Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki komponen yang terpadu dan saling terkait. Pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang saling terkait. Salah satu aspek yang sangat terkait antara pendidik dan peserta didik ialah adab. Adab merupakan bagian pendidikan yang sangat penting dan berkenaan dengan sikap serta tingkah laku. Pendidikan di Indonesia belakangan ini mengalami kemerosotan adab, nilai-nilai kebaikan semakin merosot dan tidak seimbang dengan kemajuan teknologi. Dalam dunia pendidikan pendidik mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam dalam membentuk karakter/adab murid. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas Konsep Adab Pendidik Perspektif Imam Nawawi Dan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan historis, dan pendekatan filosofis, sedangkan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi pustaka (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Hasil analisis penulis terhadap pemikiran Imam Nawawi Dan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari bahwa adab guru terhadap murid menurut Imam Nawawi terbagi dalam empat bagian, yakni adab guru terhadap dirinya sendiri, adab guru terhadap ilmu, adab guru terhadap murid dan pengajaran serta adab guru ketika mengajar. Sedangkan menurut KH. Hasyim Asy‘ari ada 3 jenis adab yang harus dipelihara oleh seorang pendidik, yaitu adab kepada diri sendiri, adab kepada pelajaran, dan adab kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

History has documented that teachers contributed to the development of Islamic education. It becomes a problem when several trends in teacher behavior need to be corrected and seem to damage the image of the teacher profession. In educating his students, the Teacher may give lessons and punish them through sanctions. In some cases, teachers have a dilemma; on the one hand, teachers must enforce school discipline and discipline. On the other, they are worried about being criminalized by parents or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that defend children on charges of violence against children. This research is a descriptive study research library, which is a study that aims to provide an overview of the analysis of the book Manhaj At Tarbiyah An Nabawiyah Li At Thifl. This study found that: (1) teachers are obliged to provide convenience in solving children's problems by straightening out children's mistakes and thinking so as not to be mistaken. (2) the obligation of the Teacher as a proofreader requires the Teacher to understand when to be positive or when to be negative in correcting the child's mistakes by paying attention to the right time to guide the child. (3) Teachers must instill and uphold religious values ​​in their students from an early age so that they are accustomed to being educated in good things. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis formulasi strategi pencegahan radikalisme di PTKI Kota Metro, menganalisis implementasi strategi pencegahan radikalisme di PTKI Kota Metro, dan menganalisis evaluasi strategi pencegahan radikalisme di PTKI Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif ini adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdapat tiga teknik, yaitu; teknik wawancara, teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan teknik triangulasi yang menggabungkan dari ketiga teknik tersebut. Mengumpulkan data sekaligus menguji kredibilitas data. Hasil penelitian dapat dijabarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, antara lain; Tahap formulasi strategi, IAIN dan IAIM NU Kota Metro merumuskan visi misi yang memperkuat pendidikan karakter, memperkuat rasa cinta Pancasila, NKRI dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika, menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal, menetapkan tujuan jangka panjang rencana kegiatan dengan aktivitas berkualitas baik di bidang akademik, sosial, kegamaan, dan olahraga, dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila., merumuskan, mengevaluasi dan memilih strategi terkait aturan dan pengawasan kegiatan mahasiswa di lingkungan PTKI. Tahap implementasi strategi, IAIN dan IAIM NU Kota Metro, memiliki program pendidikan karakter, kegiatan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila, NKRI dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika, kegiatan dengan aktivitas berkualitas baik di bidang akademik, sosial, keagamaan, dan olahraga, dan kebijakan memasukkan nilai-nilai Pancasila, NKRI dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika dalam kurikulum perkuliahan. Tahap evaluasi strategi, IAIN dan IAIM NU Kota Metro, mengukur ada tidaknya sikap intoleran, ada tidaknya sikap anti Pancasila, ada tidaknya sikap anti NKRI di lingkungan kampus, dan mengevaluasi kinerja semua kegiatan yang telah dijalankan apakah sesuai rencana atau tidak.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are actually a place to educate the character of students, but they are also inseparable from the existence of delinquency at their age. Delinquency cannot be left alone, but requires a special policy to overcome it. Al-Hidayah Keputran Islamic Boarding School has implemented policies in dealing with student delinquency, but there are still cases of delinquency committed by students. The purpose of this study is to reveal the forms, factors, and role of Islamic boarding schools in overcoming it. This research is qualitative in nature, where the primary data sources are the leaders of the Islamic boarding school, teachers and students, and the secondary data are books and documents. The data collection tool uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that in terms of dealing with student delinquency, several policies are always applied so that students can comply with Islamic boarding school regulations and policies are adjusted to the forms of delinquency that occur, most of which are delinquency that violates the applicable rules. The results of the efforts made by the al-Hidayah Keputran Islamic boarding school in dealing with student delinquency were 80% successful where this was shown by the deterrent effect and the nature of discipline and making students who violated better, this was due to the students' fear of the consequences of the violations committed.

Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between dowry productivity and women's economic empowerment strategies, along with their influence on marital assets. This study is significant in altering women's perceptions regarding the imperative nature of effectively managing dowry in order to enhance the economy. This study employs empirical law methodologies that are studied via the lens of reinforcement theory. Information was gathered through the use of interviews, documents, and surveys. Interviews and surveys were conducted in the city of Bandar Lampung, namely instructors at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA), and productive dowry managers, as well as prospective brides and grooms, while document analysis included journal articles, books, and legal regulations. The research findings indicate that the approach to enhancing women's economic status through the utilization of dowries commences prior to the wedding and continues until the marriage ceremony, by offering favorable incentives to women. The initial phase is dissemination, specifically emphasizing the significance of a fruitful dowry to alter women's outlook when selecting enduring dowry items. Furthermore, there is a need to enhance the availability of resources to transform dowry assets into productive assets. Thirdly, aid in the administration of the dowry procedure as a means of acquiring company capital, and fourthly, safeguarding the wife's ownership of dowry items as her personal possessions from the moment of marriage. Implementing an effective technique for enhancing dowry production will bolster the presence of marital assets. All revenues derived from the creation and administration of the dowry are the shared duty and joint property of the husband and wife. The consequences of enhancing the economic status of women through productive dowries include achieving self-reliance and resilience in the household economy.

Abstract

Kurikulum berperan penting sebagai suatu pedoman pembelajaran yang mencakup perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dalam rangka memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman melalui serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran. Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kurikulum dengan model pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang beragam, serta kontennya lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri Gandri dalam meningkatkan akhlak beragama. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, metode pengambilan data menggunakan tiga cara, yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles and Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Adapun hasil atau kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa perencanaan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Negeri Gandri dalam meningkatkan akhlak beragama dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahap perencanaan melakukan analisis capaian pembelajaran, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran sebagai pengembangan alur tujuan pembelajaran, melakukan penyusunan modul ajar dengan mengembangkan alur tujuan pembelajaran yang di dalamnya tercantum tujuan pembelajaran, langkah-langkah pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran yang relevan, materi pembelajaran, dan jenis evaluasi pembelajaran yang digunakan.

Abstract

This research is based on psychological and academic problems that arise due to Self-efficacy, low student learning motivation, as well as the learning methods used so that students' Arabic language learning achievement is still low. This design is in accordance with the research objectives, namely to find and analyze the effect of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and the mubâsyarah method partially and simultaneously or together on Arabic language learning achievement of VII grade in SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach, with a population of 225 students and as for the sample of this study were 54 students. Data were taken using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data processing uses multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS 26. This study shows that there is an effect of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and mubâsyarah method partially on learning achievement. This is obtained based on the SPSS output table, it is known that the simple regression coefficient value of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and mubâsyarah method on learning achievement is 61.366; 68.236; 66.069 with the variable coefficient of Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and mubâsyarah method is 0.565; 0.306; 0.416. Furthermore, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which can be concluded that Self-efficacy, learning motivation, and the mubâsyarah method simultaneously affect student learning achievement. in the model summary table by looking at R Square = 0.466 so the effect is 46.6% while the rest of student learning achievement is influenced by other factors outside the model studied.

Abstract

Human life is getting easier with new discoveries, both in the fields of science and technology. One of the advantages of this progress is that individuals get information easily and quickly, but in fact this actually increases life competition even harder. This problem can be solved by implementing social education according to Al-Qur'an and Al-Sunnah. The aim of this research is to compare and relate the concept of social education in Islam from the perspective of Ahmad Rajab Al-Asmarī and Muḥammad Al-Syādzilī. This research is library research in the form of descriptive analysis. The data is collected by using primary sources, namely the Al-Nabī Almurabbī Book and the Usus Al-Tarbiyah Al-Ijtimāiyah fī Al-Islām Book, while secondary sources are obtained through books, journals, or others that discuss research problems. Al-Asmarī emphasized the importance of the example of Prophet Muhammad as the basis for social education, while Al-Syādzilī emphasized the importance of Islamic social principles implemented through formal educational institutions and public policies. According to Al-Asmarī, social education focuses on the formation of morals and manners with the aim of forming individuals with noble character in accordance with the example of Prophet Muhammad. Meanwhile, according to Al-Syādzilī, the social education process can be used to form a just society by applying Islamic principles in all aspects of social, political and economic life. Regarding developments over time, Al-Asmarī still adheres to a traditional approach which is based on implementing established values without much modification. However, Al-Syādzilī emphasized the importance of adapting to social changes and modern challenges

Abstract

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.
