Abstract

Kata kunci: Keuangan Islam, Bank Islam, Globalisasi Keuangan Islam Abstract: This study aims to determine the global development trend of Islamic finance globally in China. The method used in this study is a method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Descriptive studies describe and explain the object of research objectively and factually based on data sources obtained in the development of Islamic financial globalization and Islamic financial trends in China. The results of the study show that the development of Islamic finance in non-Muslim countries and regions triggers increasingly fierce competition for Islamic financial centres so that the globalization of Islamic finance reflects the development trend of Islamic financial globalization and can increase the popularity of domestic Islamic finance and promote international cooperative exchange programs at universities. Moreover, research institutes in China are also interested in Islamic finance. However, it is too early to establish an Islamic Finance centre in China because of many restrictions at home and its interest in Islamic finance. Islamic financial assets for five years from 2013 to 2017 The total could grow 17% per year, eventually reaching $2.7 trillion. Factors contributing to this growth include demographic conditions, demand for infrastructure financing, bank capital rules, incentives for conformity to Islam and demand for Islamic assets. However, the key is that in the non-Islamic world, the global development of Islamic finance, open financial markets and support of the legal and financial base Infrastructure and government support are prerequisites for the development of Islamic finance. Abstract

Background: With the rapid development of smartphones in the market, phubbing has become popular, which is a behavior of ignoring someone in the environment because it focuses more on gadgets than on building conversations. Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore causes of phubbing, and its impact on the health of adolescents, especially students. Methods: This study employed a qualitative research design conducted in June 2021 at Halu Oleo University, Indonesia, among students in the fourth semester. Focus Group Discussion and In-Depth interviews were used for data collection. Data analysis was thematic.Result: The results showed that the students realized that an individual with phubbing behavior tends to forget the interaction activities in the surrounding environment. The duration of smartphone usage was from two hours to ten hours per day.  Phubbing is becoming a phenomenon among students due to the need to get the latest information or news during their studies. Conclusion: There are many reasons for phubbing, including obtaining updated knowledge and information that leads to social media use more often, eliminating boredom, seeking entertainment, and staying in touch with friends and parents. However, phubbing impacts physical health, such as headaches, soreness in the eyes, the strain on the neck, and mental/social health, such as anxiety, fear, discomfort, and disruption of social interactions. It is therefore recommended to remind the students not to use smartphones excessively.

Abstract

Walang sangit (Leptocorisa oratorius Fabricius, (Hemiptera:Alydidae); syn. Leptocorisa acuta) are one of the rice pests that can cause problems because they can reduce the quantity and quality of production, so these grasshoppers need to be controlled. Controlling stink bugs using chemicals is currently more popular because they are quickly visible. However, long-term use of chemicals is not good. Therefore, an alternative method of controlling stink bugs is needed using a solution of lime leaves (Citrus aurantiifolia). This research aims to determine lime leaf solution in controlling stink bugs. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 1 factor consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications, namely with doses of PO (control), PA (20g/80 ml), PB (22.5g/77.5 ml), PC (25g/75 ml), PD (27.5g/72.5 ml) and PE (30g/70 ml). The results of the research show that lime solution can be used as a natural pesticide because it has an effect on suppressing the death of the stink bug. The best dose that can kill the stink bug is 30g/70 ml lime leaf solution.

Abstract

Hiyung chili is a local chili variety from South Kalimantan which is often attacked by anthracnose disease caused by the fungus Colletotrichum sp. The attack became severe because it was planted in swamp land. An environmentally friendly potential alternative for controlling anthracnose disease is using antagonistic agents from the bacteria Streptomyces sp. Streptomyces sp. bacteria isolated from 4 swamp lands in South Kalimantan, 2 lowland swamps and 2 tidal swamps. The research aims to determine the ability of Streptomyces sp. Swampland isolates inhibit the growth of the fungus Colletotrichum sp. origin of Hiyung chili in vitro. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 16 treatments based on the origin of the isolates, 4 isolates from Sirang Laut, 4 isolates from Puntik, 4 isolates from Gudang Hirang and 4 isolates from Tajau Landung. Streptomyces sp bacteria. Isolated using selective Yeast Malt Agar media. The results of the exploration found 16 isolates of Streptomyces sp. and all isolates were able to inhibit the growth of Colletotrichum sp. with an inhibition percentage above 50%. The highest percentage of inhibition for isolates from Puntik was 96.44% and the lowest percentage for isolates from Sirang Laut was 51.95%. There were 8 isolates that produced clear zones in the inhibition test which was thought to be due to producing antibiotics, 1 isolate was hyperparasitic, and 7 isolates had an overgrowth mechanism.

Abstract

Chili is one of the cultivated plants, one of the main problems that often occurs due to anthracnose attacks caused by the fungus Colletotrichum spp. One biological control that can be used is Trichoderma spp., Trichoderma spp. can produce secondary metabolites containing antibiotic compounds, enzymes, toxins and hormones. The aim of this research was to determine the potential of secondary metabolites of Trichoderma spp. which comes from the rhizosphere of bamboo, chili and elephant grass plants which have the potential to inhibit the development of the fungus Colletotrichum spp. anthracnose disease in vitro. The research method used a completely randomized design with a single factor. Consisting of three (3) treatments and one (1) control, repeated five (5) times, totaling twenty (20) experiments. This research was carried out at the Phytopathology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarbaru. The research results show different inhibitory forces. Secondary metabolites from the roots of chili plants showed a higher inhibitory power, namely 45.65% compared to 16.82% from the roots of bamboo plants and 16.71% from the roots of elephant grass plants. However, secondary metabolites from the roots of bamboo plants and elephant grass plants have the same abilities. A 20% concentration can inhibit the growth of Colletotrichum spp. on day 3, while further observation of the ability of secondary metabolites of Trichoderma spp. suppress the development of Colletotrichum spp. decreasing.
