Abstract

Penelitian ini di mulai dari beberapa Desa Perbatasan Kecamatan Entikong dan Desa yang terjauh dari Kecamatan Entikong. Desa Semanget, Desa Entikong dan Lintas Batas Identifikasi menggunakan Gain 3,4 dBm di dapatkan hasil yang baik dikarenakan lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari stasiun dan lokasi berada di ketinggian yang cukup baik buat penerimaan Siaran Radio RRI Entikong Desa Kuala Dua, Desa Tanjung Pinang, Desa Sebongkuh, Jalan Raya Kembayan, Desa Tanjung Merpati, Desa Tanap, Desa Sebuduh, Dusun Sanjan Pasae, Desa Pandan Sembuat, Simpang Tanjung Identifikasi menggunakan  Gain 3,6 dBm di dapatkan hasil yang cukup baik (sedang) di karenakan lokasi masih cukup strategis dan lokasi yang di ambil datanya berada di ketinggian yang memungkinkan. Desa Kebadu, Simpang Ampar, Jembatan Tayan Identifikasi menggunakan Gain 4 dBm terdapat gangguan pada frekuensi yang diterima dan menunjukkan hasil nya lemah, hal ini dikarenakan lokasi cukup terbilang sedikit jauh dari Stasiun dan sinyal dari pemancar terhalang oleh bukit ataupun adanya objek bergerak yang menghalangi sinyal dari antena pemancar ke radio sehingga menghasilkan kualitas suara tidak terlalu baik, hal ini ditunjukkan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan pengukuran dari SINPO yang menunjukkan nilai 1. Guna adanya penguatan Gain adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh jarak jangkau yang didapat oleh siaran Radio RRI Entikong.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine and Analyze the effect of job engagement on employee performance with employee loyalty and turnover intention as a mediating variable at one of manufacturing company (musical instrument furniture, wood working and plastic injection) located in the industrial area of Wijaya Kusuma, Semarang, Central Java. The sample technique used is random sampling by using questionnaires and was distributed to 120 respondents consisting of contract employees with a minimum working period is 3 months, with returned data as many 117 questionnaires, and which later was proceeding as many 113 questionnaires. The data is then processed and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is operated by AMOS. The result of this study was found there is a significant effect between job engagement on employee performance; there is also a significant effect between job engagement on employee loyalty; then there is a significant effect between job engagement on turnover intention; then there is a significant effect between employee loyalty on employee performance; and in addition, there is a significant effect between turnover intention on employee performance. The findings are discussed in the light of previous evidence, and the implications can be used for the company.Key word :Job Engagement;Employee Performance; Employee Loyalty; Turnover Intention and Manufacturing Company

Abstract

Election supervision is not only the task of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), but the community is expected to play a role in supervising each stage. The role of the community is not only to give their voting rights during the implementation of elections, but also to oversee the process of the election stages. One of them is the role of the recitation teacher of the Diniyah Madrasah (Madin) in Brebes Regency, participating in the socialization of participatory supervision to the community regarding Election Supervision. The Communication Forum of Diniyah Takmiliyah (FKDT) of Brebes Regency participated in the training stage to become an election facilitator held by the Media Nusantara Development Association (PPMN) in collaboration with the Association for Elections and Democracy (Perludem). Furthermore, Bawaslu of Brebes Regency conducted an MoU with FKDT of Brebes Regency regarding the socialization of participatory supervision. FKDT is trained to have the ability to socialize through various means including election graphic design training, election journalists and election facilitators. The follow-up of the socialization is of course so that the community plays a role as a pioneer and reporter of election supervision.

Abstract

The scholars of tafsir have differences in the interpretation of the terminology of Khulud Hell in the Qur'an. The differences are quite striking, especially related to the verses that discuss the khulud Hell. This is what makes this research conducted. This study uses qualitative research, which involves the use of descriptive data. The maudhu'i interpretation method is used because the Mauḍu'i interpretation technique combines related verses on Qur'anic issues and has the same purpose. Data collection is done by searching and collecting verses, both related to the theme of Makiyyah and Madaniyyah in accordance with the conditions of the object. Researchers understand the relationship between verses, or munāsabat verses, both between verses and between verses and letters studied. Data analysis is inductive / qualitative, and the findings show that interpretation of meaning is more important than generalization. The results show that Al-Zamakhshari considers and strongly criticizes the opinion of Ahlussunnah that people who commit major sins may get forgiveness without repenting, as well as the opinion of Ahlussunnah that people who commit major sins will not remain in hell. From Zamakhshari's explanation in the interpretation of Surah Al-Nisa' (4):93, this verse has a general scope that applies to both believers and disbelievers. If someone kills a Muslim, it does not matter whether he is a believer or a disbeliever, and he will be in hell if he does not repent.

Abstract

Faktor penyebab anak melakukan tawuran membawa senjata tajam celurit di lingkungan sekolah SMK BLK Kota Bandar Lampung berdasarkan Putusan Nomor: 30/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/Pn Tjk adalah Faktor kejiwaan individu itu sendiri dapat menyebabkan kejahatan seperti daya emosional, rendahnya mental, sakit hati dengan korban, dendam. Faktor ketidak pekaan masyarakat atau acuh terhadap lingkungan juga merupakan penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana. Kurangnya sosialisasi/penyuluhan kepada masyarakat inilah yang menyebabkan kejahatan ini terjadi di masyarakat yang tergolong acuh dan tidak mau tahu akan adanya aturan mengenaiperaturan bahwa masyarakat dilarang membawa senjata api atau tajam di tempat umumbaik itu dilakukan secara sadar atau tidak. Saran untuk masyarakat khususnya orang tua agar mengawasi dan membimbing anaknya agar berhati hati dalam bergaul dan menngedukasi mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang menjadi tugasnya serta tanggungjawabnya sebagai siswa jangan sampai melanggar hukum. Apalagi samapai mengakibatkan kerugian bagi dirinya dan orang lain.

Abstract

The focus of this research is 1) public relations management strategies implemented at SMKN (Vocational High Schools). 2) form of cooperation between SMKN and the community. 3) the impact of implementing public relations management in establishing cooperation with the community. Problems identified include a lack of understanding and awareness of the importance of public relations management among school staff or administrators, a lack of planned and directed strategies in managing collaboration with external parties, obstacles in effective communication and relationships between schools and various related parties such as government agencies, companies, or the wider community. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research include: 1) The public relations management strategy implemented at SMKN, namely the use of social media, websites and mainstream media to increase the school's visibility, as well as involve the community in various school activities and programs. 2) Forms of cooperation between SMKN and the community include collaboration with government institutions, the business world and industry, as well as involving the community in social activities, skills training and community activities. This collaboration provides reciprocal benefits for schools and communities, increasing educational and training opportunities, and strengthening community involvement in school development. 3) The impact of implementing public relations management in collaboration with the community at SMKN has had a significant positive impact.

Abstract

The term Industry 4.0 was first used at the 2011 Hannover Fair from April 4-8. The term is used by the German government to take the industrial sector to the next level with the help of technology. Quoting the Forbes page, the fourth generation industrial revolution can be interpreted as the intervention of industrial intelligence and automation systems. It is data-driven through machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is based on the Internet as the main pillar, combining the online world with the industrial assembly line to realize the transformation of industrial improvement. Its relationship is in the world of Islamic education, so inevitably the digitalization of Islamic education becomes a mandatory domain in its development according to the words of Ali bin Abi Talib "Educate your children according to their time because they live in their time not in your time". in line with this then Fardhu 'ain for every practitioner of Islamic education to become aware of these developments, of course, they must still be based on the guidelines for life for every Muslim, namely the Al-Qur'an al-Karim. so in this paper the Koran is not a barrier in the current era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The Qur'an is not an obstacle to the path of progress but positions the Qur'an as the strongest and highest support in developing learning methods in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the judge's decision in considering child custody rights given to the father by referring to the Maqasid Syariah perspective. This research will explore the elements that are taken into consideration by judges, including economic, religious and child welfare aspects. By using a qualitative approach and content analysis, the data collected in this research will be analyzed comprehensively based on the judge's decision when considering child custody from the Maqashid Syariah perspective. The findings of this research conclude that the judge's decision regarding child custody is closely related to the psychological behavior of parents towards children in creating child welfare. This is because parents' psychology will influence the child's future development. The study also recommends effective steps to resolve child custody disputes between parents.

Abstract

UMKM penjul bakso belum memiliki laporan keuangan sejak berdiri. Padahal pencatatan laporan keuangan sangat penting di lakukan pada setiap pelaku usaha agar mereka tau bagaimana kondisi keuangan usahanya seperti pengeluaran maupun pemasukan yang telah terjadi. Tetap pada UMKM ini pencatatan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian belum pernah dilakukan sejak awal,yang mengakibatkan mereka tidak tau berapa keuntungan dan pengeluarannya setiap minggu maupun setiap bulannya. Menurut pelaku usaha tersebut ada kendala yang mengakibatkan tidak di butanya laporan keunagan, kendala yang dialami yakni kurangnya kurangnya ilmu dalam hal melakukan pembukuan dan juga waktu yang tidak ada, karena belajar untuk membuat laporan keuangan juga memerlukan waktu agar mereka bener-benar mengerti dan tau cara penulisan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelaku usaha dalam pengelolaan pembukuan akuntansi agar lebih mudah dan efektif dengan menggunakan aplikasi BUKU WARUNG. Pentingnya pembukuan akuntansi dalam sebuah usaha agar pelaku usaha tersebut bisa lebih mudah mengetahui semua transaksi yang terjadi sehari hari dari pemasukan maupun pengeluaran. Setiap pelaku usaha harus menerapkan pencatatan akuntansi dalam bentuk pembuatan pembukuan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku usaha UMKM dalam mengelola data keuangan mereka agar lebih baik dan akurat. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif karena penelitian ini ditujukan mengenai penggunaan aplikasi BUKU WARUNG pada pelaku usaha UMKM. Diharapkan nantinya pelaku usaha dapat menerapkan pembukuan akuntansi melalui aplikasi BUKU WARUNG agar mereka tau bagaimna perkembangan usahanya apakah mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan dalam penjualannya dan mereka tau transaksi-transaksi yang telah terjadi sehari-hari. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pelaku UMKM agar kedepannya bisa melakukan pengelolaan keuangan dan pembukuan

Abstract

The background to the waste management policy is the high amount of waste generation in the City of Tasikmalaya. Garbage is something that is always there in everyday life. All those who are active will definitely produce waste as a result of these activities is the increased production of waste generated by the community. To deal with this problem, the Regional Government of Tasikmalaya City issued a Regional Regulation on Waste Management Number 7 of 2012 concerning Waste Management which aims to improve professional waste management so that a clean environment is created and waste is a resource. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the role of the Environmental Service in waste management based on Regional Regulation of the City of Tasikmalaya Number 7 of 2012 concerning Waste Management. 2) To find out what factors are inhibiting and supporting the implementation of waste management policies based on Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2012 concerning Waste Management. 3) To find out the policies after the issuance of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2012 concerning Waste Management by Government Apparatuses. 4) To find out the implementation of the Tasikmalaya City Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2012 concerning Waste Management in the Siyasah Syar'iyyah Perspective. The method used in this research is normative juridical and empirical approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of waste management policies has not been fully successful in reducing the amount of existing waste generation. In its implementation there are still various obstacles such as, lack of human resources, infrastructure, budget and public awareness. Recommendations that can be given for this problem include socializing local regulations to the community, adding human resources and infrastructure and conducting coaching and training to the people of Tasikmalaya City.
