This study discusses the Village Government Strategy in Overcoming the Spread of the Covid-19 Virus in Sukaluyu Village, Karawang Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out and examine what kind of strategy the Sukaluyu Village Government is implementing in tackling the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The author uses data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation studies. This study was analyzed using the Theory of Strategic Management which was bought by Fred R. David (2017:4) with three indicators namely, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The results of the research regarding the Village Government's Strategy in Overcoming the Spread of the Covid-19 Virus in Sukaluyu Village, Karawang Regency have not run optimally starting from the stages of strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. This is due to the absence of a written vision and mission and the absence of village regulations in handling Covid-19 made by the village government as a supporting initial capital in developing strategies. The dissemination of socialization on prevention of Covid-19 was uneven and irrational, and the evaluations carried out did not produce constructive changes.

This study aims to analyze financial literacy and financial behavioral factors that affect investment decisions for investors in Lampung. This study will focus on investors in Lampung with more than one year of investment experience. The data used is primary data collected through online questionnaires. While the method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression approach. This study uses the Investment Decision variable as the dependent variable, while the independent variable consists of Financial Literacy, Herding, and Risk Tolerance. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, risk tolerance, and herding have a significant effect on investment decisions. This means that investors tend to accept information and follow the decisions of others, where the greater the financial literacy, herding, and risk tolerance factors, the better the investor's decisions will be.Keywords: Investment Decision, Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance, Herding

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang berjumlah 292 orang. Sampel terdiri dari 168 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, dengan rumus Slovin. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat uji SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasional dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

The presence of e-banking has now provided simplicity in transactions for customers, this is one form of bank motivation towards technological developments. Today's modern customers coexist with a variety of technological conveniences, simultaneously coexisting with risks that can occur at any time. Risks must be in line with legal certainty regarding the use of the rights of all Indonesian citizens which must be upheld and fought for in order to implement Article 28D of the 1945 Constitution. Therefore, this study aims to analyze regulatory protection arrangements for bank customers in conducting e-banking service transactions and to discuss the responsibility of the bank's rules for customers who are disadvantaged in conducting e-banking service transactions. This research uses a normative method using a statutory & conceptual approach. Sources of research rules consist of primary, secondary and tertiary sources using recording and documenting techniques as data collection techniques. The results of this study describe that bank customers carrying out e-banking transactions have not been supported by a special regulation, permanent customers are given preventive as well as repressive protection. The responsibility of the bank's rules for customers who lose in e-banking transactions will be compensated if the customer is able to show that it is true that the loss occurred as a result of the bank's mistake. Complaints to the bank both verbally and in writing can be carried out by customers. Concurrency settlement can be done through litigation, non-litigation or LAPS in the financial services sector.

In an effort to maximize its local manpower in the middle of industrial disruption, the Regency of Karawang uses 60:40 proportion (local and non-local respectively) scheme as written in Karawang Regency Local Regulation Number 1 of 2011 about Manpower Administration, and regulated further through Karawang Regent Regulation Number 8 of 2016 concerning Expansion of Employment Opportunities. These regulations was created in result of massive number of unemployment in midst of ever-growing industrial sector. The officials in Karawang Regency hoped that with these regulations, local citizens of Karawang could have a higher chance to be employed at a factory within Karawang administration. But in its implementation, several key problems are identified that can hinder the main goals of this regulation.Â A number of problems, the background of this regulation, and several other factors are what interests meÂ to analyze this regulation using qualitative research method.

Zingiber officinale Rosc adalah tanaman perdu juga tanaman semusin yang lebih dikenal dengan tanaman rimpang. Tanaman ini memiliki nama lain dalam bahasa daerah halia (Aceh), jahi (Lampung), jahe (Sunda). Tanaman ini termasuk family Zingiberacea yang sangat banyak manfaatnya, seperti rempah, obat-obatan, bahan penyegar, dan bahan industri pertanian. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan memicu pertumbuhan diperlukan perlaluan (treatment), seperti penambahan serasah sebagai media tumbuh yang dicampurkan dengan tanah. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas serasah sebagai mendia tumbuh yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan vegetatif juga generatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial. Masing-masing faktor terdiri dari serasah dan tanah 1:1 (S1.T1)., serasah dan tanah 1:2 (S1.T2)., Serasah dan tanah 2:1 (S2.T1)., serasah dan tanah 2:2 (S2.T2). data dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA dan uji lanjut Duncant Multiple Ring Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Setiap perlakunan dilakukan pengulangan 3 kali. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai terhadap efektifitas serasah sebagai media pertumbuhan tanaman halia (Zingiber officinale), maka pada setiap perlakuan memberi pengaruh terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, tinggi batang dan berat rimpang. Perlakuan terbaik untuk media tanam dengan rasio perbandingan serasah dan tanah 2:2.Kata Kunci : halia, zingiber officinale, serasah.

This training aims to find out more about student service activities which are discussed in this article is a training activity to the community about QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standart) namely an application that makes it easier for people to give alms more easily and minimizes the theft of charity boxes because almsgiving and others are digitally based. This application was developed based on the web that provides an infak feature for people who will donate to the mosque without having to put money in the infobox at the mosque. This application facilitates electronic payments by integrating QRIS when going to make electronic transactions. QRIS can also be directly scanned from the webpage directly without having to be printed. The results of the scan on this application will read the destination number account of the mosque manager.

This study analyzes the views of Islamic economic law on the practice of buying and selling used cars through brokers at the Sedna Motor Surakarta showroom. Researchers use the type of field research. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The primary data source was taken by direct observation to the brokers. The researcher applied the snowball sampling technique. The secondary data sources in this study came from research journals and books. The data collection techniques used were used by researchers, namely interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the practice of brokering at the Sedna Motor Kartasura Showroom according to the view of sharia economic law is permissible because the form of buying and selling that is practiced through a broker is carried out by upholding Islamic principles. used in the Sedna Motor Kartasura Showroom as a bridge connecting the transaction between the seller and the prospective buyer with the awareness that as a broker, it is the duty to bridge the transaction process, with honest and fair principles for both the seller and the prospective buyer. have good service quality, carry out marketing strategies and do not seek profits that harm both parties.

This study aims to analyze the Decision Number: 3/Pid.C/2021/PN Gdt, which states that the Defendant is legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing the criminal act of "light maltreatment" against construction workers using the research method. The research method used in this study is normative legal research and empirical legal research, related to the application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts of persecution against construction workers. The problem approach used in this research is to use a statute approach and a case approach as well as a socio-legal approach. The problems that will be discussed in this study are what are the factors that cause the perpetrators to commit criminal acts of mistreatment of construction workers based on Decision Number: 3/Pid.C/2021/PN Gdt and how to apply criminal sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts of mistreatment of construction workers based on Decision Number: 3/Pid.C/2021/PN Gdt.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Batam yang berjumlah 48 orang. Sampel terdiri dari 48 responden, yang diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel stres kerja, komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
