Abstract

This study aims to describe the service quality of Nyamilo MSMEs using the SERVQUAL model and to examine its relationship with customer satisfaction and loyalty. A qualitative approach was used through interviews with the owner and three customers who had made more than two purchases, accompanied by observations of online sales activities and documentation from social media. The results show that all five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, are well fulfilled. Neat and hygienic packaging, consistent taste, quick response in communication, transparency in the production process, and the ability to customize orders are factors that shape a positive experience for customers. These findings indicate that good service increases satisfaction, which in turn encourages loyalty in the form of repeat purchases and recommendations to others. This study confirms that service quality plays a crucial role in retaining customers for online-based culinary SMEs like Nyamilo.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of economic literacy and family economic education on business sustainability, with innovation capabilities and entrepreneurial competence as mediation variables in Tempe Sanan Industrial Village, Malang City. A quantitative approach was used through an explanatory research method with 158 respondents and SEM-PLS analysis. The results show that economic literacy and family economic education have a significant effect on business sustainability, both directly and through innovation capabilities and entrepreneurial competence. However, the results of the study also found that economic literacy had no effect on the mediating variables of entrepreneurial competence and the variables of entrepreneurial competence could not mediate the influence of economic literacy on business sustainability. These findings underscore the importance of the role of family economic education and economic literacy in shaping sustainable, adaptive, and innovative businesses in the midst of dynamic market competition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the brand equity strategy and perception of Tomoro Coffee Blimbing based on four main dimensions: brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through in-depth interviews with management, baristas, and customers. The data were then analyzed thematically through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Tomoro Coffee's brand awareness is strongly formed through store expansion, social media activities, and a memorable slogan. Brand associations are perceived as modern, aesthetic, and closely related to youth lifestyles, although there is still a conflict between premium and economical images. Regarding quality perceptions, customers value consistent coffee taste and service, but perceived value is still influenced by promotions. Customer loyalty varies, with some indicating repeat visits due to quality, while others rely on promotions and situational needs. This study concludes that Tomoro Coffee's brand equity is quite strong, but needs to be strengthened with perceived value and fostering emotional loyalty. The implications of these findings can inform the development of marketing strategies and brand management in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry.

Abstract

Innovation is the process of optimizing various resources to produce more efficient and sustainable solutions. This study aims to examine the relationship between resources and innovation strategies in supporting sustainable entrepreneurship through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A total of 25 scientific articles were analyzed using PRISMA guidelines to examine the role of resources such as human, technological, information, financial, and physical resources in the context of product, process, and managerial innovation. The research findings indicate that the success of innovation is strongly influenced by the organization's ability to utilize and synergize its resources, especially in the development of internal capabilities such as tacit knowledge, research and development activities, and digital technology. Human resource creativity is the main driver of product innovation, while process innovation is strengthened by the application of technology and a learning culture. Managerial innovation is heavily influenced by entrepreneurial orientation and dynamic capabilities in responding to change. The implementation of sustainable innovation strategies such as green, digital, and social innovations also increases business competitiveness through cross-sector collaboration. This study emphasizes the importance of integrated resource management and innovative strategies to achieve sustainability, especially in the small and medium enterprise sector.
