Abstract

Mery Boutique is a place that provides a variety of women's and men's batik products that focus on service and good product quality. The purpose of doing this research is for an information system for selling batik products for women and men based on mobile web. This research is to develop an online-based sales information system in Meri boutique, the methodology used for the development of e-commerce systems is a structured methodology with a waterfall model. The results of this research are the application of e-commerce applications can help meri boutique businesses to develop more and increase sales turnover so that it can have implications for improving service to customers, consumers and administrative management.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important thing in the organization. However, a process that takes place cannot be separated from human intervention. STIE Trisna Negara must reposition and recalculate the internal potential to then determine the steps that must be taken for the future of the region. A closer look at the conditions of work enthusiasm of STIE Trisna Negara employees, with various implications that arise and efforts to encourage morale that has been given with the symptoms that illustrate employee morale, is not under expectations. These conditions have an impact on the performance of STIE Trisna Negara employees not yet optimal under expectations. While the analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis and using a t-test. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the communication variable (X1) indicator of knowledge gets a low score. Furthermore, the morale variable (Y) which becomes a weakness is discipline. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that partial communication (X1) had a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara East Oku. This conclusion is obtained partially, it is known that communication (X1) has a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara, East Oku. This is shown from the t-value of the communication variable (X1) = 9,657

Abstract

Penaeus monodon or tiger prawn is the most prominent farmed crustacean product in international trade and has driven a signifi cant expansion in aquaculture in many developing countries in Asia. Market prices during its early development were quite good due to little competition and strong demand from the international markets, mainly Japanese market. Culture technology in inland areas has been improved using a very minimal amount of seawater (only 2-3ppt) and closed systems to prevent salinization offreshwater resources. The model of culturing commercial tiger prawn on minimal amount of seawater in Lamongan Regency was applied since 1987.Key words : benur udang windu, Peneaeus Monodon

Abstract

The role of regional revenue in regional finance is one of the important benchmarks in the implementation of regional autonomy. This study aims to examine and give the empirical evidence of the direct and indirect effects of regional revenue and financial performance on economic growth and public welfare. The analytical method using the panel data analysis with fixed method to test the regression model. The finding reveal that regional revenue and economic performance on economic growth significant to the level of community welfare in the Regency/City of South Sumatra Province. The results of this study also prove that regional retribution is not significant to the welfare of the community. This study provides evidence that regional user fees are still unable to meet the budget targets so that regional user fees have a value that has not been able to improve welfare in the districts/ cities of South Sumatra province

Abstract

In supporting the progress and development of an organization it is very necessary to be carried out seriously and continuously in all fields and all aspects of life. The availability of quality human resources and have a high work ethic is the main capital of an organization to be aligned with other organizations. Without the individuals of each individual to try to progress without the need to be forced, then an orSuch ganization does not mean anything. In the human resource development and human resource development department of East Ulu Komering, apparently the directives have not been carried out properly so that the performance of employees is not optimal. The problem faced is how the influence of direction on the performance of the budget department employees in the human resource development and human resource development in East Ulu Komering. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direction on employee performance in the human resource and human resource development of the East Ulu Komering and useful as a reference for further research on the direction and performance of pegwai.hipotesis proposed, briefing has a positive effect on employee performance in the human resource and human resource development of the East Ulu Komering. data collection and processing using literature and field studies using observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the discussion obtained the correlation between direction in an effort to improve the performance of employees at the human resources agency and the development of human resources of East Ulu Komering obtained the number r of 0.57. So it can be said that there is a moderate influence between directing on the performance of employees at the human resources agency and the development of human resources in Ogan Komering Ulu Timur.

Abstract

Problems faced by CV. Akura Belitang OKU Timur is how the influence of motivation on employee work discipline, while the purpose of this thesis is to determine the effect of motivation on employee work discipline. The hypothesis proposed is that motivation has a strong influence on employee work discipline in the CV. Akura Belitang Timur OKU. From the calculation results obtained figures r = 0.697. after consultation with conservative standards it turns out that 0697 lies between 0.600 - 0.799 which is included in the strong correlation. So it can be said that there is a strong influence between motivation on employee work discipline on the CV. Akura Belitang Timur OKU. Then to answer the hypothesis test proposed in the previous chapter has a relationship or not, then tested with a hypothesis test and obtained to = 2.916 then when connected with t value at a confidence level of 0 , 95 which means the error rate of 0.05 is t count greater from t table (2.916 greater than 1.833), the hypothesis proposed is to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha).

Abstract

Background: Activity of nursing is one of activity servicing in hospital, role to give nursing care which is conduct assesment to need of patiens, planning nursing, conduct plan of nursing, evaluate nursing, and conduct documentation of nursing care. Documentation of nursing care is the display of nurse performer in conduct the nursing care. Quality of documentation of nursing care can be seen from completeness and accuracy in writing of nursing process.Objectivity: To know the relationship between the levels knowledge of nurse with the obedience to documentation of nursing care in inpatient unit of JIH.Method of research: the research use cross sectional method. Instruments in the research use questionnaire and the observation of medical record. Taking the sample in the research is total sampling there 87 respondents. Processing the data use rank spearman correlation test.Result: The result of relationship between the level knowledge of nurse with the obedience to conduct documentation of nursing care is significant with p-value is 0,000 and (r 0,371).Conclusion: There are closely weak relation between the level of knowledge with obedience of nurse to conduct documentation of nursing care in inpatient of JIH Yogyakarta with the relationship is weak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi arus las SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) terhadap kekerasan dan struktur mikro pada sambungan stainless steel 316 dan ST 37. Penelitian ini menggunakan baja tahan karat stainless steel 316 yang disambung baja karbon rendah ST 37 dengan elektroda E 308. Variasi arus menggunakan arus 80 ampere, 70 ampere, dan 90 ampere. Setelah proses pengelasan, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan 3 spesimen untuk pengujian kekerasan dan struktur mikro. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian kekerasan, dan struktur mikro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah proses pengelasan kekerasan hasil las dengan perlakuan pengelasan pada semua variasi arus lebih besar dari raw material ST 37 dan lebih rendah dari raw material stainless steel 316. Nilai kekerasan optimal pada spesimen dengan perlakuan pengelasan terdapat pada arus 80 ampere dengan hasil sebesar 68 HRB. Setiap penambahan arus menunjukkan peningkatan nilai kekerasan di daerah weld metal karena perubahan struktur mikro dendritik yang jumlahnya meningkat, akan tetapi mengalami penurunan di HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) akibat struktur mikro ferit membesar di temperatur tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil uji struktur mikro menunjukkan peningkatan struktur perlit setelah pengelasan. Hasil penelitian dengan uji t menunjukan bahwa presentasi perlit dan ferit dengan variasi arus 70 Ampere, 80 Ampere dan 90 Ampere terdapat perbedaan dan hasil penelitian uji anovo satu arah menunjukan nilai kekerasan pada HAZ stainless steel 316, Baja ST 37 dan logam lasan dengan variasi arus 70 Ampere, 80 Ampere dan 90 Ampere terdapat perbedaan.  Kata kunci : Las SMAW,Struktur Mikro, Kekerasan, Variasi Arus, Sambungan Stainless Steel 316 Dan  Baja ST 37.

Abstract

Kabupaten OKU Timur, sebagai salah lumbung pangan Nasional telah mampu memberikan sumbangan yang cukup besar dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan nasional melalui pengembangan di sub sector tanaman pangan dan holtikultura. Dengan potensi dan prestasi sektor pertanian yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten OKU Timur ini, dapat meningkatkan daya saing serta meningkatkan daya pendapatan petani. Namun dibalik potensi peluang besar ini pengembangan pada agroindustri di OKU Timur masih menyisakan pekerjaan rumah bagi pemerintah Kabupaten OKU Timur baik itu permasalahan dari sisi eksternal ataupun internal. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam pengembangan agroindustri di OKU Timur dengan pendekatan metode Analytic Network Procces (ANP), termasuk solusi strategis yang coba ditawarkan. ANP adalah model baru yang dikembangkan oleh Saaty (2001) berbasis supermatrix, untuk memetakan masalah yang kompleks ke dalam kerangka yang terstruktur. Permasalahan dan strategi yang dibentuk terdiri dari beberapa kriteria permasalahan yaitu terkait: 1)kebijakan 2)pasar 3) keuangan 4)infrastruktur 5)Research and Development serta 6)Produksi dan prosesing. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 3 kriteria utama yang menjadi kunci pengembangan agroindustri di OKU Timur adalah kebijakan, infrastruktur dan keuangan.

Abstract

Dalam instansi pemerintah, Pegawai Negeri Sipil merupakan asset termahal dan terpenting bagi pencapaian tujuan. Maka diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi dalam penyelenggaraan administrasi negara dan pembangunan melalui pembinaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil secara menyeluruh. yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada SMAN 1 Belitang Madang Raya OKU Timur”. Agar data yang terkumpul nanti dapat berguna dalam upaya memecahkan permasalahan yang diteliti, maka perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap data. Tujuan analisis data ini untuk mengolah data agar mudah dipahami dan dapat di interpretasikan serta mencerminkan hubungan antara masalah yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diatas maka dapat diperoleh hasil r = 0,478, setelah dihubungkan dengan standar konservatif untuk mengetahui erat atau tidaknya hubungan pelatihan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada SMAN 1 Belitang Madang Raya OKU Timur, ternyata r = 0,478 yang termasuk dalam kategori hubungan yang tergolong sedang. Maka dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara pelatihan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada SMAN 1 Belitang Madang Raya OKU Timur.
