Abstract

Soil fertility is a crucial factor determining the growth and yield of plants. The increase of nutrient content and availability in soil can be achieved by fertilization. A field experiment was conducted using a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with two factors and three replications in order to study the effects of Mixed Source of Fertilizer (MSF) application on the nutrient contents in Vertisol and its relationship to the growth and yield of mustard. The first factor was the three MSF formulas (F1, F2, F3) and second factor was the doses of MSF (0; 2.5; 5.0; 7.5; 10 Mg ha-1) applied to the soil. At the end of the experiment, the soil pH, CEC, organic-C, total-N, available-P and exchangeable-K contents were measured. The results show that there are no significant differences on the soil chemical characteristics, such as pH, organic-C content, available-P, exchangeable-K, -Ca and -Mg measured after application of different MSF formulas to the soil. Meanwhile, the increase of MSF doses applied to the soil significantly increases organic-C content, total-N, available-P and exchangeable-K in the soil. The significant increase of available-P (by 29.13%) and total-N (by 24.1%) occured after application of MSF at 5.0 Mg ha-1 and the increase of exchangeable-K (by 50%) is achieved after application of 7.5 Mg ha-1, in comparison to that without MSF application. The height and fresh weight of mustard increase in accordance with the increase of MSF doses applied. The application of 10.0 Mg ha-1 MSF results in the highest height and fresh weight of the mustard up to 63.9% and 620%, respectively. The height and fresh weight of mustard are positively correlated to the total-N, available-P and exchangeable-K in the soil. The MSF is an alternative fertilizer that can be used to improve Vertisol fertility and plant growth.

Abstract

Ekosistem lamun memiliki fungsi ekologis sebagai produsen dan habitat biota (tempat pemijahan biota, daerah mencari makan), melindungi dan menstabilkan garis pantai, serta memainkan peran penting dalam siklus dan pemyimpanan nutrien dan karbon. Ketersediaan nutrien di perairan padang lamun berperan dalam faktor pertumbuhan lamun tersebut sehingga efisiensi daur nutrisi dalam sistemnya menjadi sangat penting untuk memelihara produktivitas primer padang lamun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kerapatan lamun total di Teluk Awur sebesar 202,55 ind/m2, sedangkan di Pulau Panjang memiliki kerapatan total sebesar 424.36 ind/m2 dengan rata-rata 50,64 ind/m2 dan 85,67 ind/m2 Pulau Panjang memiliki kerapatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan di Teluk Awur. Hasil Kandung nitrat dan fosfat pada sedimen di Teluk Awur didapatkan masing-masing dengan rata-rata 7,67 ppm dan 25,61 ppm, sedangkan kandungan nitrat dan fosfat sedimen di Pulau Panjang didapatkan masing-masing dengan rata-rata 6,38 ppm dan 24,44 ppm. Analisis regresi korelasi menunjukan bahwa di Teluk Awur memiliki keeratan korelasi negatif dan kuat antara nitrat sedangkan dengan fosfat memiliki keeratan korelasi positif dan sedang, kemudian pada Pulau Panjang menunjukan hubungan positif yang kuat dan sangat kuat antara nitrat dan fosfat sedimen terhadap kerapatan lamun. The seagrass ecosystem has an ecological function of the seagrass ecosystem as a producer and habitat for biota (spawning grounds for biota, foraging areas), protects and stabilizes shorelines, and plays an important role in cycling and storing nutrients and carbon. The availability of nutrients in the seagrass beds plays a role in the growth factor of the seagrass so that the efficiency of the nutrient cycle in the system is very important to maintain the primary productivity of the seagrass beds.The results showed that the total seagrass density in Teluk Awur was 202.55 ind/m2, while in Panjang Island it had a total density of 424.36 ind/m2 with an average of 50.64 ind/m2 and 85.67 ind/m2. higher density compared to Teluk Awur Results Nitrate and phosphate content in sediments in Teluk Awur were obtained respectively with an average of 7.67 ppm and 25.61 ppm. Meanwhile, the nitrate and phosphate content of sediment in Panjang Island were obtained with an average of 6.38 ppm and 24.44 ppm, respectively. The results of the correlation analysis of the correlation between nitrate and phosphate content of sediments on seagrass density in Teluk Awur have a negative and strong relationship between nitrate while phosphate has a positive and moderate relationship. In Panjang Island, the results of the correlation analysis showed a positive and strong relationship between nitrate, while phosphate had a positive and very strong relationship between sediment and seagrass density.

Abstract

Larva merupakan fase pertumbuhan awal pada ikan, pada fase tersebut ikan-ikan membutuhkan tempat untuk berlindung dan mencari makanan. Ekosistem lamun sangat mendukung keberlangsungan hidup ikan, fungsi ekologis lamun sebagai daerah memijah, daerah asuhan serta tempat mencari makan bagi ikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kehadiran, serta mengetahui hubungan antara kelimpahan larva ikan dan lamun di Perairan Prawean dan Blebak, Kabupaten Jepara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan penentuan lokasi sampling menggunakan purposive sampling methode. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dua lokasi yang berbeda dengan masing-masing lokasi memiliki 2 stasiun, pada setiap stasiun memiliki 3 stasiun. Pengambilan sampel larva ikan dilakukan dengan menggunakan larva net (P = 0,9 m; L : 0,6 m) dengan ukuran mata jaring 800 µm. Sampel yang didapat kemudian disortir dan diidentifikasi menggunakan literatur. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan Nemipteridae, Lutjanidae, Ambassidae, Sphyraenidae, Bothidae, Clupeidae, Chanidae, Monacanthidae. Famili larva ikan yang dominan adalah Nemipteridae. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman dari empat stasiun termasuk dalam kategori rendah-sedang (0,92 - 1,50). Nilai indeks keanekaragaman dari empat stasiun termasuk dalam kategori sedang-tinggi (0,61 - 1,00). Kisaran nilai indeks dominasi larva ikan dari empat stasiun menunjukan tidak adanya famili yang mendominasi (0,23 - 0,54). Larvae are an early growth phase in fish, in that phase fish need a place to take shelter and find food. Seagrass ecosystem strongly supports the survival of fish, the ecological functions of seagrass as a clusters area, an area of care and a place to eat for fish. The purpose of this research is to know the presence, and know the relationship between the abundance of fish larvae and seagrass in Prawean waters and Blebak, Jepara regency. The method used in this research is the descriptive method and determination of location sampling using purposive sampling Methode. The research was conducted on two different locations with each location having 2 stations, at each station having 3 substations. Sampling of fish larvae is done using the net larva (P = 0.9 m; L: 0, 6m) with mesh eye size 800 μm. The obtained samples were then sorted and identified using literature. The results of this study were found in the larvae of 8 families Nemipteridae, Lutjanidae, Ambassidae, Sphyraenidae, Bothidae, Clupeidae, Chanidae, Monacanthidae. The family of fish larvae most commonly found are Nemipteridae. The value of the diversity index of the four stations is included in the low-medium category (0.92 - 1.50). The value of the diversity index of four stations is included in the medium-high category (0.61 - 1.00). The value of the index of the dominance of the fish from the four stations indicates that there is no dominant family (0.23 - 0.54).

Abstract

Pantai..Bunga Indah Desa Kuhanga merupakan salah satu objek wisata alam di Sulawesi Utara tepatnya di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara Kecamatan Bintauna yang mempunyai karakteristik wisata alam tersendiri, akan tetapi pesona keindahan wisata yang ada di Pantai Bunga Indah Desa Kuhanga  masih belum cukup memaksimalkan fungsi lokasi wisata tersebut, akibat sarana dan prasarana yang belum maksimal ketersediaan dan kegunaannya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi prasarana dan sarana wisata kemudian mengevaluasi tingkat ketersediaan prasarana dan sarana wisata yang ada di Pantai Bunga Indah Desa Kuhanga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data sekunder seperti survey  instansional, dan data primer dibutuhkan untuk menyempurnakan data sekunder dengan observasi dan membagikan kuesioner ke pihak-pihak yang terkait, tahap berikutnya untuk mengetahui karakteristik prasarana dan sarana yang ada di lokasi wisata Pantai Bunga Indah Desa Kuhanga dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif  kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis skala likert untuk melihat tingkat ketersediaan prasarana dan sarana wisata. Setelah dilakukan analisis dan diketahui hasil untuk  ketersediaan jaringan Internet adalah 94,4%, jalan yaitu 84%, listrik 78,8% , air bersih 30,8% , pos keamanan 89,2%, dermaga 20% pusat informasi wisata 20%, penunjuk arah 20%, papan selamat datang 75,40%, transportasi umum 71,20%, penginapan 67,20%, masjid/mushola 89,60%, restaurant/rumah makan 59,20%, toko souvenir 20%, toilet umum 47,20%, tempat duduk 72%, tempat sampah 57,69%. Untuk itu dalam meningkatkan kualitas kawasan wisata Pantai Bunga Indah Desa Kuhanga, sangat perlu dioptimalkan penyediaan  prasarana dan sarana wisata demi menunjang keberlangsungan kegiatan wisatawan ketika berada di kawasan wisata Pantai Bunga Indah Desa Kuhanga ini.Kata Kunci : Prasarana dan sarana wisata; Pantai Bunga Indah

Abstract

Penilaian kegiatan untuk pengukuran kinerja menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Proses kegiatan unit kerja dimulai dari pengajuan proposal, pelaksanaan, dan laporan kegiatan. Input data proposal dilakukan oleh operator unit yang menghasilkan perencanaan kegiatan dan keuangan. Input data pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menghasilkan data arsip kegiatan. Input laporan kegiatan dan keuangan menghasilkan data capaian, serapan anggaran, serta lama proses laporan kegiatan. Nilai kegiatan didapatkan dari total nilai capaian semua kegiatan yang dikalikan dengan bobot masing-masing indikator. Bobot indikator didapatkan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Nilai kinerja dari unit didapatkan dari rata-rata nilai kegiatannya. Dengan adanya sistem informasi manajemen dapat membantu dan mempermudah penilaian kinerja unit menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process sehingga perencanaan dapat direalisasikan dengan baik dan terukur pada unit pengembang jurnal secara terintegrasi. Evaluasi kinerja dengan menilai kualitas suatu unit sistem menghasilkan nilai 60% dengan kriteria baik, dan informasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 80% dengan kriteria baik, serta kegunaan sistem dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan unit sebesar 80% dengan kriteria baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan hasil perancangan dan simulasi Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) yang berfungsi sebagai sumber energi cadangan ketika sumber energi utama beban padam. Rangkaian UPS ini terdiri dari baterai sebagai sumber energi, konverter DC-DC boost sebagai penaik tegangan dari baterai yang disertai dengan kontrol PI untuk menstabilkan tegangan keluaran konverter, dan multilevel inverter tipe dioda clamped dengan metode modulasi Phase Disposition PWM (PD-PWM) untuk mengubah tegangan DC menjadi tegangan AC yang dapat disuplai ke beban. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas performa dari konverter DC-DC boost yang dilengkapi dengan kontrol PI dan diode clamped multilevel inverter dalam aplikasinya sebagai UPS yang digunakan untuk menyuplai beban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konverter boost DC-DC mampu menaikkan dan menstabilkan tegangan DC sebesar 339,71 volt dan multilevel inverter mampu mengubah tegangan DC menjadi tegangan AC sebesar 220,41 volt dan tegangan Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) 0,39222% yang dapat disuplai. ke beban sebagai pengganti sumber energi utama. Sistem UPS ini memiliki waktu peralihan 23 milidetik.This paper presents the results of the design and simulation of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that functions as a backup energy source when the main energy source of the load goes out. This UPS circuit consists of a battery as an energy source, a DC-DC boost converter as a voltage booster from a battery that is accompanied by a Proportional-Integral (PI) control to stabilize the output voltage of the converter, and a diode clamped multilevel inverter with the Phase Disposition PWM (PD-PWM) modulation method to change the DC voltage into an AC voltage that can be supplied to the load. This research will discuss the performance of the DC-DC boost converter which is accompanied by PI control and diode clamped multilevel inverter in its application as a UPS that is used to supply loads. The results show that DC-DC boost converter is able to increase and stabilize DC voltages by 339.71 volts and multilevel inverters are able to convert DC voltages to AC voltages by 220.41 volts and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) voltage of 0.39222% which can be supplied to the load as a substitute for the main energy source. This UPS system has a switching time of 23 milliseconds.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the tolerance education system has been implemented in the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school in Surakarta Indonesia and how the tolerance education method has been applied. The research method used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study in which the research focuses on a particular case to be observed and analyzed thoroughly and thoroughly and the focus of the study is students or students of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school, Surakarta.The data that has been collected and obtained is then analyzed using a structured method. Data collection was carried out by using interview, observation and documentation techniques.We strive to sort, classify and categorize all data that has been collected using guided techniques so that the themes can be identified according to the tolerance education process of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school.The results of this study indicate the tolerance education system in the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school that tolerance education is integrated with all subjects, which the curriculum in the cottage is divided into three, namely superior subjects, special subjects and general subjects.Meanwhile, the model for implementing tolerance education includes the placement of boarding schools for students, no permanent placement of students in a hostel, stipulating regulations on the transfer of students every year and through discussion forums and halaqoh.

Abstract

Abstract— Subjects of censorship and actuators in the Industrial Elektronics Departement SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan have no learning media, during the learning process of sensor subjects and actuators only with media lectures without the presence of theaching aids such as trainers. From the problem, the researcher then made an integrated and feasible sensor trainer used as a learning media on the subjects of sensors and actuators to improve students understanding. The research method used in this study is Reseach and devolepment (R&D). Products made in the form of sensor trainer learning media consisting of a potentiomer sensor, optocoupler speed sensor, DHT11 temperature and humadity sensor, MQ-7 gas sensor, FSR load sensor, proximity sensor. The testing stage includes expert media testing and product testing. The resultd of the analysis of media expert data obtained a percentage of feasibility of 84,67% with a very valid category and the results of product trials of 0,72 with a high category in the N-Gain category. The results of testing of the position sensor, speed, temperature and humidity, gas, load, and proximity have been calibrated according to the actual conditions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning media of sensor trainers is feasible to be used as learning media on the subjects of sensors and actuators because they are considered to be able to improve students understanding of various sensors and their working principle. The researcher gives suggestions to the next researcher, namely : (1) develop reaseach with other sensors and add the application again, (2) make this researcher as a reference material for feature research. Abstract

Pengembangan energi terbarukan seperti sel surya, sel bahan bakar, dan energi angin membutuhkan inverter sehingga energi dapat dimanfaatkan oleh beban listrik AC. Inverter adalah rangkaian yang dapat mengubah sumber tegangan DC menjadi sumber tegangan AC. Output dari inverter umumnya bervariasi, tergantung pada tegangan input, topologi sirkuit, dan metode switching yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan inverter menggunakan IC SG3525A yang mudah tersedia di pasaran dengan kotak output gelombang sinus. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa hasil inverter dalam desain menghasilkan tegangan output 221 VAC dengan tegangan input 12 VDC. Gelombang output yang dihasilkan adalah gelombang sinus yang dimodifikasi atau sinus kotak. Daya yang dihasilkan dari inverter ini tergantung pada jumlah MOSFET yang digunakan dan ampere dari transfomator. Untuk transformer 2 ampere bisa mencapai daya 20 watt sedangkan transformer 5 ampere bisa mencapai 50 watt. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa inverter satu fase ini dapat digunakan untuk aplikasi daya kecil sebagai pasokan listrik rumah ketika daya dari PLN padam.

Abstract

One way to realize a sustainable agricultural system is with an organic farming system. Rukun Makaryo Farmer Group is the farmer group in Karanganyar Regency that referred to organic farming system training at the National level from 2007-2011. Rukun Makaryo Farmer Group has succeeded in creating castle waste as fermented solid and liquid organic fertilizer. Rukun Makaryo Farmer Group has the opportunity to be assessed by the organic rice certification team from the Persada Organic Rice Certification Agency on members 5,9 hectares of land. This research aims to analyze the sustainability of the organic rice program in Rukun Makaryo Farmer Group; 1) Analyze the obstacles that hinder the process of sustainability of the organic rice program, 2) Analyze the hopes of the farmers in realizing of sustainability organic rice program, and 3) Formulate alternative recommendations strategies for assisting farmer groups so that in the future they can carry out the sustainability of the organic rice program independently. This research was conducted in Pereng Village, Mojogedang, Karanganyar, with seventeen respondents of organic farmers. This research method was a qualitative description with a phenomenological approach. This research activity will be gained experience and subjective awareness and interpretation of efforts to maintain the status of organic rice certification. The results showed that; 1) Obstacles that hinder the process of sustainability of the organic rice program are low education, age of farmers, high cost of certification, difficulties in marketing, and complexity of the cultivation technique process, 2) Rukun Makaryo Farmer Group hopes that to have access marketing partnerships so that there will be an increase in selling prices and the development of economic conditions for farmers, and 3) Recommendations for assistance by rice field approach, simultaneous planting system, strengthening farmer organizations with establishing the Internal Control System (ICS), and developing agricultural products marketing systems and facilities.
