Abstract

This paper endeavours to scrutinize the ramifications of the economic policy reforms introduced in Saudi Arabia under the rubric of Saudi Vision 2030. Prince Mohammed bin Salman spearheaded this ambitious initiative as a strategic response to the nation's manifold economic challenges stemming from internal and external contingencies. Saudi Vision 2030 is primarily geared towards diminishing Saudi Arabia's reliance on the oil sector, fostering sustainable economic growth, augmenting societal welfare, and enticing foreign investment. Methodologically, the study adopts a Neoliberalism theoretical framework to dissect the implementation of Saudi Vision 2030, emphasizing pivotal concepts such as market liberalization, deregulation, and privatization. Analysis of the socioeconomic impact of the Saudi Vision 2030 program on the Saudi Arabian economy throughout the year 2020 underscores a trajectory marked by positive outcomes. Through a gamut of meticulously crafted programs and initiatives, Vision 2030 has catalyzed substantial transformations, mitigating dependence on the oil sector and broadening the country's economic landscape. Within the inaugural quinquennium, Saudi Arabia has attained commendable milestones, exemplified by heightened public investment, steadfast GDP expansion, diminished unemployment rates, and consolidation of its status as a preeminent global industrial entity.

Abstract

This study examines the cyber warfare strategies employed during the 2021-2022 conflict between Russia and Ukraine, focusing on how technological developments in information and communication have influenced this aspect of modern warfare. The conflict escalated as Russia viewed Ukraine's desire to join NATO as a significant threat, leading to a mix of military and non-military strategies, including extensive cyber attacks. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this research analyzes the cyber warfare strategies through the lens of state security, national interest, and cyber security theories. The findings highlight that both Russia and Ukraine utilized Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and hacker groups to damage and disable governmental systems, aiming to disrupt communication and weaken the opponent with minimal costs. Russia's advanced cyber capabilities made Ukraine a vulnerable target, resulting in widespread cyber assaults impacting both civilian and governmental infrastructures. The study concludes that cyber warfare has emerged as a pivotal strategy in modern conflicts, with effects comparable to traditional military tactics. The Russia-Ukraine conflict underscores how cyber strategies can be used to achieve national interests and demonstrates the growing importance of cyber security in contemporary warfare. This conflict also serves as a warning to other nations regarding the vulnerabilities in their cyber defenses.

Abstract

The processing of small fish into fish sauce is an innovative process in the sustainable utilization of fisheries resources. Groundfish, which is generally considered as waste fish -as it does not have high economic value, can be transformed into value-added products such as fish sauce. This study aims to explore and develop the production process of fish sauce from low-cost fish, as well as to analyse the economic potential of this low-cost fish. The research method involves the stages of selecting suitable low-cost fish, processing the fish into soy sauce raw materials, and making fish sauce through fermentation. The economic analysis involved estimating production costs, selling prices, and potential profits. The Kalibaru Subdistrict, Cilincing, North Jakarta has great potential in the development of the fisheries sector. To improve the sustainability of fisheries in this area, innovation is key. One of the potentials from the Kalibaru Subdistrict is groundfish. The processing of raw fish into fish sauce allows for a more efficient and sustainable utilization of fishery resources. The fermentation process not only increases the nutritional value of fish sauce but also provides economic sustainability for local communities. In addition, involving housewives provides a positive impact on local economic empowerment and increases awareness of the value-added potential of fishery products.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain technology has reshaped the digital landscape, particularly in content creation, storage, and distribution. Despite these innovations, Indonesia’s copyright law has not kept pace, creating a pressing research problem: the adequacy of existing regulations in addressing AI- and blockchain-based works. This study aims to examine the legal implications of these technologies and evaluate whether Indonesia’s current copyright framework, particularly Law No. 28 of 2014, can effectively respond to such challenges. Using a normative juridical methodology that combines statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, the research examines Indonesian copyright law and contrasts it with developments in the European Union and the United States. The findings reveal critical regulatory gaps, including the absence of recognition for non-human authorship, insufficient mechanisms for decentralized content management, and the lack of clarity on smart contract-based licensing. These deficiencies create legal uncertainty that risks weakening the protection of creators’ rights in the digital era. The study contributes by emphasizing the significance of adaptive and technology-responsive reforms, recommending proactive legislative updates and the adoption of flexible legal doctrines to ensure Indonesian copyright law remains effective and relevant in the face of rapid technological change.

Abstract

Generation Z lives in a social space characterized by openness of information, cross-cultural interactions, and high intensity of digital media use. These conditions present both opportunities and challenges, especially in relation to their ability to respond to religious, cultural, and identity plurality. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing religious moderation values among Generation Z and effective strategies that can be applied in the context of education, particularly Islamic Religious Education. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through literature study and limited interviews with students to explore perceptions, attitudes, and practices of religious moderation. The results of the study indicate that the internalization of religious moderation values can be optimized through three aspects: strengthening digital religious literacy, collaborative learning that emphasizes dialogue across differences, and the exemplary role of educators in applying the principles of tawassuth, tasamuh, tawazun, and i'tidal. The conclusion of this study confirms that religious moderation is an important competency for Generation Z in building inclusive attitudes and adaptive abilities to face socio-religious diversity in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Inclusive education is one of the educational approaches that guarantees the learning rights of all students, including children with special needs (ABK). However, in practice, the implementation of inclusive education services in primary schools still faces various challenges, especially limited human resources, and understanding of school residents. This study aims to describe the application of inclusive education services in shaping the character of regular students in interacting with students with special needs. The research uses a qualitative research paradigm with a case study approach. The data collection method was carried out through non-participatory observation, structured interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out in the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, and supported by triangulation of sources and techniques to ensure the validity of the data. The results of the study show that (1) inclusive education services are implemented through the combination of students with special needs and regular students in one class, accompanied by material modification, learning differentiation, use of visual media, and group learning with peer assistance; (2) The implementation of these services has a positive impact on the development of students' character, especially empathy, tolerance, cooperation, social concern, and mutual respect; (3) The implementation of inclusion still faces obstacles in the form of limited special assistant teachers, minimal support facilities, and gaps in abilities between students. This study concludes that the implementation of inclusive education services can form a positive character of students.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an important foundation in character building and developing children's potential that determines the quality of future generations. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the management process of establishing PAUD institutions including planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation stages, and identify factors influencing the success of PAUD establishment. The research method used is library research by examining books, national and international open-access journals, official government reports, and regulations related to PAUD establishment management. The results show that PAUD institution establishment management is a structured process involving four main stages. The planning stage includes community needs analysis, feasibility studies, vision-mission formulation, and budget projection. The organizing stage includes forming organizational structures, recruiting qualified educators, and preparing facilities according to standards. The implementation stage includes licensing processes, community socialization, and play-based learning implementation. The evaluation stage involves continuous monitoring of all PAUD operational aspects. PAUD establishment success is influenced by internal factors (organizer commitment, educator competence, facilities, financial management) and external factors (government support, community participation, socio-economic conditions). Main challenges include lack of regulatory understanding, licensing administrative complexity, limited qualified educators especially in remote areas, financial constraints, and minimal institutional management understanding. This research provides theoretical contributions to PAUD education management science development and practical guidance for prospective PAUD institution organizers.
