Abstract

Data mining is a term used to describe the discovery of knowledge in databases. Data mining is a process that uses statistical, mathematical, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to extract and identify useful information and related knowledge from large databases. With data mining, a gem in the form of knowledge will be obtained in a large number of data sets. The Apriori (RF) method is a method that can improve accuracy results, because generating child nodes for each node is done randomly. This method is used to build a decision tree consisting of root nodes, internal nodes, and leaf nodes by taking attributes and data randomly according to the applicable provisions. The root node is the node located at the top, or commonly referred to as the root of the decision tree. The solution for determining chemical stock inventories at the Medan Branch Forensic Laboratory, by applying the Apriori method to determine the correlation coefficient level of frequently used products so that more frequently needed products can be provided to avoid chemical vacancies at the Medan Branch Forensic Laboratory

Abstract

The General Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) is an election management institution that is tasked with overseeing the implementation of elections throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Members of the General Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) are those who have the ability to supervise and are not members of political parties. It is hoped that an effective recruitment process can attract BAWASLU members who really meet their needs. BAWASLU often faces difficulties in selection because it still uses a manual system. Therefore, it is necessary to make a decision support system so that the Chairperson of BAWASLU can give an assessment to each new BAWASLU member. The research carried out is to create a system that can provide consideration in making decisions about the selection of Bawaslu members. By using the Entropy method used to calculate the weighting of the criteria, and produce the reject rate as the main criterion, the Entropy method investigates the harmony in discrimination between a set of alternative value data on certain criteria described in the Decision Matrix (DM). While the COPRAS method is used for ranking, the effect of maximizing and minimizing the criteria on the evaluation results is considered separately. The selection of the best alternative is based on considering the ideal and anti-ideal solutions

Abstract

Synonym is a word that has a different form but has the same or similar meaning or understanding. Synonyms are also known as word equations or word equivalents. Synonyms are used to express the sameness of meaning. In daily communication activities, language users still often make mistakes in using synonymous words. Often different linguistic forms are simply considered synonyms. Therefore, the correct mastery of synonyms must be possessed by language users for daily communication activities (both oral and written). The problem that has been faced so far is the lack of flexible means to facilitate the search for synonyms for these words. To overcome this problem, we need a simple application that is operated on an Android-based smartphone that is useful for helping us find synonyms for words. Users only need to enter the word they want to find synonyms for. This application will use a string matching algorithm or also known as String matching or is a method used to find an accuracy or result from one or several text patterns given. The expected results in this application are to help speed up the process of finding synonyms for Indonesian words, increase knowledge and vocabulary mastery of Indonesian users, especially synonyms

Abstract

The Medan City Muhammadiyah Elementary and Secondary Education Council is an institution or organization whose activities are related to religion. One of the activities of the Medan City Muhammadiyah Elementary and Secondary Education Council is to supervise reporting and carry out Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of financial reports from Muhammadiyah schools that are members of the assembly so that financial problems in these schools become transparent. Based on the analysis of the situation of the target audience that has been stated above, the problems faced so far have occurred in two directions, where the assembly and the school both have problems in monitoring and evaluating the financial statements so that the right solution is needed to resolve both the problem. The solution to the existing problems is to build the Muhammadiyah School Financial Information System Application (SIKeSMu) and provide training for the use of the application so that it is hoped that later it can simplify reporting and facilitate monitoring of financial statements in schools that are members of the Primary and Secondary Education Council. Abstract

Online learning or online learning can be done with the help and support of an application as a liaison between educators and students. Many educators who are still unfamiliar with the use of technology and applications, it is considered a technological gap, so it has become the duty and responsibility of computer science lecturers to provide teaching and knowledge transfer to knowledge in the use of technology and applications in assisting online learning. Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa is one of the leading public high schools in Deli Serdang Regency which always participates in the Olympics, especially the chess Olympiad. In the selection of Chess Olympiad participants, there are problems. The problem faced in this research is that the principal and teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa are still selecting Chess Olympiad participants based only on criteria, namely the accuracy possessed by students, even though there are several criteria that can be considered by the school in selecting students. prospective chess Olympiad participant. These criteria are accuracy, skills, strategy, achievement, class, time, and size. In order to assist the school in selecting prospective chess Olympiad participants, an SPK is needed. The ROC and MOORA methods are one of the methods that can be applied to solve this problem, which can provide assistance to the school in determining the feasibility of selecting chess Olympiad participants. Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu metode yang membantu dalam mengambil keputusan dari sebuah permasalahan dengan kondisi semi terstruktur ataupun tidak terstruktur. Salah satu implementasi sistem pendukung keputusan ialah penentuan calon Mahasiswa penerima KIP. Disimpulkan KIP merupakan singkatan dari Kartu Indonesia Pintar yang menjadi salah satu program nasional sebagai pemberian bantuan pendidikan dari pemerintah berupa tunai kepada anak didik. Adanya program KIP sangat membantu anak didik yang kurang mampu dalam perekonomian yang terbatas untuk membiayai pendidikannya. Karena banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa yang ingin diseleksi secara manual maka dibutuhkannya SPK dengan menerapkan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) serta pembobotan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) sebagai solusi dari permasalahan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan metode MAUT, alternatif terbaik yaitu A1 untuk Johanes Pardede dengan nilai 0.7737.

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist leaders in making decisions that are accurate and targeted. Many problems that can be solved using SPK, from some of these problems one of which is the Decision Support System Selection of Vocational High School students in Medan. Of the many Vocational High Schools located in the city of Medan in the Education Office, it is certainly very difficult to find the best students from some Vocational High School. This is because every school must have its own advantages and advantages and this will make it difficult for the Education Office to determine the best Vocational High School students. From the problems encountered, the use of a Decision Support System is expected to be the right solution. Because there are several alternatives and criteria that can influence in generating a decision. There are several methods used in building DSS such as, WSM, AHP, TOPSIS, WP, SAW. Abstract

Certain Employment Agreement Employees (PKWT) or can also be referred to as contract employees in a company who are hired to help work within the company, but it is not certain how it is implemented based on only being a temporary employee. In a sense, after it expires, the company can extend or lift the contract as a permanent employee, by looking at how active the employee is. In the process of selecting PKWT employees, the company must obtain prospective applicants objectively so that the results match the desired criteria. In the process of hiring PKWT employees there are problems, namely because of the large number of candidates so that it takes a long time to select them. The next problem is that the selection process still looks inefficient and takes time, because the assessment and results of PKWT implementation are carried out in stages, such as file selection, interviews and so on. Thus, it is likely that errors in the final result of anticipating PKWT employees often do not meet the criteria required by the company and hinder the company's performance. Therefore, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed to overcome the problems that occur in the acceptance of Specific Time Agreement Employees (PKWT) using the OCRA method. The OCRA method is one of the methods of the Decision Support System, where this method makes decisions by ranking from the smallest value to the largest value. With this system, it is expected to be able to obtain optimal system decisions and can minimize the performance of the company in the process of accepting Employees of Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT).
