Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran untuk memiliki inovasi dan kreativitas dalam mengelola usaha, guna mewujudkan ekonomi yang survive dan mandiri di tengah situasi perekonomian saat ini. Berwirausaha di bidang Inovasi Produk dan Efisiensi Produksi UMKM khususnya “Umai Snack” yang berlokasi di Kota Surabaya. Melalui pemahaman kiat berwirausaha, manajemen produksi, strategi pemasaran, tata kelola keuangan serta sumber daya manusia terhadap kegiatan usaha ini. Kegiatan PPM ini sesuai dengan Bidang Unggulan Sociopreneurship, UMKM dan Ekonomi Digital. Kemudian permasalahan dari PPM ini Adalah 1) tempat bahan baku produk masih berdesak-desakan tidak memiliki space tempat yang seharusnya dan pre-order mochi hanya diberikan pada rabu, kamis, dan jumat belum setiap hari; 2) pencatatan transaksi masih belum tercatat secara konsisten, berkala dan masih berkonsep perorderan, belum perbulan; 3) masih mulut ke mulut (rekanan), masih menggunakan media sosial di intagram yang terhubung Whatsapp serta 4) memerlukan penambahan tenaga kerja bagian produksi dan pengiriman produk ke konsumen. Hasil dari program ini mitra secara mandiri mampu untuk menjadi pengusaha UMKM berproduktif meningkatkan omzet penghasilan secara konsisten. Kegiatan PPM ini juga akan sangat membantu perkembangan UKM skala mikro dan mampu sebagai pendorong pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi nasional.

Abstract

Pregnancy has a high risk and is more susceptible to infectious diseases. E. scaber and S. androgynus contains saponins and flavonoids as an immunomodulatory that can increase the body's immunity. The purpose of this study is to determine the immunomodulatory effects of E. scaber and S. androgynus leaf extract against cellular immune response in pregnant mice infected S. typhimurium. This research used seven treatment groups including negative control (K-) mice without injected S. typhimurium, positive control (K+) mice were injected S. typhimurium and extract treatment with 5 variant doses and dissected on the 12th and 18th days. Lymphocytes was isolated from the blood, then relative number of CD4+ and CD8+ were analyzed with flow cytometry and data continued with ANOVA. Statistical analysis showed that different extract dose and duration of treatment had a significant effect on the number of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. E. scaber and S. androgynus act as immunomudulatory effect and treatment with combination of extracts E. scaber and S. androgynus 50 mg.kg-1 BW + 112.5 mg.kg-1 BW respectively and treatment with extract of S. androgynus 150 mg.kg-1 BW are the optimum treatment which can restore immune system conditions such as normal pregnancy without infection.Keywords: Cellular Immune, E. scaber, Immunomodulatory, S. androgynus, S. typhimurium.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of principal leadership in theimplementation of deep learning at Candipari Elementary School, Porong,Sidoarjo Regency. The research background is based on the importance ofadaptive and visionary leadership in supporting the integration of artificialintelligence-based learning technology in elementary schools. The study used adescriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depthinterviews, participant observation, and documentation. Research informantsincluded the principal, teachers, and students involved in deep learning-basedlearning. Data analysis was conducted using a triangulation model of datareduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that theprincipal implemented transformational and collaborative leadership thatfocused on developing a digital-based vision, technology literacy training forteachers, and providing supporting infrastructure. The implementation of deeplearning increased interactivity, personalized learning, and enabled moreeffective monitoring of student learning progress. Despite constraints on initialteacher competencies and limited infrastructure, the principal's supportaccelerated adaptation and increased teacher and student motivation. Thus,optimizing principal leadership is a key factor in the successful integration ofdeep learning to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance mothers’ understanding of eco-theological parenting based on the Prophet’s Hadiths as an effort to create happy mothers and environmentally conscious families. The main problems addressed include mothers’ limited understanding of the connection between parental roles, the teachings of the Hadith, and their responsibility as khalifah in caring for nature; the high psychological and social burdens faced by mothers; and the lack of a mentoring model that translates local religious traditions into concrete, eco-friendly parenting practices. The program activities include eco-theological parenting training classes, the development of an eco-theological parenting for happy mothers module, community-based practices at the neighborhood level (such as waste donation, family gardens, and green-clean home initiatives), and strengthening collaborations with religious leaders to incorporate environmental Hadith themes into women’s study groups. The expected outcomes are improved knowledge and awareness among mothers regarding environmental Hadiths, the formation of parenting patterns that integrate spirituality, ecological awareness, and maternal well-being, as well as the development of a village-based eco-theological parenting model that can be replicated in other contexts.

Abstract

Innovative business models to encourage the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tamansari Village by utilizing local potential, namely papaya. MSMEs are business entities that are carried out productively and are not part of the main company whose existence can play a very important role in driving and advancing the economy of the local village community. This article focuses on the use of papaya as a local potential of the village to be able to have an economic impact and a productive and innovative business model through Mustofa Papaya products which are the result of innovations from Mustofa Potato products. The method used in this study is by using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach where data collection is obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation to find out and analyze the development of Tamansari Village MSMEs and the community's interest in this business field and the community as consumers.
