This study aims to identify and analyze the development model of local wisdom-based clove farming in Tallungura Village, Curio Sub-district, Enrekang Regency. The research location was purposively selected due to the existence of local wisdom that is still strong and the large area of clove farming. The research was conducted in August 2023 involving all members of the Sauduran Farmer Group (30 farmers) as samples using the census method. Data were collected through structured interviews, analyzed descriptively using the 5W 1H method (What, Why, Who, When, Where, How) to identify and understand the practice of local wisdom applied in clove cultivation. The results showed that the local wisdom applied includes the selection of superior seeds, the use of natural fertilizers, traditional herbs for pest control, planting protective trees, traditional rituals, and mutual cooperation. This wisdom is maintained because it is considered effective in improving the quality of crop yields, preserving the environment, preserving traditions, and strengthening social solidarity. Its application involves individual farmers, farmer groups and the village community at large, carried out throughout the year as needed in fields, gardens and village meeting areas. This study concluded that the local wisdom-based clove farming development model in Tallungura Village has great potential to support agribusiness sustainability by utilizing local cultural values. Therefore, preserving local wisdom is crucial to maintaining agricultural productivity and social harmony in the community.

Cocoa is one of the leading commodities that plays an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in the agribusiness and agro-industry sectors. South Sulawesi, as one of the main producers of cocoa beans in Indonesia, is facing changes in the marketing pattern of cocoa beans, especially in Pinrang Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect farmers' decisions in the marketing of wet cocoa beans, the steps taken in its distribution, and the obstacles faced by farmers in Tapporang Village, Batulappa District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of farmer group leaders, village heads, middlemen, and agricultural extension workers. The results of the study show that the change in marketing patterns from dried cocoa beans to wet cocoa beans is influenced by weather factors, market access, and economic benefits. Farmers face obstacles in the form of price fluctuations, dependence on middlemen, and limited processing facilities. Strategies implemented by farmers in dealing with these obstacles include increasing access to market information and collaboration with stakeholders. This study provides insights for policymakers in designing interventions that support cocoa marketing stability in rural areas.

This community service aims to enhance the knowledge of elderly individuals about managing insomnia through foot soaking with warm water at Puskesmas Kemiling, Bandar Lampung. The method used was an analytical observational study with a sample of 28 elderly individuals experiencing insomnia. Data were collected through pretests and posttests to measure the increase in knowledge after health education. The results showed a significant improvement, with an average pretest score of 50.2, increasing to 77 on the posttest. The education using PowerPoint, leaflets, and interactive discussions effectively enhanced the elderly's understanding of insomnia and the benefits of warm water foot-soaking therapy. This activity had a positive impact on improving the elderly's understanding of non-pharmacological methods to address insomnia.ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang cara mengatasi insomnia melalui terapi rendam kaki dengan air hangat di Puskesmas Kemiling, Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan sampel 28 lansia yang mengalami insomnia. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan setelah penyuluhan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan rata-rata nilai pretest 50,2 menjadi 77 pada posttest. Penyuluhan dengan media PowerPoint dan leaflet serta diskusi interaktif efektif meningkatkan pemahaman lansia tentang insomnia dan manfaat terapi rendam kaki air hangat. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman lansia mengenai cara mengatasi insomnia secara non-farmakologis.

The purpose of this study is to describe analytical leadership style. The research method used is literature study. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of achieving organizational goals is highly dependent on the quality of assistance or cooperation created and developed by leaders, both individually and in groups within or outside the organization. To achieve the effectiveness of organizational goals, leadership theories and leadership styles are needed. An effective leadership style can provide motivation to work productively and achieve targets that have been designed and determined in advance. A great team comes from a great leader. One leadership style that refers to relevant data to deeply understand the direction of an organization is analytical leadership style. One leadership style that provides effectiveness is analytical leadership style. Because analytical leadership style is a leadership style that involves a data-based approach in every aspect of leadership. Leaders who use this approach focus on a deep understanding of data and matrices to determine the direction of the organization

Research was conducted at the Bireuen Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Office, to examine the impact of communication, teamwork and leadership on supporting employee performance levels. In the form of quantitative research with verification type and data collection through questionnaires. Inferential analysis was used with a path analysis model approach. The results showed that (a) the contribution of communication, teamwork and positive leadership factors to employee performance, respectively, had a large direct and indirect influence of 41.34%, 34.74% and 38.4%. (b) Simultaneously communication, teamwork and leadership influence the performance of Bireuen Regency BKPSDM employees by 64.10%.

AbstractEnglish as a Foreign Language (EFL) in Indonesia has been taught since elementary schools. As the only setting for EFL learners to learn English formally, the students of Senior High Schools are in the 7th to 9th year in acquiring English as a foreign language. As non-native English teachers who has been teaching English for years, English teachers in Indonesia are supposed to be the source of language input for learners. This article explores lexical features of teacher talk as an input in EFL classrooms in 8th year of senior high schools of English language classrooms. Type token ratio and parts of speech as some particular modified input of teacher talk are used to see lexical density in English classrooms. This study was conducted by descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data of the present study were taken from classroom observations equipped with audio recordings. The result revealed the variants of type token ratio among the teachers and lexical variety that teachers’ oral input. The variety of lexical features of teacher talk from will be discussed to examine type token ration, lexical density and proportion of the use of nouns and verbs.(176 words)

This study aims to analyze and compare the Quran learning strategies for children in Gampong Batee Shok, Sabang City, focusing on two Quranic institutions: TPA Al-Ikhlas and Meunasah Nurul Badri. The research uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and tests conducted at both institutions. Data analysis was carried out using a comparative descriptive analysis technique to identify the differences and similarities in the learning strategies applied at each location. The results of the study show that the Quran learning strategies at TPA Al-Ikhlas and Meunasah Nurul Badri in Gampong Batee Shok, Sabang City, are comprehensive despite the differences. TPA Al-Ikhlas uses the Ummi curriculum with a focus on Tajwid, reading fluency, and gradual understanding of verses, along with rewarding students to motivate them. Meunasah Nurul Badri combines the Iqra' and Mujawad techniques with color visualization and congregational prayer practice. Both institutions have motivational programs in the form of competitions and awards, as well as a focus on teacher training. TPA Al-Ikhlas faces challenges related to attendance and parental involvement, while Meunasah Nurul Badri struggles with limited facilities and teachers. The teaching approaches at both institutions are diverse, with TPA Al-Ikhlas emphasizing a fun and structured learning environment, while Meunasah is more creative and flexible. The evaluation at TPA Al-Ikhlas is more structured with weekly and monthly exams, whereas Meunasah follows a more flexible bi-weekly evaluation with better results at Meunasah. Both institutions involve parents in the evaluation process to monitor the students' progress.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepunng kulit buah kecapi (Sandoricum koetjape) pada level yang berbeda terhadap nilai pH dan kandungan protein telur itik asin. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Adapun level pemberian yang diaplikasikan adalah K0 : Tanpa perlakuan / kontrol, K1 : tepung kulit buah kecapi 5 gram, K2 : tepung kulit buah kecapi 10 gram, dan K3 : tepung kulit buah kecapi 15 gram. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh signifikan pada kandungan protein. Hasil terbaik pada perlakuan K2 dengan rata-rata 15,45.

ABSTRACT The DASTFBC (Diagonal Algebraic Space Time Frequency Block Code) method is a coding scheme that utilizes different diversity sources, namely space, time and frequency. This method is one method that can be used to improve video call services. The DASTFBC method uses a rotation matrix in the DAST code which is formed using algebraic number field theory. The code matrix structure consists of rotated information symbols, expanded using a square diagonal code matrix. This method is used to overcome signal power fluctuations at the receiver which cause the service quality to decrease (not comply with) BER video call standards. The DASTFBC method is applied to the LTE network MIMO system with 64 QAM modulation. This method will be simulated in the Matlab program to obtain results to improve video call services. The DASTFBC method simulation of BER was carried out for 4 user speed scenarios, namely 5km/hour, 40km/hour, 100km/hour, 120km/hour. Significant results of the DASTFBC method can already be seen when the user moves at 40km/ hour. With this method, a smaller BER value is obtained, namely 2x10-4, this shows that with the DASTFBC method the video call BER standard (10-3) can be met. The value of BER obtained when using DASTFBC with a speed of 120km/h is 8.5x10-3 this value almost exceeds the standard BER video call. So that the maximum speed of the user when using the DASTFBC method is 120km/h above that speed the standard value of the BER video call cannot be fulfilled. Teknologi Digital dan Kecerdasan Buatan dengan sasaran utama siswa SMA Negeri 1 Parepare. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matriks pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Parepare melalui pengembangan dan implementasi aplikasi kalkulator matriks berbasis web yang interaktif dan mudah diakses. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital siswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi matematika spesifik sebagai alat bantu belajar mandiri. Metode utama yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan akan diberikan kepada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Parepare mengenai penggunaan aplikasi kalkulator matriks berbasis web. Pelatihan akan mencakup pengenalan fitur-fitur aplikasi, langkah-langkah penggunaan aplikasi untuk berbagai operasi matriks, dan pemanfaatan fitur visualisasi dan umpan balik otomatis. Pendampingan berkelanjutan akan diberikan kepada siswa selama periode implementasi aplikasi. Pendampingan meliputi bantuan teknis, konsultasi tentang strategi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi penggunaan aplikasi. peningkatan pemahaman konsep matriks, peningkatan keterampilan literasi digital, pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif, serta peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa. Selain itu, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi komunitas sasaran dan menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain
