Abstract

the phenomenon of early marriage is still widely found, especially in areas where the majority of educational awareness is still relatively low. The trend of early marriage is still a pro and con. There are also parents who want their children to graduate from school, become adults or be established first. There are concerns about failing their studies, getting divorced quickly because they are not old enough and the economy is difficult because they do not work. Research Objectives To find out the Fiqh View on early marriage according to the 4 Schools. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis, namely an analysis carried out through field studies to Ulama, Society, and the MUI of Banjarmasin City in collecting data using the purposive sampling research method. Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the comparative of histological figures in Clarias gariepinus and Oreochromis niloticus skin. A total of 18 samples were observed and collected the skin preservation. The hematoxylin-eosin staining performed to determine the histological structure. Results showed that there were different structures in the epidermis and dermis layer between C. gariepinus and O. niloticus skin. Club cells showed dominated in the epidermis layer of C. gariepinus. The pigmented cell showed clearly in the basement layer of C. gariepinus compared to O. niloticus. Stratum compactum in O. niloticus also showed adequate compared to C. gariepinus.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 Jawa Barat saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pencapaian target kinerja di tengah tuntutan pelanggan dan dinamika industri logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, dan Innovation Logistics Capabilities terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi Dynamic Logistics Capabilities. Penelitian ini dapat mengisi celah empiris dalam kajian logistik nasional, khususnya pada perusahaan milik negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 pelanggan logistik di 20 kota dan kabupaten di wilayah kerja Regional 3 Jawa Barat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung, Customer Experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, namun tidak terhadap Dynamic Logistics Capabilities. Sebaliknya, Operational Excellence dan Innovation Logistics Capabilities berpengaruh positif terhadap Dynamic Logistics Capabilities, tetapi tidak secara langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Secara tidak langsung, Operational Excellence dan Innovation Logistics Capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui mediasi Dynamic Logistics Capabilities, sedangkan Customer Experience tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kapabilitas logistik dinamis sebagai penghubung antara operational excellence dan inovasi logistik dalam mendorong kinerja perusahaan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan layanan dan inovasi logistik yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Capital market transaction activities encourage the country's economic growth through the investment sector of Sharia capital market products and Sharia capital market portfolios traded by companies through Sharia capital market transactions. The research explains the practice of calculating income in retail sukuk products, corporations, and savings sukuk that use mudarabah contracts. The government issues securities to obtain funds and manages to get profits that will be distributed to investors with the principle of mudarabah contracts. The research aims to discover the practice of calculating retail sukuk profit sharing, selling retail sukuk, and implementing retail sukuk in the Sharia economy. The research method uses a qualitative method, using primary data from financial reports from the BI website. In contrast, secondary data is taken from books, journals, scientific papers, final projects, and others. The results of this research are retail sukuk issued with auction mechanisms, book-building, and private placement. There are several stages for retail sukuk sales and several stages for the implementation of sukuk. The shared practice of calculating the profit sharing applied the Sharia principles: 60%: 40%, 70%: 30%, and 50%: 50%. In 2022, the Sharia capital market distributed a surplus of IDR 175 billion.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effectiveness of implementing the picture-and-picture learning model in improving student learning outcomes. This research is action research carried out in class VIII H of MTs Negeri 5 Nganjuk, East Java. The research subjects were 32 students in class VIII H of MTs Negeri 5 Nganjuk. This research consists of 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle involves planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research results show that being given a picture-and-picture learning model can improve students' social studies learning outcomes. There was an increase in the average post-test score for cycle I and cycle II. Students who achieved the KKM also experienced an increase. Most students think applying the picture and picture model is fun because it is easier to learn and memorize.

Abstract

Bandar udara sebagai pelayanan publik harus memiliki kinerja yang baik untuk memenuhi standar operasional agar pengguna merasa puas. Bandar udara Kertajati baru beroperasi sehingga peningkatan mutu operasional bandar udara menjadi perhatian utama untuk menunjang kinerja yang dapat memenuhi standar pelayanan operasional. Dalam rangka evaluasi kinerja, maka diperlukan pengukuran kinerja operasional untuk Divisi Pelayanan Operasi Bandar Udara Kertajati. Namun, belum tersedianya alat pengukuran kinerja yang baik akan mengakibatkan hasil pengukuran kinerja operasional tidak dapat memberikan hasil yang baik pula. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan pedoman pengukuran, pembuatan hierarki, dan rancangan kinerja operasional di Bandara Internasional Kertajati menggunakan Balanced Scorecard, AHP, dan metode OMAX. Metodologi penelitian mencakup penetapan ukuran kinerja berbasis Balanced Scorecard, penyusunan hierarki menggunakan AHP, dan perancangan pengukuran kinerja dengan metode OMAX di bandara internasional. Penelitian ini menetapkan ukuran kinerja operasional Bandara Kertajati dengan prioritas tertinggi pada perspektif pelanggan (55,40%), diikuti finansial (19,40%), internal (18,20%), dan pertumbuhan pembelajaran (6,90%). Temuan ini memberikan kerangka evaluasi kinerja yang terukur dan sistematis. Hasilnya menjadi dasar strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan bandara. Dari sudut pandang praktis, penerapan BSC membantu pengelolaan bandara di Indonesia merumuskan strategi yang komprehensif, menetapkan sasaran yang jelas, dan menyesuaikan layanan serta operasional dengan kebutuhan pelanggan dalam menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) membuat pemetaan daya tarik wisata, 2) menganalisis pola sebaran dan karakteristik wisata di Kabupaten Tuban, dan 3) membuat paket wisata berdasarkan peta daya tarik wisata yang sudah dibuat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan lima tahap pengembangan suatu sistem informasi yaitu spesifikasi data, pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penyebaran data dan penerapan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebaran daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Tuban tersebar hampir ke setiap kecamatannya. Pola sebaran wisata di Kabupaten Tuban cenderung mengelompok dengan karakteristik yang berbeda di setiap wisatanya. Terdapat tiga paket wisata yang dibuat berdasarkan wisata unggulan yang dipilih responden dan minat wisata. Ketiga paket wisata tersebut ialah Tuban Leisure, Minat Wisata Alam dan Minat Wisata Religi. Peta daya tarik wisata dan paket wisata dapat digunakan wisatawan sebagai panduan dan informasi awal dalam mengunjungi wisata di Kabupaten Tuban serta sebagai masukan bagi dinas terkait dalam peningkatan wisata di Kabupaten Tuban.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop the use of thermographic analysis to evaluate wound healing for laparotomy surgery in animals. The experiment used nine adult dogs 5 males and 4 females, bodyweight 5-10 kg) that had undergone the same general anesthesia and laparotomy procedures. Evaluation of wound healing was performed at 24, 48, and 72 hours after surgery and 7 days after operations using a digital thermal camera. During each thermographic evaluation period, blood samples were taken for analysis of total leukocytes and leukocyte differential. The results of thermal imaging were compared with the values of inflammatory cells and the clinical condition of wound healing. Comparison of thermographic analysis with inflammatory status was evaluated using the regression equation and showed a strong correlation coefficient (Y= -0.4847 + 40.14, R2= 0.867), that is, the higher the temperature, the lower the inflammation. The conclusion of study is that thermographic analysis can be used to evaluate wound healing of laparotomy surgery in dogs.
