMS utilization, followed by an evaluation to assess its impact on engagement and learning outcomes. The program consists of several stages, including needs analysis, LMS installation, user training, and monitoring and evaluation. The results indicate that LMS implementation improves teacher-student interaction, facilitates easier access to learning materials, and enhances flexibility in the learning process. Evaluation findings reveal that 99% of participants understood the benefits of LMS after training. Additionally, the system allows students to access materials anytime and anywhere, fostering greater engagement in learning. Despite challenges such as adapting to a new system and infrastructure limitations, continuous mentoring helps overcome these obstacles. The LMSimplementation at SMP Semen Tonasa is expected to serve as a model for other educational institutions looking to integrate technology into their learning processes.

Abstract

Blockchain telah menjadi inovasi teknologi yang signifikan dalam berbagai sektor industri, termasuk manajemen rantai pasokan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teknologi blockchain dalam rantai pasokan manajemen bisnis serta mengevaluasi manfaat dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana blockchain dapat meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan keamanan dalam transaksi rantai pasokan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi blockchain memungkinkan pencatatan data yang lebih akurat, mengurangi risiko fraud, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan antar pemangku kepentingan. Namun, beberapa tantangan seperti biaya implementasi, integrasi dengan sistem yang ada, serta regulasi menjadi hambatan utama dalam penerapan teknologi ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan blockchain dalam rantai pasokan.
