Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses "Implementation of Selection of Library Materials Procurement in the Library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang". The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang and to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the library of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, and the main informants in this study were the head of the library and library staff. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of research data by source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. This research was conducted on May 17 – July 3, 2023. The research results obtained by researchers indicated that the implementation of the selection of procurement of library materials in the Palembang 3 Madrasah Aliyah Library is carried out once a year according to user needs. The supporting factors are human resources and infrastructure in the library, while the inhibiting factor is limited funds.Keywords: Implementation, Selection, Library Materials

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus untuk mensosialisasikan dan memberikan ilmu dan wawasan bagi para guru Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Muhajirin Tugumulyo Musi Rawa tentang bagaimana mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memperluas informasi pendidikan dan pandangan tentang tantangan dan strategi pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka belajar di era digital. Permasalahan yang dihadapi madrasah terkait dengan pengetahuan tentang rencana pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka belajar, karena masih banyak pendidik yang belum mengetahui atau belum menerapkan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tim pengabdi melakukan pengenalan sekaligus sosialisasi kepada para pendidik Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Muhajirin Tugumulyo Musi Rawas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa para pendidik dapat memanfaatkan dari pelatihan dengan narasumber sesuai kemampuannya dan menawarkan solusi yang efektif untuk tantangan dan strategi pembelajaran kurikulum pembelajaran merdeka belajar di era digital di Kecamatan Tugumulyo, Musi Rawas. Hal ini tercermin dari jawaban mereka terhadap kuesioner yang dibagikan dengan jawaban baik dan tidak ada jawaban negatif. Sehingga hasil dari apa yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan sesuatu yang positif. Tim pengabdi juga mendapat manfaat dari sesi pelatihan dengan individu-individu cerdas yang disesuaikan dengan keahlian mereka dan dapat secara positif memengaruhi tantangan dan strategi pembelajaran dari rencana pembelajaran mandiri di era digital.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu kegiatan inti yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Pascasarjana UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Kegiatan ini tujuan utamanya adalah mensosialisasikan serta menambah wawasan terkait manajemen kepada masyarakat yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan sebagai bentuk pengabdian yang lebih meluas. Pokok permasalahan dari lembaga pendidikan adalah terkait bagaimana manajemen strategi sekolah tinggi yang tepat dalam menghadapi era globalisasi. Mengingat seiring berjalannya waktu, semakin banyak persaingan di tingkat sekolah tinggi ditambah lagi dengan perkembangan zaman sehingga mitra merasa perlunya berdiri dengan rangka yang kokoh dalam menghadapi persaingan dan perkembangan zaman di era globalisasi. Beranjak dari permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdi melakukan pengenalan dan sosialisasi dengan pimpinan, pendidik, serta tenaga kependidikan yang ada di STAI Bumi Silampari Lubuk Linggau. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diketahui bahwa para peserta baik itu pimpinan, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan mendapat manfaat dari pelatihan dengan narasumber yang sesuai dengan kepakarannya. Antusiasme cukup baik terlihat dengan diskusi antara pengabdi dan peserta sehingga membuka wawasan dan pengaruh positif dalam pelaksanaan manajemen strategi dalam menghadapi era globalisasi.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana proses pengelolaan sarana pendidikan dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di MIN 2 OKU Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data reduction, data display dan conclution drawing/verification. Untuk pengecekan data melalui triangulasi yang terdiri dari triangulasi metode, triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi waktu. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa MIN 2 OKU Timur telah menjalankan pengelolaan sarana pendidikan dengan baik untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Ini mencakup peningkatan kualitas ruang kelas, peralatan yang memadai, perpustakaan yang baik, sumber belajar yang memadai, serta fasilitas olahraga dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang memadai. Keempat aspek ini sangat penting dalam pengelolaan sarana pendidikan dan berperan kunci dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran di MIN 2 OKU Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Computer-based Test system in school examinations in Cluster II Dewi Sartika, East Baturaja District. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 11 OKU, which is located at Jl. Jendral A. Yani, Kelurahan Baturaja Lama, District Baturaja Timur, Regency Ogan Komering Ulu. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation methods were used to collect data. The data analysis stage includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion taking. The results showed that the use of Computer Based Test in school examinations at SD Negeri 11 OKU has many benefits both in terms of material and spirituality, including being able to improve school exam results in the education unit itself, being able to make icons or showing the school's identity as a National Level Adiwiyata school for the preparation of facilities and infrastructure classified as quite adequate and adequate human resources. What distinguishes this study from other research is related to research subjects that focus on assessment using CBT and within the scope of elementary schools.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the zoning system policy in Admission of New Students (PPDB) at SMA Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin. The zoning system, which is regulated by Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 17 of 2017, aims to ensure equal access to education by prioritizing student admission based on distance from school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon of implementing the zoning system at SMA Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin, and evaluate its impact on access to education, quality of learning, and community perception. The research results show that the implementation of the zoning system has had a positive impact in increasing access to education for students who live around the school. This system makes it easier for parents to control their children and encourages students with intermediate academic abilities to improve their performance. However, the zoning system also raises several challenges. High achieving but out-of-zone students are often unable to access their favorite schools, and some students feel pressured by the higher academic demands at top schools. This study also found that the implementation of this policy was not fully understood by the public, resulting in confusion and dissatisfaction. Therefore, more effective communication and more equitable provision of resources is needed to ensure the success of zoning policies. By improving these aspects, the zoning system can be more optimal in achieving the goal of equal distribution and improving the quality of education throughout the region.

Abstract

This research is entitled Theory and Practice in Implementing the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) in Madrasas as a Learning Recovery Effort. This research aims to determine how implementing the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students relates to the learning recovery strategy and the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students regarding the learning recovery strategy. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by George C. Edward III that four variables influence the successful implementation of a policy: 1. Communication; 2. Resources; 3. Disposition; and 4. Bureaucratic structure. With the case study method used, the results were obtained that: 1. Implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile can be considered as a learning recovery effort.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui karakteristik Pesantren pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan model penelitian fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian dalam tulisan ini adalah perguruan tinggi agama islam swasta pada (PTKIS) Berbasis Pesantren Di Sumatera Selatan (Studi Di STITQI  Ittifaqiyah, Ogan Ilir, IAI Al-Azhar Lubuk Linggau Dan STIQ Annur  OKI). Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Sedangkan teknik analisisnya melalui proses reduksi, verifikasi, display, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah karakteristik manajemen di perguruan tinggi berbasis pondok pesantren, suasana pembelajaran yang meliputi pola interaktif, metode, bahan ajar, media pembelajaran, struktur organisasi memiliki dua sayap di perguruan tinggi, serta memprioritaskan para alumni yang memiliki kompetensi dalam ha lilmu Al-Qur’an, menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang lebih mendalam mengenai ilmu Al Qur’an menjadikannya sebagai cirri khas perguruan tinggi berbasis pesantren yang memiliki visi mencetak kader-kader calon ulama.

Abstract

This article was conducted to analyze school culture in shaping students' character at MA Al-Fatah. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Source of data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis techniques in this study by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, in checking the validity of the data, researchers used four criteria: trust, transferability, dependence, and certainty. Based on the study results that school culture shapes student character, there are two cultural aspects: Academic Culture, which includes a culture of reading, learning culture, and creativity. In contrast, the second culture is Social Culture, 3S culture, and simple living culture. The characters formed through school culture are religious, independent characters, curiosity characters, creative characters, democratic characters, disciplined characters, responsible characters, and social care characters.

Abstract

This study examines how multicultural values are implemented in the curriculum and activities at SMP IT in Palembang City, identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection uses interview techniques, participant observation, documentation studies. Data analysis uses the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. This research found that implementing multicultural values at SMP IT in Palembang City by implementing religious moderation as early as possible can be implemented in the school environment such as the values of tawassuth, tawazun, i'tidal, tasamuh, musawah, and shura. The implementation of multicultural values through religious activity programs at SMP IT in Palembang City needs to be evaluated with the aim of finding out to what extent the religious activity program can be according to plan and if necessary, revisions or innovations will be made so that the goals achieved are more effective.
