Abstract

ABSTRAK Gerakan Literasi di Sekolah merupakan gerakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui implementasi program-program gerakan literasi di Sekolah Madrasan Aliyah Negerti (MAN 4) Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dengan observasi terjun ke lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa implemtansi program yang diterapkan oleh sekolah MAN 4 dengan melibatkan koordinator guru literasi, guru bahasa Indonesia, pengurus perpustakaan, guru projek Profile Pelajar Pancasila seperti membuat program membaca satu buku pada satu semester, mempresentasikan isi buku, mencatat kajian kitab kuning, menulis buku antologi, dan berkunjung ke perpustakaan. Program-program ini sengaja didesain agar kemampuan literasi siswa meningkat. Kendati ada beberapa kendala dalam implementasi seperti kurangnya koordinasi, kurangnya anggaran GLS dan perubahan dalam pergantian guru bagian kesiswaan. Abstract

This research aims to develop HAPAL mobile learning products as a science learning media that is suitable for use by junior high school students. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research subjects used were media expert and material expert as well as class VIII students at SMPN 4 Pakenjeng Garut. The instrument used was a questionnaire for expert validation and student responses as users. The results of the media expert validation obtained an average value of 88.9 with a very valid category and the material expert obtained an average value of 86.39 with a very valid category. The average value of student responses to HAPAL mobile learning was 90.12 with a very valid category. So it can be concluded that HAPAL mobile learning is suitable for use in science learning at junior high school level.

Abstract

The use of mobile phones by students is increasingly widespread, both for learning purposes and for other personal purposes. As mobile technology continues to permeate students' lives, mobile DL-Mobile is important for students to be able to utilize mobile technology optimally and responsibly. This article discusses the role of teachers in promoting Digital Literacy Mobile (DL- Mobile) among students. The findings of this article provide valuable insights into the strategies and approaches teachers use to encourage digital literacy in the mobile era, offering practical implications for improving educational practices. The study highlights how educators serve as key facilitators in integrating mobile technology into the learning environment, thereby enhancing students' digital competencies. Teachers can increase students' awareness of the importance of mobile technology in their daily lives and improve their ability to use social media effectively to gather information. The results of this study can be used to improve the quality of education and improve students' ability to face increasingly complex global challenges that require better digital skills.

Abstract

This literature review discusses the impact of using multimedia learning on cognitive learning outcomes of early childhood and the role of counseling in supporting holistic development of children. Learning is understood as a process of behavioral change that is influenced by the environment and leads to positive development, especially in the cognitive domain related to brain function such as memory and intellectual ability. Multimedia learning that combines text, sound, images, animation, and video is considered very effective for early childhood because it is in accordance with their developmental characteristics. In addition to cognitive aspects, counseling plays an important role in providing emotional and social support to children, helping to overcome learning barriers, and forming positive character and attitudes. Studies show that multimedia such as videos and educational games can increase motivation, engagement, and learning effectiveness. The right combination of multimedia and counseling can optimize cognitive development as well as psychosocial aspects of children. In conclusion, the integration of multimedia learning with a counseling approach has been proven effective in improving critical thinking skills, problem solving, and psychological well-being of early childhood. These findings are an important basis for the development of multimedia teaching materials and appropriate counseling strategies, especially from an Islamic education perspective, to support children's growth and development as a whole.

Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kelompok Bank Sampah Mutiara Madani yang berlokasi di Perumahan Griya Bunga Asri Desa Cibadung RT 002/008 Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Bogor. Solusi dari gerakan literasi dalam membangun kesadaran kepedulian lingkungan melalui bank sampah sebagai upaya agar masyarakat tercerahkan dan tercerdaskan untuk bisa menyadari akan lingkungan bersih dan mengelola sampah hingga berdaya guna. Gerakan literasi peduli lingkungan bisa dilakukan dengan memperkenalkan buku-buku pendidikan seputar lingkungan dan mengelola sampai berdaya guna. Berbagai bacaan terkait dengan lingkungan hidup seperti mengelola sampah organisasi atau non-organik, daur ulang, dan lain sebagainya. Hal ini akan membantu menanamkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai isu-isu lingkungan. Gerakan literasi membangun kesadaran lingkungan melalui bank sampai bisa mengadakan seminar, pelatihan, bazar, workshop, lokakarya dengan mendatangkan narasumber yang ahli dan berpengalaman untuk membahasa lingkungan hidup seperti memberdayakan plastik, konverasi alam dan energi terbarukan

Abstract

Soft Skill memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik siswa Generasi Z dan Generasi Alpha. Berikut beberapa Soft Skill yang penting untuk prestasi akademik: Kemampuan komunikasi, Kemampuan berpikir kritis, Kemampuan bekerja sama, Manajemen waktu, Kemampuan beradaptasi. Mereka dapat belajar hal-hal baru dengan cepat dan mengatasi kesulitan dengan efektif. Generasi Z dan Generasi Alpha memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga pengaruh Soft Skill terhadap prestasi akademik mereka juga berbeda. Generasi Z, yang tumbuh dengan teknologi, perlu mengembangkan Soft Skill seperti komunikasi interpersonal dan kerja sama tim, karena interaksi langsung seringkali terabaikan. Generasi Alpha, yang sangat visual dan interaktif, perlu mengembangkan Soft Skill seperti fokus dan perhatian, karena mereka terbiasa dengan rangsangan digital yang cepat. Untuk kedua generasi ini, kemampuan berpikir kritis sangatlah penting, guna menyaring informasi yang didapatkan dari berbagai sumber. Kami dari team pengabdi ingi mencoba menggali lebih dalam lagi, sejauh mana Soft Skill yang dimiliki oleh siswa/siswi tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) sampai dengan tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang dibina oleh Yayasan Maktabul Aitam tersebut. Kami mencoba mengevaluasi di bagian mana hal-hal yang perlu kami perbaiki dan perlu kami tingkatkan mengenai Soft Skill dari masing-masing siswa/siswi binaan tersebut. Kemampuan akhir yang diharapkan dapat dimiliki oleh siswa setelah mengikuti penyuluhan adalah siswa dapat memiliki kemampuan Soft Skill (Percaya diri, berani, adaptif, komunikatif, pantang menyerah, pandai bergaul, daya saing yang tinggi, motivasi yang tinggi dan lain-lain) yang tinggi dan siswa memiliki keterampilan dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21 dengan ketatnya persaingan untuk mendapat pekerjaan dengan menguasai 4C yaitu: Critical Thinking (berpikir kritis), Collaboration (kolaborasi), Communication (komunikasi) dan Creativity (kreativitas).

Abstract

Demands for changes in the learning process from the educational aspect, as a manifestation of developments in science and technology. Students must be accustomed to thinking critically, constructively, thinking systematically, complexly and in stages. Students' abilities must be trained by providing opportunities to explore their abilities so that they can discover knowledge concepts resulting from learning activities. Of course, these demands must be in synergy with the teacher's competence in managing the class and implementing integrative learning methods in the process. This is in accordance with the independent curriculum policy in higher education. This research uses integrative learning with several methods, starting with the pre-cycle with the expectory learning (lecture) method, cycle 1 with the problem based learning method and cycle 2 with the project based learning method. The results of classroom action research using integrative learning in Islamic boarding school management courses can increase student abilities. That integrative learning can encourage student learning activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pembelajaran learning system management (LSM) di Universtias Pamulang dan untuk mengetahui strategi dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomologis. Yaitu menjelaskan atau mengungkapkan makna konsep atau fenomena pengalaman yang didasari oleh kesadaran yang terjadi pada individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam sistem leaning system management yang telah terstruktur baik dalam daya kompetensi melalui pree test maupun psst test, penyajian materi melalui video pembelajaran, modul dan assesment melalui UTS, UAS dan tugas terstruktur, termasuk pada interaksi dosen dan mahasiswa,dapat menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang terukur dalam karakter pada religius, jujur, disiplin pada mahasiswa universitas Pamulang dengan baik. The aim of this research is to find out the learning system management (LSM) learning system at Pamulang University and to find out strategies for instilling character education. The method used is a qualitative method with a phenomological approach. Namely explaining or expressing the meaning of concepts or experiential phenomena based on awareness that occurs in individuals. The results of the research show that in a leaning system management system that has been structured both in terms of competency through pre-test and PSST test, presentation of material through learning videos, modules and assessments through UTS, UAS and structured assignments, including interaction between lecturers and students, can create a system measurable education in the character of religious, honest, well-disciplined students at Pamulang University.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of the Pesantren Ramadan program on fostering empathy and reducing bullying in educational settings, addressing the need for values-based interventions in character education. The importance of examining this program lies in its potential to shape moral and spiritual character among students, which is crucial for creating a safer, more respectful school environment. A qualitative research approach was employed, involving observations of Pesantren Ramadan activities, in-depth interviews with a purposive sample of 10 teachers experienced in the program, and document analysis from schools implementing this initiative. Data were analyzed thematically using NVivo 12 software to identify key patterns and themes related to empathy and bullying behavior. The program combines worship activities and social events designed to cultivate empathy and social responsibility. Findings demonstrate that students who participate in the program show enhanced empathy towards peers and a noticeable reduction in bullying incidents, attributed to activities such as communal prayers, iftar sharing, and community service, which reinforce values of compassion, mutual respect, and support. Additionally, as part of the program’s anti-bullying initiative, schools engage all members in a declaration against bullying, strengthening a collective commitment to respect and inclusion. The Pesantren Ramadan program, integrating both moral and spiritual activities, is shown to be an effective model for developing empathetic students and reducing bullying behavior. These findings suggest broader implications for educational policy and practice, offering a framework that could inspire similar values-based programs in other schools to enhance character education.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, terutama di bidang ekonomi dan bisnis. Internet kini menjadi sarana utama bagi masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, untuk mengakses informasi, berkomunikasi, dan menjalankan aktivitas ekonomi. Namun, potensi besar ini belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Sebagian besar generasi muda masih berperan sebagai konsumen digital daripada pelaku usaha yang produktif. Rendahnya literasi digital, keterampilan kewirausahaan, serta kurangnya pola pikir bisnis menjadi faktor penghambat kemandirian ekonomi mereka. beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh generasi muda adalah belum terarahnya tujuan kehadiran internet sekarang, sehingga penggunaan internet terbatas pada penggunaan sosial media dan keterbatasan literasi internet dalam kapasitas job creation. Program PKM ini dirancang untuk mendorong kemandirian bisnis generasi muda melalui pemanfaatan internet secara strategis dan kreatif. Kegiatan utama meliputi pelatihan literasi digital, pendampingan kewirausahaan, pembentukan komunitas bisnis berbasis digital, serta optimalisasi penggunaan platform online untuk pemasaran produk lokal. Melalui kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, masyarakat, dan mitra digital, program ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan generasi muda dalam mengelola bisnis online secara profesional dan berkelanjutan.Hasil yang diharapkan dari pelaksanaan program ini adalah meningkatnya jumlah wirausaha muda berbasis internet, tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya literasi digital, serta terbentuknya jejaring komunitas bisnis yang aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif. Dengan demikian, generasi muda dapat bertransformasi dari pengguna pasif menjadi pelaku ekonomi digital yang mandiri dan berdaya saing tinggi, sekaligus berkontribusi dalam memperkuat perekonomian nasional di era digital saat ini.
