Abstract

Tema psikologi Islam pada skripsi mahasiswa bisa mengambarkan sejauhmana terjadi proses integrasi Islam dan psikologi di kampus PTKIN. Komparasi dua kampus UIN Padang dan UIN Pekanbaru menarik dilihat. Tema psikologi Islam skripsi mahasiswa di Jurusan Psikologi Islam Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Studi Agama UIN Padang dan Prodi Psikologi Fakultas Psikologi UIN Pekanbaru menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Islam dan psikologi justru belum sepenuhnya terjadi. Alih-alih memperkuat integrasi Islam dan psikologi, tema skripsi psikologi di kedua kampus justru mengambarkan kegamangan, kekaburan dan bahkan kekurangpahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep dan implementasi psikologi Islam itu sendiri.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan berkembangnya gaya hidup berbelanja online (online shop) di tengah masyarakat terutama kaum muda. Trend belanja online semakin meningkat sejak terjadinya musibah pandemi covid-19 yang mengakibatkan perubahan dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan manusia Indonesia salah satunya adalah gaya hidup dalam berbelanja. Salah satu e-commerceyang sangat digemari  adalah shopee Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa UIN Imam Bonjol Padang yang menggunakan aplikasi shopee,  melihat dampak perilaku konsumtif bagi kehidupan sosial, dan faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku konsumtif itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Kuesioner juga digunakan di tahap awal untuk menjaring informan dan menggali pertanyaan.  Informan yang diwawancarai dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hampir semua informan berperilaku konsumtif. Faktor pendorongnya adalah rasa nyaman karena dapat berbelanja secara personal dari rumah, kemudahan dalam bertransaksi, harga murah dan terjangkau, serta  kepuasan diri. Dampak dari perilaku konsumtif adalah munculnya sifatboros, impulsif dalam berbelanja, mencari kesenangan dan pemenuhan kepuasan  diri semata sebagai bentuk dari gaya hidup kekinian.

Abstract

Haiku is a Japanese poem that is unique and uses a minimum of words, but it is still beautiful and has deep meaning. In this modern era, there are educational games that use haiku. One of them is the Japanese literary-themed game 'Bungou to Alchemist'. This game is about poets who are brought to life by alchemists to protect endangered Japanese literary works and eradicate the enemy, namely shinshokusha. Alchemist plays the role of librarian (shisho), who directs the bungou (poet) to eradicate the shinshokusha. One of them is Kawahigashi Hekigotou, a famous Japanese haiku poet. The aim of this study is to find the meaning contained in Hekigotou's four haiku that appear in the game and to identify the cause of the four haiku being used, using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. This study used qualitative research methods. The result of the analysis is to show that Hekigotou's haiku used in this game has meaning related to life and is used to strengthen the conveying of Bungou to Alchemist ideas contained in the haiku in the form of a representation of Kawahigashi Hekigotou's feelings. At the same time, this game is a place for young people to get to know and learn literature, especially haiku.

Abstract

PT. Dempo Maju Cemerlang is an underground gold mining company located in Salido, Kec. Iv Jurai, kab. South Coast, Prov. West Sumatra. PT. Dempo Maju Cemerlang has not assessed the implementation of the SMKP Mining Safety Management System in accordance with KEPMEN ESDM 1827/MEM/30 2018. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the implementation of the SMKP Mining Safety Management System, Work Accident Statistics, Frequency Rate, Severity Rate and Pareto Diagram. This study aims to find out how many percent of companies in implementing the Mining Safety Management System SMKP, for the assessment using a questionnaire based on KEPMEN ESDM 1827/MEM/30 2018. The results of the questionnaire on the implementation of the Mining Safety Management System SMKP for Policy Elements 94.7%, Planning Elements 100% , Elements of Organization and Personnel 93.3%, Elements of Implementation 100%, Elements of Evaluation and Follow-up 100%, Elements of Documentation 100%, Elements of Management Review 100% and for Work Accident Statistics Frequency Rate 10.54, Severity Rate 0.

Abstract

Indonesia has an abundance of various types of natural resources, which if properly managed and utilized will have a positive impact in the form of contributing to financing and development for the region and the country. Utilization of natural resources, especially mineral resources, is a promising aspect to be managed in the present and in the future. Along with the need for energy and raw materials which are increasing every year and the existing resources are depleting, efforts are needed to anticipate in order to have other alternatives to the use of resources by conducting an inventory in areas that have potential resources that have not been properly recorded. One of the issues at the time of potential mineral resources in Indonesia is rare earth metal elements. However, no information has been found regarding rare earth metals in the West Sumatra region. This study aims to determine the geological conditions, characteristics and potential of rare earth metals in sandstone units of the upper and lower ombilin formations, West Sumatra. This research was conducted using the XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) method. The analysis of the XRF method aims to determine the composition of elements and compounds in the sample quickly without damaging the sample. The results of the analysis showed the presence of rare earth metal elements in the study area in the form of Yttrium, Europium and Neodymium. If the levels of rare earth metals are averaged in the study area, there are elements of Europium which contain the most element content of 591.25 ppm, Neodymium of 425 and Yttrium of 292.73 ppm. With this study it is hoped that there will be further development in the observation of rare earth metals in the area around the Ombilin basin by covering a wider scale.Keywords: Sandstone, Rare Earth Metal Elements, Xrf

Abstract

This descriptive research aims to analyze level and cause of student’s misconceptions on reaction rate topic. The subjects in research are 27 students of Grade XI IPA 1 students of SMAN 1 Ma'rang. The instruments are used in this experiment are essay test, observation sheet and semi-guided interviews. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistic method to obtain percentage of the misconception. The results showed that students’ misconception occurs in some of the sub concepts of reaction rate material. Percentages and categories of students’misconceptions on understanding the reaction rate, the factors that affect the rate of reaction , and the reaction order , are respectively 15 % is included in the low category , 18.7 % , including in the low category , and 15 % are included in the low category . Overall average student misconceptions on the material that is the reaction rate of 16.2 %. This shows that the misconception on the material reaction rate is low. The results also show that the misconception is caused by: 1) Students, the student preconceptions wrong, 2) Master, which does not provide an explanation in detail to the concept.

Abstract

Someone with coronary heart disease is someone who has a heart defect that makes the heart experience narrowing or inhibition of arteries that drain blood to the heart muscle. This situation may affect the optimism of life that exists in coronary heart patients. However, if coronary heart patients get social support from their partners, it can have a good impact on the level of life optimism. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between spousal social support and life optimism in coronary heart disease patients in Pekanbaru City, Riau. This study uses correlational quantitative research methods. The population in this study amounted to 213 people and the sample amounted to 139 people. The sample was determined using non-probability sampling technique. Then, the data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of Partner social support is in the high category and life optimism is in the moderate category. Then, the results of the correlation test between partner social support and life optimism obtained a p value = 0.044 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.141. This shows that the proposed research hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive relationship between partner social support and life optimism in patients with cardiovascular disease.

Abstract

Research on communication and supervision on employee performance results are still mixed. These mixed results may be because the study did not pay attention to the condition of the organizational structure of the organization studied. This study uses three hypotheses, the influence of communication on motivation, the influence of supervision on motivation, and the influence of interaction between communication and supervision on employee work motivation. The design of this study is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis. The research location is in Bappeda Bekasi City. The results of this study stated that communication and supervision each had a significant positive effect on motivation, while the interaction between communication and supervision had a significant negative effect. The results of this study can be concluded that in the environment of Bappeda employees what is needed is effective communication and supervision. From the results of this study, it is recommended to develop the effectiveness of this supervision and communication, and for other researchers, it is recommended to confirm in other locations by paying attention to the organizational structure.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1). Menganalisis bagaimana hubungan pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar dan capaian hasil belajar dengan kesiapan bekerja siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman. 2). Menganalisis variabel manakah yang lebih dominan antara pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar, dan capaian hasil belajar terhadap kesiapan bekerja siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII sebanyak 60 orang siswa yang diambil secara random. Metode pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner dan untuk data skunder menggunakan nilai rapor siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS For Windows Release 21. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar, dan capaian hasil belajar memiliki berhubungan secara posistif dan signifikan dengan kesiapan kerja yang ditunjukan oleh nilai R Square sebesar 0.765 atau 76.5%. Pengalaman praktek kerja industri memiliki tingkat hubungan dengan kesiapan bekerja dengan nilai 0.838 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 kategori sangat kuat. Motivasi belajar memiliki tingkat hubungan dengan kesiapan bekerja dengan nilai 0.804 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 kategori sangat kuat. Capain hasil belajar memiliki tingkat hubungan dengan kesiapan bekerja dengan nilai 0.654 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 kategori kuat. Berdarsarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar, dan capaian hasil belajar memiliki berhubungan secara posistif dan signifikan dengan kesiapan bekerja siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman.
