Abstrak : Coronavirus disesase 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit yang sedang mewabah hampir di seluruh dunia saat ini. Protokol kesehatan merupakan upaya preventif untuk mencegah penularan virus COVID-19. Bidan merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang menjadi ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Pengetahuan bidan tentang protokol kesehatan sangat dibutuhkan sebab bidan mempunyai peranan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga dan masyarakat agar mendukung ibu hamil, ibu bersalin, ibu menyusui dan bayi baru lahir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan bidan tentang protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dalam memberikan pelayanan asuhan kebidanan. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi semua bidan di RSUD Kabupaten Kediri dan jumlah sampel 45 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner pengetahuan bidan tentang protokol kesehatan dalam memberikan asuhan pelayanan kebidanan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Pengetahuan bidan tentang protokol kesehatan kategori cukup sebanyak 3 responden (6,7%). Pengetahuan bidan tentang protokol kesehatan kategori baik sebanyak 42 responden (93,3%). Pengetahuan bidan tentang protokol kesehatan berpengaruh pada pemberian pelayanan kepada klien yaitu bagaimana penularan COVID-19, tanda bahaya ibu hamil,bersalin, bayi baru lahir dan ibu nifas, tatalaksana, pencegahan infeksi serta edukasi kepada klien dan keluarga. Pengetahuan bidan yang baik mempengaruhi proses pemberian pelayanan kepada klien menjadi lebih baik juga. Kata Kunci : pengetahuan, bidan, protokol kesehatan Abstract : Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an outbreak all over the world. The health protocol is a preventive measure to avoid the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Midwives are one of the health workers who spearhead maternal and child health services. Knowledge of midwives about health protocols is important because the midwives have a role providing education for families and the community to support pregnant women, maternity mothers, breastfeeding mothers and newborn. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of midwives about the COVID-19 health protocol in providing midwifery care services. This is a descriptive study which involved population of all midwives in RSUD Kabupaten Kediri. The number of samples were 45 respondents which selected by total sampling technique and midwives’ knowledge is measured by questionnaire about health protocols in providing midwifery care. The results of this study obtained that there were 3 respondents in moderate knowledge (6.7%) and in the good category was 42 respondents (93.3%). The knowledge of midwives about health protocols affected to providing services for clients, namely how COVID-19 is transmitted, danger signs for pregnant women, childbirth, newborns and postpartum mothers, management, infection prevention and education for clients and families. The good knowledge of midwives affects the process of a better providing services for clients. Keywords : knowledge, midwives, health protocol

Kegagalan bangunan dengan ambruknya girder jembatan Suramadu (Surabaya-Madura), telah menimbulkan korban jiwa dan dampak berikutnya mengurangi kepercayaan para investor pada kontraktor nasional. Dengan penerapan undang-undang jasa konstruksi, ditinjau dari aspek hukum, akan mengikat warga negara, dan badan hukum khususnya pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan jasa konstruksi. Dalam menyikapi terjadinya musibah tersebut diperlukan suatu penyelesaian yang mendalam dan adil sehingga siapa yang paling bertanggung jawab, sehingga kasus ini dapat dijadikan input untuk membuat sistem yang dijadikan acuan dalam mencegah meningkatnya kompleksitas permasalahan dalam perselisihan pasca kontrak (sebelum penyerahan akhir proyek konstruksi). Secara umum undang-undang jasa konstruksi telah memberikan suatu mekanisme pertanggungjawaban jika terjadi kegagalan bangunan pasca kontrak yang terjadi pada akhir proyek konstruksi, dan tidak menjelaskan bagaimana jika terjadi pada saat pelaksanaan. Dampak akibat kegagalan bangunan, maka akan timbul perselisihan yang secara sadar atau tidak, dapat berlanjut hingga ke proses pengadilan, maka pihak-pihak yang berselisih sangat memungkinkan menjadi objek selama proses pengadilan. Tulisan ini bertujuan memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah untuk membuat keputusan Presiden (Keppres) tentang kegagalan bangunan. Pasalnya kesalahan dalam perencanaan ataupun pelaksanaan pembangunan (human error) jarang bisa dievaluasi secara baik dan perlunya sistem penjamin produk konstruksi pada saat pelaksanaan, khususnya untuk kegagalan premature bangunan pada jembatan.Kata Kunci : pemature failure, human error, liability, guarrantee

Perbandingan Uji Diagnostik Mesothelin Serum dengan CA-125 pada Kanker Ovarium Tipe Epitel ERI PERDANA USHAN; BRAHMANA ASKANDAR T; BUDIONO BUDIONO

This study was conducted to determine and compare the sensitivity, specificity, PPA and NPV of Mesothelin tumor marker, CA-125, combination of Mesothelin and CA-125 as a tumor marker in patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma. This is a cross sectional diagnostic test on 30 subjects with malignant dan 30 sunjects with benign ovarian tumors that meet the inclusion and exclusion of research criteria in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical Faculty Airlangga University/Dr. Soetomo, Surabaya. Blood sample were taken prior to surgery to examine tumor markers (Mesothelin and CA-125) and ultrasound to evaluate tumor mass, and then histopathology of surgery specimen. Statistical data calculated using SPSS. There is a significant increase of Mesothelin serum level and can be used as a tumor marker (alone or in combination with other methods as a triage tool, consider the use of new cut-off value of 1.75 nmol/L). Sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV of CA125 is 70%, 33.3%, 51.2% and 52.6%. Sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV of Mesothelin-1 is 50%, 80%, 71.4% and 61.5%. Sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV of Mesothelin-2 is 36.7%, 93.4%, 84.6% and 59.6%. Sensitivity, specificit , PPV, NPV combination of CA-125 + Mesothelin-1 is 33.3%, 86.7%, 71.4%, 56.5% and 60%. Sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV combination of CA-125 + Mesothelin-2 is 23.3%, 93.3%, 77.8%, and 54.9%. Sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV of RMI is 83.3%, 36.7%, 56.8%, and 68.8%. CA-125 (as a single tumor marker) has the highest sensitivity and proved as a simple and effective method for the early detection at general population. Mesothelin-2 (either as a single tumor marker or in combination) is more appropriate for the diagnosis tools (triage, determining the risk of malignant from benign ovarian masses) are better than the current and can be considered to replace CA-125.Keywords: tumor marker, CA-125, Mesothelin, combine tumor marker.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan membandingkan sensitivitas, spesifisitas, PPV, dan NPV antara penanda tumor Mesothelin, CA-125, dan kombinasi Mesothelin dan CA-125 sebagai penanda tumor pada penderita keganasan ovarium tipe epitel. Penelitian ini merupakan uji diagnostik cross sectional terhadap 30 pasien tumor jinak dan 30 pasien tumor ganas tumor ovarium yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi di Bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi FK-Unair/RSU Dr. Soetomo, Surabaya. Dilakukan pengambilan serum darah untuk memeriksa tumor marker (Mesothelin dan CA-125) dan pemeriksaan ultrasonografi sebelum dilakukan tindakan pembedahan. Kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan patologi anatomi spesimen operasi. Penghitungan data statistik menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kadar serum Mesothelin yang dapat digunakan sebagai pemeriksaan penanda tumor tunggal atau kombinasi sebagai alat triase dengan mempertimbangkan penggunaan nilai cut-off 1,75 nmol/L. Sensitivitas, spesifisitas, PPV, dan NPV CA125 adalah 70%; 33,3%; 51,2%; dan 52,6%. Sensitivitas, spesifisitas, PPV, dan NPV Mesothelin-1 adalah 50%; 80%; 71,4%; dan 61,5%. Sensitivitas, spesifisitas, PPV, dan NPV Mesothelin-2 adalah 36,7%; 93,4%; 84,6%; dan 59,6%. Sensitivitas, spesifisitas, PPV, dan NPV kombinasi CA-125 + Mesothelin-1 adalah 33,3%; 86,7%; 71,4%; 56,5%; dan 60%. Sensitivitas, spesifisitas, PPV, dan NPV kombinasi CA-125 + Mesothelin-2 adalah 23,3%; 93,3%; 77,8%; dan 54,9%. CA-125 (sebagai penanda tumor tunggal) memiliki sensitivitas tertinggi sehingga merupakan metode sederhana dan efektif untuk deteksi dini pada populasi. Mesothelin-2 (baik sebagai penanda tumor tunggal maupun dalam kombinasi) lebih tepat untuk proses penegakan diagnosis (triase, penentuan risiko massa ovarium ganas dari jinak) yang lebih baik dan dapat menggantikan CA-125.Kata Kunci: penanda tumor, CA-125, Mesothelin, kombinasi CA-125 dan Mesothelin

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan islam siswa tunanetra melalui film islami. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 2 siswa tunanetra. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa film islami dapat mengembangkan nilai-nilai islami siswa tunanetra dengan baik. Beberapa nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang dapat diteladani dari film anisami NUSSA adalah tentang sikap jujur, sikap ikhlas, dan bersedekah. Melalui media film, peserta didik tunanetra terlihat semangat dan antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran agama Islam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan rekomendasi bagi guru SLB pada khususnya dalam membuat pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus.

In this millennial era, technological developments are very rapid, changes in economic civilization have unknowingly increased, which was never imagined in the human mind. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a concrete example of this change in economic civilization. Technological developments are realized in industries that combine technological automation with cyber technology. This is the trend of automation and data exchange in manufacturing technology. This includes cyber-physical systems, cloud computing, and cognitive computing. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for millennials, because this millennial generation is better able to take advantage of this opportunity. The methodology used by the researcher (qualitative methodology with an interpretive and critical approach) has the aim of being able to provide meaning in fostering entrepreneurial character in the millennial Muslim generation by using a transcendental and theological-laden divine values ??approach, the researcher has the aim of being able to contribute thoughts that are beneficial for the millennial generation of Muslims in growing and developing Muslims. The integration and moral decadence that has recently been experienced by many generations today must be resisted by the millennial generation to realize the spirit of entrepreneurship guided by Islamic ethical and moral principles.

Islamic boarding schools as religious institutions can be part of a good anti-corruption movement. However, its effectiveness may still be questioned. In Islamic boarding schools, for example, the kiai as the patron of the community can be used as pressure for the bureaucracy to reduce corrupt practices. However, what the kiai do can only be done within the boundaries of a cultural movement. Pregnant women are highly vulnerable to malaria infection in its endemic areas, particularly infection by Plasmodium falciparum that can cause premature, low birth weight, severe anemia in pregnant women, and death. Sulfadoxine-pyrimethamine (SP) for Intermittent Preventive Treatment for pregnant (IPTp) is used for malaria control in pregnancy recommended by the World Health Organization that has already been implemented in Africa. The P. falciparum resistance to SP has been reported in several malarial endemic areas, and mutations in the genes of Plasmodium falciparum Dihydrofolate Reductase (Pfdhfr) and Dihydropteroate Synthase (Pfdhps) are shown to be associated with parasite resistance to SP treatment. Genetic analysis of Pfdhfr and Pfdhps genes in pregnant women infected with P. falciparum has not yet been examined in Indonesia. The cross-sectional study was conducted at two subdistricts, Sungai Pinang and Peramasan, in Banjar district of South Kalimantan Province, where 127 pregnant women were recruited from 2008 to April 2010. Two important mutations in Pfdhfr gene (amino acid positions at N51 and S108) and three in Pfdhps gene (A437, K540 and A581) were analyzed by nested PCR-RFLP method. All of the seven pregnant women samples infected with P. falciparum presented PfDHFR 108N and PfDHPS 437G mutations. One of the samples had the additional mutation at PfDHPS 540, in which Lys is substituted by Glu. These results suggested that P. falciparum might present only some resistance to SP at Sungai Pinang and Peramasan subdistricts, Banjar District, South Kalimantan province, Indonesia. Although there were limited number of samples, this study showed only few mutations of Pfdhfr and Pfdhps genes in P. falciparum at Banjar district, South Kalimantan Province, that suggests SP might be effective for IPTp in this area. Thus, further analysis of the other mutation sites in Pfdhfr and Pfdhps genes and in vivo efficacy study of SP with more sufficient sample numbers will be necessary to confirm this preliminarily result.Keywords: PfDHFR and PfDHPS genes, Pregnant women, Falciparum malaria

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio and net profit margin on stock pricescarried out by large (wholesale) sub-sector trading service companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange. The population of this study is a large trading sub-sector (wholesale) service companylisted on the IDX in 2020-2021. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method,as many as 110 companies.The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This method is used to predict the influencebetween one variable and another, in this study, the variables X1 (Current Ratio) and X2 (Net ProfitMargin) are the dependent variable (free) and the Y variable (Stock Price) is the independent variable(bound). ), the instrument used is secondary data and simple regression analysis is used to analyzethe data.The results in this study are the variable Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect onstock prices, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. CurrentRatio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) together have a significant effect on stock prices. The studyshows that the current ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, net profit marginshave a positive effect on stock prices.

Background: Hypertension is one of the diseases that cause high morbidity. The use of modern hypertension medical treatment may cause a side effect, so cucumber as one of traditional medicines may become a choice.Objective: This study aims to see the effect of cucumber (Cucumis sativus) juice on lowering blood pressure in elderly at working area of Puskesmas (public health center) of Abeli, Kendari, 2015.Methods: This was a pre-experiment study with one group pretest-posttest design. Twenty elderly > 60 years old were selected by simple random sampling.Results: The result showed that there was a significant effect of cucumber juice on lowering blood pressure in elderly people at working area of Puskesmas of Abele, with t test for systolic blood pressure showed that t count > t table (7.095>2.093) or P-value is 0.000 < 0.05; and t test for diastolic blood pressure showed that t count > t table (6.190>2,093) or P-value is 0.000 < 0.05.Conclusion: The significant effect of cucumber (Cucumis sativus) juice on lowering blood pressure in elderly suggested that health professional might need to have the cucumber to deal with hypertension. However, further study is needed to examine the effect.

Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a leading cause of death and disability. Thus, the effort to reduce the symptoms, such as dyspnea is necessity. Pursed lip breathing is assumed increasing oxygen saturation.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of pursed lips breathing in increasing oxygen saturation in patients with COPD in internal ward 2 of the General Hospital of Dr. R. Soedarsono Pasuruan on May 16 - June 30, 2017.Methods: This was a pre-experimental design with pre-posttest design. There were 24 patients with COPD selected using simple random sampling technique. Pulse oximetry (oximeter pulse fingertip) was used to measure oxygen saturation. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test.Results: Findings showed p-value 0.000 (<0.05), which indicated that there was a statistically significant difference in oxygen saturation before and after pursed lips breathing.Conclusion: There was a significant effect of pursed lips breathing on oxygen saturation in patients with COPD in the internal ward 2 of the general hospital of Dr. R. Soedarsono Pasuruan. Thus, pursed lips breathing could be applied as a nursing intervention in patients with COPD.
