Abstract

leaders must be able to work with people they lead to provide motivation to do work sincerely. Thus means education leaders must have feelings. Leaders do not distance themselves from group members with the intention of causing feelings of fear and loyalty, precisely the opposite only by understanding and living the feelings and thoughts of members of the group, someone will be accepted, respected and respected as a leader. In general, the meaning contained in the expression of quality is not new for those involved in general system management thinking and services or specifically the education system. Quality is the key word for the success of competing in business performance, including in the field of education. the most effective efforts by increasing the accountability of the education process. Process accountability is expected to truly be able to guarantee that madrassas can maintain and improve their quality progressively and continuously.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of social interaction between ex-drug addict students and non-drug addict students at school, to analyze the behavior of ex-drug addict and non-drug addict students influencing each other in the process of social interaction at school, to analyze the behavior of ex-drug addict students in fostering a sense of self-confidence in the process of interacting between the two at school naturally the purpose of this research will be collected through observation, interviews and documentation. This research includes a type of skinative approach. Data obtained using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and leveraging. The results of this study indicate that interactions between former drug addict and non-drug addict students occur in the learning process, where non-drug addict students are more active in speaking than former drug addict students. The activeness of listening and responding to interlocutors of both individual students is the same. The interaction skills of ex-drug addict and non-drug addict students show different abilities between the two groups, but show almost the same ability seen from individuals with individuals in the group. Ex-drug addict students are the same as other drug addict students when working with non-addict students, namely sometimes inferior and more silent, in contrast to non-addict students who are more courageous and focused when working together. They interact with their group more easily than interacting with friends who are different from their group characters. The dominant behavior patterns that influence ex-drug addict and non-addict students in interacting are different. The behavior of former students is dominant in the aspects of avaluation, control, and neutral. Meanwhile, drug addict students are dominated by control and certainty behavior. Ex-addict students are influenced by feelings of inferiority, while non-addict students are dominated by feelings of high self-confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Transformasi Adminitrasi Pendidikan Menuju Pendidikan Berkualitas di SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiaman bagaimana transformasi administrasi yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam menuju pendidikan yang berkualitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk melihat keabsahan data, maka peneliti menggunakan triangulasi yang terdiri dari triangulasi waktu, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumbe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang, implementasi transformasi administrasi pendidikan menuju pendidikan berkualitas telah berjalan dengan baik. Ini melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti transparansi administrasi pendidikan, pengembangan kebijakan dan prosedur, evaluasi dan peningkatan berkelanjutan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Proses administrasi yang transparan telah menjadi bagian penting dalam upaya lembaga pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara efektif. Selain itu, pengembangan kebijakan dan prosedur telah memastikan bahwa sekolah memiliki pedoman yang jelas untuk mengatur berbagai aspek kehidupan sekolah, termasuk kebijakan akademik, disiplin, keselamatan, dan keamanan. Transformasi administrasi juga melibatkan evaluasi dan penyempurnaan kebijakan dan prosedur yang ada sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan sekolah. Selanjutnya, integrasi teknologi informasi dalam proses pembelajaran telah meningkatkan aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas, dan kualitas pendidikan. Guru dapat memanfaatkan berbagai platform pembelajaran daring, aplikasi edukasi, dan sumber daya digital lainnya untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa serta memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang terarah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Integrasi Nilai Filsafat Pendidikan Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiaman apasaja integrasi nilai filsafat pendidikan yang ada pada kurikulum merdeka juga diterapkan pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni kajian kepustakaan. Proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti berasal dari buku teks, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan tinjauan literatur yang berisi konsep-konsep yang diteliti. Setelah data dikumpulkan, maka proses analisis. Analisis dimulai dengan meninjau hasil penelitian berdasarkan relevansi, paling relevan, relevan, dan cukup relevan. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai filsafat pendidikan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan. Tujuannya, Pertama, memperkuat nilai-nilai spiritual dan moral dalam Kurikulum Merdeka untuk membentuk individu yang tidak hanya cerdas dan terampil, tetapi juga memiliki integritas dan nilai-nilai moral yang kuat. Integrasi ini dilakukan secara menyeluruh dalam kurikulum, metode pengajaran, lingkungan sekolah, serta melalui kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan komunitas. Kedua, Mencapai keseimbangan antara ilmu pengetahuan dan agama dalam Kurikulum Merdeka bertujuan membentuk individu yang kompeten secara akademis sekaligus memiliki karakter yang kuat dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual. Ketiga, Melalui pendekatan filsafat pendidikan, Kurikulum Merdeka bertujuan mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan global dengan membekali mereka dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai yang diperlukan untuk sukses dalam dunia yang dinamis dan kompleks. Keempat, Kurikulum Merdeka bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia melalui pendekatan yang menyeluruh dan adaptif.

Abstract

This aarticle is motivated by how the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, the role of administration in improving administrative services there are 3 main points, namely: 1) Serving the implementation of operative work to achieve the goals of an organization 2) Providing information -information for the superiors of the leadership of the Organization so that they can make decisions or take appropriate actions 3) Assisting the smooth development of the organization as a whole. As for administrative services, namely an effort provided by the school to students to be more optimal and all joint efforts to utilize resources, both personal and material, effectively and efficiently in order to optimally support the achievement of goals. This study aims to determine the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. In this study, this study used several data collection techniques, including interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the role of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri that administrative staff plays an active role in improving the quality of administrative services at MTS Nurul Fajri Tambangan Kelekar Village, but because there are still many things that need to be learned so that developments in its administrative services developed gradually.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interactive education marketing strategy at Al Bukhori School in Banyuasin, and identify inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of this strategy. Conducted at Al Bukhori School, Jl Meritai Raya Perumahan Anggrek Indah Banyuasin, this study employs a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data is acquired through field observations and in-depth analysis to provide insights into the interactive education marketing strategy. The research findings indicate that product, price, promotion, and people are key indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. This strategy focuses on a positive image through school community relations and appropriate pricing. It is discovered that promotion and people's involvement play a crucial role in the success of marketing educational services. However, the research also identifies inhibiting factors, such as financial constraints and a lack of public awareness about interactive education.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the "Supervision Strategy for Facilities and Infrastructure at MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya, Belitang II District." The objective of this research is to describe how the supervision strategy for facilities and infrastructure is implemented at MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya. This research employs qualitative research with a descriptive approach, and the main informants in this study are the school principal and the head of facilities and infrastructure. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research data validity is assessed through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the analysis, the supervision strategy for facilities and infrastructure is functioning effectively, and there have been changes and improvements as a result of the strategy and supervision. Firstly, environmental supervision identification has been conducted, which involves summarizing, reducing, and narrowing down information by reporting to the school principal and consulting with multiple informants to gather relevant information. Secondly, the formulation of the strategy has been well executed, encompassing steps such as preparing alternative strategies, planning supervision strategies, determining supervision strategies, and conducting evaluations. Thirdly, the selection of suitable strategies for overseeing facilities and infrastructure, with the school principal delegating responsibilities to the head of facilities and infrastructure. Fourthly, the use of supervision strategies, which includes planning, decision-making, implementation, and evaluation.Keywords: Strategy, Supervision, Facilities, and InfrastructureAbstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai “Strategi Pengawasan Sarana dan Prasarana di MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Belitang II”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi pengawasan sarana dan prasarana di MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskrrptif, dan infoman utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan waka sarana dan prasarana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa srategi pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sudah berjalan dengan baik dan ada perubahan dan peningkatan yang terjadi dengan adanya strategi dan pengawasan yang, Pertama, Identifikasi lingkungan pengawasan sudah dilakukan yakni menyimpulkan, mereduksi, dan mempersempit informasi itu dengan cara melakukan pelaporan ke kepala madrasah dan melakukan musyawarah dengan beberapa informan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan. Kedua, perumusan strategi sudah dilakukan dengan baik yakni langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam melakukan penilaian pengawasan yang pertama melakukan persiapan strategi alternative, perencanaan strategi pengawasan, menetapkan strategi pengawasan, dan melakukan evaluasi. Ketiga, melakukan pemilihan strategi yang cocok untuk digunakan dalam pengawasan sarana dan prasarana. Dan untuk hal ini kepala sekolah melakukan sistem delegasi ke waka sarana dan prasarana. Keempat, penggunaan strategi pengawasan dalam hal ini melakukan perencanaan, penentuan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pengawasan, Sarana dan Prasarana

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the role of student council in Muhadhoroh activities at MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. The purpose of this research is to analyse how the role of student council in running muhadhoroh activities at MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive types, and the main informants in this study are student council and student council supervisor. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Test the validity of research data by triangulating sources, triangulating tactics and triangulating time. After the research was conducted, it was found that the role of the student council in carrying out muhadhoroh activities at MA Nurul Hilal Senuro was by becoming a forum for student activities, a mobiliser or motivator, a preventive role. With this task, it teaches the student council about responsibility for activities in this school, especially those held by the student council itself, such as this muhadhoroh activity. Being a forum for student activities is by means of the student council being responsible for student activities, one of which is muhadhoroh activities, being a motivator or motivator, which is carried out by the student council by giving advice or direction to students and also sometimes the direction and advice is given by the teacher or student council coach directly, then it becomes a preventive role, one of which is by taking attendance every attendance in order to prevent students who are not intentionally absent.Keywords: Role, Student Council, MuhadhorohAbstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Peran Osis Dalam Kegiatan Muhadhoroh di MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa bagaimana peran OSIS dalam menjalankan kegiatan muhadhoroh di MA Nurul Hilal Senuro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif, dan informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah OSIS dan pembina OSIS. Tektik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi taktik dan triangulasi waktu. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dihasilkan bahwa bagaimana peran OSIS dalam menjalankan kegiatan muhadhoroh di MA Nurul Hilal Senuro yaitu dengan cara menjadi wadah bagi kegiatan siswa, penggerak atau motivator, peranan yang bersifat preventif. Dengan adanya tugas tersebut mengajarkan OSIS tentang tanggung jawab atas kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di sekolah ini tertutama yang dipegang oleh OSIS sendiri seperti kegiatan muhadhoroh ini menjadi wadah bagi kegiatan siswa adalah dengan cara OSIS menjadi penanggungjawab pada kegiatan-kegiatan siswa salahsatunya kegiatan muhadhoroh, menjadi penggerak atau motivator yakni dilakukan OSIS dengan cara memberikan nasehat atau arahan kepada siswa dan juga terkadang arahan dan nasehat tersebut diberikan oleh guru atau pembina OSIS langsung, selanjutnya menjadi peranan yang bersifat preventif yakni salah satunya dengan cara mengabsen setiap kehadiran agar dapat mencegah siswa yang tidak sengaja untuk tidak hadir.Kata kunci: Peran, OSIS, Muhadhoroh

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Headmaster's Strategies in Managing Teacher Performance at MI Fatimah Sriwijaya Palembang." The research method used in this study is qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants are the headmaster, teachers, and administrative staff. The technique used in qualitative data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and subsequently drawing conclusions/verification. Triangulation in this study involves using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study show that the strategy of the head of the madrasah in managing teacher performance is certainly implemented quite well through several indicators, namely rational empiritical strategy (by holding teacher council meetings), normal reducative strategy (dividing tasks according to teacher positions and areas of interest), fellowship strategy (social interaction between teachers in madrasahs), academic strategy (holding trainings, seminars, bimtek),  and engineering strategy (giving examples to all madrasah residents, especially teachers). Furthermore, the factors that influence the strategy of the head of the madrasah in managing teacher performance are good cooperation between colleagues, the existence of motivation that encourages morale, not only that in managing teacher performance limited funds are inhibiting factors, especially limited funds in facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the process of supervising the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Tulung Selapan, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This study employs a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The key informants in this research are the principal and the vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, while the supporting informants are the teachers. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the supervision of facilities and infrastructure maintenance has been carried out well and has led to many positive changes in the school, improving conditions through the implementation of maintenance supervision, which includes awareness, understanding, organization, implementation, and documentation. Supporting factors for the supervision of facilities and infrastructure maintenance include the availability of human resources and good communication. The inhibiting factor is the lack of available funds.
