Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh implementasi pengelolaan keuangan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan keuangan dengan masa kerja minimal 2 tahun, yang terdiri dari KPA,PPK dan Staf Pengelolaan Keuangan berjumlah 52 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan KPU se-provinsi Bengkulu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan KPU se-provinsi Bengkulu. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini diarahkan agar menerapkan pengelolaan keuangan dengan baik diantaranya melaksanakan proses administrasi, menyampaikan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Bendahara (LPJ Bhd) dan Laporan Posisi Anggaran Kas (LPAK) serta Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) tepat waktu, memuat rincian penggunaan anggaran, dan muatan rencana kerja dan anggaran (RKA) sesuai dengan Keputusan KPU Nomor 94/Kpts/KPU/2011 dan PP Nomor 71 Tahun 2010, serta dalam pemberian Informasi laporan keuangan semua transaksi dan peristiwa lainnya yang harus disajikan harus digambarkan secara jujur.

Implementation of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) become a necessity in the business as a barometer of a company's accountability, while Enterprise Risk Management ERM) is inseparable from the practice of good corporate governance as a whole, which ultimately is expected to create value for the company on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance variables include the independent board, board size, audit committees, and the reputation of auditors and the implementation of ERM on firm value. Sample of this study was selected by exploring purposive sampling method. The sample of this study consists of 20 companies with the observation period of three (3) years (60 observations). The findings of this study showed that the independent board positively and significantly affect firm value. This result indicates that the greater proportion of independent member on board of the company, then the monitoring function could be improved and the lower the likelihood of conflict, so that the company's value increased. This study can not provide an empirical evidence on the impact of the board size and the audit committee on firm value. However, this found the the negative relationship between auditor's reputation and firm value. Interm of ERM, this study ound that there is a postive relationship between ERM implementation and firm value. It means that ERM implementations are used as part of overall corporate strategy, which allows companies to make better decisions and adjusted with acceptable risk, thus ultimately enhance shareholder value.

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence about the factors that influence the effectiveness of financial management. This research is motivated by the fact that the financial management of public service agencies that applied at the University of Bengkulu is not effective, because a number of phenomena which appear among others: the mindset (mindset), patterns of attitudes and patterns of management actions in the bureaucracy still long before BLU is rigid (inflexible) and not flexible in financial management, and management tend to be transparent as well as with the process of disbursement and financial reporting has not shown the expected public accountability.The variables to be tested in this study of human resources, the utilization of information technology, systems of internal control and governance of the effectiveness of financial management This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to financial managers University of Bengkulu that have been based on the ease of obtaining the sample. The results of this study are quality human resources and internal control system does not affect the effectiveness of financial management. As for the utilization of research results and governance of information technology or a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of the financial management of public service agencies at the University of Bengkulu

This study was conducted with the aim of empirically testing the analysis of the influence of internal audit, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is causal research, namely this study looks for a causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2018, namely 45 banking companies. The sample in this study was obtained by the purpose sampling method. Based on existing criteria, 31 banking companies were obtained. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the internal audit variable, managerial ownership, independent commissioner research have a negative effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2018. The auditing committee variable does not affect the Non Performing Loans (NPL) of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2018

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of the characteristics of the Sharia Supervisory Board on the performance of Islamic banking and whether there is a moderating effect of risk taking. The characteristics of the Sharia Supervisory Board in this study consist of the size of the Sharia Supervisory Board, the education of the Sharia Supervisory Board in the field of finance and Islamic banking, the Sharia Supervisory Board’s foreign scholar, and the Sharia Supervisory Board's busy. The population in this study were all Islamic banks in Southeast Asia in 2015-2019. Based on sampling through purposive sampling technique, 27 samples of Islamic banks. This research data analysis method is WrapPLS. By using WrapPls, the research finds that the Sharia Supervisory Board has a positive and significant effect on bang performance, and risk taking moderates the effect of the Sharia Supervisory Board on bank performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efektivitas komite audit terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga menguji Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dalam memoderasi hubungan efektivitas komite audit terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 dan mempunyai index CII selama rentang waktu tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komite audit tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) tidak mempunyai pengaruh moderator terhadap hubungan efektivitas komite audit terhadap reputasi perusahaan.

People who lived on the Banda Aceh City shoreline lost their houses in the 2004 tsunami tragedy. The likelihood of a tsunami tragedy in the future might rise if homes are rebuilt in the original location. The goal of this study was to determine the most common building types and the degree of susceptibility of residential structures to the tsunami catastrophe in the districts of Kuta Alam and Syiah Kuala. Through a sample approach, a questionnaire was given out to the community in the districts of Kuta Alam and Syiah Kuala, with a total of 105 responses. To gather representative home building types at the research site, a survey was undertaken. data processing with the use of the validity and reliability tests in SPSS. The questionnaire was deemed legitimate as a result of the validity test, which produced average R count values of 0.1918 and higher than the value of r table. The reliability test findings were dependable since they had a Cronbach Alpha score of 0.671, which is higher than 0.6. The predominant home types in the Kuta Alam and Syiah Kuala subdistricts are type B (good) and type C (poor) dwellings. Low, medium, and high levels of vulnerability were used to determine how vulnerable residential buildings were to the tsunami tragedy in the Kuta Alam District. The Syiah Kuala District, meanwhile, had high and moderate degrees of vulnerability. According to the physical state of the environment in the districts of Kuta Alam and Syiah Kuala, 19% of the coastal regions are still in their original state, and 81% of the territory is made up of grib stones and mangroves. In the Kuta Alam sub-district, there are 11 villages overall, with the percentage of vulnerable structures falling into one of three categories: low (45.45%), medium (45.45%), or high (9.09%). In the Syiah Kuala District, however, the degree of vulnerability of residential structures was determined from a total of 10 villages, and it was divided into two classes: medium, with a percentage of 40%, and high, with a percentage of 60%. As a result, it's important to upgrade the design of communal housing in coastal locations, such as by constructing homes with two or more levels.

The problem of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) started at the end of 2019 when it first appeared in Wuhan, China. It was reported that by July 2020, COVID-19 had become a pandemic that spread to 193 countries, including Indonesia. Although the severe outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has started to subside over time, it is important to acknowledge that another pandemic might occur. This paper aims to contribute to the efforts of preventing and controlling the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak by implementing health protocols. The health protocol in question includes three important measures: handwashing, mask-wearing, and avoiding crowds, collectively known as the "3M" protocol. The COVID-19 thematic community service activities are conducted in Kute Bakti village, Babul Makmur District, Southeast Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. This location was chosen as it serves as a gateway for people traveling between provinces and is situated on the southeastern border between Aceh and North Sumatra provinces. The community service program that has been implemented consists of two programs: the design of handwashing containers for use outside residents' homes and an outreach program focusing on health protocols. This community service program aims to assist the community in preventing and protecting against the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic's spread, both in Aceh province overall and specifically in Kute Bakti village, Southeast Aceh district.

Setelah terlaksananya akad nikah antara suam isteri mempunyai tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam berumah tangga. Tulisan ini mengangkat pandangan Syeh Muhammad bin Umar Nawawi tentang kewajiban suami terhadap isteri yang ditulis dalam kitab ‘Uqud al-Lujjaini. Penelitian ini termasuk kajian literasi dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normative dengan kitab tersebut sebagai sumber primernya. Hasil kajian kitab tersebut menunjukkan bahwa menurut yang termasuk dalam tanggung jawab suami itu masuk dalam tiga kategori, yaitu: hal-hal yang wajib dilakukan seorang suami, hal-hal yang boleh dilakukan seorang suami, dan hal-hal yang terlarang dilakukan seorang suami. Hal-hal yang wajib dilakukan suami perspektif Syekh Nawawi masih sama dengan apa yang telah disampaikan oleh para ulama sebelumnya, demikian juga hal yang terlarang. Adapun yang boleh dilakukan suami Syekh Nawawi membolehkan seorang suami untuk memukul istri, dan hal tersebut tidak relevan dengan undang-undang hukum positif.

Abstrak___ Sistem Pendukung Keputusan adalah sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah maupun kemampuan pengkomunikasian untuk masalah dengan kondisi semiterstruktur dan tak terstruktur. Seperti saat ini prosespenilaian untuk pemilihan dosen berprestasi merupakan proses yang rumit dan memerlukan pertimbangan – pertimbangan yang cermat. Karena pengerjaannya yang selama ini masih manual, selain itu dalam proses tersebut banyak peluang untuk membuat keputusan yang salah karena proses penilaian berdasarkan subyektifitas dan tidak objektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat perangkat lunak Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu bagi Kampus Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe dalam penilaian dosen berprestasi. Demi efektivitas penilaian maka pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sangat diperlukan dengan metode Collaborative Filtering. Sistem pengambilan keputusan ini dibangun dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL untuk penyimpanan data. Hasil output dari aplikasi ini ialah hasil seleksi berupa ranking dosen berprestasi. Oleh karena itu sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan alternatif dalam penilaian dosen berprestasi.Kata Kunci—SPK, Dosen Berprestasi, Collaborative Filtering, Rangking.
