Abstract

Research on the antioxidant activity test and toxicity test of leaf extract (Ayapana triplinervis (ValH) RM) has been conducted against the larval shrimp (Artemia salina Leach). The dried leaves weighing 500 grams were macerated using methanol, filtered, and concentrated using a rotary evaporator. Methanol crude extract was fractionated with n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and methanol water. Based on Test Phytochemicals screening on secondary metabolites showed that the crude extract of methanol, n-hexane fraction, and methanol-water containing secondary metabolites alkaloids, flavonoids, and phenolic in ethyl acetate fraction of the content of secondary metabolites, alkaloids, and flavonoids, and the fraction of n-hexane and ethyl acetate contain steroids. In contrast, the crude extract of methanol and n-hexane fraction contains phenolic compounds. Test mortality of shrimp larvae (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test) showed mortality of shrimp larvae (Artemia salina Leach) using Probit analysis (SAS) to determine the value of 50% Lethal Concentration (LC50). In this test, the most active is the methanol crude extract of archery leaves, with a value of 18.8608 ppm, in a test of antioxidant activity using DPPH free radical reduction in the spectrophotometer and IC50 values obtained. In methanol crude extract was 430.73 ppm; n-hexane fraction was 168.5 ppm; ethyl acetate fraction was 114.87 ppm; and methanol-water fraction was 37.23 ppm

Abstract

Palm oil companies are increasing in number from year to year. If the company does not have good employee performance, it will be difficult to compete with other companies. The achievement of a company's goals cannot be separated from the importance of employee performance, including workers. Workers at PT. Duta Nusa Lestari, Kapuas Hulu Regency, do not yet have effective performance, this is influenced by low motivation and work discipline in workers. The purpose of this study is to analyze aspects of motivation and work discipline to improve worker performance at PT. Duta Nusa Lestari, Kapuas Hulu Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method and data analysis with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Expert Choice 11 software. This study used 43 samples taken by purposive sampling. The results of this study state that the optimal main priority for improving worker performance from the motivation criteria is physiological needs with a weight of 0.564 and the main priority from the discipline criteria is to do work according to SOP with a weight of 0.345. The alternative to prioritized motivation is a salary that meets needs with a weight of 0.202 and the alternative to prioritized discipline is responsibility for the task being carried out with a weight of 0.243.

Abstract

Universitas pamulang mengadakan program kegiatan pengabadian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sebagai bentuk realisasi tridarma perguruan tinggi. Program bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan rumus HLOOKUP dan VLOOKUP di Microsoft Excel sebagai bahan ajar di SMPN 21 Tangerang Selatan. Rumus HLOOKUP digunakan untuk mencari data berdasarkan baris, sedangkan rumus VLOOKUP digunakan untuk mencari data berdasarkan kolom. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan praktis. Rumus HLOOKUP dan VLOOKUP diajarkan kepada siswa/i SMP N 21 Tangerang Selatan .Hasil kegiatan kami menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan rumus HLOOKUP dan VLOOKUP dalam Microsoft Excel dapat membantu siswa/I dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan menggunakan rumus ini,siswa/i dapat mengolah data dengan cepat dan benar. Selain itu, rumus-rumus ini juga membantu dalam mengurangi kesalahan manusia yang mungkin terjadi dalam proses pencarian dan pengolahan data secara manual. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat SMPN 21 Tangerang Selatan dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan data. Saran kami alangkah baiknya sekolah menyediakan program-program baru untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai teknologi Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di bidang pendidikan.Kata Kunci : Microsoft Excel; Pengabdian Kepada Masyrakat; sistem teknologi

Abstract

The Paris Agreement in 2015 is an international agreement to reduce the rise in global temperature and reduce its impact. As a developing country with the effects of greenhouse emissions that have a significant impact, Indonesia participates in reducing greenhouse gas emissions with a net zero emission target by 2060. This study aims to analyze the disclosure by banks based on the minimum requirements set out in the International Financial Reporting Standards Sustainability (IFRS S). The method used is a qualitative descriptive of the aspects of governance, strategy, risk management as well as the matrix and targets disclosed in the 2023 sustainability report of seven banks that are committed to the OJK to achieve Indonesia's net zero emission target. The result of this study is that in the aspect of governance, all banks have a unit that is responsible for implementing and supervising sustainability aspects related to governance, environmental and social. However, there are still banks that are inadequate in disclosing aspects of strategy, risk management, as well as matrices and targets.

Abstract

Stress fractures are a common overused injury in both the general population, as well as the specialized population of athletes and military members.1,2 The incidence of stress fracture injuries is 21.1% in the athlete population, with higher rates in female athletes (9-13%) than male athletes (6.5%).3,4 Studies show 40% of athletes have experienced a stress fracture at some point in their career.3 Stress fracture injuries also account for 10% of orthopedic injuries and up to 20% of cases seen in sports medicine clinics. As many as 80-95% of stress fracture injuries occur in the lower extremities, with the commonest sites being the tibia, tarsal, metatarsal, and pelvis.3

Abstract

Pelatihan akuntansi dasar di SMA Sasana Bhakti, yang diselenggarakan oleh tim dari Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Widya Kartika, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akuntansi siswa dan mendukung Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Program ini merespons kebutuhan akan keterampilan akuntansi di era globalisasi dan teknologi. Permasalahan utama di SMA Sasana Bhakti adalah metode pembelajaran akuntansi yang konvensional. Pelatihan ini memperkenalkan penggunaan teknologi seperti Ms. Excel dalam pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan, serta pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif. Metode pelatihan melibatkan survei awal, konsultasi dengan pihak sekolah, dan penyusunan modul akuntansi dasar. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 18 siswa kelas XI dan XII dengan materi mencakup teori akuntansi, praktek pencatatan transaksi, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Pendekatan interaktif, termasuk penggunaan quiz dan hadiah, meningkatkan antusiasme peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan akuntansi siswa, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam pemahaman konsep dan penggunaan aplikasi. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran akuntansi di SMA Sasana Bhakti dan memperkuat sinergi antar institusi pendidikan. Saran yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan fasilitas teknologi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendekatan interaktif, kolaborasi lebih lanjut, dan evaluasi berkala.

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect of related party transactions on company performance measured by return on assets (ROA) and Tobin's Q (TQ). Seeing that there are shortcomings in previous research, this study specifies related party transactions (RPT) into four types of transactions, namely sales, purchases, accounts receivable, and payables, and focuses the scope of research using only the basic materials sector. The sample consisted of 30 companies in the basic materials sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020, with a total of 180 observations. This study was carried out with two regression models, and several sensitivity tests to see differences in results with the main model. As a result, related party transactions do not have a significant effect on TQ, but there is a negative effect between sales transactions on ROA. The limitation of this study is the assumption that stock prices strongly react to the company's financial performance and do not carry out an analysis as a whole group or do not differentiate transactions made by subsidiaries or parent companies. This research is expected to provide new understanding to companies, investors, regulators, and academics regarding the effect of related party transactions on company performance.Keywords: Basic material sector; Performance; Related party transactions; ROA; Tobin’s Q Religiosity. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transaksi pihak berelasi terhadap performa perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan return on aseet (ROA) dan Tobin’s Q (TQ). Melihat bahwa adanya kekurangan dalam penelitian sebelumnya, maka penelitian ini menspesifikasi transaksi pihak berelasi (RPT) menjadi empat jenis transaksi yaitu penjualan, pembelian, piutang, dan utang serta memfokuskan lingkup penelitian dengan hanya menggunakan sektor basic materials. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, terdiri atas 30 perusahaan yang termasuk pada sektor basic materials dan terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2020, sehingga terdapat 180 observasi. Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan dua model regresi yang berbeda, serta melaksanakan beberapa uji sensitivitas untuk melihat perbedaan hasil dengan model utama. Sebagai hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa transaksi pihak berelasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap TQ, namun terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara transaksi penjualan terhadap ROA. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman baru kepada perusahaan, investor, regulator dan akademisi mengenai pengaruh transaksi pihak berelasi terhadap performa perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Performa perusahaan; ROA; Sektor bahan baku; Tobin’s Q; Transaksi pihak berelasi.

Abstract

The problem of the poor quality of Christian education still requires a solution today. This research aims to examine the importance of human resource management (HR) based on Christian Religious Education in improving the quality of Christian education in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods by conducting document analysis. The data collected is analyzed using an inductive approach, which can help find findings and patterns that emerge from the documents collected. The research results show that HR management based on Christian Religious Education is carried out by maximizing managerial functions and operational functions based on Christian values which prioritize mutual respect, fairness and cooperation between members of the educational community for create an environment that is inclusive, has integrity, and is oriented towards holistic student development, as well as making a positive contribution to the quality of Christian education. AbstrakMasalah buruknya mutu pendidikan Kristen masih memerlukan solusi hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berbasis Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Kristen di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan analisis dokumen. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan induktif, yang dapat membantu menemukan temuan dan pola yang muncul dari dokumen yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM berbasis Pendidikan Agama Kristen dilakukan dengan memaksimalkan fungsi manajerial dan fungsi operasional dengan berasaskan pada nilai-nilai Kristiani yang mengedepankan sikap saling menghormati, adil, dan bekerja sama antar anggota komunitas pendidikan sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif, berintegritas, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan siswa holistik, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kualitas pendidikan Kristen.

Abstract

Neglect towards children and spouses is a form of criminal act where an individual, in this case, a husband, neglects his obligations and responsibilities to fulfill the basic rights of his children and wife, resulting in them not receiving adequate care, attention, and protection. The issue in this case arises when a husband has been proven to commit the crime of psychological neglect towards his child, but the Appellate Court instead acquitted the Defendant. This raises the question of how child neglect committed by parents, in this case, a father, is regulated based on child protection laws and laws related to domestic violence, and what considerations influence the Appellate Court to render an acquittal for the Defendant. The main finding of this research is that the responsibility and duty to provide attention and protection to children are not solely the task of a wife but require the joint effort of both the father and mother. One of the considerations that led to the Defendant's acquittal by the Appellate Court is that the Defendant provided a year's worth of child support amounting to Rp 700,000.00, and he has one dependent child whose education was disrupted due to detention by the police. Neglect or emotional neglect of a child can have a negative impact on their self-esteem in building relationships with their peers, as they lose the presence of a father who can serve as a role model and guide in facing the world.

Abstract

Underlying this research begins with a critical reflection on the subject's experience as a musician in a church located in Palangka Raya as a church clergy guitarist as well as seeing complex rhythmic stretches when encountering expression, stewardship, phonemes, worship works, ethics and self-ability. This research method uses qualitative research methods by searching data through secondary sources, namely through recent journals (the last five years) that relate to guitarists, guitars, educational stewardship based on the critical reflection of the researchers. The results of this study show that the church music guitarist embraces humility, sharing sounds/phonemes by eliminating the dominance of the guitar sound when collaborating with non-guitar instrumentalists. It then becomes a space for critical reflection when researchers retell it in the philosophical, theological and liturgical landscape of the church
