Abstract

The telecommunications industry is one of the most dominant industrial sub-sectors. In investing, financial reports are needed by those who want to invest and are the main focus in assessing financial performance to decide whether to keep investing. This study aimed to determine the effect of financial performance (Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity) on investment decisions in telecommunications companies listed on the stock exchange. This research uses a quantitative approach and descriptive research. The population of this study is the annual financial statements of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023 and using a purposive sampling technique in determining. Data collection and processing techniques are secondary data and literature study. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The classical assumption test consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, T-test, F test, and determination coefficient test (Adjusted R2). Based on the T-test, the results of this study indicate that (1) The current ratio is not significant to investment decisions in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023, (2) the Debt to asset ratio has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023, (3) Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023 (4) Return on equity has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023 (5) Current ratio, Debt to asset ratio, return on assets, and return on equity have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023. Keywords: Financial Performance, Investment Decision, Telecommunications Company Abstrak Industri telekomunikasi merupakan salah satu sub sektor industri yang paling dominan. Dalam berinvestasi terdapat laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak yang ingin berinvestasi dan menjadi fokus utama dalam menilai kinerja keuangan untuk mengambil keputusan untuk tetap berinvestasi atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan (Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity) terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Burse Efek. Jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dan penelitian deskritif. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023 dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dalam penentuan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan dan pengolah data adalah data sekunder dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji T, uji F dan Uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2). Berdasarkan uji T maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Current Ratio tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023, (2) Debt to Aset Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023, (3) Return On Assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023 dan (4) Return On Equity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa (5) Current Ratio, Debt to Aset Ratio, Return On Asset dan Return On Equity secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023. Abstract

Konflik Israel-Palestina yang telah berlangsung selama beberapa dekade tidak hanya memberikan dampak politik dan kemanusiaan yang signifikan, tetapi juga menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan yang serius, khususnya pada ekosistem laut di wilayah pesisir Gaza. Studi ini mengeksplorasi dampak konflik bersenjata terhadap lingkungan laut, seperti pencemaran air akibat limbah domestik, industri, dan medis, serta kerusakan habitat akibat aktivitas militer. Pencemaran ini tidak hanya mengancam keanekaragaman hayati tetapi juga kesehatan masyarakat dan ketahanan pangan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis penyebab dan dampak degradasi lingkungan, serta pentingnya integrasi perlindungan lingkungan dalam proses rekonstruksi pasca-konflik. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran penting organisasi internasional dan kerangka kerja global, seperti UNEP dan Paris Agreement, dalam mengatasi tantangan lingkungan di wilayah konflik. Kesimpulannya, perlindungan lingkungan harus menjadi bagian integral dari solusi jangka panjang untuk mencapai perdamaian dan keberlanjutan di kawasan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan dan kontribusinya terhadap keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis artikel dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang membahas sistem rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan, dan kompetensi sebagai elemen utama dalam MSDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi yang tepat serta pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi yang terencana secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan yang optimal pada gilirannya berkontribusi terhadap daya saing perusahaan. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan pentingnya penerapan strategi MSDM yang terintegrasi dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dengan pendekatan yang objektif dan prosedural, MSDM dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan mendukung keberlanjutan perusahaan. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis sekaligus memberikan arahan praktis bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing.Kata Kunci: Rekrutmen, Seleksi, Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan, Keunggulan kompetitif

Abstract

Fasting is the restraint of hunger and thirst that is carried out in every month of Ramadhan by running it from dawn to sunset. Fasting must be carried out with serious intentions for a Muslim servant who obeys Allah ta’ala. In addition to enduring hunger and thirst, fasting also has an impact on not doing things that are prohibited such as committing adultery and can also make fasting makruh by saying harsh words or getting angry. This article uses the literature method by researching and reviewing from many sources. There are so many benefits of fasting, one of which is on human health and studies have recognized that fasting makes humans healthier and fitter. The research states that our stomach needs rest to process the rest of the food. Therefore, fasting becomes one time for the stomach does not work all the time and as well as other organs that need rest to improve the quality of functions for the heart and brain. The results show that fasting can be benefical for human physical health, especially for teenagers.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the potential of the Kampar River ecosystem in Buluhcina Village by analyzing the economic value of its utilization for capturing fisheries. This research was carried out in January 2022 at Kampar River, Buluhcina Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The research method used was a survey method, and the cost of respondents used a purposive sampling technique, with 48 respondents. The data needed in this research includes primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is a resource economic valuation technique, namely the effect on production (EOP) technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the economic value of the Kampar River ecosystem in Buluhcina Village for the utilization of capture fisheries activities is IDR 34,567,921,433.8/year, with a consumer surplus value of IDR 805,779,054.4/year, and the total economic value of capture fisheries activities per m2 is IDR 30,897.4/m2/year.

Abstract

Fishery product processing is one of the agribusiness subsystems with excellent opportunities to increase fishery product yields. Poklahsar is a fishery product processing and marketing group. The products produced are barracuda/tete fish dim sum and shrimp dim sum. This research aims to analyze the amount of investment and profits in the fishery product processing business in Poklahsar Kita Bisa and the feasibility of the fishery product processing business in Poklahsar Kita Bisa. The method used is the case study method. The number of respondents used as the object of this research was 10 people, which was considered sufficient to obtain business analysis research data. The types of data collected include primary data and secondary data. This data was obtained from direct interviews using questionnaires and literature. The research results are as follows: 1) The total investment in the fishery product processing business was IDR 15,385,000, obtained from a fixed capital of IDR 12,737,000. Working capital IDR 2,648,000. 2) The total cost of the fishery product processing business is IDR 31.645.000, obtained from fixed costs of IDR 12.205.000 and variable costs of IDR 19.440.000. 3) Revenue from fishery product processing businesses amounting to IDR 52.800.000. 4) Revenue from the fishery product processing business is IDR 21.115.000. 5) Return Cost of Ratio (RCR) obtained a value of 1,66, Financial Rate of Return (FRR) of 137.24%, and the Payback Period of Capital (PPC) analysis obtained a result of 0.72, meaning it takes 7 months. So, based on the feasibility analysis, the fishery product dim sum business is based on existing provisions/criteria, and it can be concluded that this business is profitable and feasible to run

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota polisi, (2) Menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota polisi, (3) Menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, dan (4) Menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja anggota polisi. Lokasi penelitian yakni Subdit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 58 anggota polisi Subdit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, maka ukuran sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 58 anggota polisi. Alat analisis menggunakan SPSS. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket. Jenis data menurut sifatnya dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: (1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja anggota polisi pada subunit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatandi Kabupaten Gowa. (2) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja anggota polisi pada subunit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatandi Kabupaten Gowa. (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja anggota polisi pada subunit III Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sulawesi Selatandi Kabupaten Gowa. Abstract

Different soil types have varying soil fertility potentials, which contribute to the crop yields obtained. The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of soil pH, organic carbon (C-Organic), and cation exchange capacity (CEC) and to determine appropriate management practices for corn cultivation on two different soil types in Unit Pemukiman Wuna Village, Tongkuno District. The method used in this study was a free survey method utilizing minipits for each soil type. Soil sampling was conducted using a composite method, where soil samples were taken from three points for each soil type at depths of 0–30 cm (topsoil) and 30–60 cm (subsoil). The soil from each layer was then composited, and approximately ±1 kg of soil was taken for laboratory analysis to determine its pH, Organic-C, and CEC levels. The results showed that the chemical properties of soil type 1 (Alfisol) had a lower pH than soil type 2 (Mollisol), with values of 5.02 and 5.24, respectively. Similarly, the CEC analysis indicated that soil type 1 had a lower CEC compared to soil type 2, with values of 5.16 and 5.20 me/100 g, respectively. However, in terms of soil organic carbon content, the analysis revealed that the Organic-C level in Alfisol was higher than in Mollisol, with values of 5.66% and 3.47%, respectively. Appropriate management practices for corn cultivation require efforts to increase soil pH and CEC through liming and zeolite application. Additionally, to maintain pH, C-Organic, and CEC levels, blanket herbicide application should be avoided, and excessive use of chemical fertilizers should be minimized to sustain soil health and land sustainability

Abstract

Soil fertility is the ability of the soil to provide nutrients in balanced amounts for plant growth and production. Land cultivated for agriculture has varying levels of fertility. Proper soil management is an important factor in determining the growth and yield of cultivated plants. This study aims to describe the status of soil fertility and recommend the direction of fertilization for patchouli plants in Karya Mulya Village, West Kulisusu, North Buton. This research was conducted from December 2022 to February 2023. The method used in this study was a free survey method based on the location of the patchouli plantation. Sampling was carried out at a depth of 0-20 cm. The samples taken were analyzed in the laboratory to assess pH, organic C, available P, available K, CEC, and KB. The results of the study showed that the pH was classified as slightly acidic with a value of 6.1-6.3, low to moderate organic C with a value of 1.04-1.58%, low available P with a value of 5.98-7.59 ppm, low to moderate available K with a value of 0.29-0.42 me 100 g⁻¹, medium and high CEC with a value of 19.74-25.23 me 100 g⁻¹, low to moderate KB with a value of 38.68-43.61%. Based on the results of the assessment of soil chemical properties, it can be concluded that the level of soil fertility at the research location is low. Fertilization efforts are needed to increase the fertility of patchouli planting soil by paying attention to the right aspects in fertilization.
