Abstract

Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan lingkungan, tujuan utama dari tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) yang ditetapkan oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa pada tahun 2015, tertanam dalam Islam dan dipraktikkan oleh Nabi Muhammad berabad-abad yang lalu. Dalam studi ini, kami mengkaji perspektif Islam tentang keberlanjutan dan relevansinya dengan SDGs ini, dengan fokus khusus pada pengembangan masyarakat dan individu. Dalam penelitian ini, kami membahas bagaimana penekanan pandangan Islam terhadap masalah lingkungan kontemporer (seperti penipisan sumber daya alam, polusi, dan kemiskinan) dapat membantu meningkatkan perilaku etis dan praktis terhadap lingkungan. Kami juga menguraikan peran pendidikan dalam tradisi Islam dan hubungannya dengan upaya lingkungan. Terakhir, kami membahas contoh dan model kelestarian lingkungan yang muncul dari tradisi Islam. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendorong pertimbangan perspektif Islam dalam memecahkan masalah lingkungan, mengaktifkan peran lembaga agama dan ilmiah dalam melestarikan lingkungan, dan memberikan solusi yang tepat. Kami menyimpulkan penyelidikan kami dengan beberapa temuan dan rekomendasi di bidang ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan fatwa majelis ulama kabupaten sragen tentang nishab zakat profesi menggunakan standar nishab perak. Yang menjadi pokok permasalahan adalah ketentuan hasil ijtihadnya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan fatwa yang diputuskan oleh majelis ulama kabupaten sragen dan menggunakan data-data untuk sebagai penguat dan pendukung. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan normatif-deskriptif bahwa menyebutkan dengan cara yang rasional, empiris dan sistematis. Berdasarkan hasil analis diperoleh bahwa bolehnya menyamakan nishab zakat profesi dengan menggunakan perak senilai 595 gram. Mengukur nishab zakat profesi dengan zakat perak itu bukan mengada-ada, tetapi juga merujuk pendapat Yusuf Qardhawi karena lebih banyak maslahat bagi umat karena peluang kaum muslimin zakat lebih besar.

Abstract

Education is the recognition of the truth that carried out by individuals, especially adolescent through formal, non-formal education and learning activities. The educational process that has the most influence on individual adolescents is the family, school, and community. The target of a life-long noble life can be achieved if Muslim youths able to get education that is right, appropriate, and in accordance with Islamic law so that all the knowledge they acquire always applies and maintains good morals which in the world of education are known as noble character. Guidance and training activities that take place inside and outside educational institutions play a role in accommodating the experiences of programmed Moslem adolescent aimed at optimizing self-efficacy appropriately. The basic problem in education that able to intervene in the formation of the character of young Muslims in the all-digital era like today is digitalization itself. This fundamental problem of digitalization will determine how Muslim adolescents will be in the future. Right and appropriate character education is very important to be applied in the lives of modern Muslim adolescents to find identity, overcome emotional instability, as well as anxiety and instability in asserting what is the chosen principle of life. This research is a scientific work which presents a discussion with reference to the library research method. The research object uses library data in the form of books as a data source, the holy book of the Koran surah adz-Dzariyat verse 56, and the subjectof the case is digital Muslim adolescent. The purpose of this research is to find educational interventions in shaping the character of the millennial Muslim generation who are actively involved in digitalization and are responsible as God-fearing servants in the perspective of the Qur’an surah adz-Dzariyat verse 56.

Abstract

الهدف من هذا البحث هو معرفة عقد بيع وشراء الذهب عبر البرنامج الإلكتروني من منظور حكم الإقتصاد الإسلامي,  وتتكون منحجية البحث في هذا البحث من فراديقما (طريقة التفكير)  البحث ففراديقما التي أختر لهذا البحث هي البحث الكيفي ويركز البحث الكيفي على دراسة العلمية باستخدام التحليل القياسي وقامت الدراسة هذا البحث حسب مجال البحث وهو البحث التعليمي والديني والاقتصادي والمدخل هو المدخل الدلالي, استهدم هذا المدخل في هذا البحث لدراسة تراكيب اللغة, ومعان الألفاظ, وسياق الكلمات في النص, فنتائج البحث أن عملية بيع وشراء الذهب مشروعة والذهب نوع من الأموال الريوية المنصوص سنة, وأن علة الذهب هي ثمنية فحيث وجدت  علة الثمنية فتحققت الربا, فمبادلة الذهب بالنوقد مبادلة مال من حنس مختلفان فيشترط التقابض في مجلس واحد. وعقود المستخدمة في عملية بيع وشراء الذهب عبر برامج الإلكترونية لم يجهز التقابض عبد مجلس واحد كعقد السلم وعقد الإجارة وهذان عقدان لا يشرع لمبادلة الذهب بنقود. والبحث يهدف المعرفة الصحيحة والفهم المستقم من قضية بيع وشراء الذهب و معرفة العقود الصحيحة لبيع وشراء الذهب عبر البرامج الإلكترونية من منظور حكم الاقتصاد الإسلامي.

Abstract

Makalah ini membahas penerapan reward and punishment serta bimbingan spiritual dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru di SMP Al-Qolam Muhammadiyah Gemolong. Sekolah ini menekankan pendekatan religius pada reward dan punishment, dengan fokus pada aspek hati dan psikologis para guru. Penerapan reward and punishment dilakukan secara proporsional, dengan fokus pada pemberian penghargaan pada perilaku yang baik daripada menghukum perilaku yang buruk. Mazhab juga menekankan pentingnya bekerja untuk akhirat, bukan hanya untuk keuntungan duniawi. Makalah ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan reward and punishment, serta bimbingan spiritual, telah menghasilkan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan termotivasi bagi guru di SMP Al-Qolam Muhammadiyah Gemolong dan dapat diterapkan di lembaga lain untuk kualitas sumber daya manusia jangka panjang. Sekolah harus terus meningkatkan mutu dan standarnya.

Abstract

The role of religion in individual life functions as a value system that contains certain norms. For Muslims, the religious education that is mandatory for them to follow is Islamic religious education. As for realizing this universal view, this study aims to explain the process of implementing Classroom Management in Improving the Effectiveness of Learning Religious Education Islam at the Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: The planning and organization carried out by the teacher in improving the learning quality of Islamic Religious Education subjects at Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency can be seen from the lesson plan made by the teacher where the teacher makes Indicators of learning achievement, learning objectives, learning methods, learning media, learning resources and assessment. Class management carried out by the teacher in improving the quality of learning for the Islamic Religious Education subject at Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency by always paying attention to the elements of effectiveness in learning, which includes: Learning Materials, Learning Atmosphere, Media and Learning Resources, Besides understanding the elements in the effectiveness of the learning, the teacher must also know what steps should be taken by the teacher in learning, so that it can run effectively as expected. Class evaluation or learning evaluation is carried out by teachers in improving the quality of learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency where learning evaluation activities are carried out through several stages of activity, including: planning, implementation, monitoring, data processing and use of evaluation results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to relearning about of the re-emergence of the Shodom story about homosexuals or LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) and how it is from an Islamic perspective. This research method uses a qualitative study, the type of literature review, with a phenomenological approach and content analysis, namely by using legal content analysis in the Koran, written documents, pictures, electronic documents, and mass media. The results of this study indicate that in almost various countries the phenomenon of Shodom activity is rampant, not only abroad but also in Indonesia. This is evident from various sites that have uploaded much news about LGBT cases in various countries, including in Indonesia. Not even a few homosexual activists want this relationship legalized under the pretext of consensual and human rights. In the view of Islam, it has been explained in the Qur'an Surah al-A’raf : 80 and other literature that this homosexual act is a heinous act that is contrary to the nature of nature, religious rules, and human rights, until Allah SWT sends down punishment for the perpetrators. this deed. Both at the time of the prophet Lut A.S and today. And what are the causes and impacts of homosexual behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the events of the end-time riots and their signs contained in the Qur'an Surah Al-Zalzalah verses 1-5. The data collection technique is by examining documents, primary from books of commentary and secondary data from books that discuss themes that are directly and indirectly related to this research, using a normative approach. The results of this study reveal that the signs of an end-time riot according to the Islamic view are the occurrence of various eschatological events such as a great shock (earthquake), the earth releases the burden that is in its womb, there will be panic and confusion. everywhere, and people about the events of the end of time are lamenting and regretting the fate of their wealth.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: a) Untuk mengetahui interaksi al-Qur’an dan sains, b) Untuk mengetahui implementasi interaksi al-Qur’an dan sains melalui laboratorium Ayat-Ayat Semesta, c) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi interaksi al-Qur’an dan sains melalui laboratorium Ayat-Ayat Semesta di SMA Trensains Muhammadiyah Sragen. penelitian ini adalah paradigma penelitian kualitatif menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber datanya hasil observasi, wawancara, dan angket subyek penelitian ini adalah informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif Miles and Huberman. Hasil temuan penelitian tidak ada dikotomi antara al-Qur’an dan sains. b)  Implementasi merupakan suatu upaya untuk memberikan pembelajaran kepada santri sehingga santri memahami bahwa antara al-Qur’an dan sains tidak saling bertentangan (dikotomi) c) Faktor pendukung; peralatan yang digunakan pada laboratorium sangat lengkap, sumber rujukan sangat lengkap, guru berkompeten di bidang sains dan al-Qur’an, dan lingkungan pendidikan. Adapun yang menjadi faktor penghambat antara lain; pengamatan tergantung pada cuaca, beberapa pengamatan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk berdiri di bawah terik matahari, serta waktu pengamatan sering bersamaan dengan waktu kegiatan belajar dan mengajar sehingga waktu kegiatan belajar dan mengajar dikurangi.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the results of the comparative evaluation of the implementation of the tahfidz program between Pondok Darul Fithrah Tawangsari and PPTQ Ulul Albab Polokarto Sukoharjo in 2021/2022 in terms of the CIPP evaluation model for the students of the Ulya unit between the two Pesantren. This article used a qualitative type and includes field research. Data collection techniques used were observation methods, interview methods, questionnaires (questionnaires), and documentation methods. The findings of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz al-Qur'an program at Pondok Darul Fithrah and PPTQ Ulul Albab has been going well. The context aspect between Pondok Darul Fithrah and PPTQ Ulul Albab tahfidz program is in the very good category. The input aspect of the tahfidz program at Pondok Darul Fithrah is in a good category, while the PPTQ Ulul Albab is in a very good category. In the process aspect, the tahfidz program at Pondok Darul Fithrah and PPTQ Ulul Albab are both in the very good category. Finally, the product aspect of the tahfidz program at Pondok Darul Fithrah is in a good category, there is one indicator in the form of a memorization target not being maximized with a percentage of 50-60%, while PPTQ Ulul Albab is in the very good category with a percentage of 90%.
