Abstract

Politics is a dynamic topic that follows the development and needs of the times. This reality needs to be taken seriously by researchers to determine dhowabhit syar’I so that political activities do not go off track. Najmuddin ath Thufi is one of the scholars who emphasizes the flexible and responsive nature to changes in social and political conditions. This principle is oriented towards the common good, and its relevance is apparent in answering various contemporary issues including the theme of Islamic Politics. This study uses a qualitative analysis method. The data that the author has analyzed shows that the theory of al Maslahah ath Thufi is widely used by Yusuf al Qaradhawi in contemporary political fatwas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing consumer behavioral intentions in using digital applications to visit halal tourist attractions using the UTAUT2 model approach. PLS-SEM was employed as the quantitative research method's evaluation model. 300 respondents, ranging in age from 17 to 65, were utilized as the sample. Using a Likert scale from 1 to 5, a scale generated from earlier research is used to measure each variable. The study's findings revealed that five UTAUT2 indicators”performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, pricing value, and habit”positively influenced consumers' inclinations to use digital applications to visit halal tourism locations. Based on the IPMA test, the performance expectancy variable is the variable that has the highest level of importance. The results of this study can be used by halal tourism business actors and the government as a digital application strategy development to support the growth of halal tourism in East Java.

Abstract

The internet poses significant risks to students whose cognitive development is still ongoing. These risks include negative impacts such as low literacy levels, exposure to pornography, instant gratification mindset, apathy, cybercrime, and cyberbullying. This study aims to cultivate positive behavioral habits and encourage teachers to create educational content on social media. Promoting positive behavior on social media is the primary focus of this research. Furthermore, building collaboration and elaboration between students and teachers in developing educational content on social media will enhance the school’s reputation. This study employs quantitative methods, utilizing variables such as social media, teachers' self-directed learning, and teachers' personal development. The respondents consist of 150 individuals aged between 23 and 35. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the data were analyzed through linear regression and path analysis. The findings indicate a positive influence of social media and self-directed learning on teachers' personal development, with a total contribution of 63.47%, as demonstrated by path analysis. The path analysis calculations suggest these three variables have a strong influence and significant relationship.

Abstract

Pemikiran Al-Syatibi, seorang ulama besar dalam dunia hukum Islam, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pembaharuan hukum Islam melalui pendekatan maqasid al-shari'ah (tujuan syariat). Dalam karyanya yang terkenal, Al-Muwafaqat, Al-Syatibi mengembangkan pemahaman bahwa hukum Islam harus dapat diadaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman, selama tetap menjaga prinsip-prinsip dasar syariat. Ia menekankan pentingnya tujuan dari setiap peraturan hukum Islam yang tidak hanya bersifat tekstual, tetapi juga kontekstual, dengan fokus pada perlindungan terhadap lima unsur dasar kehidupan manusia, yakni agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Al-Syatibi berpendapat bahwa setiap hukum harus diarahkan untuk mencapai kemaslahatan umum (maslahah), dan dalam konteks ini, ijtihad (usaha penafsiran hukum) menjadi instrumen penting dalam menyesuaikan hukum Islam dengan kebutuhan sosial dan perubahan zaman. Pemikirannya ini membuka ruang bagi modernisasi hukum Islam yang tetap berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip dasar syariat tanpa mengabaikan kebutuhan masyarakat kontemporer. Abstract

This article aims to explore the concepts of optimism and patience in the perspective of the Qur'an, as well as their role as keys to steadfastness and hope in the life of a Muslim. In the context of the Qur'an, optimism can also be understood as a positive attitude in facing life but also as a deep belief in facing life, but also as a deep belief in God's love and help that never breaks. On the other hand, patience, (sabr,) is a mental attitude that teaches someone to be steadfast and patient in facing life's tests, whether in the form of difficulties, suffering and challenges Elsewhere, this article analyzes a number of verses in the Qur'an that link these two concepts, such as in the letter Al Baqarah, (2; 153), which links sabr and prayer, as well as the letter Ash-sharh (94: 5-6) which illustrates that after difficulties there must be ease. This study also reviews how optimism and patience can form steadfastness (thabat) in facing all forms of tests, thus strengthening hope to achieve better life goals, both in in this world and in the hereafter. Apart from that, this article shows that optimism combined with patience can foster self-confidence, calm the soul, and encourage individuals to continue trying even when facing difficulties. Thus, both function as a source of spiritual strength that strengthens mental endurance and emotional, as well as maintaining life balance in living a life journey full of dynamics. Keywords: optimistic, patient, test   Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali konsep optimisme dan kesabaran dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an,serta peran keduanya sebagai kunci keteguhan dan harapan dalam kehidupan seorang Muslim.Dalam konteks Al-Qur'an, optimisme juga dapat di fahami sebagai sikap positif dalam menghadapi kehidupan tetapi juga sebagai keyakinan mendalam menghadapi kehidupan, tetapi juga sebagai keyakinan mendalam akankasih sayang dan pertolongan Allah yang tidak pernah putus.sebaliknya , kesabaran,(sabr,) merupakan sikap mental yang mengajarkan seseorang untuk teguh dan sabar dalam menghadapi ujian hidup ,baik dalam bentuk kesulitan, penderitaan , maupun tantangan lainya, Artikel ini menganalisis sejumlah ayat Al Qur'an yang m we Ng hubungkan kedu as konsep ini, seperti dalam surat Al Baqarah,(2;153),yang mengaitkan antara sabr dan do'a , serta surat Ash-sharh (94:5-6) yang menggambarkan bahwa setelah kesulitan pasti ada kemudahan.kajian ini juga mengulas bagaimana optimisme dan kesabaran dapat membentuk keteguhan hati ( thabat,) dalam menghadapi segala bentuk ujian, Sehingga memperkuat harapan untuk mencapai tujuan hidup yang lebih baik ,baik di dunia maupun di  akhirat.selain ituh, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa optimisme yang berpadu dengan kesabaran dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri, ketenangan jiwa, serta mendorong individu untuk trus berusaha meskipun menghadapi kesulitan.Dengan demikian, keduanya berfungsi sebagai sumber kekuatan spiritual yang memperkuat daya tahan mental dan emosional, serta menjaga keseimbangan hidup dalam menjalani perjalanan hidup yang penuh dinamika.

Abstract

Women in Indonesia continue to face challenges in achieving economic and social independence. In fact, in Islamic law's framework, particularly Maqāṣid Syarī’ah's, Islamic Social Finance (ISF) emerges as a pivotal instrument for advancing women's empowerment. This study aims to identify key problems and strategic solutions for women's empowerment through Islamic social finance while predicting the future direction of empowerment itself. Utilizing the Delphi Analytical Network Process, this research conducted literature reviews, focus group discussions, and expert interviews across academia, practice, and regulatory bodies. The findings highlight critical problems from three dimensions for enhancing women's welfare: women's limited time since they have multiple roles (wife and mother) (0.116), capital provision from Islamic social finance institutions without assistance (0.200), and lack of shared information to muzakkī/donors on the importance of empowering women (0.315). Key strategic solutions include addressing essential needs prior to empowerment (0.054), customizing programs to recipients' interests (0.053), and providing financial literacy training (0.052). For Islamic social finance institutions, priorities include creating a comprehensive empowerment framework (0.137), fostering collaborations (0.128), and enhancing institutional capacities (0.115). Improving funding transparency (0.315) and channeling funds through institutions (0.221) are crucial in donor engagement.

Abstract

The article discusses the thoughts of Muhammad Thahir Ibn Asyur, a Tunisian Muslim scholar known for his contributions in the fields of ushul fiqh and tafsir, especially in developing the concept of maqashid al-syari'ah. Ibn Asyur emphasized the importance of understanding Islamic law not only from a textual perspective, but also from the goals and values that the sharia seeks to achieve. He offers a contextual approach to ijtihad through maqashid sharia to answer the challenges of the modern era, without ignoring the basic principles of Islam. The concept of maqashid that he put forward not only covers the five main goals of sharia—namely protection of religion, soul, mind, descendants, and property—but is also expanded to include values such as justice, freedom, and public welfare. This article shows that Ibn Asyur's approach is solution-oriented and progressive, bridging traditional thinking and contemporary needs. His ideas became an important foundation in the modernization of Islamic law which remains based on the essential values of religion, while being relevant to the development of modern society.

Abstract

The objective of this causal research was to obtain information concerning: (1) the effect of work environment toward work performance; (2) the effect of workload toward work performance; and (3) the effect of work environment toward workload. The research was conducted using a survey method with a path analysis testing hypothesis. This research, principals of teachers on Police Women School - Polri has been chosen as a unit analysis and 90 samples of principals were selected at random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of work environment toward work performance; (2) there is a direct negative effect of workload toward work performance; and (3) there is a direct negative effect of work environment toward workload.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the spiritual values in the Quran, specifically in Surah Al-Baqarah verses 183-185, and the spiritual experiences of fasting among Santri at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The current development of technology poses challenges faced by Muslims in the modern era. Many students today experience stress, identity confusion, and even moral crises due to an environment that does not support spiritual values, which often weakens their enthusiasm for worship. The Quran, through Surah Al-Baqarah, provides relevant spiritual values such as piety, patience, and empathy that can serve as guidelines to face these challenges. The focus of this research is to analyze how the fasting experiences of santri in the pesantren can serve as a general reference in implementing these spiritual values in daily life. The method used is qualitative phenomenology through in-depth interviews with santri and caretakers, as well as an in-depth analysis of the verses of the Quran using Maudhui interpretation. Key stages of this research include data collection, analysis of spiritual experiences, and interpretation of the values embodied during the month of Ramadan. The results indicate that the spiritual values contained in Surah Al-Baqarah are highly relevant in helping both students and educators face the challenges of the times and strengthen their character. The main conclusion of this study is that there are spiritual values in the Quranic Surah Al-Baqarah verses 183-185, and fasting is not merely a ritual but also an opportunity to reflect upon and internalize profound spiritual values. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai spiritual dalam Al-Qur'an surat Al-Baqarah ayat 183-185 dan pengalaman spiritual puasa Santri di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini menjadi tantangan yang dihadapi umat Islam di era modern, Banyak peserta didik saat ini mengalami stres, kebingungan identitas, dan bahkan krisis moral akibat lingkungan yang tidak mendukung nilai-nilai spiritual. yang sering melemahkan semangat beribadah. Al-Qur'an, melalui surat Al-Baqarah, memberikan nilai-nilai spiritual yang relevan, seperti ketakwaan, kesabaran, dan empati, yang dapat menjadi pedoman untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisa bagaimana pengalaman puasa yang dialami oleh santri di pondok pesantren dapat dijadikan rujukan umum dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai spiritual ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenology melalui wawancara mendalam dengan santri dan pengasuh, serta analisis mendalam terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan tafsir Maudhui. Tahapan penting penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis pengalaman spiritual, dan interpretasi nilai-nilai yang dihayati selama bulan Ramadan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai spiritual yang terkandung dalam surat Al-Baqarah sangat relevan untuk membantu peserta didik hingga pendidik dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman dan memperkuat karakter mereka. Simpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat nilai-nilai spiritual dalam Al-Qur’an surat Al-Baqoroh 183-185 dan ibadah puasa bukan hanya sekedar ritual, tetapi juga menjadi kesempatan untuk merefleksikan dan menghayati nilai-nilai spiritual.

Abstract

In Islamic finance, according to fiqh, interest in money is categorized as usury which means haram. The development of Islamic banking is quite rapidly spreading by providing banking services in accordance with the principles of Islamic sharia. The Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) is the only BPR that operates with sharia principles in the city of Bandar Lampung. Technology-based financing on the system peer to peer (P2P) lending whose provisions refer to the DSN Fatwa concerning Technology-Based Financing Services Based on Sharia Principles. The problem in this study is how the implementation of information technology-based Murabahah contract financing services based on sharia principles at PT. BPRS Bandar Lampung? Is information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles at BPRS Bandar Lampung in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018? The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of information technology-based Murabahah contract financing services based on sharia principles at PT. BPRS Bandar Lampung. Then in the implementation of financing, it aims to find out that information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles at BPRS Bandar Lampung are in accordance with DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method with a normative-empirical approach based on a literature study by looking at the written regulations by identifying the appropriate theories, concepts, and sharia principles. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Sharia principles must be met in information technology-based financing service products based on sharia principles. Based on general guidelines on information technology-based financing service products based on sharia principles that exist at PT. BPRS Bandar Lampung is in accordance with the fatwa.
