Abstract

PT. Trans Nusantara Logistik adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengiriman, penerimaan, bongkar muat, menyimpan, menyortir, mengemas, mengukur, menimbang, menyelesaikan pemrosesan dokumen, menerbitkan dokumen pengangkutan, membuat reservasi pengiriman. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan mengolah hasil data yang diperoleh untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan metode Vogel approximation (VAM), kemudian metode MODI (Modified Distribution). Metode Vogel aproximasi (VAM) adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung solusi fisibel awal dari suatu masalah transportasi. Selain itu, metode MODI (Modified Distribution) merupakan evolusi dari metode stepping. Karena penentuan persegi panjang berongga yang hemat biaya dibuat dengan proses yang lebih aman dan presisi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada proses pengiriman produk pakan ayam bravo dengan menggunakan metode VAM dan MODI, diketahui bahwa biaya pengiriman dapat diminimumkan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat perbedaan biaya distribusi, dimana biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh PT. TNL pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2022 sebelum usulan menggunakan metode VAM dan MODI sebesar Rp15.415.000. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan diperoleh hasil biaya transportasi minimum sebesar Rp 14.215.440., dimana hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan penelitian lebih minimum dengan selisih sebesar Rp1.199.560. atau berhasil dioptimalkan sebanyak 8%.

Abstract

Obligasi hijau mulai menyasar investor perorangan dari penerbitan green sukuk ritel. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya pangsa investor pada produk investasi berkelanjutan dalam tujuh tahun terakhir yang berasal dari agen aset yang kurang dikelola. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini merupakan kuliatatif dengan pendekatan literatur review. Metode penelitian kualitatif mengkaji dari literatur review dari perkembangan transaksi green sukuk dari tahun 2018 sampai 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara khusus obligasi hijau mampu memintaskan sumber daya dari pasar modal dalam negeri dan luar negeri untuk mengatur perubahan iklim, energi bersih dan terjangkau serta ekosistem lautan dan daratan. Obligasi Hijau diterbitkan mulai menyasar investor individu dari penerbitan Obligasi Hijau ritel. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi dari pangsa investor yang meningkat di produk investasi berkelanjutan Pada kurun waktu 7 tahun terakhir dari agen aset under manajemen. Di tahun 2012 hanya 11% dari investasi berkelanjutan di dunia dikendalikan oleh investor ritel. Proporsi itu lalu meningkat jadi 25% di tahun 2018. Negara yang sudah mengeluarkan Obligasi Hijau ritel diantaranya adalah Jepang, Canada, New Zealand, Amerika Serikat serta Afrika Selatan. Sedangkan di Indonesia melalui Kementerian Keuangan juga menerbitkan 3 seri instrumen Obligasi Hijau dengan kerangka Green sukuk. Green sukuk merupakan instrumen Obligasi Hijau yang dikeluarkan sejalan dengan prinsip syariah Islam. Green sukuk pertama adalah sukuk Global yang terbit tahun 2018 senilai USD1,25 miliar.

Abstract

An international conference is an event that involves researchers from around the world. This will certainly provide a broader view of the knowledge gained. Problems with the information system managed by the organizer. This problem will certainly hamper the productivity of the organizers. Therefore, the focus of this development is to provide convenience for organizers in conducting conference management that is being held. The method used in this research is waterfall using 4 stages, namely analysis, design, coding, and testing.  The selection of the waterfall method is because the stages in the waterfall are systematic in sequence. This certainly makes it easy for developers to create information systems. The results of this development resulted in an application entitled International Conference State University of Malang "ICON-UM". Based on the results of black-box testing, it is interpreted that all functions developed run optimally. This system can be a recommendation for international conference organizers.

Abstract

Wetlands: 3D Mapstory Application to Improve Students’ Learning Outcomes: Effective or Ineffective?. Objectives: The development of learning media in the era of Education 4.0 can be measured by technological innovation. However, limited time and funds have hindered lecturers and students from various higher education institutions in Indonesia from experiencing direct field practice, especially in the wetlands in South Kalimantan, hailed as one of Indonesia's natural laboratories for wetlands. The development of the Wetlands: 3D Mapstory answers students' conditions to become more familiar with the wetland environment without coming directly to South Kalimantan. The aim is to effectively use the Wetlands: 3D Mapstory to concretize the abstract concept of wetlands to improve students’ learning outcomes. Methods: The research development using the Luther model is limited to the testing stage. It is designed using 3D maps from satellite imagery using ArcGIS and combined with photos and learning materials on wetlands. The validation uses expert judgment on material and media aspects. Effectiveness test using paired sample t-test to analyze effective or ineffective Wetlands: 3D Mapstory Application to improve learning outcomes. Findings: The results show that the Wetlands: 3D Mapstory was developed as an Android-based application. This application was declared feasible and effective for improving student learning outcomes related to developing wetland areas in the Geography Education Study Program at Lambung Mangkurat University. So, the development of Wetlands: 3D Mapstory can fill the gap in learning media geography to improve the quality of lectures. Conclusion: Wetlands: 3D Mapstory Applications are feasible and practical for exploring wetlands in South Kalimantan and enhancing students’ learning outcomes. The implications of the results of this research strengthen and increase the variety of learning media to support learning activities and outcomes in universities. Keywords: wetlands, learning outcomes, 3d mapstory, application, effective.

Abstract

The study is titled “The Mediating Effect of Employee Performance on the Influence of Human, Relational, and Organizational Capital on Retail Logistics Improvement : Evidence from PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).” The primary objective of this research is to evaluate and analyze strategies to improve retail segment sales performance by focusing on Human Capital, Relational Capital, and Organizational Capital and also employee performance as variables affecting competitive advantage and their impact on company performance. This research is motivated by the underachievement of revenue performance in the retail business segment of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional III Bandung, which only reached 63.49% of the target, and low employee performance. The research adopts a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative analysis techniques, involving 125 respondents who are senior leaders with a minimum tenure of one year in their current positions. The analysis results indicate that Human Capital, Relational Capital, Organizational Capital and employee performance have a positive and significant impact on company performance. This study offers strategic recommendations for PT Pos Indonesia to enhance employee performance and improve service quality to strengthen its competitive position in the national logistics industry.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of the courier service industry in Indonesia has resulted in heightened delivery activities, contributing to elevated carbon emissions and diminished logistics efficiency, particularly in last-mile delivery. This situation emphasizes the urgent need for the development of green supply chain strategies that are predicated not only on environmentally sustainable technologies and transportation but also on the support of logistics digitalization. This study seeks to analyze the impacts of Green Technology (GTH) and Green Transportation (GTP) on Green Supply Chain Performance (GSP), while also assessing the mediating role of Green Logistics Digitalization (GLD). A quantitative approach was employed through an explanatory survey utilizing a cross-sectional design. Data were gathered from 341 supervisors of courier companies across eight major provinces in Indonesia and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The findings indicate that both GTH and GTP significantly affect GSP, both directly and indirectly through GLD. GTP exhibited the strongest path coefficient (β = 0.462), followed by GTH (β = 0.350) and GLD (β = 0.295). These results extend the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) by incorporating digitalization as a strategic environmental capability. Practically, the study advocates for integrated investment in green technologies, sustainable transportation, and digital infrastructure as a key strategy to improve green supply chain performance within the courier industry.

Abstract

Purpose  -  This research is to  examine  the effect of Internal Service Quality on Customer Service Behavior at Bank Jatim branch Blitar. In order to know the relationship occur among the independent variables Internal Service Quality (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Emphaty, and Responsiveness) on Customer Service Behavior the regression analysis, F test and t test was conducted.  Design/Population/Metodology  -  This  research is explanatory research, in accordance with its purpose to explain the correlation and relations of some fixed variables.The population of this research was the employee of Bank Jatim branch Blitar. The research using cencus, a study by all element human resource/employee in bank jatim branch blitar and the research instruments was tested use the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing was using the Ftable and t table to analyze the data to be used in Multiple Regression Analysis. Result  - The multiple regression showed that, simultaneously, Internal Service Quality (Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Emphaty,  and  Responsiveness) had significant effect on Consumer Service Behavior. While partially tested, the variables of Reliability, Assurance  and Emphaty had significant effect on Consumer Service Behavior. Then, Tangible and Responsiveness had not significant effect on Consumer Service Behavior. While dominant test shows  Assurance  has a dominant effect on Consumer Service Behavior.   Keywords: customer service behavior, internal service quality, internal marketing

Abstract

This paper examines the benefits of changing the payment system from SPMA (Academic Quality Improvement Contribution) to UKT (Single Money). On the one hand, the government considers that the UKT system provides great benefits because it is able to provide access to higher education for the general public who are less well off. On the other hand, students considered that the UKT system was not as good as theorized because it did not provide significant benefits. With a legal approach to UKT regulation, it is analyzed with Jeremy Bentham's theory of utilitarianism by using UKT implementation data in several PTKIN. As a result, the UKT system has benefits for the community. By using the instrument of the principle of utilitarianism, namely the greatest happiness, the data in the field shows that the implementation of UKT provides benefits to students.

Abstract

Background: As Indonesia's economy is increasingly driven by youth entrepreneurship and innovation, it requires examination of cultural factors and government support to foster entrepreneurial spirit among young people.Purpose: This research empirically investigates the relationship between long-term orientation, power distance, and uncertainty avoidance and how these factors influence the entrepreneurial orientation of young individuals in Bandar Lampung, with the perception of government regulations playing a mediating role. Design/methodology/approach: The study used a quantitative research approach, employing Structural Equation Modeling. The sample consisted of 200 respondents, young entrepreneurs from Bandar Lampung, selected through a simple random sampling method. The analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) technique. Findings/Result: The study found that long-term orientation significantly impacts entrepreneurial orientation. Additionally, it found that power distance and uncertainty avoidance are significant factors in shaping entrepreneurial orientation. Testing the mediating effect of the perception of government regulations indicates a significant role in the relationship between the independent variables and entrepreneurial orientation. The findings of this research indicate that the entrepreneurial mindset of the young generation in Indonesia is moderately influenced by a well-organized environment. Conclusion: The findings underscore the importance of a supportive regulatory environment in fostering entrepreneurial mindset among the youth, prompting policymakers to focus on enhancing regulations to incentivize innovation and streamline procedures for young entrepreneurs.Originality/value (State of the art): The originality of this research lies in its exploration of the interplay between cultural dimensions and government regulations on entrepreneurial orientation, which contributes to the understanding of how socio-cultural factors and regulatory perceptions influence entrepreneurial behavior in emerging economies.
