Abstract

This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aims to identify, evaluate, and synthesize the most effective and relevant learning models for Entrepreneurship subjects at the Senior High School (SMA) level. Specifically, this review focuses on the effectiveness of project-based and experiential learning models in enhancing students' entrepreneurial intention and practical skills. This systematic review was conducted based on the PRISMA framework. The literature search was performed on academic databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and ERIC, with publications restricted to the years 2018 to 2025. The inclusion criteria required articles to be empirical research focusing on entrepreneurship learning models within the SMA/MA context. A total of 15 articles met the criteria, and their data were extracted for thematic-qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Experiential Learning (EL) models are the dominant and significantly effective approaches. PjBL is effective in improving business planning and product skills, while Experiential Learning excels at fostering the entrepreneurial mindset, attitude, and self-reliance. A key research gap identified is the lack of active collaborative integration with real business practitioners. Entrepreneurship learning at the high school level must be designed using applicable and contextual models. The integration of PjBL and Experiential Learning should be optimized to bridge the gap between theory and practice effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential synergy between business teaching modules and sociology subjects as an effort to empower community culture within the educational context. Traditionally, business education has been predominantly focused on rational economic aspects, neglecting the social and cultural dimensions inherent in society. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research reviewed 15 scholarly articles published between 2021 and 2025, applying the PRISMA framework for systematic identification and inclusion. The inclusion criteria involved studies discussing the integration of business learning with socio-cultural values within secondary and higher education contexts. The findings reveal that integrating business and sociology in educational settings plays a crucial role in nurturing social entrepreneurs grounded in cultural values and ethical awareness. Teaching modules designed through this interdisciplinary approach enhance students’ social responsibility, ethical consciousness, and sensitivity to local wisdom. Furthermore, such integration strengthens the relevance of education to real-life community contexts and supports cultural preservation as part of the learning process. Therefore, the development of interdisciplinary teaching modules between business and sociology represents a strategic step toward fostering globally competitive, socially responsible, and culturally rooted young generations.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance the capacity of BUMDes Sumberdem Gemilang in digital marketing and financial management. The main challenges faced by the partner include the suboptimal use of social media for product promotion and the lack of a structured financial record-keeping system. The program was implemented over three months, involving two managers and benefiting 8 BUMDes members through four phases: orientation, identification, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation phase included training and mentoring on social media management, digital content creation, and Excel-based financial record-keeping. Evaluation was conducted through observation and a comparison of the partner’s performance before and after the program. The results showed an improvement in social media performance, reflected in the number of followers, interactions, and content views. However, the implementation of the financial record-keeping template was not yet fully optimized due to human resource constraints and participants’ lack of understanding regarding digital financial administration. Therefore, ongoing support and further training are needed to strengthen the sustainability of financial management practices and expand the marketing reach of BUMDes products.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a strategic need for MSMEs, but the use of digital technology is still not optimal and rarely integrates geomarketing insights with digital marketing literacy. This study aims to develop a HELO UMKM Website based on geomarketing insight and analyze the influence of Geomarketing Insight on Digital Marketing Effectiveness by mediating Digital Marketing Literacy and Perceived Quality. The research uses the ADDIE model Research and Development (R&D) approach on 150 student business actors who will receive UM Super funding at the State University of Malang in 2025. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of the study show that Geomarketing Insight has the potential to support Digital Marketing Effectiveness mediated by increasing Digital Marketing Literacy which strengthens Perceived Quality. The Wilcoxon test showed that there was no significant difference between the pretest and the posttest. The novelty of the research lies in the development of the HELO UMKM Website which integrates Geomarketing Insights, digital marketing literacy, and perceived quality in one website to support data-driven MSME digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impacts of entrepreneurial orientation and social media adoption on business performance, and the mediating role of social media adoption in the context of Generation Z entrepreneurs as new entrants. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey and collected data from 68 Gen Z business owners in East Java, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Similarly, social media adoption is found to significantly enhance business performance. However, the role of social media adoption as a mediating effect was not supported. These findings suggest that while both entrepreneurial orientation and social media adoption are important drivers of performance, social media has not yet functioned as a strategic mechanism linking entrepreneurial behavior to performance outcomes among new entrants. This contributes to the literature by highlighting the role of generational context and suggesting that strategic capabilities in utilizing digital tools are crucial for maximizing business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) by financial institutions on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bireuen Regency, with a focus on the contribution of KUR in increasing access to financing, competitiveness, and capacity of MSME businesses. This research method uses quantitative data obtained from the results of the questionnaire in the form of age, gender, education level, type of business, and amount of credit given. The population used in this study includes data on the number of customers who received KUR from 2020-2022 with a sample size of 97 respondents. The results of the study showed that the influence of the role of People's Business Credit (KUR) on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) showed a t-count result of 7.673, which was statistically significantly higher than the t-table value of 1.661 with a very low level of significance, namely 0.000, which is far below 0.05 (5%). The results of the determination coefficient test showed that the R square achieved was 0.678. This indicates that almost half, or around 67.8%, of the variation in the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be explained by the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR). On the other hand, around 32.2% of the remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The expected impact of this study is to provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of KUR in supporting the development of MSMEs, as well as being a reference for policy makers and financial institutions in designing more effective strategies to encourage the growth of the MSME sector, while accelerating poverty alleviation and improving the economic welfare of the community.
