Abstract

Upaya pendidikan dalam pembentukan karater disiplin salah satunya yaitu dengan menggunakan metode reward dan punishment. Masih jarang lembaga pendidikan yang menggabungkan antara metode reward dan punishment dalam satu wadah. Namun Pondok Pesantren Moderm merupakan lembaga pendidikan islam yang mampu menggabungkan dua metode tersebut dalam satu wadah dan menjadikannya budaya disetiap pondok pesantern modern. seperti yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Modern Daarul Uluum Bantarkemang. Pondok pesantren ini menerapkan metode reward dan punishment dalam mendisiplinkan santri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami reward dan punishment dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian etnografi digunakan untuk meneliti nilai budaya yang alamiah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan; wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan; analisis model Spradley, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display/penyajian data dan verifikasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunkanan triangulasi sumber dan menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Pondok Pesantren Modern Daarul Uluum Bantarkemang menggabungkan konsep pembelajaran salafi dan umum, yaitu dengan mempelajari kitab-kitab tradisional dan sekolah madrasah; (2) upaya pesantren dalam membentuk karakter disiplin santri yaitu dengan memerapkan kegiatan sehari-hari yang edukatif dan metode reward dan punishment; (3) reward yang diberikan kepada santri berupa materi dan non materi. Reward berupa materi diberikan setiap satu semester; dan(4) punishment yang diberikan memiliki tingkatan yaitu tigkat I, tingkat II, tingkat III dan tingkat istimewa. Reward dan punishment diberikan oleh pengurus pesantren dan HISADA sebagai tangan kanan pengurus.Kata kunci: karakter disiplin santri, pondok pesantren modern, reward dan punishment.REWARD AND PUNISHMENT IN THE FORMATION OF DISCIPLINE CHARACTERS SANTRIAbstractEducation efforts in the formation of one discipline character is by using reward and punishment methods. It is rare for educational institutions that combine reward and punishment methods in one container. But Pondok Pesantren Moderm is an Islamic educational institution that is able to combine the two methods in one container and make it a culture in every modern pesantern hut. as applied in Pondok Pesantren Modern Daarul Uluum Bantarkemang. Pondok Pesantren this method of reward and punishment in disciplining santri. The purpose of this research is to understand reward and punishment in the formation of santri characters. This study used qualitative methods with ethnographic research used to examine the natural cultural values. Technique of collecting data is done by using; interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using; Spradley model analysis, data collection, data reduction, display / data presentation and verification. The validity check of data uses source triangulation and uses reference material. The results of this study show: (1) Modern Boarding School Daarul Uluum Bantarkemang combining the concept of salafi and general learning, that is by studying the traditional books and madrasah schools; (2) the effort of pesantren in shaping the character of discipline of santri that is by applying educative everyday activities and reward and punishment method; (3) rewards given to students in the form of material and non-material. Reward of material is given every semester; and (4) the punishment given has a level of level I, level II, level III and preferential level. Reward and punishment given by boarding school and HISADA as the right hand caretaker.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi mutu pendidikan melalui program manajemen berbasis sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Islam Terpadu Mahmudiyyah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan mengambil model Milles and Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa MBS dapat menjadi peluang sekolah untuk mengoptimalkan mutu pendidikan dari aspek delapan standar nasional pendidikan yang terdiri dari standar isi, standar proses, standar penilaian pendidikan, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar pengelolaan, standar pembiayaan pendidikan, dan standar sarana prasarana. MBS juga dapat menjadikan sekolah unggul dalam memiliki program kerja dengan berlandaskan kurikulum 2013. Budaya sekolah dan partisipasi masyarakat dapat menjadi salah satu aspek dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan satuan pendidikan berbasis MBS sesuai anjuran pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in guiding children to learn from home at the Pakuhaji Parungkuda Public Elementary School (SDN). This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis procedure uses Miles and Huberman, through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Check the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The respondents of this study were fourth grade teachers, parents and students. The results showed that parents prepared learning tools (tools) for children including cellphones, books, study tables and provided comfortable places for children such as in the room, in the tv room and in the terrace. Parents help children overcome learning difficulties, namely by helping explain material that they do not understand in learning and providing examples in working on the questions given by the teacher. The inhibiting factors faced by parents during learning from home are due to 1) the availability of parental time is inadequate in supervising children during learning such as dividing time by selling and taking care of the household by doing homework, 2) low economic conditions in meeting children's learning needs including quotas must always be available to facilitate learning and prepare cellphones to be able to take part in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the selection and process coaching that is given to outstanding national-level teachers at Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Bekasi West Java. Using approach qualitative with the case study method. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques data using reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study stated that the selection of outstanding teachers was carried out in stages starting from the level of the education unit, sub-district, levels district/municipality, provincial and national. Conclusion, outstanding teacher selection consists of academic, administrative and special requirements. Prospective teachers are given guidance and training by education stakeholders ranging from school principals in units education, KKG, education offices, local government, supervisors, LPMP, Higher Education, and P4TK. Abstract

The study aims to determine the implementation of the BM scholarship program. This study uses a qualitative case study method by analyzing program implementation according to criteria. The results showed that the implementation of the BM program was in accordance with the planning criteria for the program. The program manager structure has roles in accordance with its tasks and functions. The mechanism for selecting program participants, fostering program participants, monitoring and evaluation as well as reporting on program implementation went very well. In conclusion, the program implementing HR is very supportive of BM so that the duties and responsibilities of program managers are very well realized. Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To know the position of quadrant of the PGSD FKIP UNU Cirebon study program using swot method, (2) to know short-term strategic alternatives that can be applied to PGSD FKIP UNU Cirebon based on SWOT Method. The research approach used is a qualitative case study model supported by quantitative data and descriptive explanations. Data collection technique using questionnaire that first performed validity test with expert judgement technique. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Hubberman models. The results showed that: (1) the PGSD study program was in the position of quadrant II with a strength value of 0.533 and a threat 0.314. (2) The strategy that needs to be done in the PGSD FKIP UNU Cirebon is to diversify the strategy. The research conclusions are: (1) the PGSD study program of UNU Cirebon is in a fairly stable condition of ornganization, but faces many obstacles (threats); (2) The diversification strategy that must be carried out is to include academic quality, implementation of The Tri Dharma of Higher Education, and human resources. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the product of the Bidik Misi scholarship program. This research uses case study qualitative method. The research was conducted at Djuanda University which is a private university in LLDIKTI region IV. Collecting data using interview instruments, questionnaires, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research findings show that the final results of the Bidik Misi scholarship are in accordance with the program objectives, namely increasing student motivation and achievement, increasing student achievement in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular fields, causing an impact for students and prospective students to always improve achievement and be competitive, and produce graduates who are independent, productive and have social concerns to break the chain of poverty and empower the community. Meanwhile, aspects of increasing access and learning opportunities in higher education, as well as ensuring the continuity of student studies to completion and on time, still need improvement. In conclusion, the Bidikmisi scholarship program has produced graduates who are independent, productive and have social awareness, so that they are able to play a role in efforts to break the poverty chain and empower people in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find the effect of adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of madrasah principals on the effectiveness of the management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara for the academic year 2020/2021. This research method is quantitative with the sampling method in the form of a survey. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of the madrasah principal had a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of madrasah ibtidaiyah management; 2) the adversity quotient has a direct positive effect on the time management and communication management of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In conclusion, there is an effect of Adversity Quotient, Time Management, and Communication Management of Madrasah Principals on the Effectiveness of Management of Islamic Madrasahs in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of family involvement program policies in the implementation of education at Pembina Sumber Kindergarten, Cirebon Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study model to analyze the implementation of the program according to the criteria. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews (depth interviews) and questionnaires which were first tested for validity with content validity techniques by experts (expert judgment). Data analysis was carried out by following the Miles and Hubberman model. The results showed that the implementation of the family and community involvement program in the implementation of education at the Pembina Sumber Kindergarten was carried out according to technical instructions. From the various planned programs, it is necessary to optimize the provision of library facilities in the form of a reading corner for parents. Empowerment of parents/guardians in inspiration classes as motivators/inspirers for students needs to be optimized. In conclusion, the family involvement program in the implementation of education at the Sumber Pembina Kindergarten is carried out according to Permendikbud No. 30 years 2017. Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada perubahan mendasar di hampir semua perguruan tinggi termasuk universitas djuanda, dimana proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring dengan berbagai moda pembelajaran.  Perubahan ini tentu memerlukan berbagai perangkat pendukung pembelajaran, seperti; strategi, model, media, learning management system, dan perpustakaan sebagai salah satu sumber belajar.  Akan tetapi masih banyak perguruan tinggi yang belum siap dengan pemenuhan perangkat pendukung pembelajaran daring tersebut. Demikian halnya dengan universitas djuanda yang tidak mempersiapkan layanan perpustakaan pada masa pandemi ini sebelumnya.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran sebenarnya keterlaksanaan fungsi-fungsi perpustakaan serta sebagai masukan bagi pemangku kebijakan di perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan.  Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus, sub pokok bahasan penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, serta rekomendasi pada fungsi pendidikan, fungsi penelitian serta pengabdian pada masyarakat di perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa baik fungsi pendidikan, penelitian serta pengabdian pada masyarakat di perpustakaan universitas djuanda telah terlaksana akan tetapi belum maksimal. Berdasarkan rekomendasi perlu dikembangkan menjadi perpustakaan digital dengan meningkatkan jumlah koleksi buku dan jurnal dalam bentuk fisik maupun digital. Keberadaan perpustakaan digital selain sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan layanan perpustakaan pada masa pandemi covid-19 juga dapat menjadi unit penunjang pembelajaran abad 21
