Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan strategi pemasaran berdasarkan analisis SWOT untuk mentransformasikan penjualan produk di Ayulala Bakery secara signifikan dan mempertahankan eksistensinya di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk pengumpulan data. Wawancara dilakukan langsung dengan pemilik Ayulala Bakery sebagai sumber informasi utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ayulala Bakery berada pada posisi Kuadran II analisis SWOT, dengan kekuatan internal yang relatif tinggi namun ancaman eksternal yang signifikan. Disarankan agar Ayulala Bakery melakukan strategi diversifikasi untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dengan memanfaatkan peluang seperti pengembangan produk, memperluas saluran pemasaran melalui platform digital, penghematan bahan baku untuk mengatasi inflasi, dan memperkenalkan produk yang berorientasi pada tren konsumen. Strategi-strategi tersebut diharapkan dapat mendorong transformasi penjualan produk dan mempertahankan posisi pasar yang kompetitif. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Analisis SWOT,UMKM.   ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the implementation of a marketing strategy based on SWOT analysis to significantly transform product sales at Ayulala Bakery and maintain its existence amidst increasing competition. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Interviews were conducted directly with the owner of Ayulala Bakery as the primary source of information. The results indicate that Ayulala Bakery is positioned in Quadrant II of the SWOT analysis, with relatively high internal strengths but significant external threats. It is recommended that Ayulala Bakery adopt a diversification strategy to expand market share by leveraging opportunities such as product development, expanding marketing channels through digital platforms, saving raw materials to address inflation, and introducing consumer trend-oriented products. These strategies are expected to drive product sales transformation and maintain competitive market positioning. Keywords : Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis, MSEMs.

Abstract

This research is a research and development that produces learning media based on the media feasibility and effectiveness. The resulting product is a web-based map learning media on the material of Geographic Information Systems at Grade XII. This research used the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation). The instrument used was a questionnaire for validators, teachers, and students. The results of the validation test were 89.56% with valid criteria, which means a trial can be carried out. The results of the student trial obtained a score of 86.58%, while the average student learning outcome was 83.75% and the results of the teacher's trial obtained a score of 95%. The results were categorized into effective criteria. Thus, the media can be used properly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Penerapan Persetujuan Tindakan Medis di Gunung Sari Medical Clinic. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian hukum empiris berdasarkan tipe pendekatan sosiologis, fakta, dan konseptual. Data bersumber dari hasil penelitian lapangan dan juga perundang-undangan. Sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan persetujuan tindakan medis yang ada di Gunung Sari Medical Clinic secara yuridis sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, dimana dalam pelaksanaannya lebih diutamakan pada proses komunikasi antara dokter dengan pasiennya, bukan hanya pada pengisian dan ditandatanganinya formulir. Jika muncul perbedaan pendapat antara dokter dengan pasiennya akan tindakan medis yang akan dijalankan, pihak tenaga medis dalam penyelesaiannya, tetap berusaha menghormati hak-hak asasi pasien dengan tetap memberikan layanan terbaik, memberikan alternatif tindakan lainnya meskipun hasilnya tidak maksimal dibandingkan tindakan medis yang telah disarankan, dan tidak menyuruh pulang paksa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction mediated by brand image and customer experience of Indibiz n Palu City. This research employs a quantitative method. The population of the study consists of Indibiz customers at PT Telkom Witel Sulbagteng in Palu City, with a sample size of 105 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a Google Forms questionnaire, and the sampling technique applied was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SMARTPLS software. The results indicate that the brand image variable does not significantly affect customer satisfaction, while service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and customer experience also has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The quality of service mediated by brand image does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of service mediated by customer experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Landslides often occur in areas with steep topography and unstable geology. Mojo District, particularly the slopes of Mount Wilis, is a landslide-prone area influenced by slope steepness and land use changes. This study analyzes the main factors contributing to landslides using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and vulnerability mapping based on Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). The five main parameters used include slope steepness, soil texture, rainfall, geology, and land use. The AHP weighting results indicate slope steepness as the dominant factor (weight 0.40), followed by soil texture with a value of 0.25, rainfall 0.15, geology 0.12, and land use 0.08. The vulnerability index map is divided into three classes: low, moderate, and high. Validation using data from 13 actual landslide events shows high spatial consistency, particularly in the southwestern and central regions of Mojo District, which experience high rainfall and sandy clay soils that are less stable. The final results of this study can serve as a basis for landslide disaster mitigation efforts and spatial planning in landslide-prone areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of convenience and security of using digital payment methods (QRIS) on consumer purchasing decisions with trust as an intervening variable (the case of Generation Z purchases in Palu City). The type of research is quantitative. The research sample was Gen Z in Palu City which was determined through purposive sampling method and amounted to 100 people. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, which is operated with SMART-PLS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Ease of use of digital payment methods (QRIS) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) Security of using digital payment methods (QRIS) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) Ease of use of digital payment methods (QRIS) has a significant effect on trust, 4) Security of using digital payment methods (QRIS) has a significant effect on trust, 5) Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 6) Ease of use of digital payment methods (QRIS) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, 7) The security of using digital payment methods (QRIS) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study means to look at and dissect the impact of scholastic assistance quality on understudy fulfillment interceded by educational expenses at the Tadulako College Postgraduate program in Palu City. Questionnaires were distributed to students for data collection. The participants in this study were master's and doctoral students enrolled in Tadulako University's Postgraduate Program in Palu City during the 2023–2024 academic year. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of buying decision product in Indonesian. Variables identified in the survey is the Celebrity Endorser and Buying Decision. The respondents consumers product in indonesian. This research was conducted online are spread throughout the Indonesian region. Data were collected by questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents, data used is primary data that is by distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents. The sampling technique used directly nonprobability sampling is purposive sampling data. The results show that the Celebrity Endorser positive influence on the Buying Decision. because all indicators simultanly celebrity endoser can influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

DAS Bendo adalah sebagian daerah yang berkontribusi terhadap kejadian banjir di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Guna mengetahui tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Bendo dipakai parameter curah hujan, kemiringan lereng, jenis tanah, penggunaan lahan, ketinggian lahan, dan kerapatan sungai dalam penelitian ini. Metode scoring dan overlay digunakan untuk mengolah parameter melalui software ArcGIS 10.4 sehingga dapat dihasilkan peta tingkat kerawanan banjir. Peta yang dihasilkan cukup akurat dengan menunjukkan tiga tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Bendo yaitu tidak rawan, cukup rawan, dan sangat rawan. Daerah tidak rawan banjir berada di bagian hulu DAS sebesar 30%/12,0km2. Daerah rawan banjir sebesar 43%/17,3km2 berada pada bagian tengah DAS. Sementara itu, daerah sangat rawan banjir berada pada bagian hilir DAS sebesar 27%/10,7km2. Tingkat kerawanan banjir tersebut dominan dipengaruhi oleh kemiringan lereng di DAS Bendo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Country of Origin (COO) and brand image on consumer satisfaction, with purchase decision as a mediating variable among Wuling car consumers in Palu City. The research employed a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 106 respondents who are users or consumers of Wuling cars. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that Country of Origin has a significant effect on both purchase decisions and consumer satisfaction, directly and indirectly. Brand image also has a significant effect on purchase decisions and consumer satisfaction, as well as an indirect effect through purchase decisions. Furthermore, purchase decision acts as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between Country of Origin and brand image on consumer satisfaction. The results imply that Wuling’s corporate strategy should focus on strengthening COO reputation and brand image through innovation, quality, and effective marketing communication strategies.
