Abstract

Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles (UUPA) provides a clear legal framework regarding land ownership, including registration and certification procedures. This UUPA is expected to protect the rights of land owners from land mafia practices. However, in practice, the implementation of the UUPA has not been optimal and there are still legal loopholes that are exploited by land mafia actors. Land mafia is a land crime committed by a group of people to illegally control land belonging to other people. Land mafia perpetrators use methods that violate the law in a planned, neat and systematic manner. To take action against land mafia perpetrators, several criminal offenses can be used, including:Article 167 of the Criminal Code concerning unlawful entry into a house or yard Article 263 of the Criminal Code concerning making a fake document which can give rise to a right to land is an operandi of the Land Mafia and social inequality that can be seen from around us, especially in rural areas, where there are many land owners and land owners. capital is very inversely proportional. That is the aim of the UUPA to prevent the monopoly of capital owners on land owners.

Abstract

Population data play a strategic role in supporting regional development planning and evaluation, particularly in urban areas with high population density such as Palembang City. However, discrepancies between population data produced by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil), resulting from differences in de facto and de jure recording concepts, pose challenges for comprehensive population analysis and policy formulation. This study focuses on the harmonization and integration of population data from BPS and Disdukcapil into a unified analytical platform. A dashboard-based system developed using the Agile method is employed as a supporting tool to facilitate population data analysis and support data-driven decision-making in Palembang City. Population data were obtained from official BPS publications and Disdukcapil administrative records, supported by observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results show that all system functionalities operated successfully based on black-box testing, achieving a 100% success rate across all test scenarios. The main contribution of this research lies in the harmonization of de facto and de jure population data, which improves data consistency and supports more effective population analysis for regional development planning.

Abstract

The presentation of economic growth data for Palembang City on the official website of Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) still faces challenges in terms of usability, navigation, and data visualization. The complex menu structure, poorly organized data presentation, and limited interactive features reduce efficiency in accessing and interpreting economic information. To date, there is no dedicated interactive dashboard that centrally integrates and visualizes Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data for Palembang City in a user-oriented manner, creating a gap in the provision of accessible regional economic analysis tools. This study aims to develop an Economic Growth Data Visualization Dashboard for Palembang City to present GRDP data in a clearer, more interactive, and user-friendly format. The system was developed using the Agile Development method, consisting of planning, design, development, testing, and evaluation stages. The dashboard was built using Next.js as the frontend framework and MySQL as the database management system. It presents GRDP data at current prices (ADHB), constant prices (ADHK), expenditure components, and business sector categories through interactive charts and dynamic tables. Black-Box testing confirmed that all system features functioned properly. Usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 50 respondents resulted in a score of 84.8, categorized as Excellent. The system is feasible as a decision-support tool for regional economic data analysis.

Abstract

The Pakon ritual is one of the local cultural practices of the Sasak community in Lenek Village, carrying strong social, spiritual, and cultural values. In recent years, its continuity has faced growing challenges due to social change, modernization, and shifting perspectives among younger generations. This study aims to examine efforts to strengthen local cultural values through Pakon ritual-based education for youth. A qualitative approach was applied using descriptive methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that culture-based education through the Pakon ritual helps deepen young people’s understanding of their local identity, increases appreciation for cultural heritage, and fosters a collective awareness to preserve traditions. It also creates a space where traditional values can meet and adapt to the realities of modern life experienced by the younger generation.

Abstract

Stunting remains a significant public health problem with long-term impacts on child growth and development. This community service aimed to improve mothers’ knowledge on stunting prevention through the integration of local practice, namely melongas infant massage. The activity was conducted at a primary health center in Lombok Utara involving 20 mothers with toddlers using an educative-participatory approach. The program consisted of preparation, socialization with focus group discussion, practical demonstration, and evaluation stages. Initial assessment showed that 70% of participants had low knowledge regarding stunting. After the intervention, there was a notable improvement, with 75% of participants achieving good knowledge levels. The implementation stage also demonstrated that 85% of participants were able to correctly perform melongas massage techniques. Furthermore, about 80% of participants understood the relationship between nutrition, parenting practices, and child stimulation in preventing stunting. Reflective discussions indicated that most participants felt confident to apply the massage techniques at home. The findings suggest that integrating local wisdom into health education enhances understanding and acceptance among participants. This approach not only improves knowledge but also encourages practical behavior change in stunting prevention. Therefore, melongas infant massage can be considered a contextual and sustainable strategy to support community-based stunting prevention programs.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the gap in the availability of learning media specifically designed to support the discovery stage in environmental pollution, despite the increasing integration of technology in education. This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective Discovery Learning-based Smart Learning multimedia to improve seventh-grade students' conceptual understanding of environmental pollution. The method used was Research and Development with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The research subjects included content experts, media experts, instructional design experts, science teachers, and seventh-grade students to test the product's feasibility. The results showed that the instrument's interactivity met academic and technical feasibility criteria. The design evaluation showed a "High" category for various indicators, such as readability, color compatibility, and navigation button recognition, which achieved the highest score. Comprehensively, the developed multimedia was declared highly suitable for use as a medium for reinforcing concepts in the learning process at school.
