Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan parameter butir soal Fisika materi Usaha dan Energi menggunakan pendekatan item response theory (IRT) penskoran dikotomus dan politomus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 1175 siswa SMA kelas XI yang tersebar di provinsi Jawa Barat dan Banten yang terdiri 450 siswa laki-laki dan 725 siswa perempuan. Data respon dengan penskoran dikotomus dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan teori respon butir dengan program BILOG-MG sedangkan untuk penskoran politomus dianalisis dengan pendekatan GPCM menggunakan program R guna mendapatkan informasi tentang tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, kecocokan butir, estimasi kemampuan peserta didik. Hasil uji kecocokan model menunjukkan bahwa butir soal paling banyak fit dengan model 2PL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa parameter butir soal Fisika materi Usaha dan Energi dengan penskoran dikotomus menunjukkan keseluruhan butir memiliki kriteria butir baik dan dengan penskoran politomus menunjukkan hampir seluruh butir kategori baik

Abstract

Ujian sekolah merupakan tahap akhir seorang siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Di tahap ini, seorang siswa akan ditentukan kelulusannya dengan cara melihat salah satu nilai mata pelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik butir soal tes matematika dalam instrumen penilaian Ujian Sekolah yang dibuat oleh tim Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Analisis butir soal untuk membuktikan validitas isi, mengecek estimasi reliabilitas, tingkat kesulitan, daya pembeda soal, dan untuk mengidentifikasi kategori soal yang memiliki nilai rendah, sedang dan tinggi, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan item soal-soal tersebut sulit bagi siswa. Validitas content butir instrumen penilaian Ujian Sekolah dihitung menggunakan rumus Forumula Aiken dengan melibatkan 3 orang ahli pada bidang matematika, dilanjutkan dengan validitas konstruk menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori (exploratoty factor analysis, EFA), sedangkan untuk reliabilitas dihitung dengan rumus KR-20. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 orang yang diambil dari siswa SMA Negeri dan swasta di Kabupaten Tasikmlaya, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui hasil jawaban siswa yang dibandingkan dengan kunci jawaban Ujian Sekolah. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Classical Test Theory (CTT) dan Item Response Theory (IRT) model Rasch. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal tes dengan kategori sulit. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa estimasi reliabilitas cukup reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis CTT dan IRT, rata-rata tingkat kesukaran dikategorikan sedang, dan rata-rata kemampuan membedakan dikategorikan baik. Dalam analisis kualitatif diperoleh satu butir soal menjadi sulit dijawab karena pemahaman konsep yang rendah, materi pembelajaran yang belum tuntas, dan kesulitan belajar selama di kelas.

Abstract

Islamic religion and character education is education that provides knowledge and shapes the attitudes, personality, and skills of students in practicing Islamic teachings. To test and assess students' understanding of Islamic religion and character education subjects, a test is held. This study aims to describe the characteristics of the final semester examination on Islamic religion and character education based subject on item response theory. This research was explorative descriptive research. The research subjects were class X students in State Vocational High School 1 Depok taken the final semester examination on subjects of Islamic religion and character education. The object of the research was the question device and all student answer sheets. Data analysis used the Rasch model with Program R in describing good grain characteristics based on the level of difficulty. The results of the analysis showed that from the level of difficulty, there were 26 items from 50 items that must be revised. So, tests of Islamic religion character education need to be evaluated to get a test that meets the requirements and can measure students' abilities.

Abstract

Abstract: In general, a test was developed based on classical test theory which had many weaknesses, therefore the test in this research was developed based on modern test theory (Item Response Theory). This study aimed to develop a Creative Thinking Skills test on physics lessons for Class X High School (PhysCreTHOTS) that eligible to be used based on modern test theory. This research was a development research using 4D model which involving 300 students of Class X High School in Gunung Kidul District of DIY. The scoring of test items using four categories of politomus scales and Partial Credit Model (PCM) techniques. The characteristics of the test consist of item match, reliability, difficulty level of item, information function and Standard Error of Measurement (SEM). The results showed that the instrument's reliability was 0.72. The entire test instrument is considered fit with PCM, with an INFIT MNSQ range of 0.93 to 1.10. The difficulty index of 63 items ranges from -1.06 to 1.04. Based on the information function and SEM it is known that the test instrument corresponds to the learner with a score of -1.8 to 3.0. The entire test is considered feasible to be used to measure Creative Thinking Skills in Physics lessons for high school X grade students.Keyword: creative thinking skills, partial credit model, polytomus, physics Pengembangan Tes Creative Thinking Skills Fisika SMA (Physcrethots)  Berdasarkan Teori Tes ModernAbstrak: Pada umumnya tes dikembangkan berdasarkan teori tes klasik yang banyak kelemahannya, maka tes yang dikembangkan ini dilakukan berdasarkan teori tes modern (Item Rseponse Theory). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes Creative Thinking Skills fisika Kelas X SMA (PhysCreTHOTS)  yang layak digunakan berdasarkan teori tes modern. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model 4D yang melibatkan 300 peserta didik Kelas X SMA di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul DIY. Penskoran item tes menggunakan skala politomus empat kategori dan menggunakan teknik Partial Credit Model (PCM). Karakteristik tes terdiri atas kecocokan item, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran item dan fungsi informasi dan Standard Error of Measurement (SEM). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menghasilkan instrumen penilaian berbasis komputer yang layak untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif  peserta didik SMA, 2) menguji efektivitas instrumen penilaian berbasis komputer yang dikembangkan untuk mengukur pengetahuan Fisika peserta didik SMA, 3) mengukur tingkat kesiapan peserta didik dalam menghadapi ujian nasional berbasis komputer.Penelitian ini menggunakan model Research and Development (RD). Model RD terdiri atas tiga tahap utama yaitu: tahap pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap pendahuluan telah diidentifikasi permasalahan  penilain pembelajaran fisika berbasis komputer. Tahap pengembangan telah dilakukan pembatan disain instrumen peniliaian fisika berbasis komputer, validasi produk, revisi produk dan uji coba produk secara terbatas. Pada tahap evaluasi telah dilakukan uji coba secara luas, revisi produk, dan pembuatan produk akhir. Uji statistik deskritif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil aplikasi penilaian pengetahuan berbasis komputer.Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Instrumen soal yang dikembangkan layak untuk untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif peserta didik SMA, (2)  instrumen penilaian  berbasis kompunter  lebih efektif dan efisien untuk mengukur kemampuan pengetahuan Fisika peserta didik SMA daripada paper and pencil test,  (3) Peserta didik 58,67% sudah siap menghadapi tes berbasis komputer ,34% peserta didik belum siap melakukan tes berbasis komputer dan 7,33 % tidak siap melakukan tes berbasis komputer. Kata Kunci: Penilain berbasis Komputer, FisikaThe Development of Computer–Based Assessment of Physics Science to Improve Readiness of Students in Dealing Computer–Based National Examanation AbstractThis research aims to 1) produce computer-based assessment instruments eligible to measure the cognitive abilities of senior high school students, 2) test the effectiveness of computer-based assessment instrument developed to measure the knowledge of physics in senior high school students, 3) measuring the level of readiness of students in dealing computer-based national examanation. This research  uses a model of Research and Development (R D) which consists of three main stages: the preliminary stage, the stage of development and evaluation phase. At the preliminary stage has been identified problems of computer-based assessment of learning physics. At the development stage has been carried out the design manufacture of computer-based assessment instrument physics, product validation, product revisions and testing of products on a limited basis. In the evaluation stage has been tested extensively, product revision, and the final product. Descriptive statistical test used to describe the results of the application of computer-based knowledge assessment. The results research show that : 1) computer-based assessment instruments eligible to measure cognitive abilities of senior high school students, 2) computer-based assessment instruments are more effective and efficient to measure the students knowledge of physics in senior high school rather than paper and pencil test, 3) 58.67% of students are ready to face computer-based test, 34% of students not yet ready for the computer based test and 7.33% are not ready to perform the test based computer.Keywords: Computer-Based Assessment, Physics

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian yang memiliki tujuan umum untuk menguji pengaruh lesson study dengan teknik guided teaching dengan hasil pembelajaran Fisika Zat Padat Lanjut. Tujuan khusus tulisan ini meli-puti: (1) menyusun instrumen penilaian pembelajaran Fisika Zat Padat Lanjut yang menerapkan lesson study; (2) mengukur prestasi belajar; dan (3) mengukur aktivitas mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di FMIPA Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah semua mahasiswa Program Studi Fisika Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika yang mengambil mata kuliah Fisika Zat Padat Lanjut. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan kelas. Penskoran hasil tes dengan politomus dan aktivitas mahasis-wa dinyatakan dalam persentase. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Instrumen penilaian terdiri atas lembar observasi dan tes yang berupa: (a) uraian untuk materi: sifat dielektrik dan optik bahan pada siklus I, (b) berupa isian singkat untuk materi bahan magnetik pada siklus II, dan (c) berupa tes isian singkat-uraian pada materi ketidaksempurnaan kristal pada siklus III; (2) prestasi belajar mahasiswa meningkat dari siklus I, II, dan III; dan (3) aktivitas mahasiswa dalam diskusi kelas meningkat dari siklus I, II, dan III.Kata kunci: penilaian, pembelajaran, lesson study, fisika zat padat lanjut

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: (1) the characteristics of diagnostic test items used in mathematics subject of the first grade of senior high school (SHS); (2) the degree of errors from several types of students’ errors in answering mathematics test; and (3) the dominant factor causing the students to make mistakes in answering mathematics test. This study used a quantitative approach involving the first graders of eight SHSs in Mataram as the population. The sample was collected by a proportionate random sampling technique, consisting of 350 students for preliminary field testing and 450 students for main field testing. The research instrument was a mathematics diagnostic test, questionnaire, and interview guidelines. The results show that: (1) the diagnostic test instrument meets the qualitative and quantitative content validity, proves empirically fit with Partial Credit Model (PCM), has reliability index of 0.92 (high category), and all items in the diagnostic test instrument are categorized in moderate difficulty; (2) misrepresentation becomes dominant errors if compared with misconceptions, the counting errors, and procedural errors. The errors dominant in the topic domain are Inequalities Linear System Two Variables if compared with Rational and Irrational Inequality One Variable, Equations and Inequalities of Absolute Value, and Linear Equations System Three Variables; and (3) most of the students do not understand how to solve the problem of inequality, determining factor quadratic equations, determining the members of the set completion, problems concerning graphs, and problems that require the capability of language interpretation into the mathematics model.

Abstract

This article explains the development of interactive multimedia which is designed using e-learning. The development technique uses ADDIE model which consists of some stages namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The trial subjects in this study were 13 students of Physics Education Department in Universitas Papua who programed basic physics courses in the even semester of 2018-2019. Interactive multimedia validity was obtained based on an assessment sheet filled by 7 validators consisting of material expert validators, media experts and practitioners. Meanwhile, the effectivity and practicality of interactive multimedia was obtained based on the students’ responses after learning. The instrument used in this study was the validation sheet filled out by the validators and questionnaire about students’ responses after learning. The technique used to analyze the results of the validator's assessment was V Aiken while the questionnaire analysis used Rasch model. The results showed that the developed learning media were in the valid category for each aspect of the assessment, namely layout, navigation, functions, and pedagogy aspects. Moreover, students’ responses towards interactive multimedia used were also effective and practical in every aspect of assessment. Students gave good responses towards HOTS abilities that could be developed during learning, including the ability to analyze, evaluate, and create. Therefore, online interactive multimedia oriented to HOTS through e-learning can be applied in physics lesson.

Abstract

The national instrumental industries need support materials that have goodelectrical and magnetic properties. One is for sensor to measure magnetic field,  i. e.: magnetic layer. The experiment is to find  material for  magneticlayer that has high GMR ratio requiredfor sensor. The sample is an Ag-Fe thin film produced by ion implantation: silver implanted with iron ions at various doses from  1.5 x 1017 ions/em' to 9.0 x 1017 ions/em' and energyfrom 40 ke V to 100 ke V GMR is determined by four-point probe method inmagneticfield  Based on data analysis is conclused that: (1) Increasing of iron ions in Ag-Fe that produced by ion implantation causes decreasing of resistivity. Initially, increasing of annealing temperature causes decreasing of resistivity to minimum point, then the resistivity increases by increasing of annealing temperature; (2) Influence of ions dose, energy and annealing temperature to GMR:' (a) Initially, increasing of iron ions increases GMR ratio to the maximum point, then the GMR ratio decreases, (b) Increasing of the ion energy that is used the GMR ratio produced decreases and (c) Increasing of annealing temperature can rise GMR ratio; (3) Ag-Fe for ion. dose of 6. 0 x 1017  ions/em', energy of 100 ke)',  and annealing temperatureat 300 'C has a minimum resistivity of (16.7 :f: 3) x 10.9 f2m and optimum of GMR ratio  of  6.49%.   Ag-Fe  in  the  condition  is  a good  material fot: magneticfield sensor; and (4) the curves of magnetoresistance are simetry and maximum resistance about magneticfield equal to zero.
