Abstract

Secara konvensional kehadiran seseorang dideteksi dengan pengisian buku tamu dengan menuliskan identitas peserta yang hadir. Tentu saja hal ini tidak efisien, apalagi untuk suatu kegiatan yang diikuti oleh banyak peserta misalnya wisuda, membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan dapat dengan mudah dimanipulasi. Penggunaan aplikasi Augmented Realitiy berbasi Fece Tracking dapat memberikan hasil yang lebih baik. Face Tracking merupakan suatu metode untuk melacak posisi wajah. Koordinat posisi wajah dapat di gunakan untuk mengontrol device atau alat yang ditanamkan program face tracking, sehingga memudahkan dalam pengidentifikasian seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi Augmented Reality berbasis Face Tracking dan dibangun denga Android Studio. Sistem mendeteksi citra wajah yang tertangkap pada frame kamera, lalu menampung rgba dari inputFrame kedalam bentuk matriks imgRgba. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi pendeteksi wajah peserta wisuda yang mendukung proses presensi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

In the face of increasingly tight business competition, a company needs to have a strong brand as a unique and attractive identity for consumers. A strong brand can create brand loyalty. However, this can also be driven by brand trust that is built with strong brand associations and brand image from customers. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand associations and brand image on brand loyalty with brand trust as an intervening variable on Azarine Cosmetics (study on Azarine Cosmetics Instagram followers). This study uses a quantitative approach. With a population of Azarine Instagram followers and a sample of 160 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is partial least squares (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that brand associations and brand image significantly influence brand trust. Brand association does not significantly influence brand loyalty. Brand image and brand trust significantly influence brand loyalty. Brand associations and brand image through brand trust significantly influence brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the 60-meter sprint ability of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Tegalmade 02 through the application of the traditional game Bentengan. The game incorporates elements of speed, strategy, and teamwork, which are expected to enhance the students' physical abilities, particularly in short-distance running. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a quasi-experimental design involving pre-test and post-test to measure changes in students' running abilities. The subjects of the study were 21 students, consisting of 13 boys and 8 girls. The results indicate that the application of the Bentengan game significantly improved the students' 60-meter sprint performance, with an average reduction in time of around 1.5 seconds after the intervention. The game was proven effective in training acceleration, agility, and body coordination. Additionally, the Bentengan game also supports the development of muscle strength and teamwork, which contribute to overall physical performance improvement.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in overcoming poverty, because it can improve the quality of human resources and the welfare of the nation. The Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) is one of the government's initiatives to help students from underprivileged families in meeting their educational needs. This study aims to analyze the utilization of PIP funds by students at SMKN Surakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews as a data collection technique. The research informants consisted of 48 students receiving PIP funds at SMKN Surakarta. The results showed that most students (81.44%) used PIP funds in accordance with the provisions of Permendikbud No. 19 of 2016, especially to buy books and stationery, and other school supplies. A small number of students also used funds for non-educational purposes such as pocket money and transportation. These findings indicate that the PIP program at SMKN Surakarta has helped students in meeting their educational needs, although there are still some recipients who do not fully utilize the funds in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

The escalating adoption of digital banking applications underscores the imperative for a comprehensive comprehension of factors influencing user satisfaction. This study seeks to scrutinize the impact of security, trust, usability, and usefulness on user satisfaction within the SeaBank digital banking application. Employing a quantitative research methodology, data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 271 respondents utilizing the SeaBank application in Indonesia. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that collectively, security, trust, usability, and usefulness significantly affect user satisfaction. Specifically, trust, usability, and usefulness individually exhibit a substantial positive influence on user satisfaction, while security demonstrates an insignificant positive impact. Consequently, enhancing elements of trust, ease of use, and application utility can heighten user satisfaction in the realm of digital banking applications. The practical implications of these findings can offer valuable insights to digital banking service providers, guiding efforts to enhance both quality and user satisfaction. A strategic emphasis on these identified factors is anticipated to provide a foundation for the development of more efficacious strategies aimed at optimizing the user experience within the digital banking domain.

Abstract

This study is based on the large public attention to investment, especially to investment instruments such as stocks. In addition, the trend of a healthy lifestyle that is currently popular and the health transformation carried out by the government make the shares of health sector companies interesting to pay attention to. This study was aims to analyze and determine the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR) simultaneously or partially on stock prices. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population used in this study were companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. There are 33 companies in the health sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the number of selected company samples being 11 companies. The data used in this study are secondary data from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange contained in the company's annual report. The variables tested in this study are Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and stock price. The data collection technique used in this study uses documentation techniques from the company's annual financial report. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression.The results of this study show that Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Curretn Ratio (CR) Simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Net Profit margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Current Ratio (CR) partially have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry continue to grow rapidly, with Chatime, a Taiwanese company, and Haus, an Indonesian brand, emerging as two popular bubble tea brands consumed by many Indonesians. This study aims to examine the differences in brand equity (brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty) between these two brands, focusing on gender and age groups. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey, with a five-point Likert scale as the measurement method. The research population consists of residents of Surabaya who have previously purchased Chatime and Haus!, with a total sample of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using paired t-tests in SPSS. The results reveal significant differences in brand awareness, brand loyalty, perceived quality, and brand association between males and females, as well as among the younger age group. In contrast, for the adult age group, no significant difference was found in brand loyalty, while significant differences were observed in brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand association.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan karyawan pada PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Sulawesi Tengah. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuisioner kepada 46 responden. Serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku literatur serta jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan karyawan. Secara simultan literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan karyawan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,897 atau 89,7% berarti bahwa literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan karyawan pada PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Sulawesi Tengah, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan brand image secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Scarlett di Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli skincare Scarlett di Kota Palu yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Tehnik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 120 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa inovasi produk dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian produk skincare Scarlett di Kota Palu.
