Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of tax literacy among members of the PKK (Family Welfare Program) in RW 019, West Bekasi District. The methodology employed includes surveys, direct material delivery, simulations, and discussions on tax literacy and tax compliance in the context of civic duty. The results of this activity are expected to enhance the understanding of PKK members regarding tax compliance, particularly in addressing misuses of taxes both personally and within families, enabling them to be more responsive in understanding and mitigating tax-related issues in the future. Additionally, tax understanding is crucial for Generation Z, as knowledge of tax regulations, functions, systems, and types of taxes is highly relevant. Through this activity, the community is expected to manage their tax obligations more effectively.

Abstract

The implementation of the Tangerang Emas Program for Micro Business Actors in Pinang Subdistrict, Tangerang City is a program of the Tangerang City Government, the program was created on the basis of the Mayor of Tangerang through the Tangerang City Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Office. This study with the title "Implementation of the Tangerang Emas Program (Prosperous Community Economy) for Micro Business Actors in Pinang Subdistrict, Tangerang City 2020-2022" aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Tangerang Emas program using the theory of Van Metter and Van Horn by using descriptive qualitative research methods and the data collection process is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Tangerang Gold program, namely the implementation of this program, is right on target, the purpose of the Tangerang Gold program has been successful because it can help the community, human resources in the implementation of this program, namely the Service Office, the Village Assistance Party related to the time it is implemented, has different obstacles and obstacles, for the Service Office and Bank BJB for micro-business actors who are not on time in paying for the Tangerang Gold program, there are no strict sanctions given.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Financial distress in companies in the Property and Real Estate sectors using the Altman Z-Score model and the Zmijewski model. This study also aims to find out the comparison between the Altman Z-Score model and the Zmijewski model in predicting bankruptcy, as well as to find out the level of accuracy in the Altman Z-Score model and the Zmijewski model. This study uses descriptive analysis, which is an analysis by describing or describing the data that has been collected, while this research approach is quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers, data analysis techniques in financial statements. Based on the results of the calculation research using the Altman Z-Score model and the Zmijewski model , there is a difference in the results of the analysis because the value of financial ratios gives different assessments to Property and Real Estate companies. The Zmijewski model has a higher accuracy rate compared to the Altman Z-Score method which has a lower level of accuracy in predicting the Financial distress pads of companies in the Poperty and Real Estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

This article would explain the testament of the testamentary gift Number: 69/Pdt.G/2009/PN.Pdg., in the Padang District Court. As for the background of this research is the settlement of the will between the people of Islam, but decided by the district court, so there are some irregularities, both in terms of formal law and Islamic law. This research is a normative legal research with data analysis method in the form of content analysis. Based on the results of the decision are considered appropriate by the panel of judges who completed the case. Although there are no legal remedies from the parties against the decision of the district court judge, from the perspective of Islamic law the decision is still contrary to what should apply to people of Islam.

Fungus is a plant pest organism (OPT) that can cause anthracnose disease in red chili plants (Capsicum annum) with damage reaching 80%. This study aimed to identify the level of anthracnose disease attacks in Tanjung Senai Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used is purposive sampling with field observations for two months. The results show that the percentage of anthracnose attack severity varies, with land A experiencing 6.19%, land B 8.08%, and land C 13.19%. the highest disease growth rate occurred in land C with 39.92%. anthracnose disease attacks on chili plants increase with increasing plant age.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling are activities that are closely related to everyday human life, where every individual, including students, faces various problems. In the school environment, the role of guidance and counseling teachers is very important in helping students overcome academic and personal problems. SMPN 1 Telukjambe Timur is the focus of this study to analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling and the challenges faced in its implementation. This study aims to describe the implementation of guidance and counseling at SMPN 1 Telukjambe Timur, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and analyze problems that often arise in the implementation of guidance and counseling services at the school. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The research informants consisted of guidance and counseling teachers and a student who had consulted. The results of the study showed that one of the main problems in the implementation of guidance and counseling is the perception of students who consider guidance and counseling teachers as peers. This affects the effectiveness of the services provided, thus impacting the quality of guidance received by students. Guidance and counseling at SMPN 1 Telukjambe Timur requires more attention to understanding the role of guidance and counseling teachers so that the relationship that is established remains professional and effective in solving student problems.

Abstract

Prasarana dan kelengkapan pendidikan sangat penting untuk kemajuan pendidikan. Prasarana dan sarana pendidikan memengaruhi kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan karena mereka terlibat secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Dua komponen penting yang mendukung pembelajaran yang efektif adalah ruang untuk kegiatan belajar dan sumber daya penunjang yang memadai. Studi kasus kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang topik dengan memberikan penjelasan tentang pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Inventarisasi, pengadaan, dan penghapusan aset adalah cara sarana dan prasarana SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi dikelola. Tahapan-tahapan ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu mempersiapkan dan mengatur sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan untuk proses pembelajaran sebaik mungkin. Ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memastikan bahwa proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar. Sekolah yang memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang cukup dan lengkap dianggap berkualitas. Kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh manajemen fasilitas dan prasarana yang baik.

Abstract

Non-oil and gas exports are exports carried out outside the gas and oil sectors. Some examples of Indonesia's non-oil and gas export commodities are: Coffee beans, Tea, Spices, Tobacco, Cocoa beans, Shrimp, Textiles, Processed wood products, Palm oil, Chemicals, and others. Export activities are one component of aggregate expenditure because exports can affect the level of national income to be achieved. If exports increase, aggregate expenditure will increase and will then stimulate a country's economic growth. This value can be predicted using the trend moment method which is developed for upward trend data patterns. The stages of this method explain the problem of predicting the Value of Non-Oil and Gas Exports in 2023-2024 using the trend moment method. This method is carried out by looking at the trend line in past data and then applying mathematical principles to the stages of the calculation processes. The test results show that the accuracy of the trend moment prediction model in the 2023-2024 Non-Oil and Gas Export Value data is classified as good with a good Mean absolute percentage Error (MAPE) calculation percentage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitihan deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatifMengetahui manajerial sarana dan prasarana, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana metodepenanaman nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas melalui manajemen saran danprasarana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metodeobsevasi dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan penilitian ini adalah apakah sudahsesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah. Variabel yang digunakan adalah manajemen saranaprasarana motivasi , ruang sudut agama , kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa TK MUSLIMAT NU 29 MAHKOTA sudah sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah danmendapatkan akreditasi A. Abstract

The aim of this study is to improve students' learning outcomes on the topic of the atmosphere by implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supported by Padlet media in Class X-F of SMA Negeri 1 Probolinggo. The study discusses low student participation and poor learning outcomes in geography, particularly on the atmosphere topic, which is often considered challenging. A Classroom Action Research (CAR) design was employed, conducted in two cycles comprising planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection phases. Moreover, data were collected through observation, documentation, and learning outcome tests, and analyzed by using descriptive quantitative methods. The shows a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes. The average score increased from 56 in the pre-cycle to 79 in the first cycle and 88 in the second cycle. Similarly, the percentage of students achieving mastery increased from 11% in the pre-cycle to 74% in the first cycle and 86% in the second cycle. Furthermore, the combination of PBL and Padlet media effectively enhanced student engagement, participation, and understanding of the atmosphere topic. Therefore, it can be concluded that implementing PBL with Padlet created a more engaging and effective geography learning environment while fostering students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills. These results suggest that interactive media like Padlet can be an essential tool in modern educational practices, particularly for complex subjects such as geography.
