Abstract

Pendidikan dasar berperan penting dalam pengembangan potensi anak usia sekolah. Salah satu bentuk pendidikan dasar adalah satuan pendidikan yang disebut Sekolah Dasar (SD). Tantangan pendidikan pada tingkat SD ini sangat beragam di antaranya adalah tantangan peningkatan perolehan hasil belajar bagi peserta didik melalui pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa manajemen inovasi pembelajaran pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Aitinyo Di Kabupaten Maybrat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai November 2024.Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1). Manajemen inovasi pembelajaran kepala sekolah diindikasikan sebagai suatu proses yang terdiri atas perencanaan inovasi pembelajaran, pelaksanaan inovasi pembelajaran, dan pengawasan inovasi pembelajaran; perencanaan inovasi pembelajaran diintegrasikan dengan penyusunan rencana strategis dan rencana tahunan sekolah serta melibatkan guru-guru; pelaksanaan dan pengawasan inovasi pembelajaran berpedoman pada rencana strategis dan tahunan yang telah ditetapkan; dan pengawasan inovasi pembelajaran dilakukan secara berkala per semester dan per tahun dan dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pemantauan, supervisi atau pembinaan, dan evaluasi inovasi pembelajaran. 2) Faktor yang menunjang manajemen inovasi pembelajaran kepala sekolah ditunjukkan melalui faktor-faktor penunjang yang meliputi peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer inovasi dan innovator; pemberian motivasi oleh kepala sekolah; penerapan manajemen inovasi dari kepala sekolah; kebijakan pemerintah, semangat/kemauan guru-guru berinovasi; keputusan mengadopsi pembelajaran inovatif; kerja sama dari guru-guru. 3). Faktor yang menghambat manajemen inovasi pembelajaran kepala sekolah ditunjukkan melalui faktor-faktor penghambat yang meliputi tidak tersedia alokasi biaya untuk berinovasi, sarana dan prasarana yang tidak mendukung guru beriovasi, belum tumbuh budaya berinovasi, belum berkembang sikap inovatif yang positif, dan kepala sekolah yang tidak menerapkan pola kepemimpinan inovatif. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Inovasi Pembelajaran, Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Aitinyo Di Kabupaten Maybrat, Faktor Penunjang Manajemen Inovasi Pembelajaran, Faktor Penghambat Manajemen Inovasi Pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui dan memberikan saran pemecahan masalah dalam memperbaiki kinerja guru Bahasa Jepang SMA Negeri Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan teknik regresi dan linearitas. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen angket yang sudah dikembangkan oleh peneliti untuk meneliti pengaruh manajemen waktu dan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran yang nyata tentang pengaruh manajemen waktu dan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja guru bahasa Jepang SMA Negeri di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan pada bulan Juli – September 2023 dan dalam penelitian ini sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi adalah semua semua guru Bahasa Jepang SMA Negeri Provinsi Sulawesi Utara yang berjumlah 54 orang guru. Berdasarkan analisis data, pengujian hipotesis serta hasil pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan peneliti, dapat disimpulkan (1.) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen waktu terhadap kinerja guru mata pelajaran bahasa Jepang Sekolah Menengah Atas di Sulawesi Utara. (2.) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja guru. (3.) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen waktu dan motivasi mengajar terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Waktu; Motivasi Mengajar; Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kompetensi keahlian guru, disiplin siswa, dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon, dengan fokus pada pembelajaran mengenai programmable logic control, smart building, dan internet of things. Metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dari siswa dan guru selama semester ganjil 2023-2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel memenuhi asumsi-asumsi dasar regresi linear. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kompetensi keahlian guru, disiplin siswa, dan motivasi belajar siswa masing-masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, ketika ketiga faktor ini dipertimbangkan secara bersama-sama, mereka juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa di jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik, yang dapat menjadi panduan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang pelaksanaan komunikasi kepala SD Negeri Treman 2, mengetahui faktor-faktor penunjang yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan komunikasi, mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan komunikasi, dan memahami upaya-upaya yang dilakukkan dalam mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan komunikasi. Metode penelitian ini adalah naturalistic inquiry dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Prosedur dalam pengumpulan dan perekaman data dilakukkan melalui tahap-tahap orientasi, eksplorasi, member check. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dugunakan adalah : obsevasi, wawancara, study dokumentasi. Instrumen utama yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah peneliti sendiri yang dilengkapi dengan dokumen wawancara dan catatan lapangan, data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisi melalui langkah-langkah kredibilitas ( kepercayaan data), transferabilitas ( nilai keteralihan / dapat diterapkan), dependabilitas (kesesuaian data) dan konfirmabilitas (objektifitas data). Berdasarkan temuan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan komunikasi kepala sekolah sudah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif dengan melakukkan hubungan komunikasi kebawah yaitu komunikasi yang datang dari kepala sekolah kepada seluruh warga sekolah, komunikasi keatas yaitu warga sekolah kepada kepala sekolah dalam bentuk masukan, saran, dan komunikasi horizontal yaitu kepada seluruh warga sekolah dan stakeholder yang adapada tingkat yang sama. Faktor-faktor penunjang yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan komunikasi kepala sekolah kepada warga sekolah dan stakeholder adalah kompetensi sosial, kepercayaan diri, pengetahuan dan wawasan, pengalaman, kepribadian dan sarana prasarana yang memadai pada sekolah. Faktor - faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan komunikasi kepala sekolah kepada warga sekolah dan stakeholder adalah faktor kurangnya perhatian sebagian guru-guru dan peserta didik dalam menyimak sebuah pesan yang disampaikan kepala sekolah, kondisi lingkungan soklah dengan waktu dan temapat yang aman dan menyenangkan. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukkan dalam mengatasi hambatan komunikasi yang dilaksnakan kepala sekolah adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada orang tua, mengunjungi dirumah dengan membuat suasana yang akrab maupun dengan masyarakat disekitarnya dengan tidak memandang pangkat, golongan atau kekayaan, membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, aman dan nyaman serta menentukan waktu dan tempat yang baik dalam menyampaikan berbagai saran, masukan serta aspirasi dari warga sekolah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Komunikasi, SD Negeri Treman, Faktor-faktor penunjang Manajemen Komunikasi, Faktor-Faktor penghambat manajemen komunikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi modul pembelajaran berbasis android pada mata pelajaran Dasar Desain Grafis pada kelas X Jurusan Multimedia di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan sebagai suplemen tambahan guna memudahkan guru dan siswa belajar tentang materi Dasar Desain Grafis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Multimedia Development Life Cyle yang memilliki enam tahap pengembangan, yaitu Concept. Design. Material Collecting. Assembly. Testing. dan yang terakhir Distribution. Pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk Developer Test dan End User Test. Aplikasi ini menggunakan dasar pemrograman Action Script 3.0 pada Adobe Flash dengan sitem operasi Android.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a system-based assessment model for SMK graduates in ICT that is adjusted to the industrial occupation map. Specific objectives include: (1) designing a system-based assessment model, (2) determining the level of model feasibility, and (3) testing the usability of the assessment model. This study uses a development method (research and development) with the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) approach. The research procedure consists of four stages: needs analysis, system design, system creation, and evaluation and testing of the assessment model. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and the distribution of USE questionnaires for usability testing. The study results indicate that the developed assessment model has met the feasibility aspects based on expert assessment and has a high level of usability, ease of use, and user satisfaction, as indicated by the test results using the USE Questionnaire. This model is also able to map graduate competencies based on industry needs more accurately and objectively. In conclusion, the developed system-based competency assessment model has proven to be feasible and effective in measuring and mapping the competencies of vocational high school graduates in the field of ICT according to the needs of the world of work. The implementation of this model is expected to increase the competitiveness of vocational high school graduates and strengthen the quality of vocational education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and discover the aspects of civic education learning planning, the implementation of civic education learning, the evaluation of civic education learning, and the development of civic education learning management as a character builder of students. This research method is relevant using the type of qualitative approach and case study method with the type of multi-case study design. This study found several things. First, PKn learning planning as a builder of students' character is shown in three categories of teachers' managerial dimensions, namely the role dimension, the process dimension, and the outcome dimension. Second, the implementation of PKn learning as a Character Builder for students is shown in four categories of teachers' managerial dimensions, namely the role dimension, the process dimension, the delivery dimension, and the use dimension. Third, the evaluation of Pkn learning as a builder of students' character is shown in three categories of teachers' managerial dimensions, namely the role dimension, the process dimension, and the method dimension. Fourth, the development of PKn learning management as a builder of students' character is shown in three categories of teachers' managerial dimensions, namely the role dimension, the process dimension, and the support form dimension. This study recommends several things. First, the role of teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating PKn learning as a builder of student character found in this study is important to be disseminated or transferred to teachers in elementary schools who are not included in this study. Second, the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating PKn learning as a builder of student character found in this study is important to be transferred and used as a reference for elementary school teachers who were not included in this study. Third, PKn learning management as an efficient and effective builder of student character in elementary school requires development support from teachers, principals, the government, and technology.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Actuating, (4) Controlling. This type of research is conducted using a qualitative approach with phenomenological theory and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Triangulation method. The results of this study explain that: (1) Planning management of teacher professional development planning at State Vocational High School 1 Ratahan can go through several stages, including: preparation of planning designed with reference to the school's education report, preparation of teacher development training programs to participate in training, workshops/seminars, IHT, MGMP, teacher internships, comparative studies in teacher professional development, allocating a special budget for teacher professional development each year, annual work plan preparation techniques to ensure that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently provide quality education and in accordance with expectations; (2) Organizing management of the organization of teacher professional development at State Vocational High School 1 Ratahan by the principal can go through several stages, including: structuring the organizational structure into the school organizational structure, dividing teacher tasks so that they are directed in carrying out tasks, coordinating through teacher council meetings and work teams to support teacher professional development activities; (3) Actuating of teacher professional development at State Vocational High School 1 Ratahan can go through several stages, including: utilization of documents based on regulations of the Ministry of Education and government regulations, implementing training activities, workshops/seminars, IHT, MGMP, teacher internships, comparative studies, implementation of activities carried out in stages and periodically according to the established plan, involvement of supervisors, principals, vice principals, heads of expertise programs, and teacher representatives. utilization of adequate facilities as a means for teachers to seek information in teacher professional development; (4) Controlling supervision of teacher professional development at State Vocational High School 1 Ratahan by the principal can go through several stages, including: monitoring and supervision of development carried out directly and periodically, performance evaluation to assess the abilities and skills and effectiveness of teachers in teacher professional development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the facilitation skills, enabling and hindering factors of school supervisors' facilitation skills in Amurang State Junior High School. The study used a qualitative approach and a case study method. The location of the study was Amurang Public Junior High School in South Minahsa County. The research data sources were school superintendents, principals, classroom trustees, and subject teachers. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used refers to the interaction model. The results of the study showed that facilitation skills by the superintendent included listening to each principal's needs, conducting a needs analysis for school program development, posing cultivating questions, building consensus or agreement, and setting meeting times; factors supporting facilitation skills were categorized as school superintendent internal and external factors; and hindering factors of facilitating skills were categorized as superintendents' personal factors and principals' personal factors. Then, in addition to conducting a discussion of the research results related to their relevance to theory and previous research, it also puts forward research conclusions and suggestions related to the urgency of facilitation skills regarding the school acquisition process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of consultation in mentoring by school supervisors at SMP Negeri 3 Ranoyapo. This study uses a qualitative approach and case study method. The location of the study was SMP Negeri 3 Ranoyapo in South Minahasa Regency. The sources of research data were informants of school supervisors, principals, homeroom teachers and subject teachers. The data of this study were collected through interview techniques, observations, and documentation studies which were processed through analysis techniques based on the interaction model. The results of the study include: a) the implementation of consultation in mentoring by school supervisors is shown from the role of school supervisors as consultants, based on the work program of school supervisors, consideration of problems and implementing prescription and collaboration consultation procedures; b) supporting factors for the implementation of consultation in mentoring by school supervisors are the principal and school supervisor personally; and c) inhibiting factors for the implementation of consultation in mentoring by school supervisors are human resources of teachers and non-human resources
