Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of jigsaw learning assisted by video media on students' motivation and cognitive learning outcomes. This research uses an experimental design, which is one part of the quantitative method. Sampling for the experimental group and control group in this study used simple random sampling from all class V students in Gugus Melati, East OKU Buay Madang District, which consists of 5 state elementary schools. A total of 60 students were sampled, of which 30 were in the experimental class (SD Negeri 2 Tokorejo) and 30 were in the control class (SD Negeri Pengandonan). Data collection instruments use questionnaires and tests. Learning outcomes data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test and motivation using the t test. The results show that the students' initial abilities are the same (Sig. > 0.05), and after treatment they show differences (Sig. < 0.05). The motivation of experimental and control class students also has differences (Sig. < 0.05). The motivation and cognitive learning outcomes of students in the experimental class that used video-assisted jigsaw learning were better than those in the control class that used the lecture method. So it can be concluded that jigsaw learning assisted by video media has an effect on students' motivation and cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Perencanaan Kebutuhan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di MTs SA Assanadiyah Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala madrasah, waka sapras, guru dan staf tata usaha. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan selanjutnya dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Adapun triangulasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya perencanaan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di MTs SA Assanadiyah cukup baik melalui beberapa indikator, yaitu identifikasi dan analisi kebutuhan sekolah, menginventarisasi sarana dan prasarana yang ada, mengadakan seleksi, dan sumber anggaran/dana. Selanjutnya upaya yang dilakukan dalam perencanaan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yaitu dengan membuat kebijakan, serta menyusun dan mengajukan proposal kepada pihak swasta maupun pemerintah, terdapat juga kendala yang menghambat dalam perencanaan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, kendala tersebut yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan keterbatasan dana yang dimiliki sekolah.

In completing the research results obtained from the library both from sources in the form of books, dictionaries, and journals. The conclusion of this study is that innovation is a process of renewal and change. The world of education requires renewal to continue to grow and be able to keep abreast of developments in other fields. Renewal in the world of education must be measurable and continue to increase at a better level. High quality education is related to knowledge and technology as well as creative output. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influencing factors of the strategy for implementing School Operational Assistance (BOS) financing in overcoming distortions in financing communication for Prabumulih 3 Public Senior High School. This research is a qualitative research. In data collection, researchers used several collection techniques, namely: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. The data analysis technique uses the analytical method using the Miles and Huberman Model which consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. following: Support from the Central Government, Support from Local Government and Cooperation and communication between managers. While the inhibiting factors in the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS) are as follows; At the time of disbursement, the BOS funds could not be used for major repairs, and the BOS funds had not been able to finance all school programs.

Abstract

In educational institutions, schools must have a facility and infrastructure managementsystem so that activities become effective and efficient. Facilities management andInfrastructure is one of several systems to improve the quality of students. Each schoolhas good facilities and infrastructure for the benefitslearning process. However, simply meeting existing needs can only run well if the management is correct. That way, leadership is needed to regulate existing facilities and infrastructure to achieve the stated goalswill be completed. This article aims to understand the management of educational facilities and school infrastructure.Based on the research results, it can be understood that implementing educational facilities and infrastructure management includes. First, planning facilitiesand infrastructure is always carried out, starting from needs analysis, determining funds and selecting needed goods. Both procurement activities have been running sincedropping government and foundations, procurement by buying. Third, using facilities and infrastructure is always carried out to support learning. Fourth, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out periodically by involving the school community. The five inventories are always carried out as proof of procurement of goods. Sixth, in the activity of writing off goods, the seven responsibilities are carried out by making an accountability report.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the Implementation of the Madrasah Working Group Program in Utilizing Information Technology to Support Great Madrasas, Dignified Madrasas at Prabumulih State Aliyah 1 Madrasah. This research is qualitative research. In data collection, researchers used several collection techniques, namely: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. The data analysis technique uses the analytical method using the Miles and Huberman Model which consists of three stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification. The supporting factors; First, the availability of supporting infrastructure, second, human resources. Third, there is a supportive policy. Fourth, content and applications help. The inhibiting factors that influence are as follows; First, difficulty understanding the technical language of Information Technology. Second, feeling old age. Third, the number of outside routines. Abstract

The organization is where people gather and work together rationally and systematically in utilizing organizational resources efficiently and effectively to achieve predetermined goals. This directed collaboration is carried out by following the interaction pattern between each individual or group in and outside the organization. The interaction pattern is aligned with various rules, norms, beliefs, and specific values as determined by the organization; the interaction pattern within a specific time will form a familiar habit or an organizational culture that always controls the organization's members. Thus a solid organizational culture is a form of organizational performance. Tall one. In management, organizing/organizing is something that is needed. Why is that because of organization, including a form of realization/execution of the initial management plan? Abstract

Globalization is a process of losing boundaries between world communities. In the current era of globalization, there are many cultures that enter and develop in Indonesia. Both culture that has a good or bad impact on the lives of Indonesian people. The existence of reporting must be accompanied by a wise attitude so that it can be utilized properly and can become knowledge that has a positive impact on us. Globalization concerns various aspects of life, one of which is education. Because it involves various aspects, globalization greatly affects and changes the order of human life. The purpose of this writer is to determine the impact of globalization on changes in education. The method used in this research is library research or literature study. By searching for various written materials from books, articles, and relevant journals. The results of this study are that globalization is a process of expanding foreign culture into local culture, where there is dependence between countries around the world. Thus giving birth to a global society, which influences human life including education. The results of the growth of globalization have had positive and negative impacts on education. The positive impact is the ease of accessing educational information, increasing the quality of educators, increasing the quality of education. As for the negative impact, the decline in the moral quality of students, the erosion of local culture, and the emergence of fast and instant traditions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses "Implementation of Selection of Library Materials Procurement in the Library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang". The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang and to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, and the main informants in this study were the head of the library and library staff. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of research data by source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. This research was conducted on May 17 – July 3, 2023. The research results obtained by researchers indicated that the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the Palembang 3 Madrasah Aliyah Library is carried out once a year according to user needs. The supporting factors are human resources and infrastructure in the library, while the inhibiting factor is limited funds.Keywords: Implementation, Selection, Library Materials

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the "Supervision Strategy for Facilities and Infrastructure at MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya, Belitang II District." The objective of this research is to describe how the supervision strategy for facilities and infrastructure is implemented at MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya. This research employs qualitative research with a descriptive approach, and the main informants in this study are the school principal and the head of facilities and infrastructure. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research data validity is assessed through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the analysis, the supervision strategy for facilities and infrastructure is functioning effectively, and there have been changes and improvements as a result of the strategy and supervision. Firstly, environmental supervision identification has been conducted, which involves summarizing, reducing, and narrowing down information by reporting to the school principal and consulting with multiple informants to gather relevant information. Secondly, the formulation of the strategy has been well executed, encompassing steps such as preparing alternative strategies, planning supervision strategies, determining supervision strategies, and conducting evaluations. Thirdly, the selection of suitable strategies for overseeing facilities and infrastructure, with the school principal delegating responsibilities to the head of facilities and infrastructure. Fourthly, the use of supervision strategies, which includes planning, decision-making, implementation, and evaluation.Keywords: Strategy, Supervision, Facilities, and InfrastructureAbstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai “Strategi Pengawasan Sarana dan Prasarana di MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Belitang II”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi pengawasan sarana dan prasarana di MA Al-Ikhsan Sumber Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskrrptif, dan infoman utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan waka sarana dan prasarana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa srategi pengawasan sarana dan prasarana sudah berjalan dengan baik dan ada perubahan dan peningkatan yang terjadi dengan adanya strategi dan pengawasan yang, Pertama, Identifikasi lingkungan pengawasan sudah dilakukan yakni menyimpulkan, mereduksi, dan mempersempit informasi itu dengan cara melakukan pelaporan ke kepala madrasah dan melakukan musyawarah dengan beberapa informan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan. Kedua, perumusan strategi sudah dilakukan dengan baik yakni langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam melakukan penilaian pengawasan yang pertama melakukan persiapan strategi alternative, perencanaan strategi pengawasan, menetapkan strategi pengawasan, dan melakukan evaluasi. Ketiga, melakukan pemilihan strategi yang cocok untuk digunakan dalam pengawasan sarana dan prasarana. Dan untuk hal ini kepala sekolah melakukan sistem delegasi ke waka sarana dan prasarana. Keempat, penggunaan strategi pengawasan dalam hal ini melakukan perencanaan, penentuan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pengawasan, Sarana dan Prasarana
