Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of e-money, financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumer behavior of generation Z of Batam City society. The number of respondents used from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) Batam City data is generation Z respondents. The sample used in this study was 100 people using the slovin formula. The type of this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression as an analysis tool and IBM SPSS Statistic 30 as a test tool. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence on the e-money and lifestyle variables and a negative and significant influence on the financial literacy variable on the consumer behavior of generation Z of Batam City society partially. In the f test, it was found that the e-money, financial literacy and lifestyle variables simultaneously influenced the consumer behavior of generation Z of Batam City society.

Abstract

Based on the first observation, the researchers found problems at the Nurul Islam Integrated Islamic Boarding School students had not mastered mufradat when speaking and the teacher's habit in the teaching and learning process was to only use a blackboard, so students felt tired and sleepy. Based on the problems above, researchers are interested in using Explosion Box media to improve students' abilities in mastering mufradat. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of students' mastery of mufradat using Explosion Box media at the Nurul Islam Bener Meriah Integrated Islamic Boarding School. Researchers used an experimental method with a one group pre-test and post-test design type, researchers use tests in collecting data. The population in this study were all first grade students at the Nurul Islam Integrated Islamic Boarding School for the 2023/2024 academic year for the tsanawiyah level, and class 1a2 as the sample in this study, totaling 24 students. The conclusion obtained is that the use of Explosion Box media is effective in improving students' abilities in mastering mufradat. This is proven based on the sig value of the T test showing 0.00 which is smaller than 0.05. Based on these values, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and hypothesis a (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract Makassar is rich in tourist attractions, ranging from historical, maritime, to culinary tourism. To increase the attraction, the Makassar City Government continues to improve. Makassar city has a variety of tourist attractions that are so beautiful and fun to be visited by tourists from various regions and foreign countries. First, a destination development program. Second, pogram tourism marketing development, namely the implementation of destination promotion or introducing tourism Makassar City to be worth visiting by providing information about existing destinations in the city of Makassar and other supporting facilities that are packed well and the implementation of fixed annual events that are scheduled and other supporting events of quality so as to increase the attractiveness of tourists of the archipelago and local and mancanagera, such as the Losari Festival , Makassar expo, Makassar culinary, dragon boat festival, folk game festival, jazz festival Fort Rotterdam, Makassar marathon, anging mammiri art performance, international writers festival, international seascreen and many more events carried out by the government and other parties in various forms of activities in the field of performing arts, sports, education and health and other things that are held annually in the city of Makassar.  Keywords: Strategy, Marketing, Visits, Tourists, Makassar.  ABSTRAK Makassar kaya akan objek wisata, mulai dari wisata sejarah, bahari, hingga kuliner. Abstract

Application by the village apparatus of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, because the data generated in this study are in the form of written or spoken words. The key informant of the research was the Head of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. Supporting informants consist of the Village Secretary, the Head of Government and the Head of Services, the Head of Welfare, the Head of Finance, the Head of Planning and the Head of Administration and General Affairs. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was determined using the source triangulation technique.The results of the study show the following: (1)data processing tasks which include transmitting data, storing data and displaying data have not been running well because village officials have not optimized the use of existing technology (2)the use of technology in facilitating administrative work is not optimal due to limited expertise the use of computer applications (3)the use of Application Technology in developing the capability of Village apparatus is still not being realized (4)the use of Application Technology in supporting and improving the quality of work is still low (5)the use of Application Technology in improving the quality and quantity of public services has not increased due to limitations in operating computers and knowledge of computer applications (6)the use of Technology in encouraging village progress is still low because it has not utilized Application Technology properly and correctly. This can be seen from the large number of village administration jobs that are maximal and often experience delays. Keywords: utilization, application technology, village apparatus

Abstract

Human resources are considered as important assets in a company. Human resource management (HRM) has the responsibility to develop positive employee behavior and optimize the best performance for the company and the employees themselves. Employee performance includes the work methods used to achieve results and individual achievements in completing the tasks given. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and career advancement on the performance of Alfamart employees in Batam City. The population of the study was Alfamart employees in Batam City with a sample of 110 respondents selected randomly. The research method applied in this study uses a quantitative method conducted through a survey by distributing questionnaires. This research test uses validity tests, multicollinearity tests, reliability, coefficient of determination, and hypotheses. Data processing is carried out by applying multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 30 software. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously work discipline, work motivation, and career advancement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study confirms that increasing work discipline, work motivation and career advancement opportunities can effectively improve employee performance. The practical implications of this study suggest that to maximize employee performance, Alfamart management should focus on improving work discipline through firm policies, increasing motivation with appropriate rewards, and offering clear career advancement prospects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat aren dan  menganalisis nilai manfaat ekonomi produk aren pada beberapa kelompok tani (KTH) di KPH Ajatappareng. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai dari bulan Desember 2022 sampai bulan Mei 2023. Tahap persiapan yang dilakukan menentukan lokasi penelitian yaitu di KUPS Aren yang berada pada wilayah kerja UPT KPH Ajatappareng Unit II Kabupaten Barru Sulawesi Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi diperoleh 10 Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) dan 2 Lembaga Pengelolaan Hutan Desa (LPHD) yang terbagi kedalam masing-masing Kelompok Usaha Perhutanan Sosial (KUPS) Aren dengan jumlah total 60 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tumbuhan aren dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai penghasil  gula aren, gula semut, nira dan sapu lidi. Nilai manfaat ekonomi tumbuhan aren yang dimanfaatkan sebagai penghasil/produk gula aren sebesar Rp. 231.303.427/tahun, produk gula semut sebesar Rp.40.330.287/tahun, produk nira sebesar Rp.44.353.572/tahun dan produk sapu lidi sebesar Rp 4.320.000/tahun sehingga total nilai manfaat ekonomi produk aren sebesar Rp.320.307.286/tahun. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang media pembelajaran bangun ruang sisi lengkung berbasis Augmented Reality di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Batusitanduk serta untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Developmen, Implementation, Evaluation), kemudian untuk mengetahui pengaruh media tersebut terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan melibatkan siswa kelas VIII MTs Batusitanduk sebagai kelas eksperimen. Media pembelajaran ini dibuat menggunakan aplikasi Unity. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengujian terhadap sistem aplikasi ini menggunakan pengujian Black box mendapatkan penilaian dengan kriteria sangat baik dan lulus pengujian. Aplikasi media pembelajaran bangun ruang sisi lengkung telah teruji validitasnya dengan nilai rata-rata 3,85 dari ahli media sehingga di katakan sangat valid untuk di gunakan. Dari hasil analisis data angket respon siswa di peroleh rerata peniliaian respon siswa sebesar 3,00 yang berada pada kategori cenderung positif (2,5 < < 3,5). Selain itu, berdasakan 3 kriteria pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar diperoleh yakni: (1) rata-rata nilai gain ternormalisasi lebih besar dari 0,299; (2) Rata-rata nilai posttest melampui nilai KKM atau lebih dari 74,9; dan (3) Persentase ketuntasan klasikal lebih dari 84,9%. Dengan demikian secara umum media pembelajaran dengan teknologi augmented reality berpengaruh dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas VIII MTs Batusitanduk.

Abstract

The increase of integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic writing has raised questions about its impact on the writing practices and perceptions of Generation Z (Gen Z) students. Although some AI technologies for academic writing nowadays have shown significant benefits, there is a lack of consensus among Gen Z students on how these tools support or hinder their academic writing processes. The research problem centers on understanding the varying perceptions of Gen Z students towards AI tools in academic writing and identifying factors that influence their adoption and usage of such technologies in academic context. This qualitative research is conducted to understand the subjective experiences and perceptions of Gen Z students through in-depth exploration and analysis. It involves the collection and analysis of non-numerical data to uncover insights into students' views on AI integration in academic writing. The research subjects were Generation Z students currently enrolled in higher education institutions. These students were selected based on their exposure to and usage of AI tools in academic writing, with a particular focus and those who are willing to be interviewed. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and open-ended questionnaire. The data collected were then analyzed using Miles and Hubberman. The research results show that not all members of Gen Z share the same perceptions regarding the use of AI to support academic writing. However, most of them agree that AI has become an inseparable part of human life. As students, they recognize the need to adapt to these changes and keep pace with the  evolving era. They also acknowledge that it is impossible to overlook the transformations happening in the education sector

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja staf di BAZNAS Kabupaten Sidrap. Menggunakan metode PLS-SEM, penelitian ini menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja staf dan motivasi. Selain itu, motivasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja staf, sementara pelatihan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja staf, meskipun pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. Hasil pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kinerja staf melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja staf dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif, terutama dalam aspek pengembangan kepemimpinan dan motivasi karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the behavior of millennial mothers in undergoing pregnancy and postpartum in the digital era, by highlighting the role of technology as a source of information as well as a space for social interaction. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, limited observations, and literature review, then analyzed with thematic techniques. The results of the study show that digital media is the main source of knowledge, a means of social support, as well as a stage for self-expression for millennial mothers. Access to digital information provides benefits in the form of increased health literacy and confidence, but also poses the risk of information overload and anxiety due to exposure to invalid information. Online support has been shown to increase emotional resilience, but it does not completely replace real support from spouses and families. Social media on the other hand presents motivation, but also psychological distress through social comparisons that can trigger postpartum depression. Socio-economic factors also determine the quality of access to information, with mothers from the upper middle class benefiting more from premium apps, while lower-middle class groups are vulnerable to misinformation. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of pregnancy and postpartum analysis in the framework of digital literacy, online social support, and mental health, thereby enriching the study of maternal health behavior in the digital era. These findings are expected to be the basis for the development of intervention strategies that are more effective, humane, and adaptive to the needs of the millennial generation.
