This study analyzes the effectiveness of criminalizing corruption in an effort to restore state financial losses. Corruption not only damages the integrity of the government system but also causes huge losses to the country's finances which negativelyimpacts economic and social development. This study examines criminal law policies in Indonesia related tocorruption, including the application of criminal sanctions in the form of imprisonment, fines, and assetconfiscation as an effort to recover state losses. The method used in this study is a literature study andjuridical analysis of anti-corruption laws, especially Law No. 31 of 1999 jo. Law No. 20 of 2001. In addition,this study highlights the importance of harmonization of national law with international law to make it easierto track corruption assets abroad and the need to increase the capacity of law enforcement officials sothat criminal justice runs effectively. With the results of the return of state losses in corruption crimes inIndonesia, it is comprehensively regulated to ensure that the state recovers some or all of the financiallosses incurred. Sanctions in the form of fines, return of losses, and confiscation of assets are the maininstruments applied. In addition, cross-agency cooperation and international coordination also playan important role in supporting the optimization of loss rest. The capacity of law enforcement officialsneeds to be improved, including training in asset tracking and handling of complex cases to make thelegal process run professionally

Data on formal sector employment in DKI Jakarta shows a significant and negative relationship between investment and employment. Now, industries are more capital-intensive and prefer to implement automation, IoT robotics, and artificial intelligence. The purpose of this study was to build a model of the relationship between character, work ability, organizational commitment, and organizational culture as they relate to the performance of formal sector employees. The research method was descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling. Samples were determined by accidental sampling and were collected from 151 respondents who were formal sector employees of DKI Jakarta. Structural Equation Model applied in data processing. The results of the research indicated that Character factor and workability have a significant direct influence on employee performance on formal sector employees in DKI Jakarta. Only the organizational commitment factor is not significantly correlated directly to performance. Indirect relationship analysis states that organizational culture through organizational commitment correlates with character and workability factors which ultimately have an impact on performance. The implication of this research shows that the creativity factor and environmentally friendly work behavior need to be improved by employees.

Consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions made by consumers have always been a concern of marketers, taking into account these two aspects can encourage businesses to develop. Digital marketing is one of the factors that can shape consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions. For this reason, this study aims to prove whether there is an influence between digital marketing on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction, the influence of purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction, and to prove whether purchasing decisions can mediate the relationship between digital marketing and customer satisfaction. This study, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to test the hypothesis. This study also using a non-probability sampling method through a judgmental sampling technique. The minimum number of samples in using SEM is 100-200 samples, and this study uses a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that digital marketing influences purchasing decisions and also influences consumer satisfaction. Other findings show that purchasing decisions have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The research findings also show that purchasing decisions can positively mediate the relationship between digital marketing and consumer satisfaction. The findings of this study have practical implications especially transformations in digital-based marketing strategies. The use of various digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, etc., can help companies or marketers to increase consumer decisions in making purchases which at the last can build their satisfaction.

One of the financial institutions currently developing in Indonesia is sharia banking, but previous research states that the majority of people still use conventional banking products. This is because conventional banks have various products, are more diverse, and have advantages over sharia banks. Therefore, this research aims to identify how religiosity and perceptions can influence people's decisions to use sharia banking services. The type of research conducted is quantitative research. Quantitative research is the type of research conducted. The population consists of 1350 traders located in Manonda Market and Masomba Market in Palu City. Simple Random Sampling is the sampling technique used. In this research, there are 180 respondents whose data will be used to test the hypotheses. The research takes place in the traditional markets of Masomba and Manonda in Palu City, and the data collection was conducted in the year 2023. The data that will be used to test the hypothesis in this research is 180 respondents from questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The research results show that religiosity can influence people's perceptions regarding Islamic banks; apart from that, perceptions are also found to influence consumer decisions when using sharia banking products. Furthermore, perception can be a good mediator between religiosity and consumer decisions, but in this research, it was found that religiosity cannot influence people's decisions to use sharia banking. The implications of this research are important for academics by opening opportunities for further research regarding the complexity of the relationship between religiosity, perceptions and customer decisions in Islamic banking. For Islamic banking practitioners, these results emphasize the importance of understanding the role of perception in increasing the acceptance and use of Islamic services.

Untuk mengatasi kurangnya keterlibatan dan minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, sebuah penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar mereka menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ponsel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan melibatkan 35 peserta didik dari kelas IX F di SMP Negeri 2 Malang. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPS. Terlihat dari data pra-siklus, di mana skor rata-rata meningkat dari 81,9 menjadi 90,45, dan pada data pasca-siklus, dengan skor rata-rata mencapai 70 dengan tingkat ketuntasan klasik sebesar 48,58 persen, meningkat menjadi skor rata-rata 83 dengan tingkat ketuntasan klasik sebesar 80 persen. Dengan demikian, penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning mampu meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam konteks pembelajaran IPS. Kata kunci: multimedia pembelajaran; mobile learning; mata pelajaran IPS; minat belajar; hasil belajar Application of Interactive Learning Multimedia Based on Mobile Learning to Increase Students' Interest and Learning Outcomes A study was conducted to address learners' lack of engagement and interest in learning. The aim was to improve their interest and learning outcomes using mobile phone-based learning media. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK), involving 35 learners from class IX F at SMP Negeri 2 Malang. Data was collected through tests and questionnaires and then analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical methods. The results showed an increase in students' interest and learning outcomes in social studies learning. The pre-cycle data revealed an average score of 81.9, which increased to 90.45 in the post-cycle data. The classic completeness rate was 48.58 percent, while the average score reached 70. In contrast, the average score increased to 83 with a classic completeness rate of 80 percent in the post-cycle data. Consequently, the utilization of mobile learning-based multimedia can enhance students' engagement and academic performance in the context of social studies education. Red Snapper (Lutjanus malabaricus) belongs to the Lutjanidae family and is highly valued economically, making it one of the main commodities in the capture fisheries sector in Indonesia. Studies on morphometric variation and its relationship with length and weight are essential to support the sustainable management and conservation of fishery resources. This study was conducted to evaluate the morphometric variation and the length-weight relationship pattern of Red Snapper caught in the waters of Saleh Bay, Sumbawa, as part of efforts to understand its growth dynamics. A total of 15 Red Snapper specimens were obtained from fish collectors in Labuhan Terata, Labuhan Kuris Village, in November 2024. Twelve morphometric characteristics were measured to assess body size variability. Additionally, to determine the growth pattern, the relationship between length and weight was analyzed using regression equations. The study found that the total length of the fish ranged from 44–59 cm, while their weight varied between 1.365 and 2.294 g. Based on the length-weight relationship analysis, it was found that Red Snapper exhibited a positive allometric growth pattern, where body length increases more rapidly than weight. These findings provide basic information on the morphometric characteristics and growth dynamics of Red Snapper in the waters of Saleh Bay. This data can serve as a reference for sustainable fish stock management and assist in formulating science-based fisheries policies to maintain the conservation of Red Snapper populations in the area.

Teknologi genomik telah membuat kemajuan besar dalam dunia medis, terutama dalam deteksi dan pengobatan kanker yang lebih baik. Namun, teknologi ini menimbulkan banyak masalah hukum dan etika, terutama terkait perlindungan data genetik pasien dan hak mereka, serta risiko diskriminasi karena data genetik. Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana hukum Indonesia mengatur penggunaan data genetik, serta masalah dan solusi yang mungkin muncul. Kebijakan yang lebih jelas diperlukan untuk menjamin perlindungan data genetik pasien dan pemanfaatan teknologi genomik yang etis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Data genetik pasien kanker dalam Hukum di Indonesia belum cukup dalam melindungi data genetik pasien kanker. Saat ini, belum ada regulasi khusus yang secara tegas mengatur perlindungan data genetik sebagaimana yang diterapkan dalam General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) di Uni Eropa. Beberapa undang-undang seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) memang mengatur tentang kerahasiaan data medis, tetapi belum secara spesifik melindungi data genetik pasien dari penyalahgunaan. Hal ini membuka peluang bagi pihak lain, seperti perusahaan asuransi dan pemberi kerja, untuk menggunakan informasi genetik dalam menentukan kebijakan mereka, yang dapat berujung pada diskriminasi. Penggunaan data genetik dalam diagnosis kanker telah membawa revolusi dalam dunia kedokteran, memungkinkan diagnosis yang lebih akurat dan personalisasi pengobatan. Namun praktik ini juga menimbulkan berbagai isu hukum dan etika yang perlu diatur dengan cermat. Jika data genetik bocor atau disalahgunakan, pasien bisa mengalami dampak negatif, seperti stigma sosial atau kesulitan mendapatkan asuransi

This study aims to examine the influence of athlete endorsement and online reviews on consumer trust and its impact on purchase decisions for Ortuseight products. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. Data were collected from 120 respondents who are consumers of the Ortuseight brand through purposive sampling. The results indicate that both athlete endorsement and online reviews have a positive and significant influence on consumer trust. Furthermore, consumer trust is proven to mediate the relationship between the two independent variables and purchase decisions. These findings highlight that a strategic combination of credible athlete endorsements and informative online reviews can effectively enhance consumer trust and drive purchase decisions for local sports brands.

Research aims: This investigation seeks to examine how the incorporation of digital marketing influences sustainable marketing orientation and competitive edge among small and medium enterprises in Palu City, while also investigating value co-creation's moderating function in enhancing this connection. Furthermore, this study endeavors to ascertain how sustainable marketing orientation directly affects competitive positioning within the digital marketing framework.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study uses quantitative methods. The sample size of this study is 120 with sample characteristics, namely having been operating for at least one year, being micro, small, or medium scale, and having used digital marketing strategies. The respondents were chosen through probability sampling methodology, specifically employing the simple random sampling approach, to guarantee that all registered SME segments have equal opportunity for selection. The research analysis employs Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) methodological approach.Research findings: Research findings show that digital marketing adoption influences sustainable marketing orientation and also influences competitive advantage. In addition, sustainable marketing orientation was found to influence competitive advantage. Finally, value co-creation can moderate the influence between digital marketing adoption and sustainable marketing orientation on competitive advantage.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Empirical evidence substantiates the connection between digital marketing implementation and sustainable marketing orientation, demonstrating their combined impact on competitive advantage within SMEs. This investigation further extends scholarly knowledge by identifying value co-creation's moderating function in amplifying digital marketing adoption's effect on competitive advantage through sustainable marketing orientation mechanisms. These findings provide a new perspective on the importance of collaboration with customers in digital marketing to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.Practitioners/Policy Implications: This research guides SMEs on the importance of digital marketing adoption and collaboration with customers through value co-creation to strengthen sustainable marketing orientation and increase competitive advantage in the market.Research Limitations/Implications: This study only covers SMEs in certain regions, thus possibly limiting the generalization of the results to geographic contexts and certain types of businesses.

Abstrak: Sekolah merupakan ruang publik dalam membentuk kesadaran siswa dalammenghadapi bencana, khususnya siswa yang tinggal didaerah rawan bencana. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui apakah pemberian materi kebencanaan kepada siswa berpotensi dalam pembentukan kesadaran siswa terhadap bencana. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode kuantitatif dalam pengolahan datanya, dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI.1 DAN XI.2 SMAN 1 Sumbermanjing wetan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan siswa yang mendapatkan materi kebencanaan dikelas memilik nilai kesadaran yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tidak menerima materi kebencanaan dikelas. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan pemberian materi kebencanaan disekolah merupakan langkah penting dalam pembentukan kesadaran siswa terhadap bencana. Khususnya dengan siswa yang tinggal di kawasan rawan bencana sangat diperlukan materi kebencanaan tersebut. Abstract: Schools are public spaces in forming students' awareness in facing disasters especially students who live in disaster-prone areas. The purpose of this research is to find out whether providing disaster material to students has the potential to form students' awareness of disasters. This research also uses quantitative methods in processing the data, with the research subjects being students in classes XI.1 AND XI.2 SMAN 1 Sumbermanjing wetan. The results of this research show that students who receive disaster material in class have superior awareness scores compared to students who do not receive disaster material in class. So it can be concluded that providing disaster material at school is an important step in forming students' awareness of disasters. Especially for students who live in disaster-prone areas, disaster material is really needed.
