Abstract

Promosi adalah kegiatan komunikasi antara perusahaan dan konsumen sebagai usaha untuk memperingati konsumen dalam kegiatan pembelian sesuai keinginan. Untuk menarik minat mahasiswa baru dalam memilih perguruan tinggi perlu diadakan promosi baik melalu media elektronik, cetak dan lain-lain yang kegunaanya untuk menyampaikan informasi dan menarik perhatian agar jumlah mahasiswa meningkat. Begitu juga halnya dengan pelayanan kepada calon mahasiswa baru harus ditingkatkan lagi agar jumlah mahasiswa meningkat. Perguruan tinggi yang baik dan berkualitas dapat menentukan karir seseorang dalam dunia kerja sehingga menjadi lebih professional, oleh karena itu pendidikan pada tingkat perguruan itnggi saat ini sangat dipandang penting oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari kegiatan manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah memperoleh individu - individu yang akan memililiki nilai ekonomi bagi perusahaan, memiliki produktivtitas yang tinggi dan memiliki kepuasan kerja untuk dapat menarik, mempertahankan dan menumbuhkan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan kebutyuhan perusahaan maka perusahaan terlebih dahulu ahrus melakukakn proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia (human resources planning). Perencanaan sumber daya manusia merupakan peramalan kebutuhan jumlah tenaga kerja berikut perkiraan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dari tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan serta mengenai pasokan tenaga kerja dengan kualifikasi tertentu yang berada di pasar tenaga kerja. Seleksi merupakan langkah pertama yang harus dilakukan perusahaan untuk memperoleh karyawan yang kompeten dan nantinya akan menempati posisi tertentu serta mengerjakan semua pekerjaan pada perusahaan. Pelaksanaan seleksi harus dilakukan secara baik, tepat dan objektif supaya karyawan yang diterima benar-benar mempunyai kompetensi untuk menjabat dan melaksanakan pekerjaan, serta bekerja untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan sosialisasi hasil penelitian dosen dan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan sejarah Universitas PGRI Palembang kepada guru dan siswa-siswi SMA N 1 Air Sugihan dalam memperkaya pengetahuan dan menambah pengayaan sumber materi ajar bagi guru dan siswa-siswi di SMA N 1 Air Sugihan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Langkah-langkah pada kegiatan ini dimulai dari observasi awal, kegiatan pelaksanaan sosialisasi, kegiatan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa di SMA N 1 Air Sugihan ini adalah mensosialisasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dosen dan mahasiswa kepada para guru dan siswa-siswi SMA N 1 Air Sugihan baik dalam bidang penelitian sejarah maupun bidang lainnya. Menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman para guru dan siswa terkait hasil penelitian sejarah dan Pendidikan dan menambah pengayaan materi  sejarah bagi guru dan siswa-siswi khususnya materi sejarah lokal sehingga para guru dan siswa-siswi dapat menggunakan materi hasil penelitian tersebut sebagai bahan materi ajar di sekolah

Abstract

The work ethic in the corporate bureaucracy must still be improved so as to realize optimal performance. In line with this, in an effort to increase employee morale, one of them is by providing motivation, because morale is one of the determining factors in the process of achieving goals. If employee morale begins to decline will result in failure of goals to be achieved, in contrast to high morale, the goals will be achieved properly. The condition that occurs at PT. Buluh Cawang Platations Dabuk Rejo Ogan Komering Ilir is the existence of employee education background constraints that are not appropriate to their line of work. The employees in carrying out work are not supported by their knowledge and expertise which results in suboptimal employee performance. The non-optimal performance of the employee can be seen from not achieving the set work targets. The results of this study want to know the effect of work placement on employee job satisfaction at PT. Buluh Cawang Platations Dabuk Rejo Ogan Komering Ilir. While the analysis tool used is a simple linear regression analysis, and using the t test. This conclusion is obtained partially known work placement (X1) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Buluh Cawang Platations Dabuk Rejo Ogan Komering Ilir. This is shown from the t-count value of the work placement variable (X1) = 11.662 which is greater than the t table value of 1.697.

Abstract

Training activities cannot be ignored, especially in entering the era of increasingly fierce, sharp, intense competition in this millennium century. In this connection we realize that training is fundamental for employees. By following the development and growth, which is marked by the greater diversification of the workforce, the form of organization and global competition that continues to increase, training and development efforts enable employees to expand their obligations and greater responsibilities. The effectiveness of training and development depends on the integrity of the employees with other HR activities. Providing incentive compensation such as stock options and additional benefits, such as an attractive retirement plan, is a temporary effective way to reduce turnover, especially among executives.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of national education, as stated in the law aims to lay the foundation of intelligence, knowledge, personality, character, skills for oneself and further education. Mardiwacana Vocational School East OKU is one of the programs supporting the government, participating in the intellectual life of the nation, motivation is a driving factor that influences human behavior. While what happened at East OKU Mardiwadana Vocational High School, the motivation of teachers changes so that it affects the quality standards of students. The task of a teacher is hard, in addition to being a teacher educator it also becomes a manager that regulates everything related to the administration of learning in the classroom, thus based on the above background, the researcher takes the title Effect of Teacher Motivation on Teacher Performance To Increase Student Quality Stability in Middle School Vocational Mardiwacana East OKU. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of teacher motivation on teacher performance in order to improve the quality standards of students at Mardiwacana Vocational School East OKU. Based on the results of data processing with SPSS for simple regression analysis obtained the results of the regression equation with Y = 25.672 + 0.546X. Based on the regression equation, it can be analyzed the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, namely: (1) Constant of 25.672 meaning that if the motivation value is zero, the profitability of job satisfaction increases by 25.672%. (2) Motivation variable regression coefficient of 0.546 means that if motivation has increased by 1, then the profitability of job satisfaction will increase by 0.546. Positive coefficient means that there is a positive influence between non-material incentives on job satisfaction. (3) From the statistical analysis it can be seen that the value of R Square (R2) is 0.566. This shows that the work motivation variable affects 56.6% of employee job satisfaction, while the remaining 43.6% is the influence of other independent variables not explained by this research model. Based on the data and analysis qualitatively and quantitatively in this study, a conclusion can be drawn that there is a significant influence of teacher motivation on teacher performance in order to improve the quality of students at the Vocational High School of East OKU Mardiwacana. Keywords: Motivation, performance, quality standards, Vocational High School, East OKU AbstractTujuan pendidikan nasional, sebagai mana tercantum dalam undang-undang tersebut bertujuan untuk meletakkan dasar kecerdasan, pengetahuan, kepribadian, ahlak, keterampilan untuk diri sendiri dan pendidikan lebih lanjut. SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur merupakan salah satu program mendukung pereintah, ikut turut serta dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, Motivasi merupakan factor penggerak yang mempengaruhi tingkah laku manusia. Sedangkan yang terjadi di SMK Mardiwadana OKU Timur, motivasi guru berubah ubah sehingga mempengaruhi standar mutu siswa. Tugas seorang guru itu berat, selain menjadi seorang pendidik guru juga menjadi menejer yang mengatur segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan administrasi pempelajaran di kelas, dengan demikian berdasarkan latarbelakang di atas maka peneliti mengambil judul Pengaruh Motivasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Guna Meningkatkan Stadar Mutu Siswa Pada SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru guna meningkatkan standar mutu  siswa pada SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS untuk analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi dengan Y= 25,672+0,546X. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi tersebut dapat dianalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, yaitu: (1) Konstanta sebesar 25,672 artinya jika motivasi nilainya adalah nol, maka profitabilitas kepuasan kerja naik sebesar 25,672%. (2) Koefisien regresi variabel motivasi sebesar 0,546 artinya jika motivasi mengalami kenaikan sebesar 1, maka profitabilitas kepuasan kerja akan mengalami peningkatan 0,546. Koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi pengaruh yang positif antara insentif non material terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Dari analisis secara statistik tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa nilai R Square (R2) adalah 0,566. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa  variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh sebesar 56,6% terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai,  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,6% adalah merupakan pengaruh dari variabel bebas lain yang tidak dijelaskan oleh model penelitian ini. Berdasarkan data dan analisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat diambil suatu kesimpulan yaitu Ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru guna meningkatkan stadar mutu siswa pada SMK Mardiwacana OKU Timur. Kata kunci : Motivasi,  kinerja, standar mutu, SMK, OKU Timur

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) partially the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Arungkeke District Office, Jeneponto Regency. 2) The simultaneous influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on the performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. This research was conducted on employees of the Arungkeke District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 32 employees of the Arungkeke District Office, Jeneponto Regency. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: partially Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. This means that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline are able to improve the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. Simultaneously Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency. Partially, it shows that the leadership style variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the Arungkeke District Office Employees, Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects between individual abilities and work environment on work morale through employee job satisfaction at the Barru District Bawaslu Office. In this study, researchers used a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees in the Barru Regency Government Office as many as 101 people, so the sample technique used was saturated samples. Hypothesis testing is done using path analysis techniques and the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that: Individual ability and work environment directly have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee morale at the Barrulu Bawaslu office. Likewise the indirect effect of the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on morale through employee job satisfaction in the Bawaslu office of Barru Regency. While the individual's ability indirectly has a positive but not significant effect on morale through employee job satisfaction at the Barru Regency Bawaslu office.

Abstract

Convection Drumband Uniform is a convection that makes and sells drumband uniforms in Klaten Gadingrejo Village. System sales, promotion and marketing still use manual system. For that we need a system that can help Convection Drumband Uniforms to be known to the wider community. With the design of Mobile Web-based E-commerce application is the PHP programming language, text editor Macro Dreamweaver, and Photoshop CS6. This app can ease promotion, sales, and expand marketing.
