Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the socio-economic impact of the community as beneficiaries of Idi fishing port (PPN) and to formulate a strategy to increase people's income. The method used in this research is descriptive method and case study, where descriptive method is used to collect data about the condition and activity of Idi fishing port operation within 5 (five) years, while the case study method is used to know the socio-economic condition of the community as the beneficiary ports, where the data were taken are workers within the port area as well as direct or indirect beneficiaries of port activities with a focal point on fishing communities as the largest workers in the port area. Formulation of income generation strategy using SWOT analysis. The results of the study explain that the condition of the community around the of Idi fishery port is not much different from the condition of other coastal communities where education is not the main priority. In addition, the amount of income in general is still strongly influenced by fish production and ship visits and has not yet met the needs of household fishermen's expenditure. Strategies that can be used to increase people's income is through increased efficiency in the preparation of facilities and infrastructure so that the process of fishing and loading and unloading fish can be faster, saving time and saving cost. Further information on the location of fishing ground and encourage the use of frozen freezer on board is recommended to be done so that the cost of fishing is cheaper and fish prices higher. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  menganalisis dampak sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan sebagai penerima manfaat Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Idi serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan studi kasus, dimana metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai kondisi dan aktivitas operasional  PPN Idi dalam jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun. Perumusan strategi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat menggunakan analisis Internal Strengths dan weaknesses serta lingkungan Eksternal Opportunities dan Threats (SWOT). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kondisi masyarakat nelayan disekitar PPN Idi tidak jauh berbeda dengan kondisi masyarakat pesisir lainnya dimana pendidikan bukan prioritas utama. Selain itu jumlah pendapatan secara umum masih sangat dipengaruhi oleh produksi ikan serta kunjungan kapal. Strategi yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat yaitu melalui peningkatan efisiensi dalam penyiapan sarana serta prasarana sehingga proses nelayan berangkat dan bongkar muat ikan bisa lebih cepat, menghemat waktu dan biaya. Selanjutnya informasi lokasi keberadaan ikan secara berkala serta mendorong penggunaan freezer beku diatas kapal direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan sehingga biaya melaut lebih murah dan harga ikan lebih tinggi.

Abstract

This paper investigates the reformation in recruitment system for Echelon II positions in Aceh government.The reformation process occupied the use of fit and proper test as a transparence and accountably processin selecting public servants. The selection process was also open for the public where every civil servantwith certain condition and grade can participate. This way of selection process accommodates well the bestcandidates in filling appropriate positions in Provincial Dinas. So far, the follow up of the selection processwas the performance evaluation which contains certain indicators.Key words: reformation, fit and proper test, civil servants, echelon II

Abstract

AbstrakDunia saat ini sedang booming dengan wabah virus corona. Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (COVID19) merupakan jenis penyakit baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Sehingga dengan teknologi ini dapat mempermudah aktivitas manusia dalam melakukan proses pengecekan dan pengontrolan suatu perangkat. Seperti proses pemantauan social distancing di Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer (TIK) Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe. Penyebaran virus corona melalui OTG (Orang Tanpa Gejala) memiliki potensi yang sangat besar. Masyarakat yang tidak menunjukkan gejala positif Covid19 cenderung melakukan aktivitas secara rutin, sehingga dapat menyebar lebih banyak tanpa disadari. Sehingga muncul sebuah solusi yaitu menciptakan sistem monitoring social distancing menggunakan Bluetooth. Sinyal Bluetooth sebagai infrastuktur komunikasinya dan Wemos digunakan sebagai perangkat pengendalinya. Pengukuran jarak dapat dihitung menggunakan RSSI(Received Sinyal Strenght Indicator). Hasil rata-rata error pengukuran jarak pada alat 1 ruangan tertutup = 1,226 meter, pada alat 2 ruangan tertutup = 1,056 meter, pada alat 1 ruangan terbuka = 0,698 meter, dan pada alat 2 ruangan terbuka = 0,692 meter.AbstractThe world is currently booming with the corona virus outbreak. Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (COVID19) is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. So with this technology can facilitate human activities in the process of checking and controlling a device. Such as the process of monitoring social distancing at the Department of Information and Computer Technology (ICT) of the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic. The spread of the corona virus through OTG (Asymptomatic People) has enormous potential. People who do not show positive symptoms of Covid-19 tend to carry out routine activities, so they can spread more without realizing it. So a solution emerged, namely creating a social distancing monitoring system using Bluetooth. The Bluetooth signal is used as the communication infrastructure and Wemos is used as the control device. Distance measurement can be calculated using RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator). The results of the average distance measurement error on tool 1 closed room = 1,226 meters, on tool 2 closed room = 1,056 meters, on tool 1 open room = 0,698 meters, and on tool 2 open space = 0.692 meters.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe telah mengalami banyak perkembangan di bidang Teknologi Informasi diantaranya adalah sistem informasi akademik (siakad) dan sistem informasi pegawai (simpeg). Namun, sistem informasi tersebut belum terintegrasi sehingga pengguna atau pimpinan tidak dapat mengakses,memeriksa laporan dan melakukan klasifikasi dalam satu aplikasi. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi dashboard executive untuk dapat melakukan klasifikasi informasi siakad dan simpeg yang berbasis mobile. Dari hasil pengujian ID3 pada atribut fungsional menghasilkan nilai gain 0,591672779, atribut angka kredit menghasilkan nilai gain 0,413799565 dan atribut IPK menghasilkan nilai gain 0,918295834.AbstractLhokseumawe State Polytechnic has experienced many developments in the field of Information Technology, including the academic information system (siakad) and the employee information system (simpeg). However, the information system has not been integrated so that users or leaders cannot access, report and classify in one application. Based on this problem, a dashboard executive application is needed to be able to classify Siakad and Simpeg information based on mobile. From the results of the ID3 test on the functional attributes, the gain value is 0.591672779, the credit score attribute produces a value of 0.413799565 and the GPA attribute produces a gain value of 0.918295834.

Abstract

Sungai Besar Village is one of the areas in Bunut Hulu Subdistrict, Kapuas Hulu Regency, West Kalimantan, which has considerable development potential in the fisheries sector. This is reinforced by the majority of people who have a livelihood as farmers and fish farmers. In addition, Sungai Besar Village is also one of the leading regions for the fisheries sector, especially tilapia and catfish. However, the rapid increase in population can cause limited production areas that can be used in various fields of fisheries. This encourages the intensification of efforts as one way of land utilization. One way that can be done is the application of the Minapadi fish culture system. This minapadi system has several advantages including an increase in community income through the existence of fish farming and more effective land use. The development of the fisheries sector, primarily the tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) aquaculture business using the Minapadi system, is a solution in addressing land use issues and improving the economic community in the Kapuas Hulu Regency. In addition, Sungai Besar Village is expected to become a target village for the production of fish cultivation using the Minapadi system. The method that will be used in community service activities (PPM) is the method of assisting the transformation of science and application programs (training and counseling) related to the application of fish cultivation with the Minapadi system. Expected output in this activity is the community of Sungai Besar Village is able to implement fish farming with the Minapadi system. Abstract

Islam dengan berbagai ajarannya difahami dengan berbagai pendekatan demi sebuah tujuan-tujuan tertentu. Secara umum ajaran Islam yang terkandung di dalam Al-Quran dan hadist perlu mendapat sentuhan baru dalam bentuk kegiatan ijtihad yang dilakukan oleh pemikir-pemikir yang konsen dalam pengembangan pemikiran Islam terkhusus lain terkait dengan hukum Islam. Salah satu bentuk mazhad atau aliran yang mencoba untuk menelaah kembali makan-makna yang terkandung di dua suber (baca: Al-Quran hadist) tersebut adalah aliran Islam liberal. Pemikiran Islam liberal, muncul di negeri ini dengan berbagai varian. Tujuannya adalah menafsirkan ulang ajaran Islam dan mengkontekstualisasikannya dengan perkembangan zaman sehingga Islam mampu merespons masalah keutamaan. Kelompok yang mencoba melakukan reinterprestasi ajaran Islam dengan lebih mengedepankan rasio dari pada wahyu yang pada akhirnya dikenal oleh publik sebagai muslim liberal atau kelompok Islam liberal. Untuk bangkitnya Islam dari keterpurukan, bahwa pemikir Islam banyak menghadapi tantangan yang terbesar, karena mereka memberikan suatu cara penafsiran ilmu-ilmu Islam dengan cara teologis atau disebut liberalisme. Dengan tantangan tersebut, pemikiran intelektual progresif Islam liberal sangat jelas membawa perubahan terhadap pemahaman dan aksi Islam Indonesia. Usaha yang dilakukan para pemikir Islam tersebut merupakan usaha yang patut diberi penghargaan besar.

Abstract

Complex problems occur in dealing with waste, both in developing and developed countries, such as Indonesia. According to data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, in 2022 the total waste pile will reach 34,439,338.12 tons per year. In this research, machine learning will be used by comparing CNN architecture, ResNet18 with ResNet50, for the classification of waste types. This research uses 2527 images of garbage image data consisting of 6 classes, namely cardboard, glass, metal, paper, plastic and trash. Convolutional Neural Network is a component of the Deep Neural Network method that has the ability to identify objects in images with a high level of complexity. From the ResNet18 model test in this study, the accuracy was 98.69% and the test results on ResNet50 resulted in an accuracy of 99.41%. The precision and recall results of both models reflect excellent performance and accuracy of around 99%. So it can be concluded that both CNN models, ResNet18 and ResNet50, have excellent performance in classifying garbage images.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and implement projects that support the strengthening of student profiles in aspects of Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil'alamin at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak. The projects involve Suara Demokrasi through the Election of Student Council Chair, Entrepreneurship with a focus on exploring the potential of the region through entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Lifestyle to realize plastic-free through the use of eco-bricks.
